I messaged Drain-EEZ and got a reply in minutes from Pat. Before coming out to my apartment he tried to help me fix the issue I had with my toilet over the phone. When that didn't work he was able to come out with a helper the next day. They got in and out very quick and were very friendly. Pat was also very willing to help me put up my smoke detector that is constantly falling off the wall. These guys are the first on my list if I have any problems in the future.

These guys are true professionals!  I called/texted and received a reply quickly and offered a competitive quote and even offered same day service if I needed which I didn't but it was a nice option. The crew showed up on time on the scheduled day, was super friendly, knowledgeable and completed the job timely. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone in Chicago. I had them install a new water heater.

Rescue Plumbing is literally the best plumbing company that I've worked with during the last 15 years. We have had many water issues in our condo in Chicago. We recently remodeled one of our bathrooms, as well, and had difficulty with Rocket Plumbing. The original plumbers changed the quote, changed what they did, and were trying to re-charge for something we had already paid for.

Loga and Djenkis were so professional from Rescue plumbing and really saved us! Loga itemized each job and walked me through the individual work and separate costs. He did several requests that the other plumbers said they couldn't do or tried to double the price. Loga and Djenkis arrived at noon, assessed the different jobs, gave me a quote, and did the multiple jobs on the same day. The prior company had stretched the jobs out over weeks.

First and foremost, Loga and Djenkis were so kind and professional. They were considerate and did what they said they were going to do. Not only did they do the jobs in one day, but they did OUTSTANDING work. We are so thrilled with the installations and the plumbing work. Everything works better, the water pressure has improved, and the quality is aesthetically beautiful! I will definitely use Rescue Plumbing for all future jobs and I'm recommending them to all neighbors and co-workers. I would highly recommend them and the price was more reasonable!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. I had a water leak from my basement drain standpipe. I called Chicago Sewer & Drain, and David and his crew responded. After making an assessment I was quoted a price that included televising and water jetting to clear the clog. Unfortunately, the waterjet pump failed. The same crew returned several days later to finish the job. The lads on the team were all professional in explaining the problem and fixing it. I had a flood control in the front yard that was where the clog started I was reminded that only toilet paper is to down the toilet and not all things that are flushable can get past the flood control device.

From start to finish, they had awesome communication. The prices were very fair for plumbing services. And quickly and professionally fixed our issue with a wonky faucet.

Yelp was right again!!!  I read the reviews and really preferred someone in the hood.   I saw the positive reviews for Kevin and gave him a call.  When I called, he was driving.  He went out of his way to pull over to listen to my issue and make plans to come and look at my plumbing problem.  We planned for the next day as my issues was a slow leak and not an emergency.  He was great to talk with, did not make me feel rushed, listened to my issues and graciously offered to come and look at the problem.
He showed up on time and, in fact, he was here early.  He looked at the problem, identified the unique challenges of the tight space he had to work in.  Before he got deep into the repair, we discussed an estimated price, barring any majors issues.  He performed the work and actually went so far as to make an added enhancement. (My copper pipe was touching a galvanized metal air duct.  He fixed the leak and also rerouted the pipe about 2 inches so it would no longer touch the duct and potentially corrode the less noble metal.)  The repair went as planned and the cost was what he originally quoted, with no surprises.  He supplied the parts and did a very neat and clean job on the solder joints.  In fact, his work looks MUCH better than the original developer's work.  
Ultimately, the price was very fair and I cannot be more happy with the job Kevin performed.  I would HIGHLY recommend him to others looking for the right person for the job at a fair price.

We had several plumbing problems and called Green Tech Plumbing. They responded quickly with an estimate and  a timely appointment. Dan came over and was very professional. He examined the pipes and explained in detail what was needed. He also reviewed with me how my system works. Great service with a very fair price.

The guys were friendly and informative. They also were more than kind to my curious 4 year old that wanted to know exactly what they were doing. They gave advice and suggestions. They seemed trustworthy and not just out to scam you for more money which is really appreciated. It's more important than ever with costs of things going up. I know it's a necessary thing to have done but it's refreshing to know that they informed me how to keep this from being a yearly thing or a major undertaking/large repair job. Thank you!

I took time off work and the plumber did not show up for scheduled appointment nor did they provide any type of update.  

Update: Changing from a 1 star rating to 4. I was contacted after writing the review and they apologized for their scheduling mistake. They offered to provide a discount so I decided to give them another shot. Chris was able to resolve the leaky shower faucet issue and constantly running toilet issue. I wish they told me there would be a 10% credit card fee up front as I would have prepared a cash payment.

My partner had found good reviews for this service after we had drilled into a wall and disconnected a wire. We were in need of immediate assistance. Thankfully Sims and Sons had good availability and came the following Tuesday to fix our electrical problem.

The day of was really snowy so there were some delays but they were really communicative. Our electrician Enis was extremely courteous and professional. He evaluated the situation quickly and was even able to answer some of our questions about possible future work we wanted. He also was able to diagnose a problem with our circuit breaker on the spot and was able to fix it in the same visit which saved us the hassle of having to ask for another service call.

Enis was very thorough with his explanations of what he was doing and answered all the questions my partner had. Would recommend this business to anyone looking for a good electrician!

Highly recommend Mike! He was great at communication, texted updates & arrived when he said he was going to. Wore a mask the entire time. We had a laundry list of issues - leaking faucet, replacement of shut off valves, wax ring replacement on one of our toilets, etc. He had a cancellation & was able to come back & take care of all our issues the same day. He also fixed minor things we didn't think to ask about (& he didn't charge extra for these fixes) - fixed water pressure, secured a wiggly knob on our sink, etc. He did the work quickly & left our place tidy & clean. Noel was fairly priced and definitely goes above and beyond. I rarely write reviews but he deserves one. He did a great job installing a toilet and fixing our shower drain. Clearly extremely knowledgeable. He also just gave great advice via phone even prior to us hiring him to do the job. He came during the covid crisis and was masked, gloved, etc. we will be going to him for everything from now on!
