Great service!  I like the fact it's a family owned business, not really a big fan of big franchise brands.  The gentleman that came out was professional, explained the scope of the service and did a thorough job.

I've been using Russell Pest Control for about 10 years.  I have a house with irrigation and a lot of green, so lots of potential creepy crawlies.  Steve and his team have always kept it all under control, and when I've had wasp or bee issues, he always gets someone right over. The crew us always polite, professional and respectful of our space. Very happy to recommend these guys!

I have used Snyder's Weed Control now for about 3 years and have yet to find anyone that can beat their service. I have used others in the past and everyone I have used have failed in customer service and how they applied the weed control products.
I will and always will use Snyder's Weed control. Their customer service is way beyond the call of duty. Always taking care of their customer's with pride and making sure that their customers are happy with their service. I am more than very happy with them.

Very professional - friendly staff... I have used Alpha Pest Solutions for over a year now and I am impressed with the results.  Previous pest control companies rarely met my expectations. I have both the interior and exterior of my home serviced so trust in the company and in the product they use is a major concern of mine. Alpha Pest addressed all my concerns and educated me on their product  -- I feel totally comfortable using Alpha Pest and recommending them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy company.

We have been using this company for over 15 years,  Denny (owned it until very recently) Always gave us wonderful service.  On time every month . Always the first week of the month.
We are moving and have spent time trying to get a hold of someone there to they stop spraying the old house and starting on the new house.
Never could get anyone in the office.  Left voice mail ... no response
My wife went to their web site and found a place to contact them.  Still nothing so she did it again. They have finally called and hopefully have the correct information.   We will see if they spray the new house.

After being ghosted by another pigeon removal company, I found Cabana on Yelp. What a fantastic experience! This is a family owned business with customer service at its core. Alfredo and son were prompt to provide an estimate, on time for the service and left the area clean and good looking. All for less than the other company's estimate. Highly recommend.

From the inspection, to the payment arrangements, and finally to the treatment everything was wonderful! Both the inspector and exterminator (Not sure of the correct terminology) where very knowledgeable. We had a few other quotes, and they where 300-400 dollars more than Invader! They did not use scare tactics, and they where very respectful. It was overall a great experience and if any one I know gets termites, I would STRONGLY recommend them!

I've used orkin before. many years ago on our old hose. they are very thorough. This time was no exception. We had to have all our flooring removed to be replaced and since our new (to us) house had, or has had termites I decided to have the house treated while it was easily accessed since they need to drill holes in the concrete and next to any cracks in the slab.

They did a good job and time will tell if it took, but I suspect that the house had been treated by them more than 5 years ago, I can't prove it because the AZDA reporting site no longer goes back that far. Price was twice to 4 times what other companies charge, but they do supposedly warranty it longer so...

Attention Maricopa!  I have had the pleasure of using this company for several months now.  I'm so impressed with their service.  Dan is so quick to respond to any stupid question I have.  We moved here from the Midwest so we are so unfamiliar with the critters here in Arizona.  Thank you Loveall Pest Control for being so quick to respond, to any question I have.

I Definitely recommend 303 Pest Control!! Mike and another technician came out this morning to get rid of pesty ants in my kitchen and sprayed my house inside and out! They gave me great tips and tricks for the  while explaining what the sprayed all over my house. They were very friendly, super professional, and budget friendly!

I would definitely recommend great service and went out of his way to help me gonna continue having them spray my home!

We have been residents of Ahwatukee for 20 years now.  Upon arrival, scorpions and spiders were a real issue and we tried several pest control companies but were never completely satisfied...till we were recommended Foothills Pest Solutions!  Can not express our relief of discovering that you can, in fact, live in the Valley of the Sun and NOT have to deal with vermin scurrying about our house.  Great customer service; prompt, courteous, friendly and truly do the job right!  If you are thinking about starting or changing your exterminating company, give William and Jennifer a call!

This company is fraud. They treated my house for termites when I bought it and gave a one year guarantee. Fast-forward 3 years and the termites are back and the holes they were supposed to drill only went 1 into the concrete - WTF!?!

I'm having my house treated again and the new company is actually re-drilling the same holes because none of the older ones go through the concrete, and these are the walls with the freaking termite stains. I'm sure there are some good employees there, but there are also jerks with zero integrity. Unbelievable that they would commit fraud like that.

I am beside myself with frustration. DO NOT trust this company!!!

and so went our conversation just over a week ago...
the next day, he told me that Orkin was coming out to exterminate!

So, I'm writing this review within a few days of our first treatment... but I've used Orkin in the past and never had a problem.  Until further notice (or scorpion sightings), I highly recommend calling Orkin to control the pests living in your house!

It was $95 for our initial visit and Sharon, our Orkin (Wo)man, sold us on an annual package where future visits will be $44 each.  It'll be worth it if I don't see any more scorpions running around here!

Evidently the people at Moxie are illiterate as well as hard headed. After being disturbed by one of their employees knocking repeatedly on my front door, I explained that our private, gated community does not welcome solicitors as is stated on the sign at the gate he used to enter the neighborhood. He told me Have a nice day and then proceeded to knock on a neighbor's door.

Moxie might be the best pest control service ever, but we'll never know because if they can't be respectful enough to heed the no solicitation sign, they are undeserving of our business.

We've had Preventive since moving to AZ. We get a friendly phone call every other month letting us know the day of service, a technician arrives on time, asks about our pest situation (thankfully only tiny earwigs and crickets), whether we want inside/outside only/both, does the work, and I sign the receipt. Everyone has been pleasant and efficient. And the treatment is effective!

Someone hired by Right Guy Pest Control just taped a solicitation to my door. With scotch tape, because I guess paint doesn't matter to pest control people?

Not professional, not a sign of someone I really want to work for me.

These people are beyond disrespectful! They have now come to our home multiple times after being told no!!! Rang the doorbell non stop and knocked on the door relentlessly until someone answered the door while small babies were sleeping. Would never do business with people like this. Respect people's homes and privacy.
