This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

The team of Truly Nolen has been absolutely fantastic. At my pervious residence in Fountain Hills, AZ, they assisted me with various pest issues. Everything from the assessment to the treatment and continued support in handling ants, termites, scorpions, rodents and kissing bugs was outstanding. My assigned pest technician was literally on call. I mean this is far and above the service agreements, but truly an example the team being dedicated to assisting with issues of the pest type. From my assigned oversight manager, on-site evaluator and pest technician my experience was exceptionally great. The Truly Nolen team did not make me feel alone with my pest issues and was always readily available and acted promptly upon my request for assistance. My problems were resolved and dealt with beyond my expectations. Thank you to the team Truly Nolen Tempe!

Garrett L did a great job for me today and was super helpful! Took consideration of my dogs and let me know when he was done and sent a follow up text letting me know that he made sure my gate was closed so no dogs escaped! Great job Garrett!

It's hard to know where to start and there are just not enough words to describe how amazing Seal out Scorpions has been for my family and our home. We just moved to Phoenix and day 4 in the house saw a small scorpion that my husband got. We have lived in AZ before for 4 years-- before children and then with a newborn and NEVER saw a scorpion. I did not understand how immediately fearful I would become for my children's comfort and safety. I was referred by a mom's group and reached out to SOS right away. Georgia herself called me the next day and explained their entire process to me. By a shear stroke of luck and timing they were able to add our house on the next day-- they relayed this was unusual but were working a few minutes away from our home and would make every effort to be there. One of their great employees and also family, Austin came out and did a black light search of our property THAT night--they mobilized quickly and worked above and beyond at every turn. Early the next morning William and his crew was at our house. William took the same amount of time and compassion to explain and show in detail all they were doing and all we would need to do to reduce risk of scorpions inside. After a long day and wonderful diligent work by all their kind, friendly and understanding crew our interior was sealed. We arranged for outdoor pest control with them as well and a few days later Austin was back and walked us thru his procedure. He found one scorpion in our shed and showed my young boys with the emphasis to never touch, and know what to look for. This response, care, commitment and workmanship is unparalleled. My whole family feels much safer and like we have extended family in SOS looking out for us. They have gone above and beyond and take their business and your concerns serious at every turn. We could not be happier, will continue to work with them to keep all in control and would refer them to everyone! Worth every penny, and the peace of mind and education they offer and continue to support with is truly priceless! I wish I could give them 10 stars!

I rarely write reviews, but my most recent interaction with Precision Pest Control was unparalleled by any other customer service interaction I have ever had. I still don't understand how or why they are able to treat me with such personable service, and I've never met the whole team face-to-face. I was so moved, I had to take the time to give them props, and my deepest gratitude. This company is family owned and operated, and is a rare delight to work with. No faceless corporate BS... a husband,  wife, and daughter run the business, along with Cleve (who has nearly 20 years experience/ the owner has 30 years). They will treat you right and provide honest, reliable service at a fair price. I simply couldn't afford to pay them what they are truly worth, which is why I am glad their rates are competitive... let's hope my review pays it forward instead.

We've been using Guaranteed Pest Control for a couple of years and we are very happy with their service. Scorpion sightings have greatly been reduced and zero have been in our home. Sam is very personable and dependable.  Great value and highly recommend!!

Update 3 years later: My mattress case ripped (pets fault, cases bought on amazon for reference) and I was terrified to sleep in my bed because I hadn't slept on the actual mattress since the day it was encased and sprayed. I know bed bugs can live without blood for a while and after this infestation, even three years later I still have emotional effects of the whole thing (it's ridiculous I know). Safe to say, never had a problem again and my cover less mattress was safe to sleep in until I could encase it again. I still recommend this company for pest control of bed bugs but also for any service since they were so great at ridding my issue.

