Urban Desert Pest Control is excellent. Customer service is superb! Jeremy has come out every time and explains everything in detail, reassuring me that once done we will have no more pest problems. Additionally, the pricing is extremely fair and they don't try to get you to sign up annually if you have no need for that service. Some places won't even come out if you don't sign an annual contract.
Everyone I spoke with was friendly, positive and efficient.
I would not hesitate to recommend them!

I just called at 8:30 tonight. The phone was answered, all my questions were answered. Instead of selling something I did not need, and would not help. The gentleman I was talking to said do not waste your money. This is great service , even though it did not help what I needed done. I really appreciate my money not being wasted.

Wes is a very nice guy. He explained everything to me as far as areas being sprayed and why. He also set the scorpion traps. He also came to respray since it rained after the first spraying. So far I'm very pleased and i only see dead bugs. I will be using their service again

While I ultimately didn't go with this company for my pest services I would highly recommend them! They were prompt in answering all of my questions and ended up in my last two companies that I was interviewing. They were honest and straightforward with their answers and professional throughout all of our interactions. That good first impression alone deserves 5 stars! If anything happens with the contract I'm in with another company I'd gladly switch to Merrill.

Paulina was very helpful in getting us set up with what we needed to establish service in our new home.  She took the time to understand our needs and our lack of knowledge as new homeowners.  Prior to leaving, she made sure I understood what was completed and what I needed to do while we are renovating.  I will definitely be recommending Bills Pest & Termite to my friends looking for services.

For over two years I used Bulwark and they for the most part did a great job. I had the same technician for the whole time and he was reliable and friendly. Then they changed technicians and it seemed I was get the bottom dwellers. One guy was so rude that when he came into my house he almost demanded to lay one of my musical instruments. Bigger issues ensued. Some months they would not call to schedule an appointment or the only times I could get was when I was at work. I have a few dogs and I like to be home to keep them out of the yard when the tech sprays.
It is now mid November and Bulwark has not been to my house in over six weeks. They never called to schedule an appointment in October and nothing in November. In the past my monthly service was like clock work. Sure I could call them and ask them what's up but clearly they either have no interest in fulfilling their service contract with me or they are too unorganized to figure out they have missed me for two months. I am going to go with another company.

I am very satisfied with Green Magic Pest Control. I requested a quote and Matt quickly responded the conversation went good and he gave me a great quote. Not only the pricing what made me decide to go with them but they are pet friendly which was very important to me.
The technician Jordan was very professional and polite. He answered all my questions and concerns. Thanks for wearing booties . Highly recommended.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

I am so glad I called these guys!  After a ton of scorpion encounters and being stung I had enough.  Bulwark did a great job getting rid of them.  I also never see any other bug or spider for that matter!  Yay!  Thank you to Joel and Kaimen.  They are always helpful and answer all my ridiculous questions.  We use them for both scorpions and termites and we are free of both.  Plus, if it rains I can call and ask them to stop by for a redo and it's no problem.  Customer service is awesome.

I contacted them one day and they were at my house the next. Nice and very professional. Out of several competitors they were the quickest to reply and most affordable.

Yesterday, I had Austin come to my home. He was right on time. He really was such a nice guy. He did an inspection . He found it was carpet
beetles. He answered all my questions, which I had a lot of. He made me an appt for Friday, He put me at ease, as i was so nervous. Thank you

Custom Weed and Pest Control did a fabulous job of clearing our yard of spring weeds. We kept getting dinged by our HOA for weeds in the rocks of our yard so we called Custom Weed And Pest Control to help us out. They returned my call promptly and set up AZ n appointment within a short time frame. The treatment only took a few minutes and we haven't seen a weed since. We are very happy with Custom Weed and Pest Control, and recommend them highly.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

I had the best experience with Alex from Copper State Pest Management. He was on time and professional and very helpful. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to handle it and gave me a lot of helpful advice. We have terra cotta tile roof and he was very careful not to go on the roof or damage any roof tiles while he was inspecting. I highly recommend his company if you have any type of pest problem.

Used to have a huge problem with spiders and potato bugs in the garage and around the house. A few mice in the garage as well.
They are no longer an issue and the service has been great so far.
