I called them for advice since I had to use the plumber my condo association contracted. Not only were the people at Drain-EEZ 100% right about the issue (the other plumbers that showed up were not at first and they wouldn't listen to me), the people at Drain-EEZ were incredibly nice and helpful. Seriously the best human beings who talked to me multiple times on the phone, and they didn't have to. Knowledgeable, kind, and honest get my business any day. Contact them!

Mac is a one of the friendliest and professional plumbers I have worked with. His customer service is impeccable and he works with you to get to a solution fast. Will use again. Fair prices.

We woke up to an issue with our hot water heater.  Vince arrived within a few hours and fixed it... good as new.  Highly recommended.

They were respectful and did a great job fory Granny. I'll call you guys anytime.

Scott is professional, shows up when he says he will and is very reasonable and expert. There was one time that he could not fix the problem and he did not charge me. (Not because he wasn't skilled, but it was a larger building issue, not an individual plumbing issue).

I wish I could give them a better review because they seemed nice, but after taking a day off work for them to come and see what I needed repaired and following up with them for THREE MONTHS to get a written estimate and being consistently ignored, I can't. I wanted to go with them because they gave great reviews and they were very professional and nice, but they simply refused to return my calls and provide me with a written estimate. They told me several times they were working on it and still never came through. I don't have time for this and don't think I should have to babysit them so I had to move on and get other quotes.

UPDATE: upon posting my review the owner of the business got in touch with me and almost immediately provided me with a written estimate. He also followed up with me twice and was extremely polite and professional. I gave them two more stars because he obviously cares a ton about his business and customer satisfaction. I was impressed. He apologized laboriously and had good reasons to explain what happened before.

Thomas and crew came out on short notice and gave me a very reasonable quote. I had already received two other quotes and went with Thomas. They took care of a sewage backup that day and were kind enough to come back out a few days later to flush one more time. I would definitely use Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals again and will be recommending them to friends and family.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to write one for Windy City Plumbing. Jose was great - very coureous and professional. We needed work done on a sink very quickly  - we sold our house and needed a faucet fixed based on the home inspection. Jose came quickly to fix the sink - he needed a very specific tool, so he went out and bought it, came back and fixed the sink. We also needed the receipt right away and he helped us out with that very quickly.

I would recommend Jose to anyone! He was great, he goes out of his way to help you, and he is a true professional!

I've used First Chicago when it was I think just the owner, Eugene. Now it sounds like they have a small group of plumbers and a shop on Elston Ave. It's not surprising they are growing. Today, Jorge Serna was pleasant, fast, and gave me helpful advice about following through with their my own maintenance. Good communication, excellent service, reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Kevin was great.  I would recommend his work and will use him in the future if we have any plumbing needs!

Jesus was quick to respond and give me an estimate for our toilet installation. He was super communicative and clear with the whole process. Seeing that we bought a tricky toilet ourselves, Jesus was really patient with the challenge and made sure everything was accurate and securely balanced. We will definitely use him and his team for future repairs and installations.

There is a reason why they get 5 stars! They are amazing. Kevin called me and when I explained my problem he said he would like to give me the option to fix it myself with a little guidance over the phone form him. He stepped me through removing the kitchen sink spray head and verifying that was the problem. He was kind and clear. He instructed me to soak the head in white vinegar and if that didn't fix the issue he told me where to go to get a replacement head. It didn't fix it...but I was able to buy a replacement head and tada! It works. He saved me from having someone come out...at least $175. Beyond grateful. If that wasn't enough...he called back that evening to see if it worked. Amazing! I highly recommend them!

Very professional and courteous. Came when they said they would, stayed within the price that they quoted, wore masks, and worked quickly. Highly recommend them.

Adam was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me clean and maintain my sump pump as well a upgrade it. He gave advice as to how better maintain the equipment. He also looked at the big picture and gave feedback on other areas outside of the issue he was resolving.

This review is long overdue. Darrell is hands down the best of the best. We reached out to him to receive an estimate on getting a bunch of electrical work done on our condo. He was quick to arrive, explain everything, and provide a really fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and will for sure be using his services in the future!

I can't say enough about the service I received from ABV!  My hot water heater went out - other plumbers were giving me dates a week or more away!  Not sure how we would have showered - it's 10° outside and I think our water was even colder!  Talked with them last night and they were out here by 8:30am!  Did great work and I am looking forward to a nice hot shower

Had an ejector pump go out on a Saturday morning during the epidemic lockdown. CJ plumbing was able to get here within an hour to replace the pump. The tech was respectful of social distancing, complete with mask and gloves. Neat and tidy, friendly and professional. Straight forward reasonable transaction with no issues.

Mike the Plumber was punctual, resourceful & fast! A real Pro! If I ever need another plumber - Mike the Plumber will get the call!

Juan and his coworker stopped by today. Really nice guy and gave a lot of tips and insights on top of fixing our drain. And very reasonably priced. We'll definitely call back again.

I had issues with a toilet continuously running. Came over same day and fixed it. Great experience.
