Came out yesterday.  Friendly with very reasonable prices.  What else do you need to know?

Excellent service and responsiveness!  We knew 2 years ago we would need a new and larger hot water heater.  We lucked out lasting 18 months more than we were told.  Of course it finally went out late Sunday night during kids baths.  I called a few places and was generally brushed off until Monday morning. I called fast plumbing and got Mac right away.  He wasn't able to come out but asked me a few specific questions to explain what he thought the problem and repair might be.  We decided we just wanted to replace the old one and Mac gave me a quote right then.  The quote was a bit cheaper than we were told at other places and he could have it installed by 11am Monday.  

Everything went off without a hitch today and I'm happy to report we have plenty of hot water for baths.  Mac even reached out this evening to check in our new water heater and if we had any concerns. I wish every repair service was this easy to work with!

I highly recommend Scotty's Plumbing. First, he is responsive and gives a realistic expectation of when he can come. Second, he's efficient and knows what he is doing. It took him no time to fix our shower. Lastly, he's nice and very reasonable. I'm so glad we found Scotty's!

We've used Rocket Plumbing for basic toilet maintenance (replacing the stopper), water heater replacement, and emergency sewer backup and overflow in our home. They have always been friendly, competent, timely, and affordable.

When we had our sewer backup emergency, they were able to get to us in just a couple of hours. Mike was great; he diagnosed the problem, fixed the blockage in the sewer line, prevented the overflow from spreading throughout the house, and cleaned up afterwards.

I needed the flap replaced on my toilet, a u-joint replaced (i bought a new one), a minor leak in my faucet, and a weight installed on my kitchen sink sprayer.  I sent photos because they wouldn't give estimate without photos.  How do I take a picture of the flap inside my toilet tank?  The estimate for ONE visit was over $800.  Really????  No thanks.

I can't speak to the quality of their work, but their customer service left a lot to be desired. I inquired about an issue I had and through messaging, they were dismissive and seemed uninterested in helping. The water heater is fairly new and when I explained that, I was told to call the manufacturer to order parts. Im in need of a technician/repair man because I don't know what is wrong with the water heater to begin with. How am I supposed to know what parts I need if I don't even know what is wrong? After I made that clear, I was ignored and did not receive any further response.

As an update, I was just contacted by the company this morning asking me to take down my review. They proceeded to be argumentative, condescending, and dismissive regarding the incident. I explained to them that I would not be taking down my review regarding their customer service and was disappointed in their lack of professionalism.

Called for a routine toilet fix, had to come back twice because it was being finicky, but came back in the same day without extra charge. Even showed me around my house in terms of water main shut-off, tutorial of my homes plumbing, etc. A+ service, and price was reasonable, will use again instead of trying to fix the toilet myself and making it worse off than it was!

Jesus was able to come to my house within 2 hours of calling him.  This fast response time was the reason I chose to go with J Sewer & Drain plumbing.  We had to get a new ejector/sewage pump and the installation took around 1 hour.  From initial call to job completion was 4 hours!  I will call Jesus again for any other plumbing needs!

We have been using Green Tech Plumbing for a few years now and today I was reminded of the reasons why. Mark Smith serviced us today and we received outstanding service. Mark was respective of us and very friendly. In fact, from answering the phone all the way through, we have always had great service.  I highly recommend Green Tech Plumbing.

Mike and his team did an amazing job cleaning up a backed up drainage in the shortest time possible.  They are highly skilled, professional, punctual, efficient, reliable, courteous, and a true gem among their peers.  The drain was clogged by lots of grease, and the water was backing up onto the basement floor.  Unlike others who may not know plumbing well, Mike pinpoint the issue with just a photo.   He was very prompt to reply to questions and came within an hour.  They made sure the line was entirely cleared and provided solid warranty for the work.  The quote was very reasonable for such high quality work.  I am completely satisfied, and the basement smells all fresh now.   I highly recommend their services and will definitely contact them again for future needs.

Mike and Adam were awesome. I called at 8am because my water heater wasn't working. They were out within an hour, but the water heater was past the point of repair. They removed the old unit and installed a new unit the same day. I was back up and running by 2pm... Amazing service!

Darrell and gang were fast, polite, and friendly. They wore masks and asked whether they should wear shoes in my house. What was best though is that it was easy to communicate with him over text, both about the work and about arranging a time to visit. I'd use them again.

ABV plumbing did a great job. I needed a plumber they quoted a good price and Ivo came at the time that they said they would. He was very efficient and did a great job and was done in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again.

Dmitry was quick to respond to our call Monday evening when our bathroom drain was clogged and my husband couldn't fix it with drano or a snake. He sent Lenny the next morning who wore a mask and put booties on so our floors wouldn't get dirty. Lenny was very professional and knew what he was doing! He was honest and gave my husband tips on other plumbing issues/questions. Great service overall and will definitely call them again and recommend them to family and friends!

Mike is awesome! What started out as a simple kitchen drain rodding, turned into an angioplasty of about an 18 section of drain pipe due to excessive amount of grease build up. Then, in spite of the drain pressure build-up exploding sludge all over him, he held his composure and cleaned everything up. Very professional with a great work ethic. Mike is now my new go-to plumber.

Very quick (1-2 hr?) response to my request for assistance with my backed-up garbage disposal and kitchen drain. Juan gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to come by the next day with his son assisting him. It was a challenging clog but they kept at it and it finally cleared.

Very prompt, professional, and really nice. No salesy vibe, no upcharge, very honest and took the time to explain what he did and left my kitchen clean afterwards. Also appreciate the shoe covers and face masks!
