I called EZZ Drain about a leaking bathroom faucet. I sent a photo of the sink and faucet. I was told they couldn't do the work. I then contacted a real plumbing company that had no problem fixing the leak.

Mac is the best!! We have been having some issues with our water heater and sent a message to Fast Plumbing 247 on Sunday evening. Mac responded right away and was able to come out on Tuesday (when it was like 5° out!)

Mac brought Sean with him, they were both super nice and professional. We got a very fair quote, and they did a great job!!  

I would recommend Mac to anybody looking to replace their water heater.

Nick with Rocket Plumbing came out today to take a look at our water pressure issue in Wicker Park. Scheduling was easy, left them a message and had a response within an hour. Got a 1-hour appointment window of time, actually had a call 30 minutes before that Nick was done sooner with other appointments and if it would be ok for him to come now, which was nice. He took the time to understand our problem and look into the potential causes. We discussed all options and he actually figured something out that past plumbers and contractors missed. He was very professional and although our issues is not completely solved (by no fault of his at all) he did make things better and provided suggestions for other solutions should we want them. We are satisfied with the result, we will be using RP for all our future plumbing needs. Thank you.

I had to replace my garbage disposal under the kitchen sink. I called four different companies to get a quote. One company told me they couldn't give quotes over the phone; they would have to come out, but I would have to pay them for coming over even if I decided the quote was too high. The other two companies gave me ridiculously high quotes. When I called First Chicago Plumbing and explained what I needed to get done, they gave me a very reasonable quote and scheduled an appointment three days later. On the day of the appointment, they called an hour before to let me know they were on their way. They got everything done in 20 min. They were very nice and professional. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again for any of the plumbing related issues.

Sound plumbing does great work. We've had Mitch over to the house for several different jobs and he is excellent. He's straight forward and explains everything. Terrific experience.

I had some pretty intense sewer smells coming from a couple different places in my house. Turns out they were separate issues (sump/sewer drains and upstairs toilet), and Jesus was able to identify both immediately and come back out the next morning to fix them. I also added a disposal to the kitchen sink as part of the call. Jesus and the crew did a great job! I appreciate the quick response and great, knowledgable service. Thank you!

I have used Green Tech for many years and they are a reliable, trustworthy, and extremely efficient company. Their plumbers are prompt and courteous. Recently Eric did a great job fixing some issues with two of my toilets.

Cannot thank Adam enough for his quick and effective work! I had a kitchen sink pipe that's been slowly leaking, and he was able to come out immediately to take a look and replace the part. Super fast, friendly and easy, would definitely recommend these guys :)

Hristo was great! He responded so quickly. He gave a competitive price. He even had to go to his store and come back for a specific part to fix our weird sink problem. He also wore a mask and booties the whole time. Will definitely use ABV plumbing in the future!

Juan and his colleague went above and beyond on a service call! I needed a toilet installed in my elderly parents bathroom. Juan assisted me through the purchasing process, advised me on how to measure for proper fitting, evaluated pictures I sent, and answered many questions. He was reasonably priced and offered to come out the next day.

Because we weren't sure if an elongated toilet would work in this small space, I purchased two. Juan installed the base of the elongated so my parents could actually see how it fit. We went with the round toilet and Juan also took the time to install safety rails on it and advised my parents not to use as a support bar to get in the shower.

Lastly, any business owner who actually takes the time to reply to his customer's reviews, shows how he cares about them. We'll have Juan back for another project for sure! As others mentioned, they came in mask ready and were incredibly polite, efficient, and cleaned up. Thank you!

For two hours of work, a sink faucet, a bathtub faucet, and a few of those wire mesh drain covers, he charged me $495. I looked up the prices for those parts online. He definitely made over $100 an hour for the labor, which is a pretty penny.

He still did a good job, but I might look elsewhere next time.
