They always return my calls. Based on their operation they hold themselves to a higher standard. I wouldn't let one small incident ruin their business. I am pleased with their abilities.

I've been using Russell Pest Control for about 10 years.  I have a house with irrigation and a lot of green, so lots of potential creepy crawlies.  Steve and his team have always kept it all under control, and when I've had wasp or bee issues, he always gets someone right over. The crew us always polite, professional and respectful of our space. Very happy to recommend these guys!

I have been using Synder Weeds for the past couple years. Great company, great customer service and fair price. This stuff works great!

I have been using alpha pest control for approx 5+ years. Jeff is knowledgeable and very reliable. I completely trust him for all our pest needs from our previous home to our new home. Jeff sprays each month for about $45 per month. I gladly pay a monthly fee if it means I don't have extra guests in my home. To me, that is money well spent.

I'm not sure they are in business anymore. I've had them out a couple times in the past and they were great but I've call 2 or 3 times and they don't pick up or return my calls.

I've used orkin before. many years ago on our old hose. they are very thorough. This time was no exception. We had to have all our flooring removed to be replaced and since our new (to us) house had, or has had termites I decided to have the house treated while it was easily accessed since they need to drill holes in the concrete and next to any cracks in the slab.

They did a good job and time will tell if it took, but I suspect that the house had been treated by them more than 5 years ago, I can't prove it because the AZDA reporting site no longer goes back that far. Price was twice to 4 times what other companies charge, but they do supposedly warranty it longer so...

Technicians pay close attention to detail fumigating all areas needed and cleaning all webs placing pest traps by main entrance doors and garage doors, this company truly cares for our pest needs, they always answer my calls when ever I have pest concerns. FYI this company offers pre emergent weed control, My yards are always weed free. I been with this company for 5 years and they continue to be the very best to us. Thank you Loveall Pest Control!

I Definitely recommend 303 Pest Control!! Mike and another technician came out this morning to get rid of pesty ants in my kitchen and sprayed my house inside and out! They gave me great tips and tricks for the  while explaining what the sprayed all over my house. They were very friendly, super professional, and budget friendly!

Cheriton A, is of low character in this case. She put a bad review out of spite. She almost side swiped Vernon Pest Control's truck and he or like 50 or more yeaadmits to flipping her off so to defend herself she posted this nasty untrue review. Vernon Pest Control is one of the best companies in Arizona and has been here in the Valley for over 50 years. People lie.

We have been residents of Ahwatukee for 20 years now.  Upon arrival, scorpions and spiders were a real issue and we tried several pest control companies but were never completely satisfied...till we were recommended Foothills Pest Solutions!  Can not express our relief of discovering that you can, in fact, live in the Valley of the Sun and NOT have to deal with vermin scurrying about our house.  Great customer service; prompt, courteous, friendly and truly do the job right!  If you are thinking about starting or changing your exterminating company, give William and Jennifer a call!

1500 dollars almost a year later and zero results.

I started this process on 3/1/20 and I am in no better position with respect to the rodent issue.

I had called another company prior to truly nolen who told me that rodents in the walls can be more difficult to treat and they weren't sure if they were the best fit.

I called truly nolen because they drive a car that's shaped like a mouse so I figure that's their thing right?

Told them:
1) I have never seen them I just hear them running in the walls, scratching, chewing, and sometimes squeaking.
2) I have a citrus tree that has chewed up fruits all over it.

The guy was like: yeah we can help. We'll seal up the entry points, they'll die off and you'll be good. It'll be 1,500 and this will also prevent future infestations.

Sweet I thought, and I paid. They came and did the work. 2 weeks later I called and said I still hear it. They came out and told me I'll double check the work and it usually takes a while for them to die off.

Now it's a month later and I tell them I still hear them. They come out and bring some head honcho type dude. He says: work is great what you're hearing is lizards...... no evidence of lizards and I didn't know lizards made chewing sounds and occasionally squeaked and ate citrus fruit but ok. They said they'd follow up and didn't.

So now 5 months later I write a long letter stating:

You came back to see my place and told me in essence that you'd be back out to do a few things like patch up an entry point.

You also said that you thought the noises I was hearing in my ceiling were lizards.

I have not heard from you since that visit, there were no entry points closed and there were no traps given or checked like you said you'd do.

I highly doubt there are lizards - I have heard them squeek.

Also the grapefruit tree had poop on it, that didn't look lizard sized.

At this point I will say I am pretty dissatisfied, I paid 1500 bucks for you to plug holes but the problem of lizard/mice/rats running around inside my walls has never stopped since your treatment began.

Would like to know what the next steps are.

This resulted in them sending a guy out to lay traps down and they said they'd check them. They came out and did who knows what a couple more times.

Still have the same scratching and clawing that I've had. It was really notable in December and I reached out through their portal, they set up an appointment time and I said wouldn't be home at that time and that was it. Haven't heard from them since.

The key issues:
1) literally nothing changed
2) It cost 1500 dollars
3) If the rodents die off when you seal the entry points and they're still around that means you didn't do your job.
4) Bad communication
5) I sought a refund in August and the request completely went ignored.
6) insulting my intelligence by suggesting my problem was lizards when I have citrus fruit with holes in it and have obvious biting and squeaking in my walls.

This was something I didn't want to do because the techs seem like nice enough dudes but the service and the effectiveness of treatment was absolutely atrocious and I can't say I'm remotely satisfied or that I'd ever recommend them. Truth is I feel scammed like I just gave 1500 to a Nigerian prince.

Richard Fisher Orkin's Inspector called and arrive right on time.
This is so appreciative.
We had termite problems a few years back and Orkin have been very pro active making sure that they do not return.  You could hardly tell where they drilled the holes in the flagstone. Wonderful work. Please call Richard if you live in the Scottsdale /

My field expert Mike H did an awesome job today. He was prepared with want I had highlighted to moxie that I wanted taking care of today. I was notified 30 minutes before his arrival.

Twice they said they had been out and sprayed but didn't, we know because there is always someone home. Even if they did spray we still had bugs roaming around, so we are not impressed with them and do not recommend them.

Someone hired by Right Guy Pest Control just taped a solicitation to my door. With scotch tape, because I guess paint doesn't matter to pest control people?

Not professional, not a sign of someone I really want to work for me.

These people are beyond disrespectful! They have now come to our home multiple times after being told no!!! Rang the doorbell non stop and knocked on the door relentlessly until someone answered the door while small babies were sleeping. Would never do business with people like this. Respect people's homes and privacy.
