After my previous plumber broke my toilet and didn't want to replace it...I had to venture out once again into the scary land of finding a new plumber.  We all know how tricky and harrowing this can be.  Will I be overcharged?  Will the job be done right?

After some pretty deep Google research, I came across Drain-Eez and today Lou came in to reset my toilet and put in a new wax ring.  There were some complications, and a nasty mess I won't detail, but Lou handled it all in stride with a smile and polite conversation.  He not only did a fabulous job resetting the toilet, but taught me several things about: my sink, my toilet, my slate tile, and even Chicago drinking water.  To top it all off, I paid a very reasonable flat rate that was lower than the 5 other plumbers I contacted.

Mac was great! My garbage disposal broke and he gave my some tips to fix it before saying I might need a new one. I appreciated his efforts to try and save me money! He came out when I was available with a brand new disposal and installed it - I didn't even need to go shopping. The price was much better than other places too! Would definitely recommend! OMG ... Chicago Sewer & Drain Professionals are the best!!!
I had a major blockage in my sewer line, lived in my home for over 25 years and never had an issue until recently - needless to say we had a problem.  Two different plumbers came out and immediately gave us worst case scenarios, neither bothered to rod properly nor use a camera to see what the issue was.  David suggested we start with hydro jetting first to see if the line could be cleared, after 45 minutes the blockage was removed saving us thousands of dollars!
I am so happy I continued my search and found this company. They are honest & I cannot say enough good things about them.

I had to get an old kitchen faucet removed and a new one installed. Communication was prompt and clear. He was very polite, professional and adept at his job. In and out with no problems. Cleaned up after he was done. It's always nice to find a reliable and honest handyman in this city. He is def my go-to plumber from here on out.

Kevin responded to my Saturday evening phone call in less than 5 minutes and proceeded to discuss the problem and give advice despite the fact that it turns out we aren't even his service area (yelp's fault, I think).  He could easily have told us to call someone else, but instead he listened and advised and gave us some things we could try to get us through the rest of the weekend so we wouldn't need to spend as much on a call on Monday.  Awesome customer service! I'll be recommending him to my friends who live in his area.

Our sink was clogged so we called four season's plumbing and they charged us over 400 dollars and couldn't get the sink unclogged because they didn't have the right equipment. We called Midwest Hydro Jetting and they came over and unclogged the sink very quickly. Danny was very professional and an expert in plumbing.

Noticed our garbage disposal was leaking on a Sunday and sent Mike a text. An hour later, he was at my place installing the new unit. Fast, super friendly and got the job done without any issues. Quality experience across the board!

Juan is the only plumber provided the estimate of the water heater model that I wanted.  He arrived on schedule and performed the installation.  The unit was defective, not Juan's fault, where he called Rheem to expedite the part.  The part arrived the next day and Juan came the following day and got my new water heater resolved.
Recommend A&Y Plumbing and Juan is responsive and provide good service.

Noel is hands down the best plumber I have ever used....it isn't even questionable. Super professional and highly skilled. We have used him twice already; once for a leaking toilet and most recently for a new garbage disposal. A terrific person as well....really enjoy him and wish we had more contractors like him!
