Our kitchen sink fixture was leaking after it had become loose and efforts by my wife and I to fix it were unsuccessful.  I called Drain-EEZ plumbing based on the strong Yelp reviews and  I was not disappointed.  Pat arrived within the promised time window, fixed the problem in under 30 minutes and was so helpful with advice on future needs for our sink.  I plan to call Drain-EEZ from now on for all our plumbing needs.

YELP came through again when I found Mac at Fastplumbing247 after our Hot Water Heater quit working.  Mac returned my call promptly and was able to fit me in the same day.  Unfortunately for me, my 14 year old hot water heater was finally done and I needed a replacement.  Mac had a new Hot Water Heater with him and he had it installed within an hour.  We went without hot water for less than 24 hours (1st world problems).  Price was reasonable as well.

Javier and Alejandro were very efficient and explained the process Step by step. I had a clogged kitchen sink drain and needed it fixed ASAP. I called on a Sunday evening and they were at my house Monday morning. Great work.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. I had a faucet replaced in my kitchen sink and called Rocket Plumbing.  I didn't  want to risk buying another bad sink from Home Depot, so I asked them to bring one that would fit my sink.  Ben showed up right on time with 2 sink options, and he was very friendly and professional.  He worked quickly and did a great job.  I am very impressed with this company and will be using them whenever I need a plumber.

I had water coming through a light fixture in my bathroom one morning and expected to need my ceiling opened up to repair a pipe. They were super responsive and came exactly on time. They quickly figured out that our upstairs neighbors needed to caulk their shower and answered all of our questions patiently (I had many!) and gave a referral for someone to help with water stains. So friendly and professional!

One of our kids flushed a foreign object and clogged the toilet. The other plumbers that I called either had high prices or just didn't show up. Windy City Plumbing not only arrived early, but they worked quickly to get the job done. They removed my toilet, fixed the clog, and reinstalled the toilet all in under 30 minutes. They also had reasonable prices and the estimate they gave was accurate. Their communication is awesome - if there are any changes to the scheduled meeting time, they will contact you, unlike the other plumbers/handymen who either come late or don't show up and don't have the courtesy to at least give you a heads up.

My wife and I now have our go-to plumbing service. Windy City Plumbing is the real deal!

When I did hear back they said they wouldn't be able to come by for six days. Couldn't go a week without water.

Its hard to find a great plumber - after being ghosted by the first, the second was clueless and left me with zero confidence, sound plumbing was my third attempt to get my water heater leak fixed. I was hopeful based on the previous reviews. The company were amazing! Quick, responsive and reasonably priced. The gentleman who arrived was polite, courteous and professional but most of all he knew what he was talking about. He resolved my issue quickly and didn't try to sell me on a solution I didn't need (unlike the other company). Highly recommend and will for sure use again!

Lately ,we moved to new place and found our kitchen sink dead! No drainage from there, all water was collecting and stinking.  Tried to call three plumbing service , no one was available that very day. Happy to call Green tech. Quick availability found! Nick was grat in his work!

I had Sims and Sons install a dedicated outlet for my house. They performed excellent work. I was able to get on their schedule quickly. Their technician (Enis) arrived promptly, wore shoe covers in the house, and did a great job with the installation. They left the house clean. I'm very happy with their service.

Super thrilled with this service! Lenny was fabulous, super quick, and effective at diagnosing and treating all of the complicated issues with our ~80 year old bathroom toilet, sink, and tub. He knew just what to do to make things work smoothly again. I also appreciated that he was very careful with covid precautions (mask, booties) and respectful throughout. I would absolutely rehire for any future plumbing needs. An easy 5 stars from me!

I had a rocky toilet that was supposedly fixed by Chicagoland Handyman in June of 2022, but five months later the rocking was back. I searched for a plumber to fix this unsteady toilet once and for all. I called Mike the Plumber. He was able to come out the next day and was able to to stabilize my toilet. Mike the Plumber was very nice as he explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it. He said if the rocking comes back (which it won't) he will tend to it. I will definitely call Mike the Plumber for any future plumbing issues in my old building. Thank you Mike!

Noel was hired to fix a clogged bath drain a couple of weeks back - and he fixed everything perfectly.  

He met our tenants at our rental property and fixed the drain so it's working seamlessly.  His receipt was very thorough detailing the steps he'd taken in fixing the clogged drain; he also included recommendations for the future.

He was incredibly kind, friendly and very timely (even available on Saturday).
