We had to call them out on Mother's day for a sewer line rodding. They showed up exactly when they said they would, educated me on how to prevent it from happening again, and was in and out quickly. I would definitely use them again, courteous, prompt, knowledgable, and the price was in line.

Didn't end up using him but worth the review as I will in the future. Our water heater went out, he was able to troubleshoot over the phone and tell us how to call in the warranty and get the part for free even though it required someone else doing the job. He knew he was giving up business as he easily could have changers me $250 for the part plus labor but he didn't. Good communication, quick reply. Thank you

On December 9th 2022 I had an emergency toilet situation and I turned to Emergency Plumbing.  Within a few hours Pete and Noah show up, fix the problem, and provide additional direction for issues my condo association may face in the future.  These guys are consummate professionals  and outstanding plumbers!!!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Anthony and Angel did a fantastic job installing a new hot water heater for us. We had a really great experience with these guys from the very start. They came out to check out the space that they had to work with to determine what size water heater we could get based on the new models' dimensions and then we scheduled a time for them to actually do the replacement. The day of the service, they were extremely courteous - they called to let us know how far away they were, they put covers on their shoes as soon as they entered our condo so that they didn't track in any dirt, and they even cleaned behind the old hot water heater once it was removed. This job required a fair amount of piping rework (because it was such a tight spot), and Anthony and Angel did a wonderful job with it. They got the job done in the expected amount of time they originally estimated. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I definitely recommend these guys!

I rarely write reviews but i felt Windy City Plumbing deserved that I share my experience with their service. There is a saying, when it rains, it pours and this was very true in my case. A few weeks ago, I called a plumber to rod out the stairwell drain. What I thought was a clogged drained turned out to be a huge broken pipe that ran underneath the foundation from the exterior into my basement. I had contacted several different plumbers for estimates and Jose was the plumber I felt most comfortable with. I normally contact contractors that are referred but this time I found Jose randomly. I can say I was fortunate to have found this very professional and thoughtful person, Jose. The cost and the work that was needed to open the foundation was extremely stressful. To add to the stress, I had just learned that my mom was terminally ill while dealing with the major repairs at home. Jose was not aware of my personal problem. He only knew from one of his employees that they had seen me emotional. Jose had given me the quote for the work that needed to be done which I had agreed to paying. The work that Jose and his staff did turned out to be more than they had expected. Not only did Jose not charge me more for the extended labor but he charged me less than the price we had agreed on because Jose said he had learned from one of his employees that they had seen me very stressed and hoped this could help me. Jose nor his employees knew of my mom's illness. I am beyond grateful for the work and their kindness. It is rare to find this type of exceptional service. I have become a loyal client of Windy City Plumbing and will refer Jose and his company to all my friends and family.  I believe in Karma and Jose's kind act will bring him continued success.

Very responsive and helpful with scheduling. Estimated price was higher than the work that was actually done and still and to pay the estimated price.

I have used these guys three separate times  (including 2 emergency plumbing issues) and they have been fantastic.  Each time I have called and left a message, heard back immediately and someone has arrived at our door step within the hour.  Guys are friendly, knowledgable and reasonably priced.  Very trust worthy.   They have fixed a toilet that had been leaking water all over the floor, replaced a kitchen faucet, repaired a running toilet and a shower handle.  We haven't had any problems since.

Seems very nice people, but quoted me $400 to open a drywall hole, which doesn't seem right.

We had a clogged bathroom sink that needed fixing, and we needed it fixed as quickly as possible. We tried unclogging it ourselves with a plunger, but that didn't work, so we decided to call in a plumber.
Looking over the reviews on Yelp, there were a few services we were considering. Ultimately, we decided to go with Green Tech Plumbing due to how quickly they respond to inquiries about estimates, their reasonable prices, and how quickly they were able to send a plumber out to our home.
Once one of the plumbers, Tim, arrived, he was able to unclog our sink and get all its parts working correctly again quickly and efficiently.
In all, we were very impressed with the service and professionalism of this company!

Their service was highly responsive.  An electrician was on the way  to my home within twenty minutes of my request for service.  Enis was exceptionally helpful and offered alternatives for fixture replacements which best suited our needs.  He cleaned up afterword and even took our ladder down for us.  Enis really went the extra mile to resolve our problems and was very professional.  Full Covid safety measure too.

Good experience overall. Reached out on a Saturday, connected with Dmitri and received two quotes that were dependent on the root cause of the issue (slow draining water) and set up an appointment for the following Tuesday.

Lenny showed up and provided more details on the quotes and was off to work. Within a half hour he called me from my office and walked me through what he did, and showed me the draining issue had been fixed. Quick, reasonable and solid work all around.

Mike is awesome! What started out as a simple kitchen drain rodding, turned into an angioplasty of about an 18 section of drain pipe due to excessive amount of grease build up. Then, in spite of the drain pressure build-up exploding sludge all over him, he held his composure and cleaned everything up. Very professional with a great work ethic. Mike is now my new go-to plumber.

Juan came out and did the most thorough cleaning of the pipes. Inside, outside and to the street. I've got a lot of roots and with his camera, he showed me exactly where the problem areas are and was able to show before and after.

The ability to clearly communicate and answer my questions was super. I highly recommend this company. It is never cheap, but is a great investment to ensure years of problem free plumbing.

Noel was able to come within the hour of my calling him and was able to fix the problem with our leaking hot water heater.  He is very knowledgable and charged exactly what he quoted.  It is so refreshing to work with some one so professional, responsive and speedy!
