Friendly Pest Control is the ONLY pest control company willing to help us with our particular issue. I found R.J. on the Nextdoor app & am so grateful that I did. We cannot say enough good things about R.J. who services our area in the Prescott Country Club in Dewey, AZ. Definitely 10 star service. We have a very serious pack rat infestation in our 40 ft motorhome. Most pest control companies will not touch a motorhome and will only provide service to residential or commercial structures. R.J. has a strategic plan to help us and explains everything thoroughly. R.J. s knowledge is extensive & his customer service is excellent. We highly recommend Friendly Pest Control and in particular R.J. for the Dewey, Prescott Valley, Prescott & surrounding areas. We are going to switch over to Friendly Pest Control for our residential service as well.

We moved to Arizona after living in Southern New Mexico for the last 6 1/2 years, so we know the pests that inhabit the Southwest and what needs to be done to control them. I was put in contact with Larry at Estrella Mountain Pest Control through another of Larry's happy customers - nothing says more of a business than a positive referral!

I have found Larry to be highly trained and experienced, a professional who knows his trade and a business owner who cares about his customers. I would highly recommend Larry and Estrella Mountain Pest Control to anyone looking for a great company to service their home or business. I don't often give 5 stars in a review, but this company deserves it.

Josh should be your first - and only - call for termite treatments. He knows his stuff, has all the right equipment, and is super friendly/punctual/conscientious/thorough.

On top of all that, he's by far the best value (he was half the price of the big guys.). After treatment he will send you a couple maps of your structure and what he did in each place.

Highly recommend.

Scott was great! I called him about a hive that was inside a tree I was planning on having removed that week. He was able to come out later that day. He was great following up and when there were still quite a few bees still around the next day he came out two more times to make sure they were all removed. Thanks for the great job!

James and Tammy were great in getting rid of all my indoor creepy crawly bugs and I've really seen a great reduction in the ones outside.  Their price is very reasonable for the quick, but efficient and thorough treatment they do. I also like the personal touch that they convey.  I used to be with a Big Name company- but there treatments weren't nearly as effective and I had to call when I had problems and they never were resposive to my needs.  Thank you- A Pest Cemetery for a great job!!

Sabra did a very professional job. They arrived on time, did a great clean up after out termite treatment. My wife and I are VERY HAPPY. We would highly recommend Sabra's to anyone.  Just great.

I've used 911 pest defense since moving to Phoenix in January 2017. I haven't had a pest problem since they started treating our house. They even took the time to point out some structural issues and gave me some ideas on how to handle them. Omar is great. Very friendly, prompt, and fast.
The only thing that would make 911 Pest defense 5 stars for me is an online payment option. Writing checks and mailing them in isn't convenient any more.

We had grass growing in places it should not, it was unresponsive to any spray we were putting on it.  Thunderbird Weed and Pest came out on a Thursday and by Friday the grass was already starting to die! Very responsive, and came out  quickly.  We will be having them come back regularly to take care of the weeds and grass that pop up.

SJM are great. They are a family owned and operated business and very conscientious. We have not had any issues arise so far, with critters, so they do a great job.

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

David is a professional. He is kind, responsive and helpful. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all. He even referred us to a place that can help us with our normal pest care. He sealed everything in our house. We decided to use We Seal it rather than getting the slippery seal technique that is out there, because David's team does so much more than just seal the stem wall area. I wanted the bells and whistles package, and after he did most of the work, he told me, he didn't think I actually needed all the stuff, and so he left it up to me, to decide if I still wanted to pay for it or save some money and take his recommendation that I didn't need it. I listened to his advice, because he made me feel at ease with his demeanor, knowledge and years of experience. David even told me I had some special pest thing on my home. I have pipes that were built in the wall, and a pest company, (only one pest company can do this, which is the one that invented the technology), can spray the pests through an opening outside into the pipes in my walls. The realtor didn't tell us this, or the inspector, before we bought the place. That would have been a nice, nice to know thing, while we were in contract on the home. Lol Anyway, thank you David and thank you to your team. Excellent service!

So let's start with this.  If you agree to do a service at a price, do not call me the next day saying we're not going to do it unless you agree to a much more expensive service option.  That is both dishonest and shady business.  You agreed to do the service at a stated price.  You even confirmed it with your service manager.  Remember back when people would honor their word?

I asked if they needed to wait until their tech was going to be in the neighborhood for other service calls, and they said no, they just wouldn't come out unless I agreed to one of their much more expensive ($140 vs $50) service options.

Shameful business practices.

I am very impressed with Blue Sky Pest Control - far more than with any of the other firms I've used over the years.

My house is five years old and so it was time to have it re-treated for termites. I called Blue SKy for that and at the same signed up for a year of bi-monthly pest control treatments.  I'v now had my third interaction with Blue Sky techs and I am very pleased. They are knowledgable, friendly, and responsive.  

Even my wife made the same comment.  She is the one who had most of the interactions with the previous pest control firms and made the same comment that Blue Sky seems to be a heck of a lot better than any of the others.

We have been a customer of Truly Nolan for over 10 years and could not be more please with their service.  When we need service between their quarterly visits they are very responsive.  Today we called because we found some water beetles in our master bath.  An appointment was scheduled for 2 days from now, but when Jake, our service tech saw the order, he called, said he was in the area and would be right over.  He was here in 10 minutes and took care of the problem.  Just one example of TN service and Jake in particular, who is always going the extra mile to make sure his customers are taking care of.

They not only do great job on pest control. They have more than once came to the top of the customer service to meet my needs. One of the best in customer service. Been with them since 2013. Would never consider changing. Their prices are very competitive.  Give them a try.

Well, that's it. On to a new provider. Docked another star.
Called Wednesday and treatment was scheduled for between 8-12 Saturday. No call, no show--and allegedly no record of me as a customer at all! I called at 1 pm to see if they even had me down for today. They did not. Guy handling Saturday dispatch was really nice but the only solution he could give me was to call Monday and try again.
I'm a fool for not cutting bait after I wrote my original review in 2018.

buyer beware!!!!!  this company will try to bill you for services not rendered and then send you to a collection agency!  do not hire them to get near your home.  buyer beware!!!  i have proof should you need it.
