Fantastic, honest, reliable.  Pat was on time (early actually) to the job and when the problem reoccurred (no fault of his) he was back to fix it no charge, no complaints.  I hope I don't need a plumber again but if I do, Pat's the guy.

When we came home from work last night, we did have hot water. A panic came over me since we had to go to work the next day and the kids needed a shower from being at daycare all day. My husband and I checked on Yelp trying to find a place that would come out and help troubleshoot the issue. We made our 1st call to Fast Plumbing 24/7 and it was the best decision. Mac picked up and instead of just quoting us a rate over the phone like most people would, he actually helped us troubleshoot the situation. This day in age everyone is out to make a quick buck, but it was admirable to know there are still folks out there like Mac who cares about the trying to find a solution first. He explained what needed to get done and after several attempts it was obvious our water heater needed to be replaced. We were debating if a bigger water tank would be more suitable for our home. He could have honestly said yes, but instead he explained why we were fine with replacing the tank with the same gallon as before. All in all, his honesty won my business. We have a couple of rental units and I wouldn't hesitate to call him if I am ever in need of his service. You won't be disappointed!

Spectacular service. Pete & Noah were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently on the job. They responded to a small leak under our kitchen sink and recognized that the pipes had rusted from the inside. The pipes were replaced on the spot and for a reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Scott is professional, shows up when he says he will and is very reasonable and expert. There was one time that he could not fix the problem and he did not charge me. (Not because he wasn't skilled, but it was a larger building issue, not an individual plumbing issue).

Highly recommended! Tony showed up on time (early actually) and was extremely professional, personable, an easy to work with. He was able to quickly diagnose my drain problem and provide me with options at varying spend levels for a solution that worked for me. The whole thing took under an hour and I'm now leak free. Pricing was a little higher than I expected, but Tony was able to give me an instant discount. And for the the quality of service, I think the price was well worth it.

Had an outside drain that was clogged and would spill into the house because of it. They came out and were very upfront about what they would need to do and what the potential problem was. They solved my issue while also discovering another potential problem which they clearly showed with their camera equipment. Highly recommend!

Windy City Plumbing is an outstanding company. My basement flooded a few months ago and I was looking for a clean check valve to prevent future floods. Most companies were quoting me at $10k and above. Windy City Plumbing gave me a very reasonable price. And they started the work shortly after they gave me the quote. Not only was their price reasonable but their communication was great as well. I was on vacation while the work was being done. They gave me daily updates on the project while I was gone and gave me piece of mind. I came back from vacation and the job was done. They even called the city to schedule the final inspection while I was gone. Definitely recommend Windy City Plumbing to anyone looking for a flood prevention system!

First Chicago did great work installing plumbing to our new bathroom and fixing an issue with our gas pipes. They were very organized and responsive and answered any questions I had. They are a super nice, hardworking team and I will definitely hire them for future projects!

Sound was prompt and fixed a broken external faucet that had been leaking for a while.  Everyone was very friendly and pricing was fair.

They advertise serving Chicago yet don't service Chicago.  Big RED flag. If you cannot even define your service area in Yelp how can you be trusted to pay attention to detail when doing plumbing service?  They also replied we only do residential without even bothering to ask if my job was residential or commercial. It IS residential!  Complete joke of a company.

Updated review after talking with Kevin he really does stand behind his company he went above and beyond to fix the issues we had with our bathroom very quickly the handle works perfectly and they even credited our bill. I will always call Green Tech Plumbing from now on. We are completely satisfied with the work and the amazing customer service!!

Prompt response and very educational to boot!

The customer service and professionalism we received from this place was top notch! We called for an emergency plumbing issue and needed someone out as soon as possible to take a look and hopefully fix. The 2 service techs, Jesse and Joel, arrived within an hour and a half of calling. Then, they had the issue identified and fixed within an hour of being at the house. Not only were they timely, friendly and knowledgable, they were very clean as well! A huge plus!

I would highly recommend using this company for any plumbing issues -- we will definitely be using them for any future services we need.

Daryl is an expert in his craft.  We needed a dishwasher removed, a new dishwasher installed, and a garbage disposal installed.

No joke, within an hour of first talking to Daryl on the phone, he was in our home inspecting what type of work would be needed....on a Saturday!  Daryl happened to be in our area eating lunch and took time away from his family to inspect our situation.

Daryl provided clear and concise information regarding the type of work needed and how it should be done.

Fast forward to Monday morning.  Work was underway at 8am sharp.  So, a little less than 48 hours after my initial call he's in our kitchen working.

Here's how Daryl helped us:
-Was able to remove old dishwasher without needing to cut into floor
-Clean re-wiring of dishwasher connections
-Clean re-arranging of plumbing to accommodate garbage disposal and improve efficiency
-Added outlets and switches for easy use of dishwasher and disposal

Daryl even installed a light fixture for us free of charge when we asked his advice about it, and installed a dimmer.

Great guy, great work, do yourself a favor and put Sims and Sons on speed dial.  Honest appraisals and fair prices.  Couldn't be more impressed with this company.

We used CJ Plumbing for some kitchen work. They came out the same day I called to check out what needed to be done, set up a time, and give a quote. Our countertops were delayed which then delayed the plumbing work on the stove and sink. They were still able to come back within 24 hours to do the work. Our stove had no gas shut off so they installed a shut off and connected the cooktop. The plumbing under the sink was all messed up, not up to code, and they did a phenomenal job correcting all the plumbing there as well. Not only efficient but done very well. Will definitely have them come back for future plumbing work we need done.

I had a really bad kitchen sink clog that I tried snaking it myself with no luck.  Was referred to Mike, called and left a message, and had a return call within 30 minutes.  Mike juggled his schedule to come by same day and had my problem fixed in short order.  Highly recommend calling Mike when you have a need.

Awesome service, called him answered right away, I had called others no answer. Explained the problem said he would be here later in the day called me back moved his schedule around to accommodate us sooner very much appreciated.  Unclogged the outside connection and showed us everything he did step by step, first time home owners so appreciate the time he took with us. We had a clogged sink and could not get the water in either basin to drain. Noel was at our place with in 45 minutes and it took care of our problem in no time.  Very helpful and a nice person.  If we need services again, Noel will be getting the call.
