We had an issue in our bathroom and needed urgent help. It was a Saturday night, right before a party we had planned at our place, and Pat came within 40 minutes. Another 40 minutes later we had all the issues resolved. Pat is a great and knowledgeable plumber with a great deal of experience. He's been working with his father's company since he was 14! He really knows his stuff.

These guys are great plumbers.   I met Mac and Jimmy and both were very friendly and came quickly to solve our plumbing problems.   They have very reasonable prices as well.  We will definitely call them again.

Rescue Plumbing replaced our sump pump in March. We noticed some leaking issues in October. They came out the same day and fixed the issue right away, honoring their warranty of service - no questions asked. Javier was extremely friendly and thoroughly explained the issues to me. Excellent service all around.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. Rocket Plumbing has always been very responsive, honest and reasonably priced when we have needed their help. They have visited or home when our water heater wasn't working, when a toilet was leaking and when our disposal was broken. Each time we were able to get an appointment the next day and the representative was on time and resolved the problem within a day (even when parts needed to be ordered. I would recommend Rocket for any plain guy issues.

Had an outside drain that was clogged and would spill into the house because of it. They came out and were very upfront about what they would need to do and what the potential problem was. They solved my issue while also discovering another potential problem which they clearly showed with their camera equipment. Highly recommend!

We needed to have a new sink and garbage disposal installed in our condo (we purchased the sink and disposal from Home Depot and just had them install it), but it needed new plumbing because we were going from a divided two bowl sink to a one bowl. Jose was punctual, professional, and friendly - there were several challenges in the installation, including a problem with the sizing of our granite countertops which was discovered when he took the old sink out, but he was able to cut the granite to the correct size and get the sink installed, and they still only charged us the original estimate amount despite the extra work. Sink looks great and we couldn't be happier.

Mayra was super responsive to email during the estimate and scheduling process, and we will definitely be choosing Windy City for any additional plumbing work we need done in the future!

Communication by e-mail seemed to work best - it was quick and clear and left us knowing what to expect. Charges were exactly as quoted, the work was done correctly, and the plumber was able to speak with our home warranty company so the repair could be partially reimbursed. Appointments must be cancelled or re-scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Kevin was very responsive to do some general plumbing work around my condo. He was quick, took care of everything thoroughly, and suggested some minor repairs that I hadn't thought of - all at a reasonable price.

Jesus is my savior! But no joke. He has done major home repairs for us at a beyond reasonable price.

First experience: We didn't know what was wrong with our hot water heater, just figured it should not be blowing as much out but he was very knowledgeable and courteous about the situation as we had to ask our neighbor to get access to see where it was blowing out. Found out we had a really dangerous situation on our hands as carbon monoxide was not properly funneled out correctly.

Second experience: Thought we needed a sump pump to get out moisture in the crawl space but Jesus got to the root of the problem and found there was actually a broken pipe that needed to be excavated and re-routed. Although it could have taken him 2 days or another company 3-4 days, he and his team worked late into the evening to make sure it was all done at once and did not increase the price for the extra time and labor than we all originally thought the project would entail. He even worked with our home insurance company to answer questions in order to get a partial reimbursement!

Third experience: Minor water leak in our downstairs bathroom.. had some difficulty locating the source but fixed it rather quickly. Always walks us through the process and explains the situations and solutions, which is definitely great as a new homeowner!

Another great thing is that he is knowledgeable in so many areas that you don't need to go to different companies with different problems for your house.

Will definitely be using this company for any and all needs! Highly recommended!

Over the weekend, we experienced some grey water backing up in our utility room. We determined that the culprit was likely a backup originating from the kitchen sink/drain. We called Midwest Hydro Jetting yesterday (Sunday) and was able to quickly get an appointment for this morning. They even called us shortly afterward to let us know that we could move up the appointment time if we wanted to, which we appreciated.

Mike and Danny showed up promptly at 9am and they quickly got to work determining the source of the issue. They confirmed that line from the kitchen sink need to be rodded (as well as a pipe down in the utility room). Throughout the process, they were very communicative and explained every step. They answered every question we had and were done within 45 minutes.

Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of their work and would gladly hire them again if the need arises.

Adam came by and cleared out my kitchen sink backup. Had to go deep into main stack. He explained what was going on as he went, and cleaned up after nicely.

Darrell was absolutely fantastic . I called him late at night, not knowing if I had a real electrical emergency. He came the next morning and took care of the problem right away. He was very professional and explained the work that he was doing. I would not hesitate to recommend him for all your electrical needs.

Hristo from ABV plumbing showed up on time as promised. He had a mask and a pair of bootie to cover his shoes. We weren't able to use the kitchen sink for exactly 1 week which was so inconvenient. He worked so hard to open the drain that the previous company couldn't resolve. He used a 50 ft cable to open the drain. He was so patient and kept cool the whole time. I'm so happy that we now have a working kitchen sink again. I woupd strongly recommend using them again. Thank you so much. Great job Hristo!!!

Dimitri diagnosed a complex plumbing issue that was causing a rancid sewer gas problem in our 106-year-old house and recommended a temporary and inexpensive fix while we wait to start a more complete renovation. Soon after, Lenny made it to our home and quickly took care of the toilets that were causing the problem. So far so good! Dimitri and Lenny were very professional, courteous, and straightforward about everything. They clearly are very expert and don't recommend needless repairs, unlike other companies I had out to try (unsuccessfully) to diagnose and fix our problem.

Mike fixed our ancient tub faucet. He has lots of parts that fix old and new plumbing fixtures. Mike turned off the hot water, so he could determine that the hot water faucet was the faucet that needed repair. Mike has good detective skills. We will hire him again.

I didnt know who to call when I had a leak from an HVAC drain, so I went down the list on Yelp.  Noel was the 3rd call I made and the best person I spoke to.  He was available that day, and provided great service.  Above and beyond, thank you Noel.
