We were having garbage disposal issues and called Drain-EEZ.  They responded right away and walked us through how to fix the problem from home.  It took 5 minutes and worked!  So professional and helpful!  They will be our first call moving forward if we ever have plumbing issues down the road!

Amazing service in every way. Called at 9 pm, and after a few questions, answers, and photos, they were there with a brand new hot water heater at 8 am the next morning. Fast, friendly, professional.....couldn't ask for anything more!!

Pete arrived quickly and assessed the situation -- my old toilet needed to be replaced. He and Noah were back early the next day with a replacement that was installed in no time. Not only were they fast, but they were thorough and friendly. After the successful install, Pete cleared up all the materials and the old toilet and left the space clean. Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. Scotty did an outstanding job. He was very easy to communicate with when it came time to schedule the visit. He was prepared and he was on time (in fact he was even early for the follow up visit). He did a good job and explained things very clearly. The prices were very fair and more clearly communicated than other local plumbers we spoke with for our sink issue.

All and all, no complaints, would highly recommend him.

We have had a clogged sewer pipe for over 2 years.  I can't tell you the number of plumbers we had come out to try to fix the issue and they just couldn't get all the root balls out.  Others tried to scare us into spending thousands.  Mike came in and got all 4 root balls removed in about 3 hours and restored flow out to the main sewer.  While I know it was a difficult job, he patiently walked us through everything he was doing and videoed along the way.  He did what no one else was able to do for us at a VERY reasonable price.  I can't recommend enough!

We hired First Chicago Plumbing to install the necessary plumbing, laundry box, vents and drains for our electric washer and dryer. Eugene and team were highly efficient in terms of email communications and were able to answer any questions I had regarding permits, inspections, licenses, etc. The team visited 3-4 times to ensure everything was done to the highest standard, permits were passed and inspections completed. The work was performed high quality work, ensured I was kept updated throughout, and made sure to clean up after themselves on all occasions. I would highly recommend First Chicago Plumbing and I am very happy with the project that was completed today. Looking forward to working with you again in the future

I arranged everything over a couple of quick text messages, which is IMHO just the best and most relaxed way to set up appointments. Neil showed up next day promptly at the agreed upon time window and quickly identified and solved the problem, he was in and out in less than an hour. No upcharge, no random 'gotcha' surprise issues. Just straightforward service and good vibes all around. Got my invoice within 1-2 hours of the appointment, paid online, and that was that. Would definitely hire them again.

Jesus came out same day and helped solve our relatively easy issue. He was very reasonable and we will definitely call him in the future. Good to have a reliable plumber on hand!

After moving into our current home (and using the existing electric stove for awhile), we decided that I hate electric stoves. Also, the new fridge  never had a water line installed for the ice maker. I asked around to some friends and Green Tech's name came up. I requested a quote for both jobs, and Kevin called me shortly thereafter.
We set an appointment for 8am. Nick, the technician, was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Both jobs were done correctly, with no mess, and under the quoted estimate. We will call Green Tech again when we need a plumber!

After contacting several other companies which either went ghost on us or gave insanely high quotes, Mike replied so quickly with a reasonable quote- much lower than any others in the area. He offered to send a professional to our home the next business day and they were right on time. Daniel was quick, informative and he fixed the problem immediately, and I ended up having to pay less than expected which was great. I will definitely be calling them again in the future should I have any other plumbing issues!

They were responsive and arrived in time but did not practice any social distancing, no mask and left place dirty.  Also, 4% for using a credit card - you know that's against visa and Mastercard guidelines.  If you don't want to take cards then don't but don't pass the fee to a customer - part of doing business !!!

I wanted to write this review the same day so I didn't forget - I cannot recommend Sims and Sons enough for plumbing work. A previous handyman screwed up a shower valve installation at the beginning of my bathroom renovation, so I needed that fixed, along with valves for the rest of the sinks and toilets since they weren't all working. The in-home estimate was straight-forward and scheduled quickly.

I live in a condo and had to pre-schedule a building water shut-off, and they were able to get someone to my unit at exactly the right time. The price was reasonable, especially given the quality of the work. Zeno walked me through what I needed to know about the valves and the shower install, and also offered suggestions for tools I would need to use for my renovation.

My only suggestion would be to provide payment information during the estimate & scheduling, as Yelp says they take credit cards but there is a 5% fee for using one. They do take Zelle or check payment.

I will definitely call Sims and Sons for any of my plumbing needs in the future. Thanks again!

Awesome customer service and the technician really knew what he was doing. Even made recommendations on what to look out for to maintain a heathy plumbing in the house.

Great company!  Was nearly half the price of another company I had out. Dmitry is awesome and the plumber he sent was very nice and very efficient. Highly recommend!

Our ejector pump broke.  They had someone out immediately, gave us a fair price, were clean and efficient.  Can't ask for more!

I have use Noel's services four times in recent years and have always been delighted with the quality and value of service he provides.
