The hose bibb on the exterior of my house leaked water when a hose was attached to it.  I sent a video to Drain-EEZ.  After some technical mishaps with emails and txts (his phone wouldn't accept videos and I was given the wrong email address a few times), Pat told me I likely had a frost free valve that needed to be replaced.  He said that he would not fix any drywall to replace the valve, which I accepted.  He got to my house while I was at work and my mother-in-law let him in.  He confirmed over the phone it was a problem with the frost free valve and said he needed to buy parts.  He told me it would be $850 and kept reiterating that he didn't know how long it would take until he opened the wall.  It took about 2 hours and the parts appears to have cost less than $75 (from searching Home Depot).  That is a high hourly rate.  He replaced the frost free valve with a normal valve that would require an access panel, without asking me first.  It is not an easy place to put a panel as it's right above the baseboard above some stairs.  After raising this as an issue, he said to just put a modified HVAC panel over it, which won't even work, as the valve sticks out past the drywall.  When asked about why the price was so high when he didn't run into any problems, I was told they charge by the job, not by hour/parts.  Lastly, the new hose bibb that was installed is loose on the outside as it is not secured to the brick as the original one was.  

The new valve works, but for $850 I have a loose hose bibb, I have to add a custom/awkward access panel, and wasn't clearly told how things are billed until after the fact.  The plumber with the mitigation/restoration company quoted me $750 to put a new frost free valve in and a manual valve under the stairs (Pat was made aware of the closet underneath the stairs).

If you care about aesthetics and/or price, I would not recommend.

He even made sure that the area in front of the maintenance closet was completely clean, dry, and clear of debris before leaving. This was some of the best service I have ever had, and I would recommend Fastplumbing 247 to ANYONE who needs or think they need plumbing assistance. The heater works wonderfully, and I also appreciated how the technician explained how the heater works and made sure that I had no additional questions before leaving-it was all about customer service and making me feel good about the experience. In that regard, Fastplumbing really delivered!

Our toilet wasn't flushing right, Vance came in identified the problem and fixed it within 15min. Very friendly and on time and the pricing was very reasonable. We will only be using Rescue Plumbing and requesting for Vance only...very very professional.

Could not have asked for a better experience, especially for my first time needing a plumber in a high rise. Scotty was able to come out within 24 hours of the first call, and not only fixed our clogged sink but also gave us a few tips on other things around the sink that could be improved and even helped us do it right then and there. He was in and out, very nice, and charged a better rate than some of the other plumbers I talked to. Great experience and will use again for all plumbing issues!

I had water coming through a light fixture in my bathroom one morning and expected to need my ceiling opened up to repair a pipe. They were super responsive and came exactly on time. They quickly figured out that our upstairs neighbors needed to caulk their shower and answered all of our questions patiently (I had many!) and gave a referral for someone to help with water stains. So friendly and professional!

Julio and Chris just left the house.  Polite, friendly and personable.  Most importantly, they got my kitchen sink unclogged for a fair price.  I would certainly hire again.

Extremely professional.  Plumber called and asked if it was ok to come earlier than scheduled (YES!) and was extremely professional and organized.  Came in and fixed our toilet seal and tuned up our toilet while he was at it.  Extremely clean, courteous, and excellent work.  Highly recommend.

First of all, Jesus who did a solid job replacing the wax ring for my toilet. He also switched my broken water supply line. Everything was done with attention to details.

Called Green Tech late in the day after getting stood up by another plumbing company for a clogged main line.  Zach arrived on time the next morning and was very hardworking, courteous and professional.  Our backyard cleanout plug was too far from the clog so he had to go back to the shop to get more cable but didn't charge for the time going back and forth.  Job was completed quickly but thoroughly, and billing was transparent and reasonable.    Will go back and do business again for preventive maintenance down the line.  Thank you

Googled for an emergency Plummer and these guys came up. I had a leaking kitchen faucet. Adam and Dave arrived in less than 2 hours. It needed a part, they had to go to two stores to find it. Once back they made  the repairs fast.
Would recommend and use again.

I had a minor issue with installing a new garbage disposal on Saturday and the owner, instead of scheduling an appointment, explained how simple the fix was and suggested I could do it myself.  I did and it works great.  I will definitely call them the next time I need electrical or plumbing help.

Actually it was not a crack in our chimney as I told you repeatedly. It just had to be sealed where the water heater is attached to the ceiling. Green Tech Plumbing fixed it yesterday. If you don't know how to properly install a hot water heater, I suggest you learn. As far as ever contacting you again for services, don't worry.

We've used CJ Plumbing now for a hot water replacement, faucet replacement and addition of a pump for our hot water heater. Each time they have been easy to reach and schedule with. I appreciate that Dimitry is mindful to save trips and time by properly diagnosing the issue before starting the work. They've fixed our plumbing issues and will be our go-to in the future!

Mike and his partner repaired the work done by two separate Angie's list plumbers (one sent to repair the errors of the first) who removed my outside faucet pipe through a wall behind a built-in television console, and then shoved it back through the bricks without any attachment, leaving leaking water inside my home.  The resulting water seepage into the cabinet was causing significant damage.  Mike responded to my urgent call, notified me he would have to cut inside the cabinet to fix the problem.  I agreed and he then made fine interior cuts that are not visible from outside the cabinet and are easily repairable inside.  In short order, he then replaced the pipe to perfection!  He also repaired the upstairs sink faucet the prior plumbers had left open pouring into the cabinet also!

I had an issue with leaking under my sink, and Juan reached out and fixed the issue within a day. Such a nice guy and explained the issue in detail and walked me through everything he did to ensure the job was done correctly. I would highly recommend A&Y Plumbing and Sewer Services to anyone that needs quick and efficient work done by a highly knowledgable individual.

Called Noel on Friday afternoon and he came out early Saturday morning.  Replaced a check valve that was leaking, repaired an outdoor drain that was the wrong height, and fixed a leaky toilet.....all in about an hour.
