This company really cared about my concern of having my home destroyed by termites. They were able to effectively treat the problem. It's been almost a year and no signs of infestation. Highly recommend.

I have been using Open Range Pest Control for a little over a year and have been very happy with the results. The house we bought in 2017 had been on the market for over a year so when we moved in we knew we needed to get pest control.  Right away we saw the difference of fewer bugs when they started spraying.  DeLane and Donny were very helpful in identifying some of the bugs we had in the beginning and educated us, since we were out of state, as how to keep the bugs away.
They have been patient with my many questions and are very open to answering them.  Recently, in our reminder letter as to when Donny would be spraying, DeLane offered to put screens on the air vents that go to the roof to keep out scorpions, and other critters.  They have great prices and really do look out for their clients needs.

I highly recommend Overson Pest Control. They've been spraying for us for almost 2 years now and we've never had any issues with Overson or bugs. In fact, Alex from Overson is always prompt, very courteous, very informative, and thorough! Recently we thought we may have a roof rat issue, because we have fruit trees on our property and we heard scratching noises in the attic. Alex quickly set traps in the attic and returned a week later - exactly when he said he would - to inspect the traps. One large rat caught, he reset the traps and will be back next week to inspect again. Excellent service at a fair price! Thanks so much Alex!

I called out Complete Pest Management for a termite inspection after our service technician from another company found 2 small tunnels on an outside wall.  There was no sign of termite activity elsewhere on our property.  Stuart Babcock, General Manager of CPM, responded to my call immediately and came out promptly.  He spent a significant amount of time inspecting the home and recommended top of the line chemicals to eliminate a possible infestation.  He was very knowledgeable and presented his recommendations in a reasonable manner.  I never felt pressured or  subjected to scare tactics, which I did experience with 2 other companies.  Shortly after his visit, Stuart emailed us a readable contract with outstanding pricing.  We did request a few small revisions, which he honored and tended to immediately.   The service technicians arrived as scheduled and did an excellent installation job of both bait stations and liquid chemicals.  The areas where drilling was done in the patio grout joints were expertly repaired that day.  To sum it up, the customer service on all levels was excellent.  They will be inspecting the bait stations multiple times this year, and I look forward to their visits.  I have total confidence in this small, yet very professional company and highly recommend them to others.

Our family has been using Ecoshield for about 3 years and have been very satisfied and pest free. On the rare occasion we have an issue-they are quick to fix it.
My only negative I have ever given Ecoshield is that we would see a different technician every time, but they have been sending Armando now each time, and I can't say enough good things about him.
He is punctual,courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about his profession.
He takes the time to address any concerns and offer solutions, and ask about the family-wishing is well.
It is very comforting to know who will be coming in your home each visit!

I sent a request to them stating I just found a dead bat on the second floor and wondering if your company is able to determine where the entry/exit point is on the house so it can be sealed.  The reply stated Yes, we can do that for you.  They would charge $100.  The rep came out and looked at the area under the eaves where I thought the issue could be.  He pointed a flashlight from inside and outside from a distance of 15-20' and determined that there was no visible signs of an entry.  The inspection took 15 minutes.  Even though the entry/exit point wasn't found, they would not adjust the bill or honor the commitment to determine where the bat got into the house.  I'll have to try another company.

Excellent service! They showed up right on time! the technician answered all of my questions, he was very thorough, explaining not only what he was doing, but why he was doing it. The best part is, I haven't seen a single scorpion since I started using them! A++

We used Premier Pest control for bugs control and Cummings for termix for years, both excelent services. After each spray, Premier called us to check if everything was good. I had a big yard with my old house and I never had any problems. This year, we moved in a new house and decided to try Sam the Bug Man. When we called in June, we were told if we purchase the higher cost POWER Spray, they garanty for 90 days. We did. A month after the spray, ants were all over and we caught two scorpins. So we called, they came and sprayed again. Now, it is August, we found scorpin again. When we called to let them know, Susan, a very unfriendly lady answered. Instead of apologizing for the inconvience customer had to go through, she said that a lot of customers purchased power spray every month. And then went on lecturing us about desert living. AND, she said power spray only guaranty for 30 days. When I explaned to her I was told 90 days. You didnt say 30 days. She raised her voice I AM TELLING YOU NOW! I understand this is a family owned business. But it is still a business! It is bound by ethics and rules. Advertising one thing and delivering another is called Bait and Switch, isn't it? Fortunately, we have choices. We will never use their services again. Just hope other people don't have to go through this kind of unpleasant experiences.

