Hands down best pest control company in the state of Arizona. Everybody has scorpions around me I have seen not one.  When I bought this house 2 years ago I just kept the pest company the original owner had and I'm telling you right now I've never seen 1 scorpion and my neighborhood has a lot of scorpions. Eric the owner is awesome he comes to my house when his guys are not able to and sprays it himself. Right when I seen that I knew I was dealing with a company like my company. He does not point fingers if he needs to be here he will be here to get the job done so I definitely recommended pest R us.

Hunter Pest Control is always prompt to appts and the service is professional. They work with my schedule as well. Have been using them for 5 years and had no issues at all with any pests. They have completed our termite treatment as well and maintain it yearly for us. Highly recommend them for any homeowner.

He explained our options to us and educated us a bit as well!  His work also comes with a 1 year warranty. And last but not least, his price was fair and far less than the competitors.

We've used this company for over 15 years at two different homes.  I would be glad to give them 10 stars if that was possible.  They show up on time, they are honest in their assessment of the situation, their prices are reasonable, and their technicians are friendly and professional.  They've done both regular insect extermination as well as spot termite treatments for us, and we've always been very pleased with their service and professionalism. I can highly recommend them!

I wanna thank Mathew for coming out and helping me with my roach problem. I hate to say it, but I have had a never-ending battle trying to get rid of these German Roaches. He came in with a good attitude and was ready to take care of business. He put out some bait,  placed some traps around the place, and sprayed with a new chemical he said he's been using. He said it was organic and the best thing out there. I don't know what is in that organic chemical, but it is like night and day now since he provided his services no more than a couple of weeks ago. I have seen a 90% decrease in roach activity.  Thank you again.

It's a great feeling when you use a service and they actually do what you expect the outcome should be. It is my first time using Denny's and completely satisfied. I was referred to Denny's by a existing customer (Carol). Candy is very personable and professional when you call to inquire about information refrence the services. Mark the tech was very informative and through.He took his time and I feel did a great job. There are results are already happening in less then 24 hours. I was given Fernando's name by a mutual friend. And I am so glad I asked her. He is an absolute gem. So sweet. So kind and works fast. And to date I have not seen any signs of the little pests. I would definitely recommend his company. He was thorough and charged a more than reasonable amount. I thought for sure would be double that. So if you want a great company call Fernando. These guys as awesome! The prices are very reasonable, the treatment is safe if you have pets in the house (after it dries, of course), and they are always happy to answer any questions. A couple of days ago my husband saw a black widow hanging around and building a web around one of our windows (obviously freaked us out), so even though we weren't due for our next treatment for about 6 weeks, we decided to schedule an extra treatment. I called them around lunchtime and someone was there by 3:00. They sprayed outside, around our doors and windows inside, and all throughout our garage- FOR FREE! If you buy a package and see activity in between treatments, they will come make it right. We will be using Evergreen for as long as we live in the Phoenix area.

Shady business practice. Sent letter that I had existing coverage in place. Called and said that wasn't the case.

Loved that they showed up the day that we inquired about new service. Heard rave reviews from neighbors and found them to be very friendly and attentive and knowledgeable. good job Affordable Pest Control ~ love a small business that is doing well, and doing what they say they're going to do

I was walking through a parking lot when the owner of this company almost hit me. He didn't seem to be paying any attention to where he was or what he was doing.  If he drives like he is confused I could only imagine what the quality of his work would be.

I lived in a rental in Payson. I received a text to confirm my
appointment time. I called to reschedule and she was very
nice. The exterminator was awesome, he did ask for
payment as he left, I explained my management company
should be billed. He was okay with my reply. Then Sexton
billed me for the service. When I called Sexton and told
them to bill Berkshire Hathaway I was told I  needed to
have Berkshire Hathaway call them, Sexton REFUSED
to call the landlord even though that was who arrange the
service. This dance went on for months! Sexton was going
to send me to collections over a service I never requested.
Sexton blamed Berkshire Hathaway and in reverse. I will
never use either company again. Do not let them in your
house if you are a renter until you verify who they plan to
bill! I wish I could have given them zero stars; horrible
customer service!
