Pat from Drain-EEZ just left and replaced parts on my poor toilet that wouldn't stop running.  The entire experience was a pleasure--even paying the bill since he gave me a $49 new customer discount--even on a Saturday! :) When I called around 10am this morning, Katrina said she'd check and see if he could make it out today and would call me back. She called back in 5 minutes and said he'd be there between noon and 2pm. Then she called back 10 minute later and said Pat had rearranged his schedule so he could be there in 20 minutes--which he was.  How nice was that!  Pat was personable, polite and quite efficient. He explained what he did and showed me the parts he replaced. Overall, I can't say enough nice things and would highly recommend them.

Mac and Jeremiah were amazing. Efficient and kind throughout the whole process. Took great care to leave the apartment just as they found it. Great to have our hot water back!

Rick and Eric were extremely helpful in determining our bathroom leak issue and issuing a quick fix, I highly recommend them for their work, integrity and honesty

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Definitely took the customer service to another level with that. Plus, the 10% coupon helped..

Scotty is a true professional. Setting up an appointment was easy. Scotty called and confirmed two days prior to our scheduled appointment. He arrived promptly on the day of our appointment and got right to work. Scotty got the job done  in a timely manner and work he did wasn't easy. I will definitely be calling him again for any more plumbing issues I might have.

I had a frozen pipe that burst.  I called up Rocket Plumbing because of their good reviews. I can honestly say that I was not disappointed at all.  I was very happy with the plumber that came to fix the pipe.  Marlon fixed them quickly and with a great attention to detail.  I feel like the price was fair and he was completely honest about everything.  He even pointed out the that I could use a coupon towards the repair and found that I had some leaky pipes under my sink.  He fixed those as well.  I know for sure that I'll call them again for any plumbing needs I have in the future.

Highly Recommendable. Thomas came to view my sewer and do a sewer scope on a home I was closing on. He was flexible and early. Thomas and crew took his time and is knowledgeable and affordable. I usually don't leave reviews on yelp as much as I'd like to however, after such an incredible job, I feel it's the least I can do for this company.

I recently called on Windy City plumbing to service my clogged tub drain. Now, first off I can't tell you how hard it is to find a quality professional plumbing company to service your home for a good price nowadays. I've been ripped off with poor service and being overcharged one to many times with companies who seem to take advantage of people with lesser knowledge of the plumbing construction.

Jose takes the time to essentially educate you on how things work as he diagnoses the problem and clearly explains what needs to be done to fix it, without trying to get you to redo your whole bathroom.

His prices are fair but cheaper than any other company I have called in my 3yrs of owning a home.

Jose was not immediately available to take my call, however I was able to leave a message with his assistant and received a call back promptly.

And just like when it rains it pours, I also had a leaking toilet that I didn't know was causing damage to the tenants ceiling downstairs :( . Jose knew just what the problem was and was prepared and equipped with the items necessary to tackle the job within the SAME HOUR it was noticed! Saved me money on a future call and time!

I couldn't have been happier with the service provided by Windy City plumbing and I HIGHLY recommend them! They have the greatest service with the most bang for your buck and also the only company I feel comfortable with as far as plumbing!

Kevin rocked our world. Our slow drain in the bathroom crawled to a stop and he was there the next day in a snow storm to make it all better. Kevin returned my phone calls and texts immediately, charged us appropriately for the work and was simply a kind, affable guy throughout the process. I will not only use him in the future but will happily recommend him to friends.

Great work!!! He is very responsive and gets the job done correctly. He is very friendly and knows his job very well. I would recommend him for any type of plumbing issues.

I'm sure all the positive reviews are a result of positive experiences, but mine, while starting out positive, ended up being anything but.

The repairman was professional and nice when he showed up. I had a worn check valve in the pipe leading to our ejector pump, which he quickly diagnosed. He turned off the pump and cut the PVC pipe leading to it to replace the valve. A few minutes later, the toilet in the bathroom right next door began to overflow. It was not in use and no other water fixtures in the house were running. By the time I got to the toilet, there was about an inch of standing water in my bathroom.

When I asked the repairman if he did anything to cause this, he said no. Interestingly enough, however, when he turned the ejector pump back on, the water quickly drained from the toilet.