I cannot say enough about this company. They were fabulous. David came out within a few short days of my call and assessed my entire situation. He listened to my needs and concerns and created a plan of action going forward. He was upfront and honest about all the chemicals he would be putting in the house and how to treat the situation with having an infant that is mobile. I will definitely be utilizing their service again.

Not to mention that the pricing is more than fair. I initially purchased the yelp coupon, and I was expecting a jump in price when I scheduled future services. They are extremely competitive with pricing and they show up when they say they will.

I was referred to Steve Johnson and his company Excel through a neighbor who used them for termite issues. That neighbor was so pleased with their service that I opted to call for the same issue. I couldn't have been more pleased with the friendly/informative communication, follow through, and pricing. His customer service orientation is wonderful, and the advice and service he and his son provided me was exceptional. In fact, and on my recommendation, our next door neighbor also decided to use Excel for termite treatment. I can't recommend Excel more highly than to say that if you want over and above termite and pest control service.....call Steve Johnson and Excel. You will not be disappointed.

Lamont is awesome to deal with and is super flexible with scheduling. No contract as well!

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

I highly recommend Anteater Exterminating. They showed up on time each week and provided a thorough extermination for both inside and outside my home. A special shoutout to Scott who took care of my house with great care. His personal touch made the experience with Anteater even better.

I had a ton of bees getting inside of my home the other day and contacted Arizona Professional Pest Control after finding them online. They explained that they would be able to dispatch someone over immediately to take care of the issue.

About 45 minutes later Marcus arrived at my house to take care of the problem! He was extremely friendly and explained that he was going to inspect my home fully to find out what was going on. It turned out the bees were entering through a roof vent and were making their way inside through the bathroom vent.

Marcus took care of that issue quickly and also treated the rest of my home so that no bees would return. I even received a 1 year warranty covering my entire property!

I was extremely satisfied with the fast response, friendly technician and great treatment I got from Arizona Professional Pest Control. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family if anyone ever has a bee issue. Great service!!!

I am terrified at the idea of bed bugs and when I heard about a co-worker possible having it I instantly contacted Anthony Deslo to have him check my home. He check all the rooms top to bottom for over an hour inspecting baseboards, linens, mattress, box spring you name it. He was incredible thorough and verified to me that I was fine and gave me preventative measures and how to spot, how much to exterminate and promised a guarantee if I needed to call him back. He was the most professional, courteous and ideal bed bug exterminator. We were very impressed with the prompt, friendly service we received. We had woodpeckers making holes in our stucco. He hung spinners and placed gel near the holes to deter the birds. It's been a couple of days now, and we haven't seen a single woodpecker! I wasn't sure what to expect for price. We found the bill to be very reasonable. Glad we supported this locally-owned business!

Great service! Called in the morning for 3 wasp nests I needed removed and Chris was at my house a couple hours later! Chris was very friendly, personable, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this business.

Saw green mango on Instagram, and decided to give them a try. They came out as they said they would, and the gentleman who came was very nice. However, while they did spray and put two glue traps down, they did not look for nor close any openings, so our problem continues. We had another pest control company come out who pulled out the refrigerator pulled out the oven pulled out the washer and dryer and closed any openings that there were. Overall, green mango was not terrible, but they weren't great either.

Unresponsive!!! online portal doesn't work and I have only been able to reach various call centers which offer to have company call to assist but no response to many requests.  Very disappointing after being a client for several decades!  Wow!!!
