We spotted termites in our home and wanted to choose a business that only treats termites, not just a run of the mill exterminator.

The business owner personally came out, did a thorough inspection (free of charge), gave us our options and recommended we take our time to decide how we wanted to proceed... there is nothing worse than being pressured to buy on the spot.

We were so impressed with the level of professionalism and treatment plan cost that we didn't even get a second opinion. Almost 2-years later and no sign of termites.

Have recommended to multiple friends with similar positive experiences.

This is an amazing company that will treat your property well! They did a very thorough walkthrough for termite treatment. Very courteous and on time and the owner even called me directly they answer my questions. Recommend this company to anybody looking to rid themselves of pests!

WOW!  Seldom do I find a company so professional and caring that they actually help you when they aren't making a dime off of you--but Don's did!  I had a huge amount of bees that made a home and honeycomb inside an old leather chair on my patio and had no idea what to do.  My son sprayed and sprayed them to get rid of the bees which--eventually--seems to have worked even tho he risked getting stung hundreds of times (stupid, I know...), so I canceled our appointment for him to come out today.  BUT the honeycomb is still there which will attract new bees.  Don suggested as to what I could do from here--and we are so very appreciative.
I did tons of research on what to do with this problem of bees making a home at my house, and, frankly, I would just call an exterminator if this were to happen again and call it a day instead of taking a chance as we have.  And if you do call an expert for your own bee problem then call this company, Don's, as (from my research) their price is fair and their service is excellent--and they are HONEST!  They are the ones I will definitely call again when I have a problem they can take care of more easily than we did with these stinging bees.

I inquired about having something done about a woodpecker that was pecking on our metal chimney. Jason said they had an option but wouldn't guarantee it would work. When he arrived he said that since we had 2 chimneys they should put this device on both even though the woodpecker never went to the other one. Long story short when I called the very next day after install to tell them that what they put up did nothing I emailed, called etc. They never returned any of my inquiries. By careful using them. They will try to sell you other services, and if you don't take them you will not hear from them again.

Raymond was very professional, covered all areas of the property and was very considerate. He did an amazing job! What a pleasure meeting him and I appreciate his due diligence making sure he followed through on any questions and his thoughtfulness on making sure nothing was missed during the treatment.  What a great experience!!! Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

I previously used a pest control company that serviced my house every other month for $80.00, but Green Flash Pest Control has agreed to service my house EVERY MONTH for $30.00, a real bargain in my opinion. Mark Howell did a great job of spraying both the interior and exterior of my home for insects, including scorpions, as well as the ants that were building nests on my sidewalk.

We have been using Burns' BiMonthly pest control for years now.  The price is reasonable, and the technicians are always professional and nice.   I really do not like bugs, and I rarely see them.  If we do notice a problem, they will come and respray our home for free.

To be honest I was very uninpressed with Bulwark over the last few months and was thinking about changing to another pest control service until I just had Nicholas Riley just do my service. He explained to me that Bulwark was aware of the issues and had just changed back to a more effective chemical. He then proceeded to do the best job of covering my house that any tech has done. I really appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. If I continue to get service like that I will be a customer for a long time to come.
