Lou with Drain-EEZ is fantastic.  In addition, the staff with whom I spoke with to set the appointment were also wonderful, helpful, and put me as ease.  As new condo owner I really didn't know where to begin in terms of finding a plumber.  I ended up reading a ton of reviews and settled on Drain-EEZ.  The receptionist assured me that Lou knew what he was doing and that he would do a very good job walking me through any issues.  We ended up needing our toilet reset and Lou was great!  I'm glad that I now can check mark having a go to plumber off my list.  Thanks, Lou!

Well it's all in the name, Fast Plumbing 24-7. My wife had coordinated with Mac to get a quote after initially trying to work with another company and it was taking them too long to respond back. After talking with Mac and within 24 hours of initial conversations, we had our water heater scheduled to be replaced. And as scheduled, they showed up right at 8am to get in and get it done. Our 75 gallon water heater was unfortunately unable to be lifted and brought out of it's position in the utility closet (not their fault, but the builders of our unit's fault). But not to worry, Jim was able to hack at the dry wall and open it up to be able to bring out the old and replace with the new water heater with his assistant on deck.

Overall, I'm pretty impressed they were able to get it all done in just over 2 hours even with the dry wall road block. And while I'll need to get a contractor to get the dry wall fixed, somehow the price to do the work came out $600 cheaper than what they originally quoted, so it should be no problem to get someone in to get the wall replaced with the money saved. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a water heater replaced as they're professional and not looking to nickel and dime you.

On December 9th 2022 I had an emergency toilet situation and I turned to Emergency Plumbing.  Within a few hours Pete and Noah show up, fix the problem, and provide additional direction for issues my condo association may face in the future.  These guys are consummate professionals  and outstanding plumbers!!!

I've dealt with plumbers who are good at their work, but bad at communicating, and others that communicate well but don't do the job very effectively.  Scott is the best of both worlds.  He sent me several texts over the course of 24 hours updating his status and ETA.  That's a real comfort when you need the plumber there right away.  Highly recommended.

First, when I called this company they called me back within a few hours and they were able to send someone out the very next day.  We sold our condo and the inspection report uncovered a leak with our water heater (that was only 4 years old).  Anthony came out and was able to diagnosed what needed to be done and was honest saying he would make it worse if he tried to take the pipe out to repair the leak.  He called Home Depot where the water heater was purchased and filed a claim so we could get a new water heater with our warranty.  He took his time to come to our condo and make phone calls and didn't charge us!  We are moving to a house in the suburbs and will be using Rocket Plumbing again in a few weeks.  I highly recommend this company.

We had a nasty problem with our plumbing. Apparently, when the house was built 77 years ago, there was a problem with the pipes underneath our basement floor, which came to a head and caused drainage problems in our basement bathroom. Two different handymen were unable to unclog the pipe, so we called in this company. They were incredibly patient and professional, moving from a simple fix to more complicated, and finally doing the necessary work of digging into the basement floor. Throughout this whole effort, they were extremely courteous, concerned about bringing dirt into the house, and communicated with us regularly about the progress of this project. I highly recommend them. And, they like brownies.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to write one for Windy City Plumbing. Jose was great - very coureous and professional. We needed work done on a sink very quickly  - we sold our house and needed a faucet fixed based on the home inspection. Jose came quickly to fix the sink - he needed a very specific tool, so he went out and bought it, came back and fixed the sink. We also needed the receipt right away and he helped us out with that very quickly.

I would recommend Jose to anyone! He was great, he goes out of his way to help you, and he is a true professional!

Kevin and his guys are too notch . We had to have our tankless water heater replaced only after 4 years . My Husband did all the research and coordinating . Kevin gave us several options to choose from . We were done dealing with the tankless water heater from hell, quietside!! We found out this brand should have never been installed in our climate. The final bill was lower than we thought it would be. Kevin is very reasonable . We will continue to go to him for all future plumbing needs.

Found this company on yelp. I needed someone immediately. They came out the exact time I needed them. They found a simply overlooked mishap and fixed it with no charge. They fixed my other problem quickly and professionally. I highly recommend these guys. I've already giving their information to my neighbors as a great reference.

Great company to work with. Our sewer line job was complicated, but the team kept going until all was resolved. Excellent customer service, and very fair pricing.  I highly recommend this team.

Excellent service all around!! They responded immediately to my request for a quote, gave me a reasonable range, and then stuck to it. On top of that, they were the friendliest guys and they provided top notch service. They took care to be tidy and made sure everything was in working order before the left. Cannot recommend them enough.

We were having a hard time opening the inlet valve after trying to clean the air filter ourselves. It was hard to open, we had another company come and they were unable to open. We called captain rooter and they right away responded. They ended up sending Adam in less than an hour. It was a tougher and it took all his sweat but he was able to finally turn the valve and make our water heater operational in no time. We have a small baby and without heated water, we were really struggling. So, Adam was our savior for the day!

I recently purchase a new toilet. Although, I have installed dozens of toilets in my lifetime, I recently met my match, with this new purchase. It was heavier than most other models and the bolt holes are hidden from view.  I called ABV plumbing after several attempts at installing it myself. My level of frustration, prior to calling, was off the charts.

The gentlemen from ABV was able to come out within hours.  He took a look at the toilet and my current plumbing. He then immediately went to work. He was courteous and was vigilant about any covid concerns. He even donned protective shoe covers.

He needed to sweat some copper fittings and add a new valve. This was done in under 10 minutes. He then prepared the toilet for install. His associate came and together they lifted the 118 pound toilet onto the bolts in one shot. I would have been jealous if not for the fact that I was so relieved to see this done so swiftly.

The toilet and surrounding area were then wiped clean. I took 59 minutes from start to finish. This would be impressive for even the simplest toilet installs.

I found ABV by using Yelp. I seriously expected him to say the job was too difficult. I am very happy to say I am wrong.

ABV GETS NOTHING BUT HIGH MARKS FROM ME.

My bathtub water wasn't going down as quickly as I'd hoped so after doing about 2 minutes of research, I decided to use a plastic drain snake I got off Amazon. I stuck about a ft in and when I tried pulling it out, it broke off inside. Turns out, you're not supposed to use those in tubs... ay yi yi.

I called CJ Plumbing and Dmitry sent someone out the next day. I thought they'd have to open up the wall because the thing was so deep but they managed to get it out in no time. These guys are my go-to plumbers because they're so quick and the work is good. Thank you again!

Mike is awesome! What started out as a simple kitchen drain rodding, turned into an angioplasty of about an 18 section of drain pipe due to excessive amount of grease build up. Then, in spite of the drain pressure build-up exploding sludge all over him, he held his composure and cleaned everything up. Very professional with a great work ethic. Mike is now my new go-to plumber.

My basement flooded after a night of rain. Called Juan to come give an estimate and he was at my house within the hour. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and replaced by sump pump right away. I will definitely recommend Juan and will use him for all my plumbing needs.

Had Noel and his fellow plumber in to clear two very slow drains, a tub and shower. They showed up during the one hour window they said and had the drains flowing within a half hour. Their end price was what I was quoted on the phone. Noel made some recommendations about keeping hair out of the drains and an easy tool to get for clearing hair from drains. Both men were courteous and friendly.  I would gladly hire them again.
