Great company!!! My garbage disposal wasn't working and I called and spoke to Pat to set up an appointment.  Rather than charging me to come out (over $100) he gave me a quick recommendation on how to fix it and I was able to handle it on my own!  THAT is service and integrity!  Definitely calling them for any of my other needs.

Mac and his team were great.  This was the first time I've used them.  They were friendly, fast, and thorough.  They were also forthright about pricing and options, which I appreciated.  It's nice to feel immediately comfortable with a plumber working in your house.

I have had two experiences with Rescue Plumbing, and in both instances, they have done a great job. Vincent was most helpful and efficient. I would not hesitate to call them again when my next plumbing incident happens.

There is a reason this guy doesn't have a review of less than 5 stars. He's good.  And dependable. Scott came out on a Monday after I messaged him late on Saturday. He saved us $3-4k.  We found our new go to plumber.

I would HIGHLY recommend using Rockit. The entire experience was very positive from start to finish. First, the company was very flexible about scheduling the appointment.  I had to cancel our first appointment last minute due to a work conflict and the owner was very gracious about rescheduling.  The service technician (Tony) arrived right on time and was very professional and gracious.  He took the time to place covers over his shoes so he did not track dirt into the house. He was able to find the problem with my shower immediately.  He explained what was wrong and what it would cost to fix ahead of time.  He then fixed the problem and made sure to demonstrate the fix afterword and to show me the damaged valve that needed to be replaced.  

I would DEFINITELY use these guys again.

Dan was fantastic. He was able to come out the day after submitting the request and the next day to complete the work to clear my sewer drain line. Explained everything that would be needed and gave some recommendations for future maintenance. Will definitely be using them for any future sewer or drain needs!

Had pipes burst at 1AM on Friday morning.  *PSA1* know where your main water shut off is!!  After 30 minutes of panic-stricken searching I was able to get the water to turn off.  Msg'ed Windy City Plumbing on Yelp and heard back shortly after 8AM.  Scheduled for an appointment the next day (SAT) between 12-1.  Received a phone call at 12:15 that they had arrived.  Took just over an hour to find TWO of these bursted pipes.  

*PSA 2* consider getting an outdoor heater for your garage.

$275 for first break and $175 for any additional breaks.  Workers (Chris and Isaiah) were friendly, prompt, professional, and great to work with.  I received a call within half an hour for payment by CC.  Receipt via email in seconds.  Entire process took less than two hours.  I highly recommend this company!

Our bathtub drain was clogged.  The team came out within hours of my request.  We thought it was going to be a quick and easy fix but we were not that lucky.  We had a much bigger problem that was diagnosed and fixed the next morning.  The crew worked tirelessly to fix the issue which took longer than expected, but they did not charge more than was originally quoted.  Very reasonable, responsive and professional!

Awesome experience with GreenTech. First plumber we called was not up to the task. GT handled it like champs. Clean workmanship. Quality work. Made the list of people we'll call if we need help in the future.

Over the weekend, we experienced some grey water backing up in our utility room. We determined that the culprit was likely a backup originating from the kitchen sink/drain. We called Midwest Hydro Jetting yesterday (Sunday) and was able to quickly get an appointment for this morning. They even called us shortly afterward to let us know that we could move up the appointment time if we wanted to, which we appreciated.

Mike and Danny showed up promptly at 9am and they quickly got to work determining the source of the issue. They confirmed that line from the kitchen sink need to be rodded (as well as a pipe down in the utility room). Throughout the process, they were very communicative and explained every step. They answered every question we had and were done within 45 minutes.

Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of their work and would gladly hire them again if the need arises.

Adam was called to our condo to fix what the gas company was calling a leak in the line. He pressure tested the line and there was nothing in the line itself that was leaking.  The leak was traced back to the furnace. He came back over later that evening to replace the lines and re-seal everything in and around the furnace connectors. Would highly recommend; professional, courteous, and completed the job all within a day.

