When we moved into our house it had been treated twice with a drilling treatment. There are multiple sets of drill holes all over the house, even through the epoxy coated garage. We noticed right away that we still had termites in multiple rooms. Once Poor Boy came out they were able to find all the live termites using thermal imaging cameras and we haven't seen termites for years.

I posted in my community looking for pest control and couldn't believe the overwhelming response... almost all recommended Open Range. I emailed asking for service and DeLane Patterson (whom was on vacation) still communicated with me multiple times and set up for Tim to service my home the same week. You can tell they are extremely knowledgeable and family run. I signed up for monthly service and am so pleased with the results so far. Highly recommended!!

I can't recommend this company enough! I do not see any bugs anymore since signing up. My Technician, Logan, is on time, and very professional.

The very best pest control service, if you live in the Prescott area.  In Los Angeles its easy to find a good and reasonably priced exterminator to treat termites.  That's not the case in Prescott.  I contacted several and found most to be unprofessional and incredibly expensive.
Ben came out to our property and took great care of us. Patriot Pest & Termite Control deserves five stars!

Robert Sullivan has been performing the service at our property for quite a while now. He is awesome. It is so nice to have a friendly person come out to your house. I've used several companies before, but decided to try Titan a while back and have zero regrets. On a side note, my cat also loves Robert and talks to him every time he comes by.

I have been using Arizona Pest Squad for over a year after I first called them to solve a roof rat problem.  They came on time, very professional, and solved my problem quickly.   I had been doing my own pest control for the last 4 years, and then David made an offer I couldn't refuse :).  I have not seen any pests inside my house for over a year.  Awesome owner and awesome service.  I'll recommend to family and friends!

I was cat sitting for my daughter when one of the cats seemed very focused on the wall behind the bed I was relaxing in. When it pounced as if hunting I knew it meant trouble. But a SCORPION on the pillow about 8 inches from my head was not what I expected. ECO-TEK came out within a few hours. They understood the fear in my voice. Yes, I had grabbed the cat and tackled the Scorpion myself but I was horrified.!!! Problem taken care of with Eco-Tek. They set up traps and sprayed of course, explained the creepy stuff about Scorpions. They know there stuff. Yes even with an exterminator you want a professional who listens, responds quickly and educates.  ECO-TEK not just another monthly contract kinda' business. They care.

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

I had an old hive in my crawl space/attic that even my regular exterminator would not touch due to the attachment under the roof area. They came out in less than an hour and got right to work.  They even lined me up right away with a roof guy to handle the roof afterwards that needed to be put back into place and fixed.  He came by in less than an hour as well!  Thank you for this prompt and reliable service!  I will surely remember this business for any future needs!

I am terrified at the idea of bed bugs and when I heard about a co-worker possible having it I instantly contacted Anthony Deslo to have him check my home. He check all the rooms top to bottom for over an hour inspecting baseboards, linens, mattress, box spring you name it. He was incredible thorough and verified to me that I was fine and gave me preventative measures and how to spot, how much to exterminate and promised a guarantee if I needed to call him back. He was the most professional, courteous and ideal bed bug exterminator. I will not call anyone else!Please don't review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you're connected in any way to the owner or employees.

Phil made great conversation as well as great service. He fit me into his schedule when others could not schedule me for a week or two out. Pricing was reasonable and he was very informative of what to expect, along with when the next service is required.

The technician was extremely thorough getting rid of all our spider webs . Took care of ants and scorpions . I am so impressed by green mango pest control , I would recommend them highly to anyone who wants a great pest control company ! The technicians are always very professional and courteous too!

I finally made the decision to cancel service with this company after being a loyal customer for the past 6+ years.  I've always been on the prepaid annual service and until the past couple of years, never had an issue.  Then, the technicians changed frequently and the service deteriorated.  I attempted to  cancel my service last year; however, I was convinced to give the company another shot because they had employee issues and were working out kinks.  However, while the technicians have become more consistent, service has deteriorated.  

This year on at least three services I received invoices for additional payment that was due, despite that I am on a prepaid annual service plan of $600 (paid in full every July/Aug).  I was forced to speak with customer service and managers to resolve these billing issues that were caused by the Company's mistakes.

My last service was on May 7.  The technician left a description of services that indicated a prepaid amount of $65 and amount due of $25.  Clearly this was a mistake since the service was prepaid for the year and nothing should be due.  I hoped that the Company would fix their error without requiring additional time from me.  Sadly, this did not happen.  Rather, this afternoon I received an invoice in the mail for the May 7 service with an outstanding balance of $100.  Upon calling the office I was told that I have a balance of $100 from 2011 because the technicians came seven times instead of the six times that year.  This is utter nonsense: I never had an extra service.  Moreover, I never received an invoice for an extra service.  My bill has always been zeroed out at the end of the year and I have always entered a new one year agreement.  Today for the first time I was told about this extra service and learned that the $100 rolled over to this year, which is why I owe $100.  I disputed this phantom service and the bill, but the company representative refused to correct the error.

I have neighbors who are extremely pleased with their exterminators, so there is no reason for me to remain with this company that I have been displeased with for years, especially given their poor service, record keeping and customer service.  I am confident that I will find another company willing to perform bimonthly service at my home for the same $600 that I previously paid to AZ Exterminating.  I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you wish to be treated respectfully and valued as a customer.