I asked if he felt it was appropriate for me to get a discount on the service based on this issue, and he said no, because he did not cause it. When I brought to his attention that the toilet started to overflow immediately after he turned off the pump, and then drained immediately after he turned it back on, he shrugged and said he has been doing this for many years and has never seen it happen.

When he called his boss, they offered me a $50 discount while still being adamant that they did nothing to cause this. That was very nice of them, but I think anyone hiring them should be aware that I had this experience.

For the record, the repairman did replace the valve, which is the reason he came out, and from what I can tell, that was professionally done. Unfortunately, the leak and their response to it substantially marred the experience for me.

To the Greentech team reading this, for future reference, when you find yourself in a similar situation, you are better off taking responsibility, apologizing, and offering a discount, even if for no other reason than earning and keeping good will. It will go a much longer way than vehemently denying the obvious and will help you keep the trust you have worked so hard to build.

Danny and Jose were AMAZING! Anytime you call a plumber, especially ones you have not worked with before for a problem beyond your control is scary at best. They were prompt, friendly, kind and informative. They explained the situation immediately and set the expectations. They located the issue and resolved the situation explaining as they went for me to follow and understand. They were incredibly tidy, helped clean up once they were finished.  They nailed it in the 2 hour timeframe they needed to remove the obstruction. I can't thank Danny and Jose enough! Midwest Hydro Jetting will be my go to solution for all my future plumbing needs!

I highly recommend sims  and sons. I needed new track lighting installed in my kitchen, and Darrell's team delivered. I was out of town, and they did everything while I was away. Darrell did a great job of explaining a wiring issue that I had an resolving it right away. Great experience working with Darrell and his knowledgeable team.

Our kitchen sink got clogged again I called Chris my go to person. He is able to schedule me within 2 days not right away but no big deal we just need to figure out how to function with clogged sink. Ivo his associates came and tried everything but without a success. Recommend to replace the pipes (just the kitchen). I agreed and able to schedule it the following day. Ivo ( not sure if I  spelled his name correctly) did a wonderful job. I felt sorry for him because of the time and effort he made. Our pipes are fully clogged with you don't want to know,
it's completely blocked. Very nice person. I am just hoping that I will not see him again for good reason. Anybody who has plumbing issues please call them... Thanks a lot Ivo....

Working with CJ plumbing was great. Dmitri was very responsive for setting up an appointment and helped me pick appropriate parts.

Lenny came out to our place to install new fixtures in a shower. He showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Altogether a great, professional company.

I have a tenant in Rogers Park and needed someone who would be able to go to the tenant and take care of a clogged sink. (I do not live near enough to be able to head over on short notice myself.) Mike responded to my request almost immediately, we talked on the phone and I provided him with all the information I thought would be helpful. He gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to schedule an appointment with my tenant and handle everything that needed to be done. The job was not too small for him! So grateful that he was able to come out and handle this for me and quickly! My tenant said that Mike was an awesome dude and everything is now running smoothly. We both greatly appreciate his service!

I was having issues with maintaining hot water in my condo unit.  After reaching out to numerous plumbers and receiving a variety of pricing I decided to hold my hopes up in Juan at A&Y Plumbing and I am glad I did.  Juan and his son Andy were couteous and knowledgeable. What i liked about Juan was that he stuck with his original quote even though the job took longer than expected due to piping issues. How often does that happen?  Most contractors I have dealt with in the past always tried to upsell and you end up arguing with them and who needs that stress?  Not me, thats for sure but Juan was so easy going he made the whole process painless.  After job was finished he explained thoroughly exactly what the job entailed.  Another thumbs up for Juan.  So in summation, I Would definitely RECOMMEND A&Y Plumbing services to anyone who wants an easygoing process, knowledgeable employees and work finished beyond compare.  As Juan said before he left.  I want to make sure everything is done right and my customers are my top priority.  No lie there

Had a leaking toilet, causing problem to the neighbor below. Called late morning and he was here at 1:30. Worked on the problem right away and fixed it same day! He is very professional and knowledgeable of his craft. Would highly recommend.
