We will definitely use Go Direct again. We worked with Jackie and George on a pipe reroute. They were both very responsive, explained the entire project well, and followed through. George came out for the estimate the same day, they started the job quickly and we were very happy with the results. Jackie called throughout the process and and was very friendly. Very competitive pricing (had a special to snake a clogged toilet). I wasn't in a hurry, made an appointment for 2 days later, offered a special that was at least 1/2 of others and REASONABLE (to just get a straw out of toilet!). The tech called the morning of and when on his way, very friendly. Efficient, clean, done.
Will DEFINITELY call again when I need a Plumber!
I am usually skeptical about going with the lowest price. This time it worked out amazingly. Had a clog in our guest bathtub. George was able to come out right away. He arrived on time and gave me a call when he was on his way. He was polite,kind and completed the job in 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber.

Jorge did a Great job! He was on-time, worked professionally and proficiently. Kept us informed as he worked through the installation, and walked us through how often to change the filters and membrane in our new RO system. He made sure we were pleased with his performance. Will definitely use them again! Pricing was much more reasonable than 4 other quotes I received from larger companies. Saved over $350 by using Go Direct!

I was a little hesitant to use this company due to the low number of yelp reviews but they were great! Their pricing was also significantly less than other quotes I received. I was worried that maybe they were lacking in technology and experience. I was wrong. They were knowledgeable and experienced and did an amazing job at a much lower rate. I would definitely recommend them!

Called Go Direct & Sewer after reviewing all other plumbing services...sorry to say there are lots of plumbing companies with horrible reviews, especially with the service I needed, which is the main sewer line repair.
Spoke to Jorge the owner, and he was the only one, that I spoke to that had the time to explain the process of sewer repairs and the steps needed, which brought peace of mind and a better understanding that I stopped freaking out.
Jorge have solved my sewer problem and it was very, very reasonable and when I asked if he gives military discounts, he gladly reduced my bill.
Go Direct Plumbing & Sewer in Mesa is a small honest plumbing company, so take advantage of it while it's still small and honest, because we all know that as one gets bigger... LOL,

I bought the softener and I needed someone to install it and Go Direct gave me the best prices and the work quickly was good.
We used Go Direct Plumbing for our hot water heater. It was previously installed incorrectly by the previous owner. They installed everything up to code, got us a new water heater at a fair price, and offered quick reliable service. All staff friendly, and made scheduling easy. Arrived on time to both appointments. Great for quick, reliable, and professional service. We will be using them again in the future.
