What a wonderful company to work with! We were referred to Urban Desert from another pest control company to treat our termite issue, and could not be happier with how the situation worked out! The owner Brad personally called us and reassured us they would take great care of us and was able to get us on the schedule quickly. Matt and Garrett were sent to handle the task and they were extremely professional, kind and answered our million questions we asked with ease. Not only is this company professional but I have confidence they did the job right! Thank you for being awesome!

We moved into a house last May having lived in a high rise condo in Phoenix. Anyone who lives on the ground in the desert knows all too well that dealing with creepy crawlies isn't an IF it's a WHEN situation.
One day I noticed that every time I went into the kitchen to prepare food dozens of tiny black ants would suddenly appear all over the counters! Yuck! What was funny was that this only happened when I was in there cooking: the ants actually monitored vibrations and didn't waste any time scavenging a clean countertop. Ingenious!
We had noticed that the ants were forming long columns along all of our outer walls in the yard as they systematically went up and down draining our hummingbird feeders.
Like any other prideful do it yourselfer, I decided to pick up some ant bait at Home Depot and take care of the problem myself. Mistake. Remember, I was dealing with a creature with a brain the size of a grain of sand that had figured out that vibrations in the kitchen meant food was available!
Also, one night while we were killing ourselves suffering through a Shaun T Insanity workout in front of the TV, my wife noticed a column of ants going up the living room wall next to the fireplace! Ewwww!! Upon closer inspection, we saw that these clever little dudes were methodically carrying pieces of cat kibble from the bowls in the kitchen all the way around the living room and up the wall and out through a small hole in the stucco; a remnant from some old water damage not yet repaired by me. It took about 15 of them working together to carry one kibble! Not only that, they would often drop the kibble bit halfway up the wall and start over again! A Herculean effort! I had already called and booked with Insectek at this point for an appointment 2 days hence so I felt bad for them and broke the kibble into small bits so they could carry it up the wall. An hour later there was no trace left of the food or the ants! You gotta hand it to their work ethic!
Lucio came on time and proceeded to spray everywhere ants could possibly travel inside the house and out and even added insect powder into our masonry wall at the back of the property. He assured me that the pesticide was pet friendly once dry and it was safe to humans as well. Insectek had us sign a regular maintenance contract for 1 year during which they would come very 2 months. They promised any further insect problems accruing in between visits would be treated free of charge.
About 2 weeks after the first visit, the industrious critters had returned setting up a nest at the front of the house! Oh no! True to their word, Insectek was back the next day and zapped them to Kingdom Come!
We have happily paid for the bi monthly visits and have not seen a single ant since the second visit! Lucio also happily treats any new problems, such as the small black caterpillars we got on so e of our shrubs this summer. Insectek took care of them!
I highly reccomened Insectek! Sorry bugs, there's a new sherif in town and his name is Lucio and he comes with a very big Insectek stick!

Good service. Came on time, was very thorough with the inspection and I've seen no bugs alive or that weren't dying so far.

On Tuesday we had a giant swarm of Bees decide they wanted to take up residency in our home. My wife alerted me that we may have a problem and showed me the swarm in the front of our house. I heard it before I saw it! Thousands of bees!! I immediately called West Coast and told them the situation and they put the call out to their Techs. for help. 15 min. later Danny showed up ready and willing to take care of the issue. At one point he asked me to check that no bees had gotten into the house. The were not in the house but I could HEAR them in the wall!!
Well Danny worked his magic and with in minutes the problem was solved and a crisis averted.
I'm will NEVER call another pest control company! I'm a West Coast Pest Control guy for life!! Thanks Jeff and Danny for your rapid response and the solution to our problem!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Completely unprofessional management. The technicians that come to your house are GREAT. Office staff? Terrible. Manager? Probably even worse since they won't even get in contact with me. Talked to them on the phone multiple times, said they would get a hold of a manager to get in contact with me, waited a month and didn't. Then called again and asked about it and said the same thing again we will have our manager call you in a few days. Never got anything, finally got my service canceled after trying to cancel for months. The office staff that I talked to was rude and hung up on me. Alyssa was the only nice one, so if you HAVE to talk to someone, talk to her. Other than that, do not go to this pest control! Find someone better!
Update: the comment from the owner, such a lie. I received no voicemails and no calls. Add lying to the list! I was the one who reached out multiple times and I saved all my voicemails and no voicemails from your company. Nice try!

