I was having problems with my garbage disposal and reached out to Drain-EEZ Plumbing for help. They contacted me back that same morning and walked me through fixing it myself over the phone for no cost! A talented, responsive, knowledgable, and generous plumber is almost impossible to find so I am glad to have found Pat at Drain-EEZ Plumbing. They have found a loyal customer in me and I will contacting them again with any plumbing issues in the future.

Upon returning from being away for 2 months, my water heater decided to drip and drain (luckily contained to the drip pan and floor drain!). Yes, it was old and I was more than a bit panicked (first time homeowner and first time water heater experience). I was referred to Mac from a friend's plumber (who knew I'd be in excellent care). After txting, shared pics and a phone conversation, Mac reassured me and was able to come out the following morning! On a Sunday, no less. He is friendly, did excellent work, explained things to me and I highly recommend him! Genuine and efficient.

Javier and Alejandro very much came to our rescue! While I was trying to install a new showerhead, I dropped a piece and it landed on my tub faucet, revealing the pipe inside was completely rusted.its crazy it was still working prior to that. They came just a couple hours before I called, and were quickly able to replace the pipe without needing to remove tile or drywall. They installed a new faucet, and helped with that new showerhead, all done a little over an hour! It is such a relief to have our tub/shower again! I highly recommend Javier and Alejandro, with Rescue Plumbing-- they very much so rescued our tub!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Definitely took the customer service to another level with that. Plus, the 10% coupon helped..

I am very pleased with the service  and cost from Scotty's Plumbing. He waited for me to get home from work without rescheduling. Went to  get additional connection hoses that would work for my kitchen faucet replacement, and fixed a pipe with a large hole, all for less than his initial estimate. Highly recommend. Will be my first  call for any other plumbing issues.

I had to fix a leaky tub in our rental unit and Rocket had good reviews on yelp so I called them and was immediately impressed with their professionalism and customer service.  They scheduled someone to come out later that week.  Marlon checked it out and explained because the plumbing was so old the easy fix might not fully fix the leak, it might be a problem with the entire shower/tub system in the wall which would need to be replaced.  I was definitely not up for a huge project so I told him to go for the simple fix, replace the stems, etc and I would take my chances.  After there was still a slight drip, so Marlon told me to keep an eye on it, allow the new washers to expand and let him know in a few days if the leak was fixed.  In the mean time he didn't charge me for anything and if the leak wasn't fixed he would only charge for parts.  

I was extremely happy with this arrangement, and was surprised that he was ok with me just calling back later to let them know if it was fixed.  A few days later I observed that there was very little to no dripping so I called him back and we settled up.  They had a $49 off coupon on their website so that was helpful.  

I will definitely call Rocket next time we have a plumbing issue.  You can't ask for better customer service and a more professional organization.

I was having an issue with the drain in my utility room. I called Chicago Sewer And Drain and they came out in a very timely manner David. and his partner Listened to what I thought the problem was. They looked at the situation and made the proper suggestions to me. David  told me the fee up  front. They went to work on the problem. I like the way they worked as a team helping each other along the way. The job was completed with efficiency always  keeping me informed along the way. I would highly recommend them. Excellent customer service.!

These guys are fantastic. Great service and communication from the office and plumbers. Jose and his team were prompt and professional. I would not use anyone else for plumbing work.

I can only say wonderful things about Eugene and George!  Our hot water heater started leaking (with nothing to drain it) on Friday night.  I messaged Eugene through Yelp around 10pm and he responded an hour later that he could likely help me on Saturday.  Eugene and George were at our house on Saturday by 1pm to fix our unit and installed quickly.  They even suggested a tray and pvc tubing to drain the tank should we have leaking again.

I would suggest these guys to anyone!  I would also use them for any future plumbing needs.

Since I used Yelp to find Sound Plumbing, I thought it was only fair to register and echo the reviews of others.  Despite it being Saturday afternoon, Kevin responded to my voicemail promptly, arrived at our place in Edgewater just a little later and had our kitchen sink up and running (with a much-improved pipe assembly) in no time.  Icing on the cake was a his incredibly reasonable price for a job well done.  HIGHLY recommended!!

Very Inconsistent estimates and when asked questions, the answers did not sound genuine. Not interested.

Our water heater failed this morning, and after reading some reviews of local plumbing companies on Yelp, I came across Green Tech Plumbing.  The thing that made me call them over the other companies, was a reply to a 1-star review from the owner and how he handled it.

Plumber Tim was dispatched and arrived within the hour, as promised.  Tim looked through the manual for the trouble codes, determined which part was needed, called the supply house, went to pick up the part, returned and replaced the part, and just like that, hot water!

Thank you for answering my call and getting someone over here so quickly!  Worth every penny!

Adam came out late on a Friday night to help us with an urgent issue, and was extremely professional and courteous--and solved our problem quickly and safely. Thank you, Adam!

Now our go to company for any plumbing issues! We had a water leak in our house where a lot of water was pouring out of our ceiling and we were in a hurry to find a plumber right away. So grateful Sims and Sons was the first company we called. They understood how urgent the matter was and got a technician out right away. Within a half hour we had someone at our house and inspecting the problem. They worked with us, and our above neighbors, to try and figure out where the water was coming from, instead of just ripping into our walls. I really appreciate that Sims and Sons had our best interests in mind. We cannot thank them enough! We will definitely be using them for any issues in the future.

Hristo was great! He responded so quickly. He gave a competitive price. He even had to go to his store and come back for a specific part to fix our weird sink problem. He also wore a mask and booties the whole time. Will definitely use ABV plumbing in the future!

Great service! Would do 4.5 stars if that was an option because the plumber was 2 hours late but he was in and out quickly and was honest about what needed to be done by him and what we could save money on doing it ourselves. Love that they are open on Saturdays to answer calls. We've scheduled them twice, once during our home inspection and this time when we closed on our house and both times were Saturdays. Nice to not have to wait until Monday to get them scheduled!

Great, fast service from Mike the Plumber. He came on short notice to remove then reinstall my kitchen sink plumbing after I had some new counter tops installed. He even fixed my bathroom toilet (slow to fill up) and unclogged my bathroom sink.  The price was very reasonable and he performed everything very quickly. If I ever have any plumbing issues I will be sure to call Mike.

Hired to replace a kitchen faucet.  Very professional, responsive, etc. and reasonable price.

We have used Noel twice in the last year and if we need a plumber again, I wouldn't even look elsewhere. He is the real deal.

He asked us a lot of questions up front each time, requested pictures, and then when he showed up to do the work, he had the parts he needed already- super efficient. Price was the price he quoted up front so no surprises there.

Nice guy, hardworking, and really seems to know his stuff (he gave some tips and advice to me as he was working on our issues).
