Great service!  I like the fact it's a family owned business, not really a big fan of big franchise brands.  The gentleman that came out was professional, explained the scope of the service and did a thorough job.

I've been using Russell Pest Control for about 10 years.  I have a house with irrigation and a lot of green, so lots of potential creepy crawlies.  Steve and his team have always kept it all under control, and when I've had wasp or bee issues, he always gets someone right over. The crew us always polite, professional and respectful of our space. Very happy to recommend these guys!

I have used Snyder's Weed Control for many years. They were referred to us by some neighbors in our Community. When you call for an appointment, you actually don't get one right away - but they do call you the day before when they will be in your area...works for me.

The technician arrives on time and gets the job done. They coat my entire property with the pre-emerge and do not cut corners anywhere...again, they spray the entire property and spray it well. My job is to wait 48 hours and then water down the entire property for the solution to sink into the ground to keep new weeds from growing. You wait the 48 hours so that the weeds that are above the ground die off.

The reason for the 4 stars .... I skipped a year (2014) with Mr. Snyder as I had new weed growth within my 1 year warranty that I had paid about 160.00? for. The warranty is that they will come and spray where weeds have grown or re-grown within the year time. On the FRONT of my agreement it stated 1 year warranty ......in the civilized world, 1 year - as I recall - has always been 52 weeks. In the Snyder world - on the BACK of my guarantee...in very small print ...a 1 year warranty is only 49 weeks. When I called, I was told to read the back of my contract to which I countered that the FRONT says the words 1 year warranty. I was ONE week past my 49 weeks and they refused to come and re-spray. I insisted that it was pretty shady as well as false advertisement and it was only ONE WEEK - yes, 50 WEEKS!! The FRONT of the contract should state 49 week warranty alongside the other offer that they have printed on the front - the 6 month warranty . Mr Snyder and I did not see eye to eye on what the world has written in the books as what a year consists of and what he has decided what a year consists of. The FRONT of the warranty stated should state EXACTLY what the BACK of the warranty states! He had a chuckle in his voice, however I was not amused as I had been a customer for so many years. I contacted my HOA president as so many of our residents used Snyders.  I'm guessing he placed a call and Mr Snyder was a little more humble, but would not respray. To date, the contract STILL says one year warranty on the front of it and 49 week warranty on the back!!

I used a different weed control company in 2014 (see my review with photos on Burns Pest and Weed Elimination - they actually ruined my lawn....killed a fair amount of my grass and I still had weeds growing which they never took care of )......so much to my husbands insistence, we are back with Snyder's,  my weeds are dead, my lawn is alive and all is forgiven.

Again, just be mindful that 1 year = 49 weeks in the Snyder World .....if you're ok with that - they are definitely one to use for weed control.

Jeff (the owner) is fast, friendly, and provides great service.  The best part is that I haven't seen very many of my worst enemies (scorpions) around.  I signed up for the monthly plan which is about $40 per month.  $40 is a small price to pay for not having to scream like a little girl every time I see a bug.

This company is wonderful. They are the most professional and caring people in the business. I've had to call them for emergency situations a few times and they always come right out.

We hired Cabana Pigeon Services to seal off the top of our back patio and two eaves to prevent birds nesting. Alfredo and Rochelle are hands down the nicest and most personable professionals in the area and we enjoyed their service. At the end of the day, our bird issue was resolved, and we feel like we've made a friend. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs bird removal service!

New to the area..looked up Yelp reviews...for Pest Control...Great reviews....Hired Mark...very very pleased!   He is very meticulous.

I had this company for service did ok for awhile but then just quit coming when I called said they didn't even have me in the system then finally they somehow magically found me. I went ahead and resumed services understanding that things happen well unfortunately several months went by and the same thing happened. They have done nothing to make it right neither have they given me a reason as to why I keep falling off the books. When I declined to continue services they now are sending me a bill from February which I am pretty sure I never even got service in Feb as I always pay with a check at the time of service. In my opinion this is a business  that really doesnt care about their customers.

