That awful moment when you notice the water start to build up in the bathtub.  You think to yourself, It will start draining again, no worries.  But the worries do come and the tub does begin to fill with more and more water until your showers are now a bath for your feet and ankles.  Of course, everyone you talk to is a plumber.  Try a hanger. Try drain-o Try using an auger and a plunger.  We tried all of this remedies to no avail, only furthering our plight by filling up our bathtub with black ooze from the depths of hell.  I got off work tonight at 4:30.  I called Pat the plumber hoping a professional plumber who is well versed in the intricate cruelties of plumbing could save us.  By 6 pm our sink and tub were flowing better than ever.  

Thanks to Pat and Jeff, I can shed this stench that has plagued my body for the past few days(having the tub clog up on Christmas Eve was impeccable timing) and shower my body in delightful goodness.  Stop trying to do the plumbing yourself and get Pat the Plumber.  Guy is honest, fast and efficient with over 30 years of experience!

Called Fastplumbing247 and they totally lived up to the 5 star reviews.  I spoke with Mac re:likely replacement of hot water heater (was about 14 years old).  He was extremely nice, professional, an obvious expert at what he does, and I had a new Rheem 50 gal water heater installed in what I think was less than 1.5 hours.  Very impressive, fair price, and a follow-up next day to make sure everything was working out well with the new unit. Relieved to have hot water again, and very happy with this experience.  Highly recommend!  Thanks, Mac and FastPlubming247!

This is my first time using Rocket and it won't be my last! I hired them to take care of a small rodding job and they were very responsive, addressed the problem within 24 hours of my first call, are fairly priced, and showed up on time. 5 Stars aren't enough stars to award these guys.  Thomas & David came out to inspect and hydrojet our sewage line from our house to the street in Chicago.  We had a TOTAL backup, and sewer water had overflowed into our garden apartment where we take care of a disabled woman.  We were quoted a very fair & competitive price for hydrojetting the line.  Thomas and David realized that our drain and our property were NOT the problem, instead, Thomas clearly showed us how it was a problem with the city's (Chicago) sewer system alone.  He showed us how the sewer elevation had risen due to blockages in multiple areas along the City's streets and alleys.  Thomas said, that sewer line water level is 6-7 feet above normal and knew right away that this was an emergency and I had better start calling the city and my alderman immediately.  In fact, Thomas got on the horn and told the city that we have a serious problem and that crews would need to be dispatched right away.  Then he looked at me and sayed keep calling, don't stop calling ... And that's what I did, I literally called again within 5 minutes, and kept calling to report the severity of the situation to the city and alderman. Thomas pointed out that our flooding was occurring during a period of NO RAIN, and rain was on the way the following night.  So because of Thomas' knowledge 3 city crews were sent out the next morning and they worked all day to drain the entire line 7 feet down, they popped every manhole for two blocks down the line and also found a caved-in manhole who's bricks had fallen and blocked the line.  They also sucked out hundreds of pounds of grease the likes of which the crews said they had never seen.  So what I'm saying is ... that if Thomas and David didn't have the professional technical smarts to ascertain this entire situation we would have had 1 1/2 feet of fecal sewage water in our garden apartment when the rain came and our disabled tenant would have had to be relocated.  Thomas literally saved our garden apartment and the security of our very wonderful tenant, and saved many other lower level garden apartments along the line by knowing his craft and advising me to take immediate action with the city.  I would recommend Thomas and Chicago Sewer And Drain to anyone ... a hundred times over.  Not just skillful, but exceedingly smart and caring.  Bravo Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals.

Jose and his guys were so easy to work with. Our main line pipe was broken and causing our kitchen sink to back up.  They were able to find the issue and solve it. They were friendly and professional and their work was very clean. They went above and beyond what was expected. I was so pleased with them and will definitely call them if we ever need anything else done. Thank you! So glad we found you.

Thank you Jesus and Son for the great service! They responded very quickly and came on time for the appointment. They also explained everything they were doing along the way. Needless to say, Jesus knows what he is doing and I am glad to see he's passing his talent to his son. Very kind and professional. They took the time to inspect everything prior to working and BTW, they also wore booties and cleaned up after themselves. Will be using them in the future for other projects. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.

Spoke to Kevin about water bubbling from our yard. He quickly assessed the situation (over the phone), suggested I call the village of A.H which I did to see if it was a village issue. To our relief it was! Kevin's honestly saved us thousands! Green Tech is now our only plumber who we will recommend to all! Good to find people like Kevin!

They were on time. Very respectful of Covid. SO friendly and did great quick work!!! Sadly I've had to work with many plumbers over the years and will be using Midwest Hydro exclusively from now on!!  The prices were correct too!

Updated 12/30 - once again these guys came through. Called and they came out same day. Joe and William were phenomenal and found the problem fast, but took there time to talk through the solution and fix the issue. Very nice and courteous to our home. Really appreciate their help and service.

They were able to come out with a few days notice which I really appreciated (and needed). Christian was awesome. Arrived on time and worked efficiently to replace a closet ceiling light bulb with a 3-prong outlet so I can install and plug in a stackable W/D in the closet. Would definitely use Sims & Sons again and would ask for Christian!

The plumber was on time, he was courteous and even covered his boots with booties so as not to track into our house. He took pictures of the work and showed it to me when the job was finished. The internet said the job would take a few hours, he was done in 40 minutes. He cleaned up nicely. You wouldn't even know he had been there.  
So far, the repair of our toilet has held up and I expect it will. Should we need a plumber again, ABV will be our first call.

We had a drain backup in the basement and needed help fast. Dmitri arrived on time, observed CoVid protocol, took off his shoes without having to be asked, and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem, worked hard to resolve the issue, and made some great suggestions to avoid future problems with tree roots in the pipes. He was polite, efficient, and thorough. I also spoke with the owner (also named Dmitri) and he was very easy to reach quickly, and quite helpful. I recommend this company!

Mike the Plumber was punctual, resourceful & fast! A real Pro! If I ever need another plumber - Mike the Plumber will get the call!

We had a leaking garbage disposal that we found out about on a Friday night. Juan came out the very next day and replaced it for me at a very reasonable price. He also fixed a p trap that was about to leak with some spare parts that he had in his truck.

On top of that he also gave me some great advice on some other plumbing projects that I'm working on.

I had 4 plumbing issues going on and called Noel based on his stellar Yelp reviews.  I wasn't disappointed!  He is friendly, thorough, punctual and knows his pipes.  Rarely does one find a professional, competent and nice service person like Noel these days.
