Great Service, Caring People.  You can't go wrong with Eric and his staff.  They provide excellent pest control service, checking prior to each visit to assess their prior effectiveness in eliminating problems.  From the pre-visit reminder call through each visit, their service is outstanding and state of the art.  We have been satisfied customers for 20 years.  And you can get a break on the price by paying in advance for a year's service.

I have been a customer of Bryant Pest Control for several years. They have been wonderful to work with and the technicians have always been professional. I live in Seville in GIlbert and being out here can be challenging with bugs, scorpions, etc. They are thorough and personable. They DO NOT require a contract and are family owned.

All of the technicians are friendly and super knowledgable. I love that they always check first to see if pets are in the yard, and what they will do that day. I also love if no one is home they go about and do what they need to do! If I could give 6 stars I would!

All I can say is WOW! My house was infested and i had lost all hope! I didn't even want to go home because my pest problem had become so unmanageable. I had several other companies come out to provide services, but in a matter of days those relentless pests were back! That's when I called Justin, the owner, who took a real interest in my pest problem and assured me he would take on the challenge and succeed where other companies had failed. I immediately felt relieved! Not only did he completely eradicate my pest problem with a SINGLE treatment, he also proved to be someone who actually cared about helping me! Serenity Pest Solutions is absolutely amazing and i will never use another service again! They were professional, reliable, thorough and most importantly, they were kind. We've had a slight issue with silver fish since moving into our new home. We've been using Hubter Pest Control because the prices are great and there is no contract to sign. We were serviced 3 weeks ago and were still seeing bugs so they came out again to spray.  

So grateful for your level of service!!!

Found out about these guys from a neighbor. My front/back yards were overrun with weeds and guess what Bob's handles along with pests? Yay! So a pre-emergent, a spray for weeds, and a 6-month guarantee was agreed on and they were out the next day to do it. Such friendly people and so reasonably priced! Thorough too, because I saw them cover every inch of my two yards they could reach. Thanks for the great work!

We have used Maximum Exterminating on rental homes and new construction.  They are always on time, do what they say they are going to do without any hidden charges.  They also communicate with you and you never feel left in the dark.  Great, reliable company!

Matt Lane came highly recommended for pest control services in our area and we understand why. He showed up to our initial assessment appointment on time, was courteous regarding newborn and pets, and explained everything thoroughly as he serviced the home. He was efficient and answered all of our questions. We are happy to be working with him ongoing.

I've been using these guys for the last 13 years.  They are punctual, pleasant and very helpful.  They come out for routine service once per month.  Unfortunately, I live in Phoenix and there has been a lot of construction and activity in my neighborhood, so I had seen more roaches.  They were dead or dying, thanks to the regular service, but I called the company and they arranged to have Jerome come out again.  As always, he was very friendly and helped me identify areas where they could be coming in (mostly drains) and what I could do to block those areas.  As I said, I've been using them for years and even used them for bee removal a year or so ago.  All staff is always courteous and pleasant.

Cimex Pest Control Never ceases to amaze me. I use them for my monthly pest control, but they recently really helped me out of a jam when we returned home from a two week vacation to a not so pleasant scene. They were out that same day to help rescue this damsel in distress. Thank you as always for your great service!

We use their service every 3 months.  Never have any issues with scorpions etc.  Very friendly staff every time.

We have used Quell now for months and they are amazing! Always on time, courteous and have the best employees! Nate did our last spraying and was awesome! I would recommend Quell to anyone.

This company is a scam. We received an invoice for services rendered, but the company never came out. We were home all day, and it was raining when they said they came out to spray. Then they threaten to send you to collections for requesting a cancellation of services. Stay far away from this company.

I got a call from this Pest control company the name on the phone was George Wright. They left a messages and the second time was able to answer. When speaking to him I said you must have the wrong number. He says well someone called from this number to set up an appointment. I tried to tell him no one called him from my phone because I'm in a assisted living and would never call a pest control company he hung up on me rudely.  So I called back to explain if someone left a message they left the wrong number. He again hung up on me. Even if I did call him I would never do business with someone so rude.

I lived in a rental in Payson. I received a text to confirm my
appointment time. I called to reschedule and she was very
nice. The exterminator was awesome, he did ask for
payment as he left, I explained my management company
should be billed. He was okay with my reply. Then Sexton
billed me for the service. When I called Sexton and told
them to bill Berkshire Hathaway I was told I  needed to
have Berkshire Hathaway call them, Sexton REFUSED
to call the landlord even though that was who arrange the
service. This dance went on for months! Sexton was going
to send me to collections over a service I never requested.
Sexton blamed Berkshire Hathaway and in reverse. I will
never use either company again. Do not let them in your
house if you are a renter until you verify who they plan to
bill! I wish I could have given them zero stars; horrible
customer service!

The only good thing i can say is they showed up. our window was 5-7 (on Wednesday) then they moved it to 6-8 and he showed up at 8 pm. he sprayed for the bees. told us the bees would die in a day or so and that we could look and see if there was any honeycomb to remove. we paid $200 and three days later with continual bee activity we called. they said the bees were confused since the queen was dead and will die soon. day 6 we called to have them come back, since they said they have a 30 day guarentee and they said they woudl come back only to be paid to remove the hive that they could not guarentte it unless they removed the hive. Not what their guy said when he was here.. After the attitude they gave my husband on the phone we called The Bee Keeper. They came out and had a camera which they could see the hive and showed us. they are the experts. we had them remove the hive. Valley pro's guy woudl be better at removing a hive that has landed on an exterior area not interior. he didn't seem to know what he was doing all he did was spray.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. call the BEE KEEPER. he was actually lower in price to spray then VAlley Pro.... FYI myhusband attempted to call valley pro back and no on e answered. I wish I had know this was the company coming out because I would have read the reviews and not used them.