What an amazing small business. We had a pest issue last week. They came out same day, their prices were reasonable and both the phone staff and the person they sent to our home were a pleasure. Definitely a brand that cares. 10/10

We moved here 3 years ago.  We have used a variety of companies to help manage all aspects homeownership and Bills pest and termite has been the most consistent at excellent service, by far.  Madison is the employee that has been keeping the little critters at bay and he is very knowledgeable and we respect and trust Madison and Bills Pest.

I'm finding myself having to update my review of Bulwark Exterminating. Since my initial experience this company has been prompt, responsive and professional during our interactions. Their technicians have always been  personable, detailed and knowledgeable. The Customer Care team has been exceptional reaching out making sure all issues are addressed. This is the company I initially expected and am happy to say they delivered.

We have been using Green Magic for almost a year and they are better than any other pest service I have had in Arizona! Today Matthew was friendly and professional. He did an excellent job, arrived on time, and answered all my questions. These guys truly care about their work.

Called for an inspection on a 7000 sq ft building that we have and they promptly came out the following day, completed the inspection, and gave us options for repairs and treatment. I asked them if we could finish this by year end (so in 5 days) and they were able to complete the entire treatment within the weekend!  Ben was extremely professional and provided me with the details of the warranty and of the job completed. I would HIGHLY recommend them for termite services!!

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.
Very communicative, easy scheduling and want to make sure the family and pets are safe. Will be using again.

This company from Glendale has some terrible scheduling and employee problems. Last year in the fall I was supposed to have the night scorpion treatment.  I had been a regular customer for a year.  Well they forgot to show.  Then when I called they said they only had 2 trucks and one was out of service and could not schedule me for months.  Unfortunately they stopped the service in October.  I called them back in early March and got an appointment April 18. I arranged to be home that evening.  The guy did not show.  I called Bulwark and they said because there was a gate (I am in a gated community) they could not service.  They guy did not even call.  He just left.  I have no problem with anyone else buzzing, from post man to deliveries as well as the regular Bulwark exterminator which I have not seen in months.  When I called the Bulwark office office that services me, I specifically asked that the local owner of that office call me since I had been having problems for the past 7 months.  Their supervisor said that he was empowered to talk with me.  I said NO I went through this last fall and was told a number of excuses by various supervisors.  He refused to allow me to leave a message for the owner. He stated that he was empowered and that they were a multi million dollar company and the owners did not take those kind of calls.  Unfortunately, the staff has been incompetent.  They won't even forward a message to the owner(s).

Perhaps I can get someone to fix the situation by writing this review.   I was also told when I initially signed up with Bulwark that the owner watches reviews.  Hence, I am giving a terrible review to the Gendale office of Bulwark!

Jon and his team are very professional, prompt, and competitively priced and I highly recommend them for both your business and personal properties.  We had Arizona Pest Solutions treat both our business location and our home and are very happy with the work that they performed (including termite control at our home).

Austin and Sean from Arizona Heat Pest Services were both friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. They answered all of my questions and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. If you need pest control, I highly recommend this company!!!

These guys are fantastic. I've been using them for about three years now. When I was first searching everyone seemed so high priced and then I found these guys the rate was nearly half of what other companies wanted to charge me. I gave them a shot and i've always been satisfied with the companies work. 6 month guarantee, kills the weeds every time and I don't see them for another 6-7 months.

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

I have pigeon dropping issues on the front side of my rental home in Laveen. Brandin & team helped to clean up and put up spikes within 2 days. Due to access driveway issues, Brandin & team came back to complete the job later without extra charge & share pic for completed work. Thanks for the excellent work done timely at a reasonable price - highly recommended!

Brian has been wonderful and we couldn't be happier with Pro Active Pest Control! We used to be with another pest control company and we were never able to to get rid of our pest problem. We've been seeing mice in our neighborhood and I was reluctant to hire a pest control company since it's never worked for us in the past but after only being with Pro Active for just over a week and they have already caught two rodents! Both times Brian came out right away and was very nice and professional. We had a box out with the other pest control company for months and they never caught anything. I'm so glad we found Pro Active!
