I had a problem with a basement toilet overflowing when the upstairs toilet was flushed. I had one plumber out who rodded the drain from the basement to the city main.  Next day problem persisted. Went to Yelp and via high recommendations called Drain-EEZ. On the 15th of November they came out and re- power rodded.  Asked me what the cost of the previous plumber was.  I told him $250 and he replied, well you got a $250 job. I was then given a quote of $595 and I agreed, figuring you get what you pay for. Drain-EEZ rodded the same drain pipes and cleared the blockage - temporarily.  

Today, 37 days later, I calledDrain EEZ and told them the problem was back.  I was told that it was past the 30 day warranty and that it would cost me about half (almost $300) to have them re-rod it. I was told that there might be a problem with  the drain, and that they do not have cameras.  Lesson learned. Suggestion to my fellow consumers:  ask if the plumbing/drain people have cameras and have any other questions ready including length of guarantee. Also regarding such rave reviews on Yelp, I was told that It would be appreciated if I wrote a favorable review. I wonder how many other reviews were solicited?

Had an outside drain that was clogged and would spill into the house because of it. They came out and were very upfront about what they would need to do and what the potential problem was. I contacted them, along with several other well reviewed plumbers, about a rodding job. I specified my needs in the email - single family home, typical Chicago lot. Main line sewer rodding. And asked for some quotes. Of the 5, 1 didn't do rodding. 2 asked me to call them to obtain the quote. Only two responded with some straightforward replies and shared their costs for typical rodding jobs. I phoned the other 2 for good measure but of the 4, Windy City was the most economical, responded to my inquiry with some actual $$'s  and had great response time and reviews, so I booked them. They came out the same day. They got the job done quick, despite running into a problem accessing the line. But they offered a solution and got it done. I recommend them.

Green Tech Plumbing is freaking amazing!   They have gone above and beyond in helping us with our kitchen plumbing.  They have given us more service than we even asked for.   Would recommend them to everyone and will use them again in the future, although hopefully won't need to anytime soon!

Highly recommend Mike and his team! The sewer main in my building was backed up and we had to get the main pumped and hydrojetted. On top of doing good work, the customer service exceeded expectations. Mike was incredibly responsive in the initial discussions, quoting, and scheduling process and was able to get his team out quickly to get the project started. Everybody was knowledgeable, capable, and friendly. Would definitely hire them again for big and smaller plumbing needs!

Adam and his colleague did an excellent job! They were quick to respond when we had a water leak coming down from the ceiling. Toilet was leaking in my en suite and I wanted to take care of it ASAP before it caused damage downstairs. I reached out to CJ Plumbing and they got back to me within 10 minutes. We scheduled a date and the plumber whose name I didn't catch came in masked up and put shoe covers on which I really appreciated. He replaced the wax seal and I swear he left my bathroom cleaner then he found it. Everything looked so sparkly lol. Will definitely use this company again should I need the wax seal replaced in my other bathroom. Thank you!

He gave me a quick quote for labor, and stuck to the price something that is a bit rare with contractors if I am honest. Noel was hired to fix a clogged bath drain a couple of weeks back - and he fixed everything perfectly.  

He met our tenants at our rental property and fixed the drain so it's working seamlessly.  His receipt was very thorough detailing the steps he'd taken in fixing the clogged drain; he also included recommendations for the future.
