I've used Drain-EEZ plumbing for a long time. They come out the same day, and the prices are reasonable. This plumber is very professional, dependable and courteous. I definately recommend this plumber!

Woke up to no hot water and panicked. Texted Mac and got a reply instantly. He was able to swing by a few hours later. Turned out I needed a brand new water heater. Within one hour my old one was gone and my new one was in for a couple hundred bucks cheaper than some other quotes I received. Very grateful at the quick turnaround and ease of it all. As a single homeowner, this could have been disaster but Mac and Shawn made my life so much easier! Grateful and will be sure to call them again in a heartbeat if anything pops up! Glad to have a hot shower tonight.

Javier and Rescue Plumbing are GREAT!
Two weeks ago, my kitchen faucet started leaking very badly.
Javier and his partner arrived when they said they would and completed the install quickly and professionally. I got professional results at a reasonable price.
Javier's attention to detail is amazing. He noticed a scratch in the new faucet I purchased which I will address with the store where I bought it.
I will definitely recommend Rescue Plumbing to anyone with a repair issue and tell them to ask for Javier.

I am very pleased with the service  and cost from Scotty's Plumbing. He waited for me to get home from work without rescheduling. Went to  get additional connection hoses that would work for my kitchen faucet replacement, and fixed a pipe with a large hole, all for less than his initial estimate. Highly recommend. Will be my first  call for any other plumbing issues.

After calling several plumbing companies, with no call backs and really late scheduling options, we were glad that Rocket Plumbing could schedule us in right away. And we were so impressed with the plumbing service that Tony provided.  Tony was a great communicator, friendly and most importantly, completed the job quickly and effectively! We would absolutely call Rocket Plumbing again and would recommend to others.

Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals were amazing! I contacted them via Yelp late at night about a leaking sink. They responded within hours and arranged to come by the next day. When they came they were able to figure out my leaking sink in just a couple of minutes, had the supplies to fix it on hand, and offered to look at another slow draining sink in my bathroom while they waited to make sure the fixed sink was no longer leaking. They also gave me so many great tips on how to handle clogged sinks in the future. I can't recommend them enough! I will definitely call them the next time I need plumbing help.

Jose will be our go-to plumber in future. He knows his stuff and great service, with complete professionalism. Even if you have to wait a couple of days, get him instead of another plumber (this other guy wasted our time and money and didn't fix anything).

quoted an outrageous price before understanding the issue.  when i sent supporting information requesting they proceed with 2 simple fixes before completely changing out my mixer, they never contacted back.

seems like most yelp plumbers are fishing for someone who they can scam.

They showed up right on time, got the problem fixed in ten minutes.  Very efficient and polite.

My original review:

They quoted me $300 for a sewer line rodding, but somehow the invoice was for $1350. If $1350 is what it costs, that's what the estimate should be.

They also gave me a $6500 estimate to replace a crushed underground pipe. Good thing I got another estimate, because the next guy I found did it for $3K less!

Hi,
Yes we originally quoted $300 for a regular sewer cleaning. However, when my crew arrived they noticed you had a flood control system in the front yard and rodding makes it difficult to clean when you have this type of system.  So we priced you for a flood control maintenance and hydro jetting/camera the sewer line and you agreed which is why my crew proceeded. As for the broken pipe quote yes we originally quoted $6500.  The price also included the ejector pump replacement for the flood system since your current one was not working. We did texted you we can do it for $5,500 since you did the first service with us but there's was no response. Also very surprised you found someone that did it for that less especially in which you had to replace the pump too and take out permits for this type of work. Hope your problem is resolved and enjoy your night! :)

Glad I finally saw this. You did not offer to adjust the quote to $5500, you quoted $5700 (I have the text.) Also, if you could charge $5700, why wasn't this the first bid? That's a difference of $800 from the original quote of $6500 -- A LOT of money to us. We don't like to play games with our money.  

Fair note about the flood control system, but instead of lowballing you could've said, Your quote would be anywhere from $300 - $1500 depending on what kind of system you have. Or you could've asked more questions about our system before giving a quote. Being upfront and honest goes a long way.

Even with the replaced pump the other guy I found charged $2000 less(!) than your adjusted quote.

I get it, we all have to make money, and judging by your reviews you appear to do good work. But if I detect a hint of overcharging / shadiness, I run in the other direction.  Even if it was all a big misunderstanding, I can't take the chance again.

Just being honest, and I doubt my review will leave a dent in your 5-star average anyway. Have a great New Year.

