The guys from Nusense came to my house a few months ago right after I had a scary interaction with a scorpion. They were easy to get a hold of, had prompt scheduling, and got to my house exactly when they said they would. They were incredibly thorough and explained their process as they went through the house. They were meticulously detailed outside, even spraying underneath all of my patio seat cushions. They were very informative but never tried to upsell me on anything. Afterwards, they walked me through their different deals for repeated services (super affordable). Deals include: Monthly service: $40, Bi-monthly: $70, Quarterly: $100.  They also have a refer a friend, get 1 service free special. Then your friend gets his/her third service free!

All in all, I was very happy with my experience. We were critter free for the past two months. I just saw a scorpion today so will be calling them back out for another spraying (fact of life here in AZ). I'm glad I have guys like Nusense who I can call in moments like this!

I wish I could give more stars!  We found evidence of termites in our home and after reading some different yelp reviews decided to give Arizona's Best Choice a call.  They answered right away and put me in touch directly with Gary who handles the inspections.  I was really happy to speak with him knowing that he would be the one coming to my home and the information I was giving wouldn't need to be repeated or get lost in the line of communication with other employees.  We scheduled an inspection within a couple of days and he arrived promptly.  Gary gave the most professional, friendly, and thorough service.  He went through our entire home and sat down with us to explain the step-by-step process of our treatment plan.  When the technicians arrived (about a week later at our scheduled treatment time) they arrived within the window provided and were equally as friendly (we even asked them to wear booties in the house as we'd just had the carpets cleaned - annoying, I know - and they did so without any hesitation).  The areas that were treated are virtually undetectable!  I was very impressed by this because we have some serious eyesores in our outdoor entryway concrete from treatments handled by a previous owner.  For less than $1000 we got an inspection, treatment, and 5 year warranty.  I'm so happy that we hired them to handle this issue in our home and would HIGHLY recommend going with them!

Offer affordable pest control with no contract required. We've experienced superior customer service with great communication and flexible scheduling to fit our needs. We prefer to support local businesses whenever possible so using them is a win win. Highly recommend.

I chose this company due to the overwhelming positive reviews, and that was my biggest mistake. The customer service is lacking. It is very complicated getting in touch with someone and there were several calls never returned. I let that slide though. The service was severely lacking. Generally rude and unpleasant, but I also let that slide. I was told that I would be called monthly to see if I needed any service. I wasn't. After services, there was a lot of whining and complaining. (ie They couldn't spray the backyard because they couldn't get into it, which I told them to let me know beforehand so I could let them in. Instead, they did half a job for the price of a full one.) The coup de grace was when I called them recently to come out. I had to call twice to get a call back in 2 weeks! That's not abnormal though. The resulting conversation was to find someone else... sent to me through text message... in response to my voicemail! How unprofessional!!! I'm SO glad they don't do a contract. That is about the only benefit, and they aren't the only company that doesn't. Prices are par with other locally owned businesses. They will charge the card you leave on file, with permission, which is fine; however, it's taken up to 2 weeks after services for them to process payment. Although I monitor to make sure everything is posted and cleared, not everyone does, so it could be an issue to some people. Most would assume payment is pretty instant. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Customer service is lacking. Services provided are lacking. Ultimately, it seems they don't want to do the job. I'm cutting my losses with them, and hopefully this will serve as a warning to other potential customers. Look elsewhere.

Ruslin texted me and notified me they would be here in 15 minutes. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and efficient. My dog didn't even bark at them! We paid the $395 we were quoted over the phone. Ruslin and Bobby explained everything in detail and we're 100% satisfied. We were given a 5 year warranty as well. They did the treatment 5 days after my initial call.
Prior to all this we had Truly Nolen out, got a $1,300 quote with a $200 per year warranty. They couldn't do the treatment for a month.

Have used AZ Best Cpice for over a year now.  Our service rep, Dave, consistently sprays each and every month, inside and out and offers us the best customer service we have ever had.  All pests have been eliminated and we thank them for a job well done.  Very professional and always here!  We appreciate Dave very much!

These guys are awesome!  We found a small bird's nest right above our roller shade in our backyard and we were too scared to pull the shade down because we didn't want to hurt the bird.  We called around to see if anyone would be willing to come out today and Goldshot replied right back and had a guy who was willing to come out.  

When he came bit earlier than his appointment time I wasn't home, but he took the time to take a look around the house to assess the situation and when I came home, he was ready to tell me what needed to be done.  Keaton was not only professional and very explanatory, he gave suggestions on what to do in case of what if's.  He also explained how pigeons are attracted to solar panels and when we notice pigeons on our solar panels we can call our solar company instead of calling them or other pest/bird control because our solar company will take care of that.  How honest and trustworthy can he be to tell me that we don't need to call them?  

Although at first I called for someone to just come and simply remove the nest, after listening to him, I decided to have him install screens to prevent future nests, so he's coming back tomorrow to do that.  So even though technically the job isn't completely done yet, I was so excited to have found a great, trustworthy company that I wanted to leave a good review right away to tell everyone if you need help with bird control, or other pests, give these guys a shot.  I'm sure you'll love them!

