I called Rescue Plumbing after noticing a damp spot in our ceiling. Rich and Eric showed up the same day, in a matter of hours, to investigate.

They were quick, efficient and thorough in diagnosing the problem. They had to cut a hole into our ceiling to find the source of the the leak and left their work area spotless.

The issue ultimately wasn't plumbing-related, but due to a poorly-caulked tub, so they weren't able to solve the issue themselves. However, I'd be sure to call them back for a plumbing job in the future.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. We noticed water leaking from our garbage disposal on Sunday evening and contacted Scott based on his Yelp reviews. He responded quickly and made time for us with short notice. He asked great questions and for pics of the sink ahead of time so he was prepared with all the replacement parts right away. He was fast, professional and gave great recommendations for improving the safety of the wiring to our disposal. I'm so glad we hired him, Scott will definitely be our go-to for any future needs!

Excellent! I recommend Marlon absolutely! He was so friendly and fast. The problem was an old valve and he replaced it in literally 45 minutes.  He was pleasant and even tolerated my 3 obnoxious dogs! Highly recommend!

Very quick and responsive.  Dave took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all the questions we had.  He made sure he identified the problem and once identified, had a systematic plan of attack to resolve it.  I really liked how he explored all options to fix the issue without having to break open any walls or remove the toilet.  Other companies wanted to break open walls right away.  I definitely recommend working with Dave and will use them for routine maintenance services too!!

They never figured out my problem after 3-4 trips? Do right rooter figured out the valve was bad from the factory in about 10 or so minutes. So yeah I got that going for me which is nice. So I will not be calling Windy City plumbing anymore they couldn't fix my problem so I suggest calling someone who can!

We had new countertops installed, and a new sink along with it, and I was looking for a plumber to come in behind them to get our faucet (installed) and reconnected.  We also had a fixture we wanted changed out in the bathroom.  These guys were able to come out that same day and do everything I needed done.

They couldn't test the bathroom fixture and warned me about the leak that absolutely occurred because of the drain size.  I texted them, they came back out now that they could run the water, and got me all fixed up (again).  I really hope I'm not a regular customer, but I know I have great plumbers if I do.

Kevin fixed our plumbing problem however the reasons for my 3 star rating are the following:

1. he was almost an hour late and he told us he'll be late 5 mins before the scheduled time.
2. he ended up charging us way more than his initial quote. Granted that his initial diagnosis was wrong, we ended up not having a choice since he was already there. He said the parts were more expensive, etc.
3. we referred him to other people and I think since he felt we were already committed,  he wouldnt schedule an early appointment any more so my neighbors ended up waiting a week.
4. Our trusted plumber costs almost 100% less than him. The reason why we hired him was because it was an emergency and we wanted the job done ASAP and our plumber couldn't do it ASAP. As an example, our plumber charged us $80 to replace our toilet. When we asked Kevin, he quoted us $150 AND if there are any complications in changing the toilet, it might be more.
5. he didn't give us a receipt. He said he'll email it to us but he didn't even get our email address!!!

The line from our kitchen sink needed to be rodded out. This is more difficult than usual because rather than extending straight down to the basement floor, in order to accommodate our basement flood control system, the kitchen sink line runs horizontally the width of our building in the ceiling of our basement. So it is prone to clogging. Other plumbers have failed at the rodding out. Also we called on a Saturday afternoon, and Jesus came out Sunday a.m. when no one else would. He was efficient and friendly and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Our thermostatic shower system stopped getting hot a couple months after moving into our new place. We contacted multiple plumbers and explained our situation. Of the 3, 2 were highly rated and one was working on my best friend's bathroom. Of the 3, one showed up and said he probably had to go through the dry wall to fix it. He also recommended we go to a store for a valve. The store did not have the Artos brand so we were back to square one. The other two plumbers were no shows! Is it that complicated?! Fast forward 8 months and we decide to try yelp again for a new plumber. We find this place, explain our situation and they respond with the possible brand behind Artos. We schedule a time. Nick showed up on time and pulled out a piece the other plumber couldn't get out (fairly quickly). He told me he was going to a faucet store that had everything and was going to call me if they had the piece he was looking for. I green lighted the purchase. He said there was another piece he needed to get out and if he couldn't get it out, he was out! We were nervous but he got it out pretty easily and our shower was up and running within 2 hours of his arrival!  We are thrilled our shower is back to normal and that we didn't have to tear through the wall. I highly recommend them!

Very pleased with Midwest Hydro Jetting and Sewers service. I had reached out to them due to my toliet backing up in my basement. Right off the bat I appreciated the cleanliness with wearing booties before even setting foot in my home which was very nice.Danny came in removed the entire toliet and rodded our line. After 2 hours of fighting with it he managed to pull a massive pile of feminine wipes! Informing my wife and I that no wipes or pads are toilet friendly.Overall I was very pleased with their service and definitely would recommend them again. 10/10

Brandon did a great job in fixing my shower head that had been broken for over a year. They were at my condo within an hour of calling and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. Will be calling them back to install my toilet. Would highly recommend!

We've used CJ Plumbing now for a hot water replacement, faucet replacement and addition of a pump for our hot water heater. Each time they have been easy to reach and schedule with. I appreciate that Dimitry is mindful to save trips and time by properly diagnosing the issue before starting the work. They've fixed our plumbing issues and will be our go-to in the future!

Juan came out to replace a wax ring on a toilet. He quickly did the work and the toilet is now very secure. He was  friendly and able to do the work with a days notice. Reasonable price and very responsive. I would definitely use him again for any plumbing work I need done.

Noel was FANTASTIC. We needed a water heater replaced in our home (which was built in 1914) and contacted him because of the other reviews here. He was a great communicator and was done with the job within just a few hours. Very smooth and great experience. Price was right and very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him and we will be contacting him in the future should we need any more work done here. 10 stars!!
