From my first call, it has been nothing but a pleasant experience dealing with Drain-EEZ.  Anthony came out to service a clogged drain and was the most professional plumber I have ever dealt with.  He was extremely thorough and diligent in his work, taking his time until he was sure the blockage was removed.  I will without a doubt use them for any plumbing needs across any of my rental properties.

I wanted to replace our hot water heater and Mac came at a time that was convenient for me, worked quickly, showed me how to adjust it, and cleaned everything up. I'd gotten a quote from another plumber but Mac's was lower, and he was able to provide a quote over the phone. He's super responsive by phone--we had a potential (unrelated) pipe leak a few weeks later, on a Sunday, and when I called he headed straight over. He went above and beyond looking for the leak (turned out not to be from a pipe) and didn't charge for coming out. Highly recommend if you need fast response, knowledgeable service, and very reasonable pricing. He's also great about keeping you updated about arrival time by phone or text.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. I had Scott come by for a garbage disposal clog - I sent over a picture of the area, and based on that, he showed up prepared with a whole new garbage disposal for me, and installed it!! The clogged one was quite old and the trap needed replaced. He did it all, and was super quick and it was affordable, + told me things to consider in the future / other things that may need replaced / etc.

Rocket Plumbing is a top notch company! They were super helpful and easy to work with. They were able to fit me in within a few hours of my call. Anthony was great and he fixed the problem fast and explained everything he was doing. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Thomas is extremely unprofessional! I was calling this company out every 2 to 3 weeks for emergency plumbing services because the floor drain in my business was constantly overflowing with sewage. The plumbers that came out were always pretty helpful but whenever one of them would mention that the issue was in the mainline, I would call the office to follow up only to have Thomas contradict whatever the plumber said and argue with me that people were flushing paper towels down the toilets. The last straw in dealing with him came when Thomas promised that he would send me the video taken by the last plumber after he came back from the field but I didn't hear back from him. When I called a couple of days later to follow up, he blamed me for not calling him back sooner and stated that the video was no longer available and said that I should've asked for it the day of service...which I did! After paying them nearly $2000/mo in emergency service calls, you'd think the customer service would be much better but after having to argue with Thomas multiple times on the phone, I eventually hung up on him after stating I would take my business elsewhere. I do NOT recommend!

Chris and Sam came out to fix a leaky faucet that I thought I had already fixed but then I discovered water dripping from the ceiling. They explained what they would do and the worst case scenario and then got to work. Within a couple minutes they called me back into the bathroom and told me I just hadn't tightened the stem enough! They stayed for a few ore minutes to confirm that there wasn't any leaking and then cleaned up and left. All within about 10 minutes. When I asked how to pay for their time they said they wouldn't think of charging me for it - it's the holidays they said! Such nice gentlemen!

Eugene and crew are honest, courteous and straightforward. They gave me valuable information about a recent two flat purchase and performed the work we needed as promised. I will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you.

Unfortunately, after several voice mails and a conversation over the phone I couldn't even get Kevin from Sound Plumbing to 1) understand what my problem was or 2) be interested enough to come out to provide an estimate (for a job that likely pays over $1k).  In my book, that equals Fail.

I will certainly not waste more time in the future by trying to contact this company.

Had a great experience with Jesus at J Sewer & Drain Plumbing. Woke up the day after XMas to find the sump pump had malfunctioned and there was sewage backup all over our basement. Jesus responded within an hour and was in our house in two. He was professional, courteous, upfront about his costs and charges (fair pricing given the last minute emergency call) and most of all, very respectful of his environment/our house. He examined the sump, quickly surmised the problem to be a large clog and was able to get it fixed in under two hours. It still left us the problem of the backup and sewage, but the sump was working perfectly again and the water had drained. Jesus cleaned the area by the sump as best he could, and gave us a reference for a remediation company as well. He also patiently checked the rest of the house, made sure the sump was indeed working, and gave some pointers for our next steps. All in all, a good experience to the extent something like this can be a a good experience. Highly recommend Jesus at J Sewer and I'll be using him for our plumbing needs moving forward.

Originally called Mr. Rooter for root out our main sewage line since we had water backup and they did such a poor job that they had to come back the following month.  Mr rooter said we needed hydrojetting since our sewage line was 99% blocked which would have added to over 1500 hundred in expenses.  Good thing I called Kevin from green tech who informed me we didnt need hydrojetting.  They came and did the job, showed us the results in the camera and we called it a day.  They completely cleaned out our main line by rooting.  Well done Green Tech crew!!!!!

So far so good. The crew were very responsive,  came the next day, and helped us clear out some slow drains and a backed up line

I had a frozen pipe going to the outside spigot that popped at the connection, and despite the crazy snow storm, Adam with Captain Rooter was able to get out quickly and replace the section of pipe so we could get our water turned back on.  He did a great job and even checked some of the other sinks and fixtures to make sure we didn't have any issues.  Polite and professional.  Adam & his assistant wore facemasks and shoe covers which was appreciated.

Quick, efficient and friendly. Moved a ceiling light and gave helpful recommendations. Pricing was on par with all other quotes we received.

CJ had to deal with several problems in my newly purchased house:  fixed my powder room water pressure problem and installed new faucet, fixed my shower fixture which was not installed by the contractor properly, installed a new sump pump with backup system, installed clothes washer, and put in new hot water heater.  Everything was top notch and they were very focused on getting things done properly.  They are honest, highly competent and responsible and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others!  I finally have plumbing that works in this house!

Juan and his colleague were fantastic! I needed a last minute repair since my water heater broke and needed it to be replaced. He answered within 20 min of my message requesting a quote. His service was amazing. He explained what he needed to do and showed me where the issues were. After the repair, he once again explained what he fixed and what different pieces meant.
