Drain-EEZ (Pat, Katrina and Lou) were SO awesome to work with.  We just went through a full floor replacement and construction in our condo because of a leak that 5 professionals could not figure out where it was coming from. After going through the renovation, we were still finding water problems even though the contractor was supposed to have taken care of the issue during construction. I found Drain-EEZ and called them because of the amazing Yelp reviews and they were INSTANTLY helpful.

Pat talked me through some options and pricing in the evening which calmed me down. Katrina was super helpful the next morning and super nice about scheduling someone to come in ASAP. Lou came in and met with my husband that evening and was able to solve the problem that was plaguing us for 6 months within less than hour.

We will definitely use Drain-EEZ again for any and all our plumbing needs!!

Really great service.  Water heater blew a leak 10 am Saturday morning, a few quick texts and the water heater was fixed by 12:30. Mac and Shawn managed to fix it between jobs! Awesome! Hot water by 2. The cost​ was totally reasonable too​​ with a nice and slightly bigger water heater replacing my turd.

It's​ good, fast, efficient work.

I called on a Sunday for an issue with my leaky sink, they said they could have someone out within a few hours - impressive!

I was able to wait a day and scheduled a time.  Pete Ismail showed up within that window, identified the problem, and had it fixed in under an hour.  He explained what the problem was and showed me where the leak originated.

He also politely pointed out a safety issue with my garbage disposal that was within a few issues of the leak.  So glad he did!!

He was very professional and knowledgeable and was clearly willing to go the extra mile if need be.  I highly recommend!!

I am very pleased with the service  and cost from Scotty's Plumbing. He waited for me to get home from work without rescheduling. Went to  get additional connection hoses that would work for my kitchen faucet replacement, and fixed a pipe with a large hole, all for less than his initial estimate. Highly recommend. Will be my first  call for any other plumbing issues.

Had a good experience with this plumbing company. My hot water was not running and Rocket came out to diagnose problem. They were helpful and quick to get to work. My problem was solved. They were fair with their pricing. Overall, I am satisfied and will use their services again.

Very quick and responsive.  Dave took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all the questions we had.  He made sure he identified the problem and once identified, had a systematic plan of attack to resolve it.  I really liked how he explored all options to fix the issue without having to break open any walls or remove the toilet.  Other companies wanted to break open walls right away.  I definitely recommend working with Dave and will use them for routine maintenance services too!!

One of our kids flushed a foreign object and clogged the toilet. The other plumbers that I called either had high prices or just didn't show up. Windy City Plumbing not only arrived early, but they worked quickly to get the job done. They removed my toilet, fixed the clog, and reinstalled the toilet all in under 30 minutes. They also had reasonable prices and the estimate they gave was accurate. Their communication is awesome - if there are any changes to the scheduled meeting time, they will contact you, unlike the other plumbers/handymen who either come late or don't show up and don't have the courtesy to at least give you a heads up.

My wife and I now have our go-to plumbing service. Windy City Plumbing is the real deal!

I hired AP Construction  to install a brand new full bathroom in my basement. We received several bids from others, but AP Construction was the lowest price and could work around our schedules. The father/son team of Atanas and Eugene were great to work with. They were punctual every morning, coming from the city and arriving in Plainfield by 7:30 am each morning. It only took them 1.5 weeks to complete the full bathroom installation, which included all new piping (underground and above ground), an ejector pit, framing, drywall, and shower installation. These guys are very hard workers and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing needs and complete bathroom installation.

After getting an outrageous quote for a leak repair in my master bathroom I found Kevin of Sound plumbing on yelp and called him immediately.  He came out and assessed the situation, talked me through how to remove old caulking (so I would save money on labor) and gave me a fair quote to fix the leak.  I definitely will be calling him again if any more issues arise in my condo.

Very professional, prompt and clean work. I chose this company after contacting several places for estimates to replace a water heater. They were very accommodating and allowed me to choose the water heater of my choice with the help of their expert advice. I feel they did a great job efficiently and thoroughly.

