These guys are great. I had another plumber come out to address a flooded basement because it was Easter and nobody else was open. They completely botched the job and didn't even address the root of the problem. Pat came in and immediately diagnosed the issue, and solved it within a couple hours. They were very polite, empathetic, and clear in explaining what happened and how to prevent it in the future. I will definitely use them again.

After 4 years, I'll finally leave my first review because Mac deserves it.

I might be the only person ever to have two separate water heaters break on me in one day, luckily I called Mac and he had both running quickly and cost-effectively. Immediately, Mac strikes you as the type of person who is honest and in it for the long-haul, there to provide quality service at a reasonable price and make it up in volume as a result of his expertise in his niche. He explained everything I needed to self-diagnose, and as a result, he knew exactly what he needed to do when he got there, and I didn't spend a single dollar more than necessary. He was so fair with his pricing and clearly knew everything about water heaters, so when the time came, I hired him to replace my 10 year old water heater at my house--The water heater was in a closet near new hardwood flooring and I'd rather be proactive than deal with the inevitability. He was quick to respond, he was quick to schedule, and he and his partner were lightning fast on the install. A few months later and the unit has been operating with good response and 0 problems. If you need a water heater fixed or replaced, and need an honest guy, pick Mac.

Receptionist was very responsive & helpful, hence the additional star for what would've otherwise been a 1-star review. I was quoted a 2 hour timeframe the same day for an in-person consultation. The 2 plumbers who came arrived early. Wore masks, booties, etc. I wanted to like the company but the plumber quoted me on average 5x more than the other 2 companies who came out shortly thereafter for a wax ring change. Compare quotes before choosing them!!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Definitely took the customer service to another level with that. Plus, the 10% coupon helped..

I had a leak spring up on a Friday morning in my water purifier so called the plumber I had been using.   It went to voicemail - waited an hour - called again - no response - so called Rocket Plumbing.

A human answered the phone and said he could have someone out in a few hours.   Wow!  Mark came by right on time - was very knowledgable about water purifiers - and, despite a suboptimal fitting, engineered a solution that took care of the issue.   Great service and a super nice guy to boot.  Thanks Rocket and Mark.

This outfit is amazing! I used them twice in the last week for some plumbing repairs and the removal of a stacked washer/gas dryer. Very responsive and super easy to schedule. I was able to text them photos before hand. Plumber was knowledgeable, worked clean, and did a great job. Really felt like he knew what he was doing and didn't waste any time doing it. Will definitely use them for any future plumbing issues.

Our garbage disposal wasn't working. I called Jesus on a Saturday morning. He came within a hour and fixed it right away. I'm very happy with his service and will definitely call him again.

We have had GT out a few times and they have always been amazing. Very transparent about the issue, pricing, etc. Definitely my first call when something goes wrong with my plumbing!

What you NEED to know is in the last paragraph. TL;DR: This is the best home services experience I've ever had in my life.

We had a clogged toilet at 3 a.m. after hosting a  New Year's Eve party at our new home. Not the ideal way to kick off 2020. Using a plunger, we were able to get the water to flush very slowly and figured we got rid of the clog.

2 days later, the toilet still wasn't working. I requested a quote on Yelp, and Mike responded within minutes. Not only was the price competitive, but Mike offered to give me free advice on how to fix the problem myself in the event that it could save me time and money.

After trying all the conventional methods (plunger, auger) to no avail, I called Mike again to schedule service. He sent Danny who was at the house within 15 minutes. Danny was incredibly polite and thorough moving from auger to removing the toilet. Having tried all standard methods, Danny let us know that he would have to bring in the power rodder and that Mike was on his way to help out. Danny laid tarp along house to wheel in the huge machine, and Mike tried to think of other ways to solve this not-so-typical issue.

They ended up going to our crawlspace and rodding the pipes through there. I'll spare the details, but after a couple hours, the problem was fixed. Danny and Mike cleaned up the bathroom and closet with crawlspace access. And the toilet flushes like new.

I can't speak highly enough of this experience. We couldn't have asked for better service and, quite frankly, didn't know home services of this caliber existed. I would never hesitate to recommend giving these gentlemen a call, even for free advice. They'll be my go-to for any future plumbing issues (knock on wood), as well as if anyone ever asks if we know a good plumber. Mike giving us a discount for finding them through Yelp was a much-appreciated bonus.

They sent someone out who tried to scam us. He attempted to charge us $1600+ for a sump pump replacement. We called and they sent someone else out who took care of it for less.
However, they still charged us most of the costs from the first repairman. We called and were promised a partial refund. Over a week later, we are still awaiting our promised partial refund and will update this review upon the receipt of that restitution.

The project was not a simple plumbing repair; a cold water line beneath a small area of our garage floor had burst before we purchased our home and washing the car and watering a portion of our lawn was challenging.  Only two of the four contractors came-out to even look at the project.  
After a little emailing back and forth I had a cost estimate (reasonable) and scheduled date.  The two plumbers showed up on time and completed the project in half a day; their work was excellent.  They cleaned-up fairly well, but their shoe covers were a little dirty and have to hire someone else to repair the concrete floor.  That's why I rated them a four instead of a five.  While they didn't have as many reviews as others, I won't let that be the deciding factor.  I'd recommend them...

CJ had to deal with several problems in my newly purchased house:  fixed my powder room water pressure problem and installed new faucet, fixed my shower fixture which was not installed by the contractor properly, installed a new sump pump with backup system, installed clothes washer, and put in new hot water heater.  Everything was top notch and they were very focused on getting things done properly.  They are honest, highly competent and responsible and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others!  I finally have plumbing that works in this house!

About as honest and straightforward as it gets.  Great guy and even better plumber!  He explained everything that was going to be done, was flexible around our schedule and most importantly fixed the issue we were having.  I'm glad to find a go to plumber we can depend on with fair and transparent pricing.

Juan was great to work with.  He came out within a day of me asking for a fix for my shower cartridge (not an emergency either). The cost was what I expected, and he completed the job faster than I anticipated.

What really makes Juan great is that he takes the time to make sure I understand the work he is doing and answers my questions in detail. He even went as far as to show me where my water shut off valve was in my crawl space.

I will utilize Juan's services for any plumbing repair/service needs in the future.

We have used Noel twice in the last year and if we need a plumber again, I wouldn't even look elsewhere. He is the real deal.

He asked us a lot of questions up front each time, requested pictures, and then when he showed up to do the work, he had the parts he needed already- super efficient. Price was the price he quoted up front so no surprises there.
