We use Branham's for our termite service.  So, when we discovered we had mice, they were the first we called.  Since we aren't around in the summer months, we left instructions for the tech.  Scott came out and didn't even service.  We were pretty upset with them.  Office staff was fabulous so they rescheduled with Clint.

However, Clint came out the next day.  We were so pleased with him and his knowledge that we are giving them 4 stars instead of 1.  He really knew what he was doing.

I stepped out into my patio and didn't even see the young Diamondback in the corner until I came back inside.  It was 2 feet away from my feet, coiled up and sleeping behind a decorative lantern on the ground.  My 90 year old mother is usually the one to go out that door to throw carrots out for the rabbits in the afternoon.  Glad it wasn't her as I'm pretty sure she wouldn't have seen it.  I called Arizona Wildlife Control and Brad was at my house within half an hour.  He deftly and gently removed our guest.  He was also very informative about rattlesnakes.  Our home is at the base of the hills in Cave Creek so we are aware that this is rattlesnake country.  All of the helpful knowledge is appreciated!  I will definitely keep Brad's number handy!  I am so grateful that he showed up quickly and with such a nice demeanor.

I cannot recommend Danny any higher - actually I wish I could give him 10 stars.   He has completely controlled my ant problem as well as other critters that may have wanted to enter my domain.  He is prompt, friendly and always responsive if I call with a problem.

We just moved into a remote house outside of Tucson from Ohio. Pack rats had already rendered the AC inoperable before we even arrived.

Pestmaster came out and identified evidence of them living under the house as well as throughout the yard. Ryan suggested a three visit treatment that should remove them from the house and gave great prevention tips for going forward. The education alone was almost worth the price of removal.

My 91 year old mother became concerned after several of her neighbors walking by her house in Sun City West, AZ told her they saw a swarm of bees nesting in an oleander bush next to her house. They said she was responsible for their removal. Don't know if that is true or not, but I found ASAP Removal on the internet and called them from my home in California. I spoke to David on a Sunday and he was at my mother's house within 30 minutes. He found 2 swarms of bees that had been Africanized nesting in her bushes as the neighbors said and sent me pictures via text to confirm that they were there. He gave my mother a 30 day guarantee for bee removal of her total property in the event that they should return. He also gave me some very good information about taking care of bees as I am a bee hobbyist in CA. He did not kill the bees but said on removal he would take them to a beekeeper that they work with to re-queen them or release them out to the desert. I will have to learn more about that. Recently had Lil Critters out to our home to investigate some scratching in one of our walls. Mark I believe was his name, his father owns the company, came out and went right to work. He was knowledgeable in the workings of rodents and was able to answer any questions we had. His customer service was great. He ended up laying some bait traps to see if we had an infestation. He came back a week later to check to traps and also to fill in some gaps in the roof where pest may have been able to get in. So far we haven't had any takers on the bait but I'm not mad about that. Hopefully it was a localized event and the pest has found its way out. I know with the work mark did they won't be getting back in. If your looking for a knowledgeable family owned pest control company I can't recommend Mark and Lil Critters enough. Thanks again guys.

Reached out to them via Yelp and they responded the same day and came out to my home the same day to provide an estimate. They sent the estimate to us the same evening. The estimate was very detailed as to what they would be doing and very reasonable with the cost. We shopped around for about a week and scheduled other estimates, some companies no called no showed and never reached out after. I messaged Absolute on Tuesday 5/3 and they came out and completed the job today, Thursday 5/5. They sent me a video of before and after and the difference is shocking,  we are very happy with this company. They also offer a 5 year warranty for their services.

This is the second home that mark has installed the border on for us.  We have been extremely pleased with the high quality product that he installs and his professionalism.  We would highy recommend this company!

his driving is atrocious, moves over from 3 lanes to get to his exit and has the audacity to be pissed at a driver in the right lane for not letting him in immediately. They then proceeded to swerve into the right lane drivers lane at their vehicle to get back at them. seeing such terrible driving makes it hard to believe they can be a trustworthy business

I've been using City Wide for 13 years, ever since i built my house.  I've experienced excellent customer service over the phone all these years.  My technician, Jim, is fantastic.  He always arrives right on schedule and does a very thorough job on my house.  He always comes to the door when he arrives and we chat a bit and then he comes back to the front door to let me know he's all done and hasn't noticed any termites.  I really appreciate his thoroughness doing his job that he obviously likes very much.  Thank you City Wide for all the years of excellent service.

If I could I would give no stars . Absolutely the worst business I have ever came across. Paid for 12 months and have only seen them a total of 4 times In the last 8months . Every time I schedule an appt. they are either 5hours late or never show up or call to reschedule . Been trying to get ahold of the owner and the phone has been disconnect . Will be reporting them to the BBB .

I want to recommend that you DO  NOT hire this company!! I was horrified one early morning when i was woken up by bed bug bites! i called a few companies right away but there weren't any open that early, so i left messages for a couple of places to call me back. Ugly Bug was the first to call me back and come out to see my problem. The guy's name was Chris.He took a look around my room and the rest of the house. He only saw them in my room so he said he would treat my room and the room next to mine because we share a wall with a closet.He said that he would come back in two weeks and spray again.  He said if I see them anywhere else he would come back and spray in those places. He charged me $375 but guaranteed his work for 30 days. Well, long story short, I did find them in every room of my house and when I tried to get him to call me back, he never returned my phone calls! I had to hire another company to come out and spray and fog my house! . At the two week mark, someone did call me to come spray my house. At that point I was so angry I told him that i thought he should give me half my money back for only spraying the first time and me not being able to ask them to come treat the rest of my house. The guy said he would tell the office manager to give me a call. Well guess what? I never got that call back either!! I was ripped off by this company. Stay away!
