The guys from Nusense came to my house a few months ago right after I had a scary interaction with a scorpion. They were easy to get a hold of, had prompt scheduling, and got to my house exactly when they said they would. They were incredibly thorough and explained their process as they went through the house. They were meticulously detailed outside, even spraying underneath all of my patio seat cushions. They were very informative but never tried to upsell me on anything. Afterwards, they walked me through their different deals for repeated services (super affordable). Deals include: Monthly service: $40, Bi-monthly: $70, Quarterly: $100.  They also have a refer a friend, get 1 service free special. Then your friend gets his/her third service free!

All in all, I was very happy with my experience. We were critter free for the past two months. I just saw a scorpion today so will be calling them back out for another spraying (fact of life here in AZ). I'm glad I have guys like Nusense who I can call in moments like this!

After four months, we get more ridiculous excuses... just pathetic. The response is a lie, because my mother is hard-of-hearing so does not answer her phone, I do. She also doesn't check her email regularly, I do. I haven't seen nor heard any communication from this company that was not initiated by me. This company takes no responsibility for their faiilings. Avoid them!

Offer affordable pest control with no contract required. We've experienced superior customer service with great communication and flexible scheduling to fit our needs. We prefer to support local businesses whenever possible so using them is a win win. Highly recommend.

I have been using their service for years and referring to friends.  Most recently our Dishwasher wasn't working.  An appliance guy showed up and said a rodent had eaten through a rubber supply line so we called Jim.  Within 2 hours a tech was onsite and looked at the hose.  The hose was simply off where it was supposed to be because the clamp broke.  No sign of rodents at all.  Their customer service is prompt, professional, and very fair rates.  I would never think of hiring anyone else.

I have used Johnny Reeves Pest control several times over the years for rodents, snakes, bees and termites. My experience's have always been extremely favorable. Johnny and crew are responsive, efficient and diligent in their actions, and have always cured the problems. We have 100% confidence in their work and would recommend them to any and everyone.

Arizona's Best Choice is a family owned company that I have always used for my pest control and recommend them highly.  The techs are professional, courteous and listen to what you want when they come out to spray for pests.  Jeremy has been my pest control tech for the last 8 years.  Which tells me that the employees are happy to work for an awesome company and there is not a big turn around.

These guys are awesome!  We found a small bird's nest right above our roller shade in our backyard and we were too scared to pull the shade down because we didn't want to hurt the bird.  We called around to see if anyone would be willing to come out today and Goldshot replied right back and had a guy who was willing to come out.  

When he came bit earlier than his appointment time I wasn't home, but he took the time to take a look around the house to assess the situation and when I came home, he was ready to tell me what needed to be done.  Keaton was not only professional and very explanatory, he gave suggestions on what to do in case of what if's.  He also explained how pigeons are attracted to solar panels and when we notice pigeons on our solar panels we can call our solar company instead of calling them or other pest/bird control because our solar company will take care of that.  How honest and trustworthy can he be to tell me that we don't need to call them?  

Although at first I called for someone to just come and simply remove the nest, after listening to him, I decided to have him install screens to prevent future nests, so he's coming back tomorrow to do that.  So even though technically the job isn't completely done yet, I was so excited to have found a great, trustworthy company that I wanted to leave a good review right away to tell everyone if you need help with bird control, or other pests, give these guys a shot.  I'm sure you'll love them!

I hired Critter Tech, and did not get the standard of service others received. We were left with three holes in the wall, which did not address the actual problem.

That said, they contacted me to fix the wall and have made a sincere effort to rectify the situation. They'll be by shortly to finish up painting. I appreciate the efforts they've made to make things right.

I'm knocking off two stars because although they showed up promptly and were friendly and professional when dealing with our bee problem in our case it seemed to be a bit of a bait & switch.

