These guys fit me into their very busy schedule when I couldn't even get a call back from other plumbers. They arrived early, were very efficient, and rates were very reasonable. Now I have a sink I can use again. Would def recommend to others.

I called on a Tuesday inquiring about tankless water heaters because the hot water situation in my condo was basically non-existent. One shower and there would be no more hot water for an hour! I spoke to Mac on the phone and we discussed the pros and cons of tankless vs tank and within minutes he laid out all of his expertise for me and made me very comfortable that he was an expert in his field and that he wanted to help me get the best product to suit my needs. Without me telling him, he identified my current water heater and then recommended I try another, better model and assured me that, that would solve my problem. We made an appointment to install my new tank on Friday.

On Friday his install guy shows up on time at 8am, is efficient, and is out within an hour and a half. We have hot water by 11 and it is like night and day. My condo finally has hot water!! Mac was knowledgeable, efficient, and saved me a few thousand dollars by talking me out of tankless - which I was pretty gung ho about. Definitely recommend them to anyone who is having problems with their current tank or if they are thinking of switching to tankless. Thanks Mac!

The day after a huge rainstorm last month, we realized our sump pit was full of water, and mere inches from overflowing. I called Rescue Plumbing and they could be here that afternoon. Fred and Frank came out and were fantastic to work with. They first tested to make sure it wasn't a water pipe leak under the house, and then determined that there was a clogged sewer line. Our house didn't have sewer access so they were going to have to put that in under our front porch. The crew was able to start the next day and completed that portion of the job as well as getting the clog out. The following day, Fred and Frank installed a new sump pump since ours was at the end of its lifespan.

Everyone at Rescue Plumbing was super nice (especially in my stressed and anxious state), professional, and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend them and we'll definitely use them again as well.

They were respectful and did a great job fory Granny. I'll call you guys anytime.

My water heater died two days after moving into my new place. I found Rocket Plumbing on Yelp based on the other positive reviews. The dispatcher was helpful and was able to work me into the schedule for that day. The plumbers, Sam and Jack, were very professional and knowledgable. They showed up on time, did the job well, and showed great care and pride in their work. They even made jokes about old video games (Primal Rage). They made a stressful situation easy and relaxed. I was very impressed and will use them again for plumbing issues in the future. I highly recommend Sam, Jack, and Rocket Plumbing.

These guys were great at assessing and solving our problem (mainline clog). They were very thorough and hydrojetted the pipe all the way to the city sewer and showed me the video identifying the problem areas that may need repairs in the future. They spent a few hours working on the job and remained patient and thoughtful all the way through (which is impressive considering the nature of the task). Price ($875) was much better than some other estimates. Highly recommended!

Jose was truly a pleasure to work with.

Our condo building needed a spigot outside in order to get the decks powerwashed.  I came to Yelp and found that Jose got really great reviews and I called him up immediately.

He came out to give us a quote and to make sure it could be done.  The price seemed right and he seemed confident that all would go smoothly.

A couple weeks later, he came out and took care of the spigot installation in a timely manner.  He was so polite and professional.  

i can't say enough great things about him and he's definitely on the list to call for future projects or any issues we might have.

I had a simple job to put new shutoff valves on my hot water heater, but for some reason no other plumbers wanted to do the work (saying things like we don't work with water heaters anymore or just never calling me back). First Chicago Plumbing contacted me back immediately, gave me a reasonable quote, and came to finish the job the next day.

Kevin and his team are awesome. I've used them twice now - once to snake a tricky drain and now to replace an old and broken shower diverter and faucet. Kevin is prompt to respond and does the work that is needed quickly. The quote was reasonable and the work excellent. His diagnosis of the issues are honest and transparent. I would use Sound Plumbing in the future.

Jesus was very reliable and charged a reasonable price for the hard work he and his crew did at my house. He was faced with a very difficult challenge (poor location of the waste pit and (what we didn't know at the time was) a non-functional pump). He and his crew patiently addressed all the issues at our property. I will call him next time we have any plumbing needs!

Green Tech has worked on our plumbing numerous times. We are always thrilled with their service and can't recommend them enough. They work quickly and with plenty of professionalism. I won't take my business anywhere else.

The team from Midwest Hydro Jetting showed up to my house fast to help clear the line to my basement. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly, and literally saved my basement from flooding. After the line was clear the team took the time to clean up standing water in my basement. The pricing was fair and the extra time the team took to show me what was happening and how to prevent it in the future was outstanding. It took me years to find a company I can trust in my home and I'll never call another.

I had been trying to get a plumber from other companies come to my place for a couple of days to fix my toilet with no luck -- no answers, no returned calls, even from online scheduling. When I called Captain Rooter, the scheduler answered after a couple rings, booked me with Adam at a time that worked for me. My work ran late, so I missed his first call (which was right on time). He did another job, then still came to my house and fixed my toilet (quickly) after his work time. He and his helper cleaned up before they left. He also told me how to prevent the problem from happening again and gave me a discount. Glad I found Captain Rooter & Adam on Yelp!

I live in California but have tenants back in Chicago renting my condo. They told me their power was out and needed it back ASAP since they're working from home and because people need power.

After a little research and reading reviews, I called Darrell. He answered and said he could handle it right away, and within an hour he was at my condo.

He called once he was there, explained the issue, and had it fixed. He even told me about something he found that may become an issue in the future.

From far away, I felt like I knew exactly what was going on and that he was doing his best to resolve it immediately. I'll definitely call Sims and Sons next time I need electrical help.

Hristo from ABV plumbing showed up on time as promised. He had a mask and a pair of bootie to cover his shoes. We weren't able to use the kitchen sink for exactly 1 week which was so inconvenient. He worked so hard to open the drain that the previous company couldn't resolve. He used a 50 ft cable to open the drain. He was so patient and kept cool the whole time. I'm so happy that we now have a working kitchen sink again. I woupd strongly recommend using them again. Thank you so much. Great job Hristo!!!

We've used CJ Plumbing now for a hot water replacement, faucet replacement and addition of a pump for our hot water heater. Each time they have been easy to reach and schedule with. I appreciate that Dimitry is mindful to save trips and time by properly diagnosing the issue before starting the work. They've fixed our plumbing issues and will be our go-to in the future!

I highly recommend Mike! He came out yesterday to assess and fix a leaky pipe and he was honest and kind and straightforward. He did the work the same day and charged a fair price and worked efficiently. We will definitely be a customer of his in the future!

Juan came out and did the most thorough cleaning of the pipes. Inside, outside and to the street. I've got a lot of roots and with his camera, he showed me exactly where the problem areas are and was able to show before and after.

The ability to clearly communicate and answer my questions was super. I highly recommend this company. It is never cheap, but is a great investment to ensure years of problem free plumbing.

I called Noel to replace an ejector pump, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. He was able to come out within two hours of my call. He gave me an estimate up front that I thought was reasonable, and the final price was in line with the quote.

The quality of his work is excellent, and he left the space clean. He's my new go-to guy for plumbing from now on.
