When we moved into our house it had been treated twice with a drilling treatment. There are multiple sets of drill holes all over the house, even through the epoxy coated garage. We noticed right away that we still had termites in multiple rooms. Once Poor Boy came out they were able to find all the live termites using thermal imaging cameras and we haven't seen termites for years.

We had a major ant issue inside our house. The owner DeLane came right out and took care of it. We have not seen one single ant since he was here. At my old house we were dealing with scorpions and crickets and he got rid of those right away also. He truly takes pride in his work. II honestly and truly can recommend open range pest control.

Just updating my review. The price went up, it is now $89 a quarter...inside and outside. I thought about switching and called three different places. All of them are equal to, if not more expensive than, Overson so I'm sticking with Overson. The pests are always dead. Let's be real, we'll never exterminate them all, but as long as they stay in their places and don't make it alive inside my house, I'm satisfied. Alex did a fantastic job today and even dusted for scorpions as this wind, heat and storms are circumstances to see more.

I called out Complete Pest Management for a termite inspection after our service technician from another company found 2 small tunnels on an outside wall.  There was no sign of termite activity elsewhere on our property.  Stuart Babcock, General Manager of CPM, responded to my call immediately and came out promptly.  He spent a significant amount of time inspecting the home and recommended top of the line chemicals to eliminate a possible infestation.  He was very knowledgeable and presented his recommendations in a reasonable manner.  I never felt pressured or  subjected to scare tactics, which I did experience with 2 other companies.  Shortly after his visit, Stuart emailed us a readable contract with outstanding pricing.  We did request a few small revisions, which he honored and tended to immediately.   The service technicians arrived as scheduled and did an excellent installation job of both bait stations and liquid chemicals.  The areas where drilling was done in the patio grout joints were expertly repaired that day.  To sum it up, the customer service on all levels was excellent.  They will be inspecting the bait stations multiple times this year, and I look forward to their visits.  I have total confidence in this small, yet very professional company and highly recommend them to others.

Did not stick to there sales and technitions sales promises. I feel ive been lied to to get in a contract now im stuck paying it. The managers response was ill make a note of it. Dosent do much for me...

They couldn't help us because we were located too far away.  However they were incredibly helpful and recommended a company who did pest control in our area.

Excellent service! They showed up right on time! the technician answered all of my questions, he was very thorough, explaining not only what he was doing, but why he was doing it. The best part is, I haven't seen a single scorpion since I started using them! A++

Love that this is a family owned business.  We called and they were so very helpful and made sure to accommodate us with our schedule.  Highly recommend.

Well fiddle-dee-dee. I know I reviewed this marvelous company as soon as they left our house...  I highly recommend  this company and David.  Very professional and efficient. They seem to be more concerned with the customers and taking cafe of their needs than most companies I have ever used.  David was very informative but yet friendly and made sure that I knew what was going on and why.  I will do I use to use this company as long as I am here.

I was referred to Steve Johnson and his company Excel through a neighbor who used them for termite issues. That neighbor was so pleased with their service that I opted to call for the same issue. I couldn't have been more pleased with the friendly/informative communication, follow through, and pricing. His customer service orientation is wonderful, and the advice and service he and his son provided me was exceptional. In fact, and on my recommendation, our next door neighbor also decided to use Excel for termite treatment. I can't recommend Excel more highly than to say that if you want over and above termite and pest control service.....call Steve Johnson and Excel. You will not be disappointed.

Ecoteck (Lamont) saved our home! Not only did he go above and beyond but we felt so comfortable with him. I would highly recommend his services to any of my friends. We unfortunately had a horrible experience with 4 other pest control services and he came to save the day! There is not enough words to express how thankful me and my husband are of you. He accepts payment arrangements and we have not seen another bug inside our home since. If you are looking for an honest person call Lamont and he will guide you. We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

I highly recommend Anteater Exterminating. They showed up on time each week and provided a thorough extermination for both inside and outside my home. A special shoutout to Scott who took care of my house with great care. His personal touch made the experience with Anteater even better.

Yesterday I was working in my garden and noticed there were a lot of bees all over the place. Not uncommon since things are flowering but it was definitely more than usual. I assumed it was due to the warmer weather & they were just more active but they were also buzzing around me & even bumping into me a couple of times. I went to get something out of my shed and realized there were even more bees buzzing around. I looked around the side of the shed and there was a huge clump of bees down towards the bottom - when I was looking at it one FLEW RIGHT AT ME AND STUNG ME IN THE FOREHEAD! I knew I had to call someone before my husband came home from work and tried to remedy it himself. AZ Professional came up when I searched and when I called they said they could have someone out same day. Christian came to my house yesterday afternoon and I could not be happier with the service provided. He explained what I had going on - a hive under my shed which I guess had been there for a while that became too large to go unnoticed anymore. I told him to do what he had to do to take care of it & fast so I could get it done before hubs came home. He got straight to work & after taking care of the bees he cut a hole in the shed floor and took out a HUGE honeycomb. No idea how long they were in there but it was impressive. They were busy little guys. I really appreciated the promptness of this company and the time the technician took to explain the issue & how it would be taken care of. I'd rather not have the issue again, but if I do I will definitely be a return customer & if anyone else I know has a problem I would definitely recommend them!

Amazing customer service!!!!!

It's been a month since Anthony came out and sprayed our home. We have no complaints at this time. We haven't had any reoccurrences. We initially got a quote from a competitor and they tried to charge us for the heat treatment, which was well over $1000. Anthony inspected our whole house and let us know that although effective, our bugs were localized to one room and there was no need to spend that kind of money on a service that we didn't need.

If anything else comes up, I will update.

Phil made great conversation as well as great service. He fit me into his schedule when others could not schedule me for a week or two out. Pricing was reasonable and he was very informative of what to expect, along with when the next service is required.

Personal service by the owner and he made a special trip to remove dead rat for my birthday outing in my yard.

Like others I have had an issue with customer service from Green Mango. We are going to cancel and switch to another company if we can ever get someone on the phone to do so. They've missed appointments and also shown up at the wrong times. It's just not a very well run business.

When I first got service I was told it would be $75 every 3 months, well that was not true I was billed every other month, I only had service for 6 months and they were never able to get rid of ants in kitchen. Funny thing is they got worse after they sprayed. The last month the tech came without a call and was only able to spray front yard due to dogs in back and no one home and I still got charged $75... They sent me to collections for a charge they gave me for not doing any work.. Horrible Service and Horrible results..

Sorry no u did not discount, U tried to cancel after 1st time out and tech said he would come spray again.. Still had ants. .. The 3rd visit the tech used 6 gallons for treatment and the bill I am fighting the tech used 1.. Why would anyone want to pay when clearly you did not spray the whole house... Nothing but a rip off.. Then when trying to cancel you get sent to someone who knows nothing and says they will call u back..