I contacted Green Tech for a kitchen faucet installation. Kevin responded promptly, gave a very reasonable quote, was easy to communicate with, had a great sense of humor, and dispatched someone out to my house right away. Sean showed up right on time, was very polite, got right to work, finished replacing faucet, filtered water and two other small fixtures in a little over an hour. We were so happy with the beautiful outcome, workmanship, professionalism, and reliability.

Funny story, this was our second go around with Kevin's crew. My husband had been procrastinating on replacing the plumbing fixtures for quite a while and was insistent on doing the work because he is handy and wanted to save the money. Eventually, keeping marital harmony in tact won and I contacted Green Tech. When my husband came home and saw the beautiful work that had been accomplished in a third of the time it would have taken him, he was so pleased.

As we talked about who I had hired, my husband remembered that when we had had an issue with our plumbing about 2 years ago, we had Green Tech out to rot out our lines. I had not even realized we'd used them before. For that previous job, we experienced the same reasonable price, quality workmanship, professionalism, and reliability. Not only that, but they gave us great advice about the toilet paper we were using and we have not had an issue with our plumbing since! This was big news because it was becoming a semi annual headache having to rot out our plumbing twice a year. This is such a wonderful example of above the bar integrity.

Here is my advice to other Yelpers-hire Green Tech-you won't be disappointed!

When prepping our house to sell, I had no idea the amount of roots that can develop in sewer pipes. After calling to have our pipes inspected, Adam Avizius arrived to assess any issues and leveraged their camera to identify blockage under a 100-year-old tree in our parkway.  He then used their Hydroblast technology to blow out all roots and deliver a clean pathway for our sewers.  I would HIGHLY recommend Adam and his team. They were very diligent and timely in their response and completion of work. Thank you!

Great experience working with Sims and Sons Electric and Plumbing.
Started off working with Darrell for a consultation on what I was looking for. I was clear he understood electric/lighting work and was able to give many suggestions as well as pictures of previous jobs for reference.

Day of install Darrell brought Enis and Ando (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly!). They followed COVID protocols and all wore masks the entire time. They worked diligently. They even fixed a previous electrician's mistake to ensure I got the best quality of work and did not just put a bandaid on a previous mistake -  I greatly appreciate that kind of work ethic.

100% satisfied with the work they did and I will definitely be using them again for any future electrical work.

I called because we have a spigot on the front of the house that has just a trickle of water.  A spigot, you know, that connects to a pipe in your house through a wall, that you connect your garden house to.  I wanted it evaluated so that I can use it water the front yard, but more importantly to make sure a leak wasn't causing the lack of water pressure.  The woman I spoke to originally said they only do indoor plumbing.  Huh?  Did she think we had a clog in our outhouse? I explained the plumbing for all of this is indoors, and runs through the wall for use with a garden hose. Come on, every house has these.  She said she'd talk to the plumber, and then called back to say the manager said they don't do that kind of work. They don't evaluate pipes with limited flow that may possibly be caused by a  leak.  Good to know. Guess they'd be called a boutique shop, with such limited service.  Or just a really bad plumbing service.

We had some major pipe leak in our attic and I was able to get them to come out and figure out the problem and get the leaking under control immediately. They did need to return in a week to fix the pipe problem and they did an outstanding job. Dmitry the owner was great and worked with my landlords insurance company to make sure they had everything they needed. He could have said no to this and moved onto the next job but spent numerous hours talking to an unreasonable insurance company and did not get paid for this. It showed he cared about the customer and was not all about the money. Also, Lenny on his team who did the major work was great and kept us up to speed on everything. This is a great company who I highly recommend. Very trusty worthy and pricing was reasonable as well. Need more businesses like this!!!

I did the Yelp thing where they send out requests for quotes to a few vendors and Mike replied right away, and once I had a chance to call him he was able to get to my place about an hour later and fix my kitchen water pressure and connect the water line to my refrigerator. Mike was cool and personable and obviously good at what he does, and the price was fair and in line with a couple other guesstimates I had looked at. A good experience overall and I will call him first next time I need a plumber.

Juan is the consummate professional. He was the quickest to respond to my request for a plumber to fix my leaky / noisy toilet that I had tried everything under the sun to fix myself. Alas, he was able to diagnose the issue via text with some photos and truly went out of his way to source the parts needed from a specific dealer before arriving. He is friendly, clear about cost, and timely - and gets the job done efficiently and with the utmost professionalism. Very glad to have found a new plumber in Juan! :) Would highly recommend if you need someone same day. Thanks again, Juan!

Noel showed up early, provided a fair rate on a multi unit project and executed a flawless delivery.  He was exceedingly professional, obviously intelligent and a great person.  I find that combination is rare and appreciate his precision and the quality of his work.  He is my man from here on out.
