concluded at this time I didn't need one. They gave me advice on a simple way to deal with my cricket issue and were on their way.  How honest is that!  So appreciated! I'd hire them without hesitation in the future should the need arises.

Called on Hopper for a bed bug problem. Good price, was determined to do a good job, promised to get them out no matter how many visits it took and they followed through on that and with great communication. Felt very confident, straight answers on my questions without a bunch of upsell nonsense. Called again to get rid of False chinch bugs problem a few months later, also solved. These are my guys going forward for sure.

So I have a rental property in Surprise, AZ and my Mom is renting from us.  She sent me pics of some issues that just arose this week.  

We like to support local women owned and operated businesses and help the small business out.  So Kristen was able to fit us in right away after a quick phone call last night.  She even arrived early to get the job done.  She was thorough, friendly and professional.  I paid her easily from afar on Zelle which was convenient for me.  My Mom is happy and thankful for the service and would also recommend her.  She felt safe having her come to her home, especially as a single woman.  So I definitely appreciated that safety factor.

I highly recommend Kristen!  Go support local, self ran-small women owned/operated business where the person showing up is the one you're supporting- as well as their family.  Forget the big companies, you're just a number.  To Kristen, you're like family and by supporting her with something that we all need done around our homes, it literally also supports her family.

We discovered we had bed bugs on a Thursday and I freaked out, to say the least! After doing tons of research and calling exterminators to get more information and quoted prices well over $1000 to treat our house I was in tears! I took a chance and called East Valley Pest on a Sunday at noon and Alex, the owner answered the phone. I was expecting a recording but got the owner. I explained my situation and he explained the process to me. He was at my house a few hours later and did a complete inspection and reassured me we caught it early and it was contained to one room. He came back 2 days later and treated our house and will return for 2nd treatment in a couple weeks. Alex was amazing! He was professional, patient, prompt and polite. He is trustworthy and dependable. He communicated with me through this process. His price was great compared to everyone else and he kills the bugs doesn't just make them run away! His guarantee is longer than any other company as well. This has been a lot of work for us, but I'm glad that we found Alex to help us through! He's our bug man for life!!

Eric Hoelscher has been My Bug Guy for 6 years now and I've been completely satisfied with the service he's provided. Very thorough, ver knowledgeable,  always friendly and professional. He's also been my go to guy for weed control for the last 2 years. 3 months ago he pigeon proofed my roof and they're no longer a problem. To anyone looking for someone who knows his job, delivers what he promises, and doesn't break your bank, Eric is the guy.

Bed Bugs !. We got them from my Brother in laws visiting Wheelchair.
After finding the Bed Bugs, I jumped on the internet and started researching and I just about lost my mind when I read that they are almost impossible to get rid of and definitely not the first time.
I had three different companies come out to check and give me quotes for HEAT TREATING THE ENTIRE HOUSE !. We picked Xtermin and I have a list of reasons why.
1. Techs inspection was the most thorough and found Bugs where other two companies didn't.
2. They use a multidisciplinary approach.
3. They Educated me on my Enemy (Bed Bugs).
4. They understood my state of Mind and reassured me that I didn't have to throw everything away.
5. They checked our Prep work and fine tuned the things we missed.
6. Every call I made to them was returned.
7. They came out and did a Free inspection when I told them I refused to move back in my Bedroom
8. EXTERMIN GOT THEM THE FIRST TIME !!!!

They did a phenomenal job at my home getting rid of my pigeon nest as well as sealing off any additional areas they could get to. I couldn't be happier and they really took their time to do it right. Highly recommend!!

No way to stop it

I had service by this company and the price was OUTRAGEOUS!  No animal was ever found and all they did was set a trap and come check it every 2 days.  I spoke with the manager who was unempathetic and not understanding.  All for $889!  No animal found.  Traps removed.  The End!  I would never recommend this company, it is a true rip off!