Darrell was absolutely fantastic . I called him late at night, not knowing if I had a real electrical emergency. He came the next morning and took care of the problem right away. He was very professional and explained the work that he was doing. I would not hesitate to recommend him for all your electrical needs.

I can't say enough about the service I received from ABV!  My hot water heater went out - other plumbers were giving me dates a week or more away!  Not sure how we would have showered - it's 10° outside and I think our water was even colder!  Talked with them last night and they were out here by 8:30am!  Did great work and I am looking forward to a nice hot shower

Trust! I think trust is most important in choosing an expert to fix a problem. Of course experience, knowledge, ability and integrity are also needed. But trusting the reviews written by others or trusting the recommendation of a friend is sometimes all we have to go by. I had a clogged drain about 15 feet downstream from my kitchen sink. It was the result of overzealous use of the garbage disposal. I tried snaking the drain myself but the clog was too big (turns out about 2 feet of drain was totally blocked). I did research on several websites looking for a plumber in my area who I could trust to do the work right - at a fair price. I narrowed the list to 4 companies. At 7:15 PM on a weekday I called each of them. I got two answering services that could not answer any of my technical questions, another said they would have someone call me back in a few minutes (never happened) and then there was Dmitry. Dmitry is one of the owners of CJ Plumbing. He answered the phone himself. He was able to discuss my issue intelligently, explain the likely scenarios and give me an estimated price range (min and max) for the job. It was clear from his questions and his input that he understood the problem and knew the likely solutions. As it turns out, he was absolutely correct about the issue and what it would take to fix it. I wanted to consider what he said before making a commitment. He said I could call him back anytime in the next few hours. I called several hours later and again he answered the phone and we scheduled a visit for the following afternoon.

The plumber who showed up (not the person I spoke to) was a delight to work with. He was professional, polite, and patient as he answered my many questions. He tried a few easy options to fix the problem (e.g. using a powered drain snake). When those did not work he said the best option was to cut out the clogged section of drain (which he had located) and replace it with a new section of pipe. The clogged part of the pipe included two 90 degree bends. He removed that section and replaced the sharp bends with pairs of 45 degree bends to allow waste to pass through the more easily. The drain pipe ran along the ceiling of my unfinished basement so there was direct access to the pipe. After replacing the section of pipe he verified that there were no leaks and cleaned up the area of the basement where he worked as well as the area under the kitchen sink. He even cleaned the sink.  

I was VERY pleased with his work and with his personality. The cost of the repair was within the range quoted on the phone (though near the higher end). My trust in CJ Plumbing was rewarded by their performance and their honesty. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family. I recommend them to YOU.

I had a really bad kitchen sink clog that I tried snaking it myself with no luck.  Was referred to Mike, called and left a message, and had a return call within 30 minutes.  Mike juggled his schedule to come by same day and had my problem fixed in short order.  Highly recommend calling Mike when you have a need.

I found Juan originally for help on a toilet leak, and now he's my go-to plumber. He's amazing at explaining exactly what's going on, has a patient demeanor, and is extremely professional. I trust him on all his diagnoses and fixes. Our home is in great shape thanks to him!

I had a mystery wet spot on my carpet, right outside the master bathroom. At first, I blamed my cat even though it was very unlike him. I cleaned it up and went about my day. Several hours later it was still damp. Once it stayed damp for several days, we knew we had an issue. There is only concrete under the carpet, no pipes run there, and no water spots on the walls or ceilings. A complete mystery!

The first plumber that came out looked around for literally 3-5 minutes and suggested it was our toilet. It could be... but seemed like a guess. Next 2 plumbers did not return my call. (Sound familiar?) I was getting frustrated.

I then found Noel and gave him a call. I am so glad I did!! He came out that day and spent an hour with me pulling up the carpet, running tests with the shower, toilet & sink and allowed me to be involved during the entire process. (Which I love!) He gave great advice on how to move forward, charged a reasonable price for his time and even fixed an issue with our other toilet on his way out! He was very professional and super nice! Noel is my new go-to plumber.
