I didn't even ask who I was speaking with on the phone from Drain-EZZ but he diagnosed my garbage disposal problem over the phone and within minutes all was running smoothly. Thank you so much, amazing service, call these people!!!!

Mac is the owner and his cell phone is the contact number for the business. Easy to get ahold of. We texted back and forth and then spoke on the phone. He guaranteed that his quote would be the cheapest I would find for a new water heater. And he was 100% correct. I got quotes from 3 more plumbers and they all were charging over $500 more for the same service. His son and another person came the next day and did a great job getting rid of the old water heater and installing the new one. Would have been nice if they brought their own towels to clean the water mess but I won't complain since I saved so much money. Would definitely recommend this company.

Scotty is great! He's always arrived on time and is very communicative. I was making some updates to my kitchen and needed him to install a new sink. He even advised on the size of the sink (he was familiar with my kitchen from a previous visit) and suggested a company to purchase the sink from since I was having trouble finding what I wanted at Home Depot and Lowes.

Brian was very personable and professional. He diagnosed the issue and took time to explain what was going on. He took a picture and sent it to my husband's phone so he could see the work he did before putting the toilet back in place.  We will definitely call them for our future plumbing needs. Also, he was courteous enough to put booties over his shoes before entering our home :-)

We had a strange sewer smell coming out of laundry room that kept us up at night. We called Chicago Sewer and Drain and they were amazing. They came over within a few hours of getting in touch and gave us a number of options on how to deal with the smell and fix the problem. They were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will use them for all my plumbing needs moving forward - highly recommend!

Chris did an awesome job. Our old garbage disposal was leaking. Chris replace it within half an hour. Now our kitchen is beautiful and clean again.

We had a great experience with First Chicago Plumbing. They gave an estimate ahead of time based on a photo we sent them and arrived with everything needed to fix our 2 plumbing issues. The price was reasonable, and Eugene was very professional and efficient.

I hope I never have any more plumbing issues but if I do, I know the first and only person I will call is Sound Plumbing. I had an issue with my toilet not flushing properly. I describe the problem over the phone and Kevin quoted me a price. And I won't state it here because each plumbing issue is unique, but after the work was done the final bill was only slightly hire than the quoted price. Found out the toilet was not installed properly. (Doesn't surprise me since the developer of my condo is pretty much a crook). And not only did he fix the toilet, but as he was repairing it he explained his reasoning for what needed to be done. I never felt ripped off. The other plumbers I called and I called a quite a few, told me they would charge $40 -$50  just for coming out, and this charge was a totally separate from the bill I would get to fix my problem. Plumbers get a bad rep, but I wanted to give my review of one of the good guys. Thank you Sound Plumbing

Jesus is a really great plumber.  Very efficient and professional.  Our ejector pump broke over the weekend, and Jesus was able to come tonight after we got home from work to replace it.  He uses high quality supplies (Zoeller pump in our case) and is very quick.  I was expecting it to take him at least a couple of hours, but he was done in one hour.  Pricing is reasonable.  He even came down a bit to match some other quotes we had from other plumbing companies.

I know who I will be calling next time I need a plumber.  Highly recommended!  There's a reason Jesus has all five star reviews on Yelp.  He's the best!

Where do I Start? I had a nightmare happen last winter and Green Tech saved me from the brink of who knows what. I own a 2 flat with a store front uptown Park Ridge. Well in the middle of the coldest winter in history our sewage drain decided to collapse. I called Kevin after a friend told me about him. He explained that the problem was old clay pipes and they were 10 feet down under frozen permafrost. Well he had the knowhow and equipment to dig threw the frozen ally down to the broken pipe and replace everything with new up to date PVC all with pulling the right permits from Park Ridge. I was happy he was able to take care of it so fast. The price was 1/2 of what I was expecting to pay. Kevin and his crew are very knowledgeable and a asset to the community.
    In a funny twist I had to call him 2 weeks later  for an emergency rod job on my home main drain. I'm glad I have his number in my contacts and will be using him for years to come.

I requested a quote on Yelp to find a plumber for a line backing up with raw sewage into a walkway. Mike and another guy came and rodded out the main line and found a problem with a small sidewalk drain also.  They responded and came within a couple of hours.  Were knowledgable, fixed the problem right away, were very fair and also so pleasant.  Their work was guaranteed. I wont use another plumber after this.

Brandon did a great job in fixing my shower head that had been broken for over a year. They were at my condo within an hour of calling and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. Will be calling them back to install my toilet. Would highly recommend!

Our master bath and kitchen bathroom had a an electrical blow out - we tried nearly everything and finally I called Sims & Sons. Anel and Dylan were highly professional, they even came in with pads around their shoes which was very thoughtful as I was cleaning our home. They resolved within the hour and provided new wiring to the back panel. I am thankful for them and their knowledge and safety procedures.

Our toilet was backing up.  To add to that, every time we used water anywhere in the house, it caused that same toilet to back up.  It was a mess!  Hristo came by, removed the toilet, and brought in a machine to snake the pipe.  He then put in a new toilet.  Hristo was very professional, good sense of humor, and got the job done quickly.  It was a messy job and I never heard Hristo complain.  I would highly recommend Hristo's company for any plumbing job.  Thank you again, Hristo!

The best, most efficient plumber I have ever used. We had several longstanding issues we had fixed while disconnecting our plumbing for a foundation repair. We decided to kill many birds with one stone and we're extremely happy we did, the work these guys do is immaculate. The coordination and timing was very helpful with our particular situation as someone was coming home in the middle of all of this from a prescheduled chemotherapy treatment, great customer service all around. As a side note I would never trust someone that my dog didn't like and our dog wanted to leave with Dmitry....like we weren't even here.

About as honest and straightforward as it gets.  Great guy and even better plumber!  He explained everything that was going to be done, was flexible around our schedule and most importantly fixed the issue we were having.  I'm glad to find a go to plumber we can depend on with fair and transparent pricing.

Juan and his colleague were fantastic! I needed a last minute repair since my water heater broke and needed it to be replaced. He answered within 20 min of my message requesting a quote. His service was amazing. He explained what he needed to do and showed me where the issues were. After the repair, he once again explained what he fixed and what different pieces meant.