I have a flat roof, therefore, no attic space.  I heard activity in my master bathroom around the vents; it worked it's way around to the front of the house and decided it liked it there best.    I had recommended this company to a neighbor of mine, who was completely satisfied with them.   I would have used them initially as well except the cost he told me they ended up spending was around $650!!   WHOA!!   And double WHOA!!   That included, I understand, trapping, smoking ($250), eradicating, repairing the drywall that had to be cut and painting.   So I went with another company initially.  That company set bait stations, which to me meant the animal could eat the poison and go somewhere to die.    UGHHH!! if that somewhere to die location happened to be in my ceiling area.   (Remember the flat roof??)   I had a problem a few years ago where a couple of dead rats fell down my dryer vent.   I covered all of the vents on my roof -- except one that was hard to get the hood off; therefore, I didn't cover it.   Fast forward a couple of years and I hear the activity mentioned above.   I did the bait stations a few days and decided it was for the birds and I bit the bullet and called CritterTech.   Jason, one of the owners came out.  Looked at my vents.   Set a few traps around the vents at no cost.   He told me I could check the traps myself and reset them or the company could do it, which I gather they only come out once or twice a week.   Maybe once?   I figured I was going to check them once or twice a day so I'd do it myself.   I did that for a couple of weeks and I could still hear something.   I called and had them do the smoke test.  Scott, the co-owner, and his sidekick came out.   Luckily, there were no breaches so it was a matter of resetting the traps and being patient.   I was patient and my patience paid off.   I hear nothing now -- knock on wood big time!!! -- so I covered the one remaining uncovered vent and hope never to have that problem again.   And, yes, I caught a total of five or six rats, but who's counting.   Being a Realtor, I am called on to refer vendors.   Will I be recommending CritterTech again?    You betcha.   In fact, I had referred them to check on a house I had listed where I could hear activity in the ceiling.

Kevin arrived about an hour after we called (on a Sunday morning!) and a large swarm was gone in 15 minutes. Very courteous and professional. They saved/removed as many as they could.  Cost was reasonable.  Highly recommended!

Maricopa Bug Busters pigeon proof our roof.  They did a fantastic job.  3 years later we have an issue again with pigeons.  Called Maricopa Bug Busters and they came over saw it was a very small issue with a wire and fixed it no charge.  They are reliable, do great work and stand by there products and service.  Would highly recommend them to everyone.

I've used too Jimeny Kricket off and on for more than a decade. Always been awesome, super friendly family, full service.

My family and I returned home from lunch + movie on a Sunday afternoon.
Our daughter decided to play outside.  My wife and her immediately noticed an unusual number of bees flying outside.  They both looked up towards the roof and noticed a swarm of bees building the beginning of a hive.  We contacted Joe immediately.  He came over the next day and took care of the bee invasion.  At the end of the day, by the time we all came back home, the bees were gone.

The swarm of bees happened very suddenly.   When we first contacted Joe, he sounded very courteous and very professional.  If you need a pest specialist, we highly recommend you Lonewolf Wildlife.  Joe is available 24/7.  Very competent.  Fair price.

I want to quickly share my experience with my technician Rhett.  Rhett knocked on my door to let me know he was here, he asked if we have any issues, and asked if we wanted indoor treatments.  He was so pleasant and professional throughout his visit.
He was also so kind to our giant English Mastiff.

Josh has been doing my pest control for over 6 months and I couldn't be happier! He solved our cockroach problem completely and I haven't had any other bugs inside the house. He takes the time to understand all of the issues your experiencing and provides solutions that work. I love they are family owned and an honest business. I highly recommend using them!

I have been using Responsible Pest Control for about 1 year. Today I had the pleasure of having Garrett, my new technician come out for service to include Scorpion control. Garrett is a Rockstar and I look forward to having him come out in the future. The company should be ecstatic that they have such a valuable employee.

We needed an exterminator to show up when they said they would... There were too many times when they said they would be at our house, and they weren't. It was quite frustrating. So I tried to cancel. There was a misunderstanding and they keep saying they've come out, but we're never home. Which is something I never agreed too. If you are going to provide a service, then I need to be there. Bottom line we are being charged for nothing. Go with green home pest control. Customer service is WAY better and they come out when they say they will!

I called Cummings Pest Control when after several months, I was not getting the results I had hoped for with another pest control company. I had issues with roaches and more recently, earwigs that were entering through cracks in my bathtub caulking. They were able to get a tech out in just a couple of days for just a bit higher price than I had paid for the other company. Josh was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. I'm very happy with the results...no more roaches and earwigs are doa in my bathtub, so a quick rinse down the drain and they're gone. Next job, seal the cracks in my bathroom!

This is a follow up review.  Initially I was having difficulty reaching them.  No call backs it replies to texts.  This past Sunday Colin texted me with a day and time, which was today and at 11. Gabriel hour here early, treated the house and also remembered to bring a gc for a referral I had given them months ago.  All in all, they did what I paid them to do.  It took longer than I expected.  Have faith people

SCAMMERS - DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. Although they may have a license and pretty website - they are scammers. Their response - We have been in business for over 20 years - fantastic - so you have scammed thousands of people over the years - congratulations.  They take advantage of people with their outrageous prices. They will come to your home, overcharge you, damage your home and then refer you to another company (who they are clearly in cahoots with) to fix your roof. This secondary company is another pest control company (who isn't licensed in contracting and/or roofing) and they also come with outrageous prices. If you speak with ANY other bee company in the valley - these folks are known for overcharging by 30 - 60% and even show nests/honeycombs that they didn't even find on your property. They will be hearing from us in the near future - I will NOT allow our family to be treated like this. Scum Bags.