We had a pile of bees that had invaded our irrigation valve control boxes. As a buddhist-when-convenient inundated with science news about colony collapse disorder my first inclination was to move the bees as opposed to exterminating them (a risky proposition since they were almost certainly africanized). We looked into a number of live bee removal companies and settled on this one since they appeared to offer live bee removal for around $155, about half the price of what I was quoted from another beekeeper in the valley who offers live removal, maintains hives in the desert, and sells the honey from them (Dan Punch). The buddhist-when-not-convenient side of me regrets that decision.

After arriving at our house about 45 mins from the dispatch call the first thing the beekeeper mentioned was that they wouldn't be able to move the bees under certain conditions (if extensive honeycomb was present IIRC). He then promptly demolished and exterminated the hives in the boxes in about 10 minutes. Live removal of bees is a much more involved process and I can certainly see why they prefer to exterminate, but I wish they'd been more up front about their preconditions for live bee removal. Instead, it seems to me that they offer live bee removal for an attractive price with preconditions that almost always result in extermination. Otherwise I would have compared them to extermination companies who charge half as much to just exterminate bees.

Maricopa Bug Busters pigeon proof our roof.  They did a fantastic job.  3 years later we have an issue again with pigeons.  Called Maricopa Bug Busters and they came over saw it was a very small issue with a wire and fixed it no charge.  They are reliable, do great work and stand by there products and service.  Would highly recommend them to everyone.

This is a great company to work with - extremely efficient & accommodating.  Family business - they are all excellent at their jobs.  Trustworthy.  We've been using them for years - no reason to look elsewhere with the price/service we are receiving.

We recently contacted them regarding a pest occupying a residence that one of my husband's clients recently purchased. After speaking to 3 other companies, we hired them to come out and remove the animal. He was the only one able to come out the same day and he was able to remove the animal during the same visit. We are very happy and will be using him again if the need should arise in the future. Excellent service and a job well done!

Branden Peiers is awesome. He is always on time and does a really good job. He takes pride in his work and is always patient with our numerous questions about pests in Arizona. Was with Bryant Pest control and then this company purchased them. They will try to bill you for services not rendered. Very poor customer service and poor business practices.

Kent was very thorough, friendly, professional, skilled, informative and efficient. He listened to my needs and performed the best treatment available. Although the pricing for Terminix is somewhat high, it is well worth it ... especially since they offer a full guarantee. If you are having an ongoing problem with pests that it seems you just can't get rid of ... Terminix is the company to have. I recommend their service.

Cummings took over the company that we originally used, and since they have taken over we have had nothing but problems.

I haven't seen a single bug in years in my house and as soon as we started using Cummings we've found a bug almost every single day and not just 'bugs' but cockroaches. I called Cummings to ask them about why this was happening and the receptionist was extremely rude saying they didn't do anything wrong. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Needless to say I will be finding a new pest control company today.

We just discovered we had termites, luckily only a small area. Environmental came out right away to help us out. Our tech, Gabriel, was super nice and very informative. He answered all of our questions and best of all he didn't shy away from our overly excitable dog. Super service with a great guarantee. I hope my neighbors saw them out here so I can send them some referrals! Thanks Environmental!

Was a customer 3 years ago on a monthly plan pre Covid. Called to get a quote to have my house sprayed once. The lady I talked to started to try and set up a monthly service. I said I just want a one time service. She then stated they could do a evaluation one time deal for $159.00. I said no thanks. Other companies that I called  and are used in my neighborhood  charge  a one time spray fee of inside and out between $40-$60. I have 2500 sq midsize home with no real bug issues. I'm sure they will claim we have such a better service and use higher grade chemicals.

Do not use this company!!!! They charge way to much and do not warranty their work.  Had a bee hive and wanted to charge $900 to remove after charging $475 to kill the bees.  We didn't want them to cut our roof open so declined the bee removal.   Didn't realize they didn't seal the hole the bees were accessing until we called another company that charged  $150 and sealed the hole and haven't had a issue since.  Also a  red flag when they have you write the owners name on a check instead of the compnay. Very shady.