I never thought I would need pest control but my neighbors niece moved into next door and the next thin I know I'm seeing baby roaches but only one or two. I tried bombs and sprays but I'd alway dee one or two still. I finally got fed up and called Orkin and the technicians they sent out to my property were respectful and professional and to my joy I've been bug free for over a month now. They are worth every penny. The technicians Kenneth Hill and William Zambrano are the best.

Technicians pay close attention to detail fumigating all areas needed and cleaning all webs placing pest traps by main entrance doors and garage doors, this company truly cares for our pest needs, they always answer my calls when ever I have pest concerns. FYI this company offers pre emergent weed control, My yards are always weed free. I been with this company for 5 years and they continue to be the very best to us. Thank you Loveall Pest Control!

I Definitely recommend 303 Pest Control!! Mike and another technician came out this morning to get rid of pesty ants in my kitchen and sprayed my house inside and out! They gave me great tips and tricks for the  while explaining what the sprayed all over my house. They were very friendly, super professional, and budget friendly!

I would definitely recommend great service and went out of his way to help me gonna continue having them spray my home!

Kudos to this family owned and operated business!!  We found ourselves in a pickle when our trusted exterminator had an unfortunate accident,  preventing him from working. We had been with him for over 10 yrs. and had to go out on the search. We interviewed a few of the corporate based businesses and knew that wasn't for us. A quick google search brought me to
Foothill Pest Solutions and couldn't be more pleased. No contract, same day & time, same tech (Ray)  and friendly reminder texts by Jennifer, the day prior. Professional, knowledgeable and thorough in eliminating any concerns... What more could we ask for

I have nothing but good things to say about Truly Nolen.  
I contacted them for outside pest maintenance. In doing the outside inspection the first time, the technician also found termites.  Inside, he also found lots of damage in a closet that I used for storage and rarely looked into.  Long story short, termite treatment was done. Upon inspection a while later, treatment had to be expanded to another part of the house.  No problems since.  No critters of any kind inside or outside since Truly Nolen has been treating the outside of my home. I always highly recommend the Peoria Truly Nolen service.

I am writing this review on  Mr.Wamboldts behalf,  who has been a satisfied customer for numerous years, of his top notch service recieved from Orkin Pest Control this whole time. Greg G the territory sales rep is amazing with his knowledge, recommendations and very welcoming personality. Keifer M is so very, very thorough and takes his time making sure to protect us from any critters that come about. O'Ryan not only took care of our mosquito traps, he also helped get rid of some pesky mud/comb wasps no questions asked. See the pics with all the success. Thank you team, we feel more protected then ever!!  Next job for them will be to help take care of roof rats or mice in the attic...... BTW - As hot as these guys must be this time of year they still are dressed nice in l/s uniforms and pandemic SAFE TOO. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!

My field expert Mike H did an awesome job today. He was prepared with want I had highlighted to moxie that I wanted taking care of today. I was notified 30 minutes before his arrival.

I've used Preventive Pest Control for 10 years. Recently we've have a significant scorpion problem. I've called them to my house multiple times, but the scorpion problem just keeps getting worse.

During a recent service call (specifically about scorpions) it started raining, so the tech said he would treat just the inside of my house and then come back later for the outside. However, Preventive Pest charged me for the full treatment anyway and then was annoyed when I wanted them to come out and finish the job. They said that they *did* spray outdoors--(they didn't).

When they finally came again to spray the outside a couple days ago, whatever they did didn't work. Last night I took a black light outside and killed five--F.I.V.E--juicy scorpions in exactly in the area I'd been telling them was a problem. I'm pretty sure they didn't even spray there.

I just called them today and asked if someone could come out and spray the problem area again, and they said they could, but that they would have to charge me for a full treatment. WHAT? They missed a scorpion nest, and they want to charge me the full amount to re-spray that area? No thanks. I am so done with this company. They are going downhill for sure.

Someone hired by Right Guy Pest Control just taped a solicitation to my door. With scotch tape, because I guess paint doesn't matter to pest control people?

Not professional, not a sign of someone I really want to work for me.

These people are beyond disrespectful! They have now come to our home multiple times after being told no!!! Rang the doorbell non stop and knocked on the door relentlessly until someone answered the door while small babies were sleeping. Would never do business with people like this. Respect people's homes and privacy.
