I had Pat and another guy come out to fix a backed up bathroom - toilet, tub and sink were all backed up. They came out promptly and fixed the issue but charged me a crazy amount : 350 to snake the stack and another 300 to pull the toilet. So $650 for an hour's worth of work. I felt scammed afterwards but was desperate to get the bathroom working again. A couple of months later, which brings us to today, here I am with everything backing up (obviously a larger issue with the stack in my old house). Luckily my plumber had time to come fix, charged a reasonable amount and also let me know that the previous plumber (Pat) used putty to seal toilet instead of proper toilet seal - the current back up leaked into the coved ceiling of my dining room on the first floor. Not only expensive, they took a shortcut which caused a very costly issue to repair.

Will be using them for all future plumbing needs.  Very responsive, accepting of questions, and provide thorough explanations.  Needed my hot water heater replaced in a tiny utility closet in my third floor condo (old building).  I didn't think we had enough space to get the old heater out of the closet because a new furnace had since been put in, restricting the space available to move the heater out.  But they squeezed the old one out and new one in and only had to remove some door trim from the inside of my closet (which I can re-attach).  Down to earth people I feel I can trust.

I called on a Sunday at noon (phone call answered immediately) and someone (Ben) from Rescue was at my door 2 hours later. I had no hot water in my shower and it was first day in my brand new condo. Ben and his assistant quickly diagnosed the issue, drove to get the right part, came back and fixed the problem. I have hot water in my shower now! Ben is a pro. You could tell he had the situation under control he'd fix the issue. Not only did he fix the problem, he pointed out plumbing issues in my building and offered to come back and fix them. A+ all around for Ben and Rescue Plumbing.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. I've dealt with plumbers who are good at their work, but bad at communicating, and others that communicate well but don't do the job very effectively.  Scott is the best of both worlds.  He sent me several texts over the course of 24 hours updating his status and ETA.  That's a real comfort when you need the plumber there right away.  Highly recommended.

Called our HOA-recommended plumber on a Saturday... many days later, no response. Called 3 other plumbers and left voice mails the next Monday... no answer and no call back. At this point we were desperate, and found Rocket Plumbing on Yelp and talked to a REAL person Monday afternoon, who set an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Anthony and Sergio were on time (actually 10 min early but waited patiently for me), very knowledgeable, friendly, and troubleshooted the issue immediately. They replaced the ejector pump extremely fast and explained every step of the process in detail (honestly, more than I even needed!)  These guys are really passionate about plumbing, haha! :)   I appreciated that they were very up-front about the costs and estimates before anything took place, and gave me different options and explained each.  They then showed me how it works and where to find issues in the future.   I thought the price was reasonable, and the parts have a full warranty.  Sergio and Anthony and Rocket Plumbing will definitely be our new go-to plumbers.

Jose was recommended by a friend to fix a plumbing issue.   Our basement had flooded.

I called Jose and he responded within an hour.  He scheduled an appointment at the end of a busy day.    They quickly diagnosed the problem and were  able to replace the faulty ejector pump within an hour.

Excellent Work! I cannot tell you how many other plumbers we called to fix our ejector pump. Those other guys came in and kicked the tires and supposedly fixed it. As soon as they leave the ejector pump would stop working. I have spent over $1,000 in putting a band aid to the broken ejector pump. Finally today, I had enough and finally called Green Tech Plumbing. I spoke with Kevin and told him the history. He thought it would be an easy fix based on the symptoms but when he sent the plumber over he did a thorough analysis and tested everything. He was not afraid to get his hands dirty and go to the real issue. A towel! A freaking TOWEL! Anyway, I only wish I called these guys first instead of having wasted so much money with the other guys and time. If you do not call Green Tech for your plumbing needs, you are doing it wrong.

We had an emergency pipe break in our basement and water started spewing everywhere. Our water shut off wasn't working, so I frantically searched the internet for plumbers who could be there quickly. We had a plumber from another company come first and he said he had no idea how to fix the problem (thanks) and left. Next, we called these guys who were here in under an hour. LIFESAVERS!

It turned out that our b-box (city line shut off valve) was super old and messed up and that was preventing us from turning off water to the home. The team worked late that night and were here at 9 am the next two mornings to help us resolve the issue really quickly and run new piping from the curbside into our home.

Adam specifically went above and beyond, checking in with us frequently to keep us updated on costs, ETAs of when the team would be here, and more. He explained the whole project start to finish. Thank you so much, Adam!!

We will be calling again for drain/sewer cleaning in the future (and hopefully not many more emergency projects)!

Darrell came over the afternoon I called, fixed a fixture that was broken, and took the time to make sure it looked good after he fixed it. He cleaned up after himself as well as I would clean my own place.

We had some major pipe leak in our attic and I was able to get them to come out and figure out the problem and get the leaking under control immediately. They did need to return in a week to fix the pipe problem and they did an outstanding job. Dmitry the owner was great and worked with my landlords insurance company to make sure they had everything they needed. He could have said no to this and moved onto the next job but spent numerous hours talking to an unreasonable insurance company and did not get paid for this. It showed he cared about the customer and was not all about the money. Also, Lenny on his team who did the major work was great and kept us up to speed on everything. This is a great company who I highly recommend. Very trusty worthy and pricing was reasonable as well. Need more businesses like this!!!
