This is the best pest control service I have ever experienced.  So quick & convenient to schedule, very knowledgable and thorough, and I felt confidant that we were taken care of.

I highly recommend Overson Pest Control. They've been spraying for us for almost 2 years now and we've never had any issues with Overson or bugs. In fact, Alex from Overson is always prompt, very courteous, very informative, and thorough! Recently we thought we may have a roof rat issue, because we have fruit trees on our property and we heard scratching noises in the attic. Alex quickly set traps in the attic and returned a week later - exactly when he said he would - to inspect the traps. One large rat caught, he reset the traps and will be back next week to inspect again. Excellent service at a fair price! Thanks so much Alex!

We have been using CPM now for a few years and these guys know their stuff.  Termites, Rodents, mosquitos, crickets, weeds- we have had them all- and they have taken care of our house and gotten results. Customer focused and friendly, willing to work with my schedule- I can't recommend them enough!

The only reason I'm giving one star is because it's required. This company markets themselves to have pet friendly products and is supposed to service the bait boxes consistently. Before considering a service, my family asked about pet safety and was told the product we were interested in was a pet friendly product based on rodent bait box design. Our puppy Molly found bait outside of the bait box and was hospitalized for a week before we had to make the terrible decision to end her suffering. We did everything we could to save her including blood transfusions, cpr, and medicines to counter rat bait poisoning. After a long fight, she had neurological damage that left her without a quality of life. We asked the company to do the right thing  with covering the cost of medical expenses and asked that they do not promote pet safety. The email response from Ronnie implied that we bought the bait ourselves. After we wrote back and told him how disgusting and horrible that was, we were put in touch with a claims department who investigated only to came back 4 months later not finding fault with the technician even though it was proven that the bait box wasn't serviced properly. This has been a traumatic experience that my family will never forget and the company got away with it. We will never have Molly back and weren't dignified with any course of action to help with the consequence.

So far so good! Excellent customer service- like seriously above and beyond.  We signed up for the bi monthly routine visits. Hoping for a pest free year!

I have used titan for about 6 years and they are very reliable and trustworthy. I had our house scorpion sealed and have not seen one since. They always work with me on scheduling.

Worked for this company for a month and loved it, had to quit for health reasons and never received my last check. Some disconnect between office and field staff at times but overall it wasn't a bad place they treat the customers well.

Pest Squad was awesome. We had a horrible ant infestation that was so bad, our out of town company got up and left in the middle of the night because the ants were getting on the bed!   So we called Pest Squad the next morning and they came the same day even though it was a Saturday. They spent over an hour checking out the house and yard, explaining to us what the treatment would be, showed us the product and made sure we were comfortable with what they were going to do. We found that they even poured out the dog's water bowl outside and turned it upside down just so the spray wouldn't accidentally get on it.

They did the treatment and said it would take care of the problem for the most part and would call in a couple of days for the next treatment. We got up the next morning and even though we know a couple more treatments are scheduled, it really doesn't seem like we need it.  The ants are gone!! Maybe our out of town company will come back now!

If You Have Termites, Just Call Neil!!!

I had one bid much higher and he did not find the actual source of the termites, then I got a phone bid for less money and did not trust them, and then Neil with Excel called me back, came out and found the source and bid.  He won, and I will refer everyone to him.  Plus, he's a firefighter and EMT, so it is nice to support your first responders !!!

Lamont of EcoPest is off the hook awesome. He answered my call and was at my home within 20mins!  He came in my home and began taking care of my infestation of crickets, roaches and black widows.  He then began searching for areas where bugs could get inside and duct taped the holes until I can fix them. Highly recommend!! Thank you, Lamont!

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

Had the initial treatment service today and everything went well. The technician was on time, courteous and informative. Thank you.

Had Arizona Professional Pest Control out to take care of some bees. Process was quick and effective. 100% recommend them and will use again. The guys that came out were exceedingly nice and knowledgeable. I felt safe having them take care of a dangerous situation. Thanks!

Having bed bugs feels like the most disgusting thing in the world. Your skin feels itchy and crawly just thinking about it. I must have brought home a creature on one of my many travels this year. Gross. I'm not sure why embarrassment comes with having bed bugs because it's not anyone's fault for getting them.

Anyway, I was so grateful that Anthony and Didi tackled our bed bug issue. They inspected our entire home very carefully before suggesting a treatment plan. (This was not the case with another company that I got a quote from.) They also educate you on how to avoid bringing bugs into the home in the future. Their work was fast and efficient! They are also very trustworthy and you won't feel weird about having them in your home. (Something very important to me!)

I have a newfound respect for my clothes dryer and mini flashlight......if you have bed bugs, you know what I mean! Bottom line, HIRE THIS COMPANY and put your mind at ease. This is an honest review....I really did have nasty bed bugs and they really did a rock star job in getting rid of them!

I called Killum Pest Control Scottsdale in a panic that I had not found a pest control company, and not even 24 hours later Chris was on his way. I am very happy with the service and Chris knew where to target the pests and which would be in my area. I am happy to use Killum Pest Control Scottsdale!!

Wil was our most recent tech and he was very good!  He explained things to us and was very personable, professional, and on time!

This is a horrible company to have come out to your house. Before the company was bought formerly Arizona Exterminator. It was a great company. Now though it's run by people that I would not allow access to my home. Every month some different tech would show up. Not knowing what was done asking me what they should do. I don't mean them asking if you have seem any pests. But questions like what does the other tech do???? Idk look at your notes. Seriously there are much better companies to do business with in Phoenix. Save your money and buy services elsewhere.
