Isaac is seriously the best in his field! My family has been working with him for years and we've always been satisfied with his level of service. He is detail-oriented, thorough, and highly professional. On top of that, he's very knowledgeable about the life cycles and behavior patterns of native pest species. Isaac also takes the time to explain his process, why he uses certain chemicals or materials, how they work, and how long before you start to see their effects.

My husband and I recently had a terrible cricket infestation in our new house and, after a visit from Isaac, we noticed a difference literally overnight. Before Isaac came along we'd be listening to a symphony of crickets chirping like it was nobody's business in our master bed/bath all night long. After one visit from Isaac, that same night we were able to finally have a restful and SILENT night's sleep. Die crickets, die.

If you have any sort of pest problem whatsoever, Isaac is your guy. His prices are very reasonable and he's an all around miracle worker.

Started using this company for monthly pest control at my house based on a recommendation from a friend. And I'm glad I did so. They are reasonably priced, reliable and very friendly.  Happy to be able to support a local company versus one of these larger pest control companies.

These folks are the best!!!!!  We live in Scottsdale - and had a sewer-roach infestation - which is GONE!!!  cannot recommend this company enough!!!!!!! We had at least two other companies attempt to mitigate this - without results.  Just the BEST!!!!!!

I just moved here from California and called several companies for prices.  I found Jason and he was affordable and knowledgeable.  Very nice guy. Mike was fantastic.  I had contacted a top rated bee removal service that I found on Yelp.  The individual cancelled on me at the time he was supposed to arrive.  I found Mike on Angie's List.  He answered my call, set up an appointment that same day and arrived on time.  Mike's fee was extremely reasonable and he eliminated the Africanized bees.  I was so relieved.  THANK YOU Mike

I was so so so happy with their service and it's been since the 10th of October and no signs of any Black Widows.  My RV was loaded with those spiders. I placed the call and they respond right away. If you're looking for an honest and dependable pest control service then look no further! Jamie was on time, asked lots of questions about what issues I was having so he could determine the best treatment and was very thorough. He made sure I knew what was being done and what to look out for so that I could let him know for next time in addition to giving me prevention tips as well. Overall a great experience!

Integrity / competent service is very important to me not to mention a fair price.  We hired Heritage to rid us of a tick problem, our poor dog had ticks on ticks.  They answered all our questions and scheduled us for the next day.  They did a VERY THOROUGH job inside and out of our house and even informed us of some termite trails knowing that we had a 5 year contract with another provider.  If your looking for a honorable company that will put you first call Heritage, I did and will in the future.

Tech was super pleasant to talk to and was very knowledgeable in terms of the type of spray that they were using. I'd highly recommend this local company to anyone! Kind, prompt, and budget friendly... can't beat that!

I have been using this business for a few years now.  You won't find better customer service.  The owner does much of the calls and is a genius when it comes to knowing the history and details of certain pests.  My house backs up to the desert and I have had help with rodents, ants and other creatures that are better left in nature.  Watching how they work and the products they use is educational to say the least.  They will always be my go to guys.  This company will make it right.

Highly recommended to us by our realtor and sellers' realtor.  Lack of follow through, missed appointments, always an excuse as to why appointments were missed.  Called another pest control service in the area and had property re-inspected.  Apparently Bug Commander didn't think we would ever crawl under the house or go into the attic to confirm their work.  Now we have pictures that clearly show the work they claimed to have completed was not done.  Such a disappointment.  We like supporting small local businesses but this one won't get our business ever again.

Dean was great! Super friendly and explained everything about my sevice. I've been with Moxy for over a year and have had no issues at all. I do wish the quarterly payment was a little less for those who don't really have any bug issues going on and just want to maintain. But I am very happy with the service.

Well here it is Nov. 2017.  When I thought John had done my service in June 2017 I promptly mailed Sexton my Check.  
Come to find out John didn't perform service.  When I called and asked for a refund I got lip service from Erica and then she hung up on me!
Finally got put thru to Vivian August 15th and she said she'd take care of it right away.  August 20th, still no check and put thru to voice mail for Vivian, also the case on Oct. 19, 2017 put thru to voice mail.
This speaks volumes to the Integrity of the people working their and just read the other reviews and you'll change your mind about using them!
