From my call to Jeremy, the owner, to Heath, my consultant, to Robert my technician, I couldn't have had a better experience from start to finish. I don't remember exactly when I met David. As a home inspector, I seemed to be running into him several times per month. David is one of the most reliable and honest professionals I have met. I was present when a home buyer thought it would be a good idea to treat for termites, and David talked her out of it. Said it wasn't necessary. He also lets people know if they can obtain treatment from an existing warranty which means they don't have to spend additional money. A great guy; family run business with two generations of experience, terrific personality and a beautiful family.

We began noticing bees trying to get into an opening in our eaves. We couldn't tell if they were starting a hive but decided to call a bee service. We contacted Don's and they were able to come the next day. They arrived as scheduled, pulled a ladder and checked the area and found that the opening was secure with screening behind it so the bees were unable to get in so they had moved on. They only charged a minimal fee for time and travel($20) which we were glad to pay to have the assurance that there wasn't a hive starting and that the opening was secure. Just moved here and have been using Sonoran for a few months now.  Really like this company.  Bret is great and makes it clear that customer service is a top priority (after making sure that the bugs are taken care of).  Our regular service tech, Jeremy, is great too. Very nice and always explains the product he is using. (i.e. In the summer months, the concentrations of the products are higher since the bugs tend to be more active.)  They tend to stick to spraying the exterior of your home, unless you have an issue with the interior, and then they will take care of the inside too. We are currently renting a house and had Sonoran come out the day after we moved in.  Two weeks later, I encountered some scorpions outside on our patio.  I called, and they came back out that morning to spray again - no hassle, no extra charges - they just took care of it.  Haven't seen any critters since and I hope that it stays that way.  Great company that we will continue to use!

Pilipo does a fantastic job on our pest control. Listens to what issues we are seeing and addresses them, very polite and puts up with our dog too!

I found baby scorpions!!!!!!!!!! YIKES... called frantic and Tucker went out of his way to take a truck home and stop by my house the next morning on his way to work!!!! they are amazing, thank you Tucker!!!

Joey serviced my home was very thorough and friendly, he even carried my packages in of the front porch..

I previously used a pest control company that serviced my house every other month for $80.00, but Green Flash Pest Control has agreed to service my house EVERY MONTH for $30.00, a real bargain in my opinion. Mark Howell did a great job of spraying both the interior and exterior of my home for insects, including scorpions, as well as the ants that were building nests on my sidewalk.

We've been using Burns for years as a monthly pest control service at two homes.  Our current service tech (Dustin) is one of the most reliable, professional, and personable techs we've encountered in ANY industry or company.  As long as Dustin is our tech, we'll continue using Burns to protect our home from pests, especially scorpions.

Recently, we hired Burns to install screens to deter pigeon roosting.  Gerry was responsive and great at communication, helping scope out a solution that fit our needs without trying to up-sale needless additions.  Zack (the installation tech) did a fantastic job installing the screens with neat and clean lines which met our admittedly picky standards.

Unbelievably fantastic service by my technician, Alex. My initial visit had to be rescheduled twice due to rain (not typical in early June). As my appointment slot was coming to a close, I contacted the office and spoke with a very nice gentleman. He said Alex was at the job right before mine and he'd have him call me. Alex called two minutes later and explained he'd be another hour. He asked if I wanted him to come that evening or he would come on Saturday, his day off, any time that would work for me. What? Not only did he give me the choice but he was super nice. I opted for early Saturday am and he came  right on time. Alex has a great personality, he acts like an owner and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why as I am not up on pest control. Alex went above and beyond for his customer and that impressed me beyond words (well, okay still found words). That's old-fashioned, my word is my bond service. You don't see that much anymore. I am a Green Home Customer for life! Alex, you rock!!

We've been using Watts Pest Prevention for a few months now and we're very happy with their service. We've had no more pest problems since they began treating our home. Everyone we've met from Watts has been completely professional and courteous. They're always prompt and considerate. 5 star service for sure!

Moon Valley has been servicing my home(s) for 15yrs...we have definitely been more than happy with them and would highly recommend them.  They are always prompt and their honesty is beyond question.  They are on time and make swift work of their task at hand but they always make sure to have excellent customer contact while they are out at your home.  There would be no hesitation on my part in the recommendation of this business.

Recent service provided by Chance J. was exceptional.  He took plenty of time to take care of all my concerns and impressed me by his attention to all the little things most techs overlook.  I am very happy with this service.

WOW, Scott knows what he is doing and very helpful on talking too you. Took time when he call me back to do things and to give me tips on things I could do to make sure I have a problem. I can respect that he doesn't want to take people's money. When he arrived walk me around my house and swept any spider webs , swept and even when webs weren't in sight. He has my business.....

Excellent people to work with! They are effective, trustworthy and easy to work with. Wendy was great in setting up all our scheduling needs and communicating with us. John took care of our weeds, sprayed for bugs  and treated our home for termites. We are super satisfied with the results- no more weeds and no more pests! We will definitely use them again.
