Spent 2 minutes on the phone with them, and they and got my garbage disposal working again. No fees, pure courtesy. I will always keep Drain-EEZ on the top of my list for any future work big or small. Real nice and friendly people who are not out to make a buck on you.

If I could pick one home service/repair provider out of all of the many, many that I have worked with over the last 25 years of living in Chicago, it would be Mac.  I have called him three times over the years when my water heater has stopped working, and each time happened to be later at night, well after normal business hours.  Each time I called, I was expecting to leave a voicemail and hopefully hear back the next day, but instead, each time he either answered the phone right when I called or called me back in less than 5 minutes.  Two of the times I called, he was even able to walk me through how to fix the issue myself over the phone, without him even needing to come out and look at the water heater.  He never once brought up a charge for that help over the phone, even though it saved me at ton of time, effort, and likely money as well.  I had to ask him if I could pay him for that incredible service; he said no.  The one time when the issue couldn't be fixed over the phone, he came by to fix it himself the very next morning.  He has been friendly, patient, and known exactly what the issue was and how to fix it, every time.  He's the best.

Pete & Noah showed up right on time, and expertly replaced a broken garbage disposal and leaky pipe in ~30 minutes.  The cost sounded high to me at first, but they explained each step, and were very professional throughout -- careful, quick, and willing to adjust cost where possible. Many thanks!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. I will join the chorus of praise for Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals. All I can say is that I wish I would have called them first! I have a 115-yr-old house that was having horrible sewer gas issues as well as clogged drum traps in several of the bathrooms. The first company I called out blamed the sewer gas on broken traps in the basement floor and I spent a small fortune having those fixed. Then, when the smell kept coming, I called out a different company and they said there was no way to fix my problem without totally cutting out the old underground plumbing and rebuilding all of it (which would have cost a large fortune). Finally, I found Chicago Sewer and Drain based on their positive Yelp reviews. They responded immediately and came out the next day. They diagnosed the problem using a really high-quality scope which found tree roots and other blockage in the main line to the sewer. They cleaned it out using a hydrojet and then fixed the clogged drum traps quickly without causing any damage to them (which is tough). All of this for a very reasonable price! Unfortunately, the smell in the house came back the next day. I called them and they offered to come back out the same day. They scoped the pipes under the house and found that those were also clogged, so they hydrojetted the entire system under the house. To my surprise, they did this for no additional charge! The smell is gone now! Everyone on the crew was also very professional, worked quickly, explained everything, and was careful while in my home (took of shoes, asked me before they moved things, etc.). I will certainly call Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals whenever I have any plumbing needs in the future.

Jose came out yesterday to fix what another plumber couldn't fix but charged me for anyway.  He knew exactly what needed to be done.  He was quick, clean, and professional.  We're so happy to have a working shower and toilet.  Thank you so much!

We hired First Chicago Plumbing to install the necessary plumbing, laundry box, vents and drains for our electric washer and dryer. Eugene and team were highly efficient in terms of email communications and were able to answer any questions I had regarding permits, inspections, licenses, etc. The team visited 3-4 times to ensure everything was done to the highest standard, permits were passed and inspections completed. The work was performed high quality work, ensured I was kept updated throughout, and made sure to clean up after themselves on all occasions. I would highly recommend First Chicago Plumbing and I am very happy with the project that was completed today. Looking forward to working with you again in the future

I had several Plumbing Companies look at and bid on my project; completion of a custom shower so installation of the trim and fixtures. It was however a complex custom shower including steam, a ceiling rain shower unit, body spays and more. During the bid process I encountered indifferent, snarky and demeaning plumbers who were not even familiar with the new/ current fixtures. Not Kevin and company, they are current, up to date and knew exactly what to do. Kevin took on the challenge with out blinking and was genuinely and sincerely interested in the challenging job and making us thrilled with the results. The attention to detail and the quality of work delivered was exceptional. When they saw a potential problem they figured out a way to move past it quickly. They were transparent about cost, arrived on time and were a most excellent value based on some of the bids I recieved. Don't trust your home to some out dated, snarky, indifferent plumbing company, no need to call anyone else.

