Owner took a bunch of time out today to help me, intrepid novice plumber/woman who thinks she can do everything herself, with my difficulty installing a new toilet fill valve. I think I was successful in the end? I will prob be calling them to come out and fix the mucked up job that I just did  PEOPLE! PLUMBING IS HARDER THAN THE YOUTUBE TUTORIALS MAKE IT LOOK. Call this very nice man and hire his people to come out and fix your toilet parts. So grateful for your help!!

Fast plumbing' couldn't be a more accurate description. Mac was highly professional and responsive. He came out to look at my water heater and was able to replace it within an hour! He explained everything as he was fixing it and sent a follow up text the next day to make sure there were no issues. Very happy to have chosen Fastplumbing!

Can't recommend them enough!! We had a clogged drain in our shower. Living in a one bathroom condo this is a huge problem. Called Rescue Plumbing on a Saturday night and got an appointment for first thing Sunday morning. Sam and Glesian fixed the drain in no time. They were so friendly and professional.  Will use Rescue for all my plumbing needs going forward.

I was referred by a friend who has an old building with lots of problems and emergencies and not a lot of money to fix all of them at once.  Scott has always been able to come through for her to fix the problem correctly and at a fair price so I called him to help me move my drain and prepare for a new vanity to be installed.

I have had a similar and positive experience as well.  He quoted the hourly up front, but doesn't pad it charging your for every dang second and then rounding up as he takes 20 minutes to write an invoice. ( I've used many great plumbing services who gouge so much in this way, even though they are good at what they do I avoid using them when I can because I am always left feeling a bit like I just got mugged in an alley). I don't get that with Scott:  He's upfront, responsive, on time, efficient, friendly, fair and knows what he's doing. How rare is that?  He doesn't cut corners either.   I want the problem corrected, not patched.

He's coming back tomorrow to finish up and I'll post an update and maybe even a photo....stay tuned.....

This company is fantastic.  I discovered a leak coming from my toilet on a Sunday afternoon.  Brian answered my call and said that he could come out the next day at 1:00 to look at the problem.

He phoned at 11:00am and asked if he could come early (yay!).  He was extremely professional, throughly explained and fixed the problem, and charged exactly what he quoted.

He was very professional and will certainly be our plumber of choice moving forward.

Courteous, responsive, timely and quick. They cleared a persistent clog in the kitchen. They rodded deep through the pipe and had it perfectly flowing in a short time. Cost was fair to have my kitchen back in order. If you want to get your issue repaired fast call these guys!

As usual, I wait until the last second to do any home repairs and this was no exception. I had the day off the next day and hoped to get some work done. I emailed Eugene through Yelp and received a response almost immediately. Not only is he a smart, super nice guy but he texted me that he was available the following day! He came over, assessed the situation and just got the work done on the spot. Really reasonably priced, fast and just good natured. I would use Eugene and First Chicago Plumbing again in a second. Really great resource to have for the future. Thanks again!

We had a couple different leak issues and needed help identifying the cause! Both times they responded quickly and were able to figure out the source. Their customer is top notch and I will only use them for any plumbing issues in the future!

My water heater failed in the middle of the night and I woke up to a laundry room streaked with rusty water going down the floor drain. At 5:58am I requested Yelp quotes from 8 local contractors and Jesus was the first to respond. He could be there that day and at a very reasonable price. I received other quotes that would take 2 or 3 days, some even said it would take them a week, and at prices that were outrageous.

A real family business, Jesus and his son had hot water in our home by 1pm. Excellent service, I highly recommend J Sewer & Drain.

We had a clogged main stack, which a few other plumbers couldn't fix. I called Kevin on a Tuesday night, and he kindly spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to diagnose a problem. The next day, Nick came out and spent 2 hours free troubleshooting the problem. He came back today and fixed the issue. These guys are knowledgeable, good with communicating what's wrong, and masters of their craft. I can't say enough good things about them, and we'll be looking no further when we have plumbing issues.

So I've used dozens of services in the city and I have to take the time to recognize Midwest today. They were able to accomplish same day service for a blocked main line. When the first two attempts failed from inside the unit they persisted from a catch basin outside. When that failed, the next option was to have it pumped out and Hydrojetted (much more cost intensive) As I was waiting for availability and a quote on a late Friday afternoon, Danny the tech continued to try to Rod the line and ended up succeeding. After Hours of work he called to tell me that he had accomplished it.
They were also more cost effective than the other three quotes I had gotten before. This is an ethical company which is soo refreshing in the city.

I rarely need plumbing services. These guys got out on a Sunday and did a phenomenal job. Quick fix quick diagnosis. Awesome job!

I like i got a Quote on Yelp instead of being told they cant give a price without someone coming to the house and then you are potentially wasting days and then you get a too high quote but feel pressured to go with them, so when i got a quote from ABV and thought it fair i made a appointment and they came the next day.

Very professional service. You know one thing is for a professional to provide service but when a professional explains the process so you understand why the service is being done. Then goes above and beyond to explain how it is done so you can know how to do it yourself is also a plus in my eyes. Once the service was done I had a follow up call with the manager and I was very pleased with the service. I highly recommend CJ Plumbing & Heating to anyone who is need. I did the Yelp thing where they send out requests for quotes to a few vendors and Mike replied right away, and once I had a chance to call him he was able to get to my place about an hour later and fix my kitchen water pressure and connect the water line to my refrigerator. Mike was cool and personable and obviously good at what he does, and the price was fair and in line with a couple other guesstimates I had looked at. A good experience overall and I will call him first next time I need a plumber.

They did a great job and showed up in masks and gloves.  I felt safe and was so happy they completed 3 of requests within a half an hour.
Do not hesitate to hire them!

It's so hard to find an honest worker.  I think I found a great plumber today.  I called Noel this morning & he was here the same day.  He put down a tarp when he started the work & left the bathroom clean.  He was very pleasant, professional & has a charming Irish brogue.   He seems to have years of experience & went right to work.  He will be my new go-to person for plumbing!
