Pat is great! Came to replace two toilets that i bought from Home Depot. First was fine. Second was found to have a broken base. I had not inspected it when I bought it. Pat said he would return and replace it for me but was too booked. I got it replaced and we thought we inspected it the second time but when Pat arrived, he found a hairline crack in the tank. This time he took it back himself and installed the replacement so i would not be left toiletless upstairs. Three cheers and many stars for Pat. Zero stars for Home Depot which must play demolition derrby with their toilets.

Mac went above and beyond when replacing my hot water heater. I initially called on the 4th of July assuming I would get a voicemail. He answered the phone right away, provided advice on how to mitigate the damage, and showed up early the next day to replace the tank. I was having some trouble getting pressure upstairs and he sent a plumber out to check later in the day (ended up being good to go by the time he got there). Overall, Mac was efficient, friendly, and affordable. I did some shopping around, and he beat everyone easily. Can't recommend him enough!

So I haven't actually used Rescue as I type this email but I wanted to give Dex at Rescue Plumbing a big shoutout for his honesty and integrity. I had a plumbing issue and I got a quote from Rescue. Dex was honest about the work needed and gave me great advice. So if you ever use Rescue Plumbing, ask for Dex!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Definitely took the customer service to another level with that. Plus, the 10% coupon helped..

Excellent, quick and friendly service. Called late on a Saturday, since it was not an emergency scheduled an appointment for Monday. Scotty was on time, friendly and most importantly did not try to sell service that was not needed. Would definitely recommend!

I would highly recommend Rocket Plumbing.  Marlon was amazing!  I called Rocket after hours and their answering service was professional and friendly and I got a call back early the next day where they clearly explained their process and took notes on my service needs.  Marlon showed up on time and then when it came time to do the work he was flexible with my building and their water shut-off delays.  He provided a quote up front and the quote was accurate when it came time to pay.  Polite, friendly, on time and wonderful service.  Plumbing is a pain to deal with and Rocket made it so easy!

Thomas and team were prompt and super responsive.  They Hydrojetted two pipes and cleared out all of the sewage.  They also replaced my toilet and did a great job.  Highly recommend!

We're grateful to everyone at Windy City Plumbing for helping us with our sump pump issue. It's scary, especially with a new house. We've been using Windy City for years, before we had our new house built and will continue to for a long time to come. Chris and his assistant did a great job replacing our broken pump and getting our system back up and running.

I hired AP Construction  to install a brand new full bathroom in my basement. We received several bids from others, but AP Construction was the lowest price and could work around our schedules. The father/son team of Atanas and Eugene were great to work with. They were punctual every morning, coming from the city and arriving in Plainfield by 7:30 am each morning. It only took them 1.5 weeks to complete the full bathroom installation, which included all new piping (underground and above ground), an ejector pit, framing, drywall, and shower installation. These guys are very hard workers and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing needs and complete bathroom installation.

I called very last minute and Kevin and his partner had no problem making time for me even though it was well into their day. I really appreciated it. They did great work and were both super professional. I highly recommend them.

Our outdoor sewer and drain lines were backing up after heavy rains. Jesus responded right away and sent his team out the same day. They were prompt, professional and did a great job at a fair price.

Guess what I didn't check Yelp on this company. I just saw some reviews online elsewhere and decided to try them. Glad I did try them- I should have checked Yelp and I would have found them quicker and used a coupon too! Kevin and Mike were total professionals and didn't rush anything - the double water heaters were expertly installed and the whole house water filter also done beautifully. Oh well I didn't see the Yelp coupon- my fault! But I am very satisfied and I know quality work when I see it.

Sims and Sons has knowledgable and professional electricians who provide quality service. We needed some outlets replaced after a fire in our building. Darrell was able to quickly swap things out and even took the time to hunt down tricky sized outlet covers that we have because we live in an old building. When further electrical issues with a light switch completely stumped my building's maintenance guys, Enis came and identified the problem in 2 minutes and quickly repaired it. Now it works perfectly. These guys are good! And COVID safe. Would recommend to anyone who needs an electrician.

Toilet was leaking in my en suite and I wanted to take care of it ASAP before it caused damage downstairs. I reached out to CJ Plumbing and they got back to me within 10 minutes. We scheduled a date and the plumber whose name I didn't catch came in masked up and put shoe covers on which I really appreciated. He replaced the wax seal and I swear he left my bathroom cleaner then he found it. Everything looked so sparkly lol. Will definitely use this company again should I need the wax seal replaced in my other bathroom. Thank you!

Spoke with Mike over the phone and he gave me some DIY advice on some of the trouble I had with my old faucet. Though, I didn't feel comfortable changing the faucet myself as the pipes I had were old, I decided to have him come over and do it. During the process, I was able to watch and he answered all the questions I had about what he was doing and he answered all the general plumbing questions I had. I would highly recommend him as he's very knowledgable and patient.

Juan and his team were great.    They wore masks the entire time.  Did not feel pressured into any type of purchase.  We are very happy with his service.  changed out hot water tank.  He was very efficient, kept us updated if running late, respectful.  We will be keeping Juan's number for a very long time and referring him to many of our friends and family

Noel is a great guy. I called him at 5:45 and he fit me in that same evening. He communicated well regarding what he'd need in order to do the job and was prompt. The project was completed in a timely manner and did another small plumbing project for a nominal amount. We're already thinking of having him back to replace the kitchen faucet once we pick out a new one. Highly Recommend!!