I had an issue with my sump pump and I emailed 4 different plumbers for a quote.  3 of them offered to come out and fix it for $X...Kevin wrote me back immediately and said call me on my cell, you can fix that yourself no problem...and he was right.  He walked me through what was a simple 5 minute repair when he could easily have charged me to come do it himself.

Needless to say when I needed another (albeit more complicated) fix about a week later he was the first person I called.

Kyle came out and was professional, courteous, and did an awesome job.  There's a reason these guys have a perfect rating on Yelp!  Use them, you will not be disappointed!!!

couldn't even get this guy to commit to go out there. he suggested i contact the original installer......duh, i did which is why i contacted them.  No one wants to work these days.

I brought these guys in for a second opinion on a job to clear a slow drain in an upstairs bathroom. The tech that came out was pretty condescending.  He didn't clear the drain, which was not his fault, but he gave us an estimate 2.5 times higher than the first company we brought in, AND after he did whatever it was he did, we have standing, rusty water in our bathtub where we we had none before. The attached picture was taken 8 hours after he left. The drain used to run slow. Now it's completely stopped up and a total mess.  On top of that, his high written estimate was $200 more than the verbal one he gave me a few minutes earlier. May have been a mistake but certainly left a bad taste in my mouth.

Update - now the sink is backing up into the tub. Never did that until these guys came to our house

Update 2 - we had another plumber come out. He fixed it. Said it was tough but not impossible and the resolution that Captain Rooter suggested (over 3k) was completely unnecessary.

I wasn't getting enough amps to run my dishwasher all of a sudden.  Amel showed up right at the start of the 2-hour window I was given.  He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and effectively.  I will definitely use Sims and Sons again.

Highly recommend ABV. Had a toilet leaking at the floor & needed a new flange. Ivo came out next day & replaced it. The toilet looked like a new install when he finished & he cleaned up the workspace so that you wouldn't have known he was there. I was so impressed, I had him come back a few days later to change the old components inside two toilet tanks with new ones. He also replaced the kitchen faucet with a new one. I like that when I call, someone always answers the phone & that I can have a plumber at the house the next day who does good work.

Great experience with this company. Our garbage disposal (we thought) created a clog somewhere, which we thought we had resolved until water started dripping through the basement ceiling. I wanted to get this fixed fast so we could use our kitchen sink and dishwasher again (also I was terrified of the leaking!). I called the first well reviewed company on Yelp.

I am so happy with that decision. Alex at C & J came out within an hour, investigated the issue and called back within an hour with pricing for fixes. He pointed out a problem with the piping between our dishwasher and disposal (previously  raised in our home inspection) and we agreed it should be fixed while working on the original issue. I expected we might see someone in a few days, but they had a guy out within another hour! He went to work methodically until he ran into an issue trying to unclog the pipes. The clog was trapped deep and they couldn't reach it. He talked me through what he was going to try - when that didn't work, he called Alex up (for a more experienced perspective, as I understood it) and Alex came back out to take a look. They talked me through the new plan, which involved cutting out some pieces of pipe. After it was done, they showed me the pipe - it was totally (disgustingly) clogged! They created a new access point for the pipe, so if it gets clogged again, it will be easier to clean.

In summary, C & J was super fast, polite, clear in their explanations and successful. I can't comment on prices bc I didn't call any others to compare, but I was comfortable with what I paid. And Alex even called up the next day to make sure everything was working. Knock on wood, everything looking great so far.

We love Mike The Plumber and highly recommend him.  He just assisted us with two small plumbing problems at our new house in Rogers Park.  He was so pleasant to work with, fixed the issues quickly, fixed a few other issues in the process, recommended some changes, and was so reasonable in his price.   He also loves dogs, and took time to pet and play with our two pups in the back yard.  Mike is now our go to plumber, and I suspect our pups will be trying to clog our pipes so that Mike gets a call to come back.

I didnt know who to call when I had a leak from an HVAC drain, so I went down the list on Yelp.  Noel was the 3rd call I made and the best person I spoke to.  He was available that day, and provided great service.  Above and beyond, thank you Noel.
