I recently moved to the East Valley, and quickly discovered my back yard was a playground for scorpions!  I called Pest'r Us and Eric, the owner, was able to come to my home on the same day and treat my property.  He explained the process and quoted a price before he treated, and reassured me that all of his treatments are safe for pets and humans alike.  He inspected our house and even some obscure areas, like around our sprinkler system, to make sure we weren't providing a moist and cozy environment for other critters or crickets, which the scorpions love to eat.  Since spraying, we've noticed a significant decrease in the number of scorpions, (We check frequently with a blacklight.) and we can use our back yard again!  You simply cannot beat his customer service.  He answered all my questions and was very understanding, particularly since this is the first time I've dealt with scorpion issues.  Rates were reasonable, and I was given multiple options to provide payment.  I will continue to have him treat my home on a monthly basis.

I came here to write a bad review about another pest control company who came to our door and lied about who their customers were.... and then I remembered I should give my current pest control company a good review!

Been using them for 10 years atleast now and my parents have used them even longer...  Love that there's no contracts, they will call me monthly to remind me of service or I can call them if I want it sooner... Overall a great company.

All of the technicians are friendly and super knowledgable. I love that they always check first to see if pets are in the yard, and what they will do that day. I also love if no one is home they go about and do what they need to do! If I could give 6 stars I would!

Justin at Serenity Pest Control does an awesome job. He is very personable and pricing is reasonable. Bugs are outa here!

We've used this company for over 15 years at two different homes.  I would be glad to give them 10 stars if that was possible.  They show up on time, they are honest in their assessment of the situation, their prices are reasonable, and their technicians are friendly and professional.  They've done both regular insect extermination as well as spot termite treatments for us, and we've always been very pleased with their service and professionalism. I can highly recommend them!

I wanna thank Mathew for coming out and helping me with my roach problem. I hate to say it, but I have had a never-ending battle trying to get rid of these German Roaches. He came in with a good attitude and was ready to take care of business. He put out some bait,  placed some traps around the place, and sprayed with a new chemical he said he's been using. He said it was organic and the best thing out there. I don't know what is in that organic chemical, but it is like night and day now since he provided his services no more than a couple of weeks ago. I have seen a 90% decrease in roach activity.  Thank you again.

This place is bogus! I had inside and outside of my house sprayed less than a month ago, and I am seeing more spiders and bugs NOW than I was seeing before!!!

When I called to complain they said that they do not guarantee until after the 2nd service. Why would I want them to come out again if they didn't even do it right the first time!!!!

Stay away from this company! Horrible customer service!

Cimex Pest Control Never ceases to amaze me. I use them for my monthly pest control, but they recently really helped me out of a jam when we returned home from a two week vacation to a not so pleasant scene. They were out that same day to help rescue this damsel in distress. Thank you as always for your great service!

I have been using evergreen for the past two years. Never had any issues and they always come when scheduled. Had them out today and the person was more then helpful.  Overall I like that if there is a issue they are always quick to send someone and they always focus on areas that I point out. These areas could have more bug traffic then normal and they will either spray or put special traps down as well to help with this issue.

I recently bought a house, I received a letter that I have a warranty from the last home owner.  When I called after finding 2 scorpions I was told I had to continue their service to use the warranty even though it was prior to the end date of the warranty
I have found a different pest control service to use.

Love this company!! I just moved into my new house and found I had a black widow issue. Just moved into the copper basin area of San tan valley and knew of no pest people in the area. So I looked on yelp and found affordable pest. Called hoping they could come same day and they were happy to oblige. Prices super reasonable. And I believe spayed was named Mike. Super professional. Will definitely call again.

I got a call from this Pest control company the name on the phone was George Wright. They left a messages and the second time was able to answer. When speaking to him I said you must have the wrong number. He says well someone called from this number to set up an appointment. I tried to tell him no one called him from my phone because I'm in a assisted living and would never call a pest control company he hung up on me rudely.  So I called back to explain if someone left a message they left the wrong number. He again hung up on me. Even if I did call him I would never do business with someone so rude.

I lived in a rental in Payson. I received a text to confirm my
appointment time. I called to reschedule and she was very
nice. The exterminator was awesome, he did ask for
payment as he left, I explained my management company
should be billed. He was okay with my reply. Then Sexton
billed me for the service. When I called Sexton and told
them to bill Berkshire Hathaway I was told I  needed to
have Berkshire Hathaway call them, Sexton REFUSED
to call the landlord even though that was who arrange the
service. This dance went on for months! Sexton was going
to send me to collections over a service I never requested.
Sexton blamed Berkshire Hathaway and in reverse. I will
never use either company again. Do not let them in your
house if you are a renter until you verify who they plan to
bill! I wish I could have given them zero stars; horrible
customer service!

I recently had a bee hive forming above my front door. They've been there about a week. I found Valley Pro Pest Control on the Internet which also happens to be DESERT SKY PEST CONTROL. They told me they would exterminate the bees and kill them off for $170.00 then they recommended to remove the honey from the wall which was another 450.00 and then I would need to hire a contractor to fix the hole in the wall that they would create. I asked the bee guy if I need to decide on that right away and he told me NO. The bees will die and I should be good for a while. He did tell me that other bees will come back over time since there is still honey in the wall. He did tell me the bees woulds be killed. Well 2 days later the bees where back (a lot of them). I called Valley Pro Pest Control back and they essentially told me too bad!! I just wasted $170.00 with these crooks. They never killed these bees from this hive.

I called another bee removal company and they told me the bees were never exterminated. There were still 15,000 bees inside the wall. He told me that Valley Pro Pest Control basically just trapped the bees inside the wall temporarily and never actually poisoned the hive. A Matter of fact the new company guessed the name of Valley Pro Pest Control and told me they were crooks. I AGREE!!! The new company drilled small holes in the side of the wall and fogged the bees (Something VALLEY PRO PEST CONTROL/DESERT SKY PEST CONTROL did not do!!!). Once he did that he had me put my ear to the wall to hear the amount of bees in the wall and it sounded like a helicopter taking off. I could hear the thousands and thousands of bees that were still in the wall. Well, a day later there is not one bee in site. This new company killed the bees and only charged me $80.00 to do it. This new company also recommended removing the honey but would only charge me $500 to do everything (honey removal, wall/stucco repair.) DO NOT USE VALLEY PRO PEST CONTROL or DESERT SKY PEST CONTROL. THEY ARE UNETHICAL!
