They showed up on time and with masks on. They did the work quickly and correctly as well as showed me what the issues were and how they solved them. Most importantly, they asked if I was handy and didn't question it for a second when I said yes, despite being both female and blonde, and then showed me how to troubleshoot future issues myself. For that, Drain-EEZ has my business for life.

Could not have asked for a better experience, especially for my first time needing a plumber in a high rise. Scotty was able to come out within 24 hours of the first call, and not only fixed our clogged sink but also gave us a few tips on other things around the sink that could be improved and even helped us do it right then and there. He was in and out, very nice, and charged a better rate than some of the other plumbers I talked to. Great experience and will use again for all plumbing issues!

I had an emergency stoppage in the riser between my second and third floor.  I called my Home Warranty company, American Home Shield, and they sent out one of there three contracted plumbers in Chicago.  The first one they sent was Aaron Plumbing.  He was horrible!  I can't believe that American Home Shield would contract with a company like this. He showed up in a rusted-out van with no markings, and he smelled so badly of cigarettes that he literally stunk up my whole house. And, of course, he was unable to diagnose and fix the problem. The second company (can't remember their name) was even worse!  I called American Home Shield back and they authorized me to hire my own plumber.  I found Rocket Plumbing and they were very professional.  They showed up on time, and were very careful to protect my floor and furnishings with drop-cloths before any work was done.  Sam & Geoff did an accurate and timely assessment of the problem, and were able to clear the blockage with some persistence.  They described everything that they were doing, as they were doing it.  They were both very friendly to my wife and son as well. I highly recommend Rocket Plumbing and have added them to the preferred vendor list for my homeowners association.

I give them high marks for being thorough, very responsive, had a competitive quote, and I really appreciate the window they promised to arrive in was a 30-minute window, where most plumbers gave a 2-hour window.

I would use these folks next time I have a need for a plumber.

My mainline was clogged up because of tree roots and needed it to get rodded out. I contacted several businesses and Windy City was the most affordable. Chris and Adan came out and did not disappoint. They didn't waste any time getting to work, explained what was going on and cleaned up everything afterward. Very professional service and very pleased with the work they did.

excellent customer service, great work. i hired them through thumbtack to install an outdoor faucet for a garden hose and they were fantastic. efficient, tidy, and very fair. i will definitely hire them again to install a new hot water heater and for any other plumbing work.

During the cold weather we had a pipe burst. While they were very busy due to the high volume of pipe bursts in the city, they were extremely late in making our appointment. We weren't given an estimate to fix the issue and instead were sent a $400 bill to stop the leak. What we late learned was that the plumber didn't even re attach the pipes so that we could use our washer and dryer. Net net, we had a late plumber, a $400 charge to stop a leak and not even fix it.

Not recommended until your issue is not urgent and you receive a firm quote beforehand.

Needed a new wax ring for toilet. Diego took his time and did an excellent job.  Left the place
clean as well.  Will use them again.

I'm always skeptical when a company receives a perfect score. But, when the ratings are extremely numerous, it's pretty clear the ratings aren't just submitted by friends and relatives.  So, when my previous plumber gave me an exhorbitant estimate for a small job, I turned to YELP and chose Green Tech. Well, add me to the 5-star group. I'm really happy to add my review to the others.

Clogged sink and I was so thrilled to see that Danny was still with Midwest.

It was really blocked this time, and probably my fault as I had been trying to clear it with copious amounts of baking soda and vinegar. I think that it hardened in the pipe. (Don't believe everything you see on YouTube.)

Danny was persistent, trying with three different machines and a lot of perseverance until finally it gurgled and drained. Most plumbers would have given up after it didn't immediately work.

He is pleasant to talk with, offers suggestions on how to keep it clear and he gets the job done. A real asset to his company!

The effort was put in but the issue still persists after spending a $1000. Our issue is still not resolved

Power unexpectedly went out in three rooms of our home and I had no idea who to call? I searched for an electrician in my area and Sims and Sons had great reviews so I called. Darrell responded immediately and sent a crew the next day to troubleshoot the problem. Eli and Graham came, saw, and conquered! It wasn't as simple as a blown fuse and they needed to locate the source of the faulty wire and examined and tested every route.

I really appreciated the information they shared and the questions that were answered. Mostly, they made this repair as convenient for me as possible so I could continue to work without shutting off power to the rest of the house.

Showed up with a mask on and put booties on to ensure floors stayed dry (it was raining). Quickly snaked our drain and confirmed with me the issue was resolved.

We had some major pipe leak in our attic and I was able to get them to come out and figure out the problem and get the leaking under control immediately. They did need to return in a week to fix the pipe problem and they did an outstanding job. Dmitry the owner was great and worked with my landlords insurance company to make sure they had everything they needed. He could have said no to this and moved onto the next job but spent numerous hours talking to an unreasonable insurance company and did not get paid for this. It showed he cared about the customer and was not all about the money. Also, Lenny on his team who did the major work was great and kept us up to speed on everything. This is a great company who I highly recommend. Very trusty worthy and pricing was reasonable as well. Need more businesses like this!!!

I did the Yelp thing where they send out requests for quotes to a few vendors and Mike replied right away, and once I had a chance to call him he was able to get to my place about an hour later and fix my kitchen water pressure and connect the water line to my refrigerator. Mike was cool and personable and obviously good at what he does, and the price was fair and in line with a couple other guesstimates I had looked at. A good experience overall and I will call him first next time I need a plumber.

My basement flooded after a night of rain. Called Juan to come give an estimate and he was at my house within the hour. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and replaced by sump pump right away. I will definitely recommend Juan and will use him for all my plumbing needs.

Noel was quick to respond (unlike a few others I called). He let me know the few things I could do myself and what he really needed to take care of professionally. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!