I could not be happier with the service Jesus provided unclogging a kitchen drain.  He was extremely responsive when contacted through yelp (more than I was, in fact) and very flexible on when he could come out to fix the drain.  The quoted price was competitive with others I had received too.
He couldn't make it when he originally said he would but that's part of the business and has to be expected sometimes...the good part is his communication was great and was right on time with the next time he gave me.  Can't really ask for more, IMO.
Jesus was very friendly and efficient...I've found my go-to plumber!

Trust them.  Honest people.  Needed plumber in north shore = so I have allot of money??  No.  Checked yelp and they had all 5 star reviews.  Called and were professional.  Told them needed repairs from an inspection report.  Plumber Mark Smith showed up as scheduled and knew what he was looking for with the details given by the dispatcher.  Mark fixed the issues cleanly and with explanation.  So the word I would use for this group is - Honest!  No games to up the bill, no recommendations for more money on the service call. No money up front with deposit.  They did what was asked, cleaned up and wore booties on the new floors.  Plumbers are expensive and necessary. But necessary does not mean gouging on prices.  This group is honest, they listened to the problem on the phone, were respectful and came prepared.  Going to copy this review and send out to my homeowners group in north shore.  The 5 star reviews are well deserved and the pricing is fair.  Very Well done!

Excellent service all around!! They responded immediately to my request for a quote, gave me a reasonable range, and then stuck to it. On top of that, they were the friendliest guys and they provided top notch service. They took care to be tidy and made sure everything was in working order before the left. Cannot recommend them enough.

Adam was courteous and responsive.  He came late on Halloween night and had to return In the morning to finish the job.  He was able to recognize that the leak in my sink cased water damage to my home and recommended a water restoration company.  He worked clean and professionally.  Kept this number in case!!!

Lowe's didn't do their due diligence for my new dishwasher, so we needed an electrician to install an outlet ASAP. From first call, to quote, to completion was a total of 4 hours. Really appreciate the timely assistance from Enis!

5 stars! I had a toilet giving the phantom flush and it was loud and annoying! I found ABV and decided to give them a call, based on stellar google reviews. Amazingly, Chris was able to come over in less than an hour. He needed a new part, and was back in a flash. From calling to finish, it was less than 2 hours!

I really appreciate the attentive service and ability to address my problem right away. Not only am I keeping his card for all future plumbing needs but will be recommending his fine service to everyone.

Dimitry was super responsive and reached out within 15 minutes of the request. He gave me the price of the job ​over text vs other plumbers i reached out to and they had to come out and quote the job. Dimitry was able to provide me with insurance and plumbers license very fast also as this was a requirement from my HOA. On day of repair Lenny showed up and was ready to go. He had all the materials and knew what needed to be done. After the job he cleaned everything up and confirmed everything was operational before heading out.

I just got a condo and bought it knowing the master bath did not have a working toilet, no water in the tank even with the valve turned on. I sent out the general yelp estimate search and Mike gave me a call back right away. I told him the issue and he was able to come out same day. He got my toilet working fast and helped me with my new shower head. The price was great and will definitely be calling him when i need things done in the future.

I had a leak in my water heater and put a request on Yelp for a plumber. Juan was the first to respond and gave me a quote over the phone. 30 minutes later, he was at my house doing a hands-on inspection. He came back the next morning with a new water heater. He noticed that some of the pipes attached to the old heater were out of code, so he replaced them at the original price he quoted over the phone, even though the job took much longer than expected.
he noticed a small gas leak coming out of the area where the gas shutoff valve was and he replaced that as well. There was an extra charge, but I was happy to pay it.

I woke up at 5:00am to an exterior spigot which busted due to the cold weather.  Wouldn't you know it, it was on the morning before flying out for a long weekend get away.  Left a message for Five Plumbing LLC around 6:20am, and Noel got back to me in a jiff.  Maybe 30 minutes later at  most, what a relief!  I shut the water to the house, scheduled an appoint with Noel for 8:00am on the first morning upon my return.  Noel texted me the day before to confirm his visit.  He arrived on time, assessed the issue, fixed the problem and cleaned up afterwards.  What's not to love.  I'm having him come back to take care of a few other items once the weather warms up a bit.  Very nice guy too.   So happy to have found him.
