Pat did a great job fixing our sump pump, very professional and would use his services again.

This is the absolute best place to call for anything to do with water heaters. Our water heater's pilot wouldn't stay lit so we called to get a quick inspection to what would probably be an easy part swap. On the phone, Mac was knowledgeable and asked for a few quick pictures. After seeing the model and everything, an appointment was made for early the next morning and he arrived on time. Once he came, he was very conscientious of cleanliness, and wore a mask. Upon a quick inspection found that the whole underside of the tank was leaking and we needed a full replacement. Under normal circumstances this would be terrible, but Mac walked me through the why and best options with no up selling or pressure in making me feel like anything fishy was going on. Within 2hrs he had left to get the new heater, removed the old one, installed the new one, and even helped clean the utility room so everything was clean behind the tough to get to spots of the utility closet. His quote and final price were the same and very reasonable. His attitude, professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail and cleanliness were 100% perfect and everything is working perfectly after install. He even checked back in with us later to make sure everything was good and we were happy with the abundance of hot water. There is no one else to call, only Mac!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Great service at a great price! We had an issue with our garbage disposal and a back up in the plumbing. Scotty fixed the issue quickly and we haven't had any issues since!

I was having leakage from my sump pump pipes in the basement. After reviewing Yelp, I contacted Brian in the afternoon, and he arrived that same evening to see if we needed immediate action. Brian asked us not to use our washer and shower in the basement until he arrived the next day since we needed a new sump pump and pipes. Brian provided several options, arrived the next evening, and corrected all the issues, including a kitchen pipe which needed to be stabilized. Brian is professional, insightful, and reasonable in his pricing. We discussed several different future projects, and we look forward to working with him again.

Super communicative and came out fast to jet our drains. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be using in the future!

My sincerest thanks to Windy City Plumbing for sticking with me almost all day yesterday trying to resolve the multitude of leaks in my old house.  Brian and team would not quit despite the challenging sewer rodding, unexpected additional leaks discovered, and being faced with new problems at every turn.  They even worked on a stack leak that I hadn't called them in for that they noticed as they were packing up their gear.  They remained professional, on task, and refused to take the easy way out just so they could move to the next client.  It was the kind of service you hope to get, but so often do not.  Call these guys for your next job.  They're good.

The most horrible thing that has ever happened to me was my kitchen sink becoming clogged. I didn't even know that was a thing that could happen since I have a garbage disposal and am very careful what I put in there!
Anyways, I tried the Yelp app feature of asking for estimates from different plumbing places, and first Chicago was the only one that responded with an actual dollar amount estimate right away.

They fixed the problem for the amount of money they estimated. I will definitely use them for my future plumbing needs.

I will say, they changed our appt time the day of because the plumber had to bump is to see an emergency. Of course, if I have an emergency in the future I would be happy if they came to keep first so I get it. But, if you are a person that is very impatient or anal about time you have to consider that.

Finally I have found a plumber that I can trust.  I needed a saddle valve replaced. They responded and scheduled quickly and then completed the job in less time than they estimated. I had a different plumber replace a saddle valve in the recent past that cost me hundreds more!

Jesus helped to fix our kitchen sink clog. Very professional. Showed up on time and took care of the problem with no issues. Jesus also changed a leaking pipe and tightened a loose faucet for free. That shows how much he cares about the work he is doing and his customers. I strongly recommend J Sewer and Drain Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Tim was great! Super helpful and was able to find better options than another plumber who had done an inspection for us. They were able to provide a reasonable estimate before coming out to attack a list of small projects I had, and final invoice was less than the estimate.  Will definitely call again when I have need for a plumber.

We had our injector pump in the basement fail, which caused sewage to leak all over the finished and unfinshed parts of the basement.  Dmitry and his crew came super fast, identified the problems quickly, and provided accurate estimates for all repairs before executing the work.  They also provided a great recommendation for a rehabilitation and repair company.  They were fast, honest, and knowledgable.  I am a customer for life.

They also wore masks and were very good about taking proper COVID precautions so there was no problem in letting them inside the house for them to do their work.

I have a tenant in Rogers Park and needed someone who would be able to go to the tenant and take care of a clogged sink. (I do not live near enough to be able to head over on short notice myself.) Mike responded to my request almost immediately, we talked on the phone and I provided him with all the information I thought would be helpful. He gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to schedule an appointment with my tenant and handle everything that needed to be done. The job was not too small for him! So grateful that he was able to come out and handle this for me and quickly! My tenant said that Mike was an awesome dude and everything is now running smoothly. We both greatly appreciate his service!