Don't even bother looking elsewhere for exterminating bed bugs(or anything else because I'm sure they are masters of that too). I promise you, as someone who did HOURS of research on these pesky things and called a world known pest control to come inspect, I still chose Nature Zone and I am so happy I did. They offered me a way better price than the other company I had originally went to, and even assembled my new metal bed frame that they gave me(cheaper through them then online) and put my mattress and box spring encasement's on for me. The gentlemen who came in and sprayed even talked to me the whole time about many things going on in the world and it showed that they really do care about their costumers and aren't just money suckers who tell you to leave them alone while they spray and then collect your money. They also offer a full year of coverage, so if you have a problem and it comes back a few months after they spray, they will respray free of charge. No other company even offered more than 30 days. It has been a week since he has sprayed and as someone who was getting bit every night, multiple times, I have not found one bug or bite mark on my body. These won't go away on their own(trust me I tried) even if you have the smallest infestation. After TWO inspections from the other company and Nature Zone, no one found a trace of them hiding so I was lucky I reacted to their bites or I would have a bed bug zoo at this point because they are hard to find if the infestation is minimal. Bill let me talk his head off about the bed bugs and assured me they would be gone, and when Jeromy came to spray he was equally as awesome. I can't even begin to tell you how great they are, I promise you will not regret calling them to get rid of your pest problem.

Joe was awesome. After 2 other pigeon control companies failed, Joe came in and took care of the issue. Highly recommend!

Best in the business. We had a termite problem on our property and these guys were able get rid of them fast. Their warranty was much better than other competitors and price was fair. Really glad I chose this company for pest control! Everyone I have encountered has been prompt and helpful. Daniel Guerra has been doing the spraying of my property in Casa Grande and he is always friendly, on time, and willing to give advice if needed. Have not had an insect problem inside or outside the property since using this business. I recommend them highly!

I purchased a home that was vacant and not had pest control for an unknown period of time. I still was seeing scorpions, living and dead even after a full year of service, and several re-treatments with a different company. The last straw was stepping on a scorpion. That's when I switched to Bulwark. They treated our home thoroughly and I have not seen a scorpion since.
I appreciate the attention to detail when servicing our home. Doormats in front of doors are moved and treated. Bait traps are checked and replaced when needed. The tech lets me know after treatment what was done and any evidence of pests.
Great and consistent service.

I have had my extermination done with Eco Logic for over 4 years.   I have been bug free ever since.  Michael has always been very honest with me, and prices are very fair.  One example is when I was living in a condo I had a bee problem. Of course I called ecologic immediately. Michael informed me that I would be wasting my money if he were to come out because my condo complex should be taken care of that.  He was correct!  He lost the service call for being honest but kept a lifelong customer!

Are you bugged has been doing my pest control for 15 years and have kept my home bug free and my pets safe! You can't do any better!!!

One of the salesman had been harassing our neighborhood and came back to our house after we had put a sign on our door to not ring the bell. The first time he came he knocked on our door 3 times until he eventually went away. My parents that also live in the neighborhood had to tell him to leave 3 times until he finally got the hint. Fast forward about 4 hours later he came back to our house. My husband answered on the ring doorbell and the salesman proceeded to be sarcastic by pretending the ring was a drive through by ordering a Big Mac, fries and asked if out ice cream machine was working. Its 6pm, we just got done working, we want to spend time with our families and we don't have time to deal with this crap. I told him to get off my property. My mom told him not to come to her house as she heard the conversation. He then called her a bitch as he walked away, I'm sure he didn't think I would hear it. It was disgusting behavior and not something I'm sure you want working around your house. Our neighbors posted on Facebook about their experiences and they were just as bad.

Wow, this company is amazing! They did a complete treatment on my home and they did a phenomenal job. They answered a lot of my questions and were even kind to my pets. They really do go above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

I have had Budget Brothers for several years.  I've caught their technician never leaving the truck but I was billed for a treatment.  When they do treat, I still notice pavement ants even though I told them specifically to treat for them.  My ant treatment from Home Depot did a better job than the treatment from Budget Brothers.

Now the most egregious reason for my review.  As part of the sale of my home, Budget Brothers was selected by the buyer to do a pest inspection.  Guess what! They provided pictures and comments related to rat traps outside that they had placed!!  Wow!! So unusual to have rat traps boxes in the desert. Furthermore, they noted that there were water marks on a window sill inside the garage, suggesting that the seal on the window was bad.  Guess what, it was the window cleaner residue when they didn't clean the drips from cleaning the glass not a window leak.

Finally, they made note of stains on the ceiling for roof leaks!! Next time you need your roof fixed, call Budget Brothers!!!  They are apparently experts in all facets of construction.

I wonder if they are able to diagnose the fact that I would need my head examined to ever use them or recommend them.

The inspector called me yesterday to explain that they provide commentary in excess of the AZ State requirements at COMPANY POLICY, not state statute. They reviewed the roof. Ceilings for marks. I wonder if they provide medical physicals too.
