These guys are great.  We had a sudden issue with a kitchen sink backing up in a  short term rental unit we own.  I had guests checking in within a matter of hours, and the team at Drain Eez were very accommodating in getting us taken care of quickly.  

Our house is old and has (to put it nicely) an irregular plumbing set up, which looked as if it was going to cause a lengthy and expensive problem.  However after some creative quick thinking in their part they were able to resolve the issue quickly and in a cost effective way.  

I would recommend Drain Eez to anyone for their plumbing needs.

Mac and his crew are amazing! Our tank broke the day before Thanksgiving Day and he came the next morning on the holiday. He actually insisted to come on the holiday so our family could have heat! Service like that is simply unheard of these days, especially from big box stores. Great communication, fast work, cleaned up, very fair price, and didn't even wake my children while they worked! Simply the best!

Scheduled appointment within a day to check 3 issues. Javier came and correctly diagnosed and fixed kitchen sink clog quickly and effectively. Gave suggestions to improve water heating time - definitely improved. Also quickly fixed toilet while here. So far it looks like everything is all working as new!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. It's not easy finding a good plumber but super glad we had a good experience with Scotty. The gentlemen is knowledgeable, inquisitive, listens, and gets to work. He is able to anticipate the problem, explain it directly, and offer suggestions and tips for maintenance.

Called Rocket Plumbing last month to come in and investigate an issue with sewer smell in my finished basement as well as drain flies hanging around as a result.  They sent a plumber over named Tony who came in and looked around at the drains, garbage disposals, etc.  He recommended that I (as in ME) get a wet/dry vac and suck out the drain.  I told him I don't own a wet/dry vac and that is why I called him.  He said that his vacuum was in the shop and couldn't do it.  He then recommended I pour some bleach down the drain (tried that before I even called him).  He said other than that there was nothing he could do and then charged me $15 for the visit!  It wasn't like he offered to try some things and I turned it down.  I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 mainly because they came same day as I called.

Updating my review to 3 stars, simply because the owner called me back to apologize and discuss the issues.

My mainline was clogged up because of tree roots and needed it to get rodded out. I contacted several businesses and Windy City was the most affordable. Chris and Adan came out and did not disappoint. They didn't waste any time getting to work, explained what was going on and cleaned up everything afterward. Very professional service and very pleased with the work they did.

Just finished my appointment with First Chicago Plumbing, and after the disasters I have been dealing with from other contractors I've used, I felt compelled to leave this review on a business that does things right. Eugene was quick to respond and very professional over email. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they were able to make it out the same week.

Jorge and Sergio (I believe that was his name) were the ones on site. They were nice and explained everything to me. There was some work that was up in the air on whether it needed to be done, and ultimately they were able to get the job done without the additional work.

The biggest part of my work was correcting a disposal hook up my contractor horribly botched during my kitchen renovation. They were able to correct everything and hook it up correctly. It looks SO much better (see before and after pictures attached).

Everything was cleaned up and then tested in front of me to make sure it worked.

I thought the price was fair and very close to the quote I received. It's the city, so if you want good work you can't cheap out (as I've learned the hard way). Ultimately I was just happy to have actual licensed professionals who knew what they were doing.

I'll definitely use these guys again and keep them on my speed-dial for any future plumbing needs!

Yelp was right again!!!  I read the reviews and really preferred someone in the hood.   I saw the positive reviews for Kevin and gave him a call.  When I called, he was driving.  He went out of his way to pull over to listen to my issue and make plans to come and look at my plumbing problem.  We planned for the next day as my issues was a slow leak and not an emergency.  He was great to talk with, did not make me feel rushed, listened to my issues and graciously offered to come and look at the problem.
He showed up on time and, in fact, he was here early.  He looked at the problem, identified the unique challenges of the tight space he had to work in.  Before he got deep into the repair, we discussed an estimated price, barring any majors issues.  He performed the work and actually went so far as to make an added enhancement. (My copper pipe was touching a galvanized metal air duct.  He fixed the leak and also rerouted the pipe about 2 inches so it would no longer touch the duct and potentially corrode the less noble metal.)  The repair went as planned and the cost was what he originally quoted, with no surprises.  He supplied the parts and did a very neat and clean job on the solder joints.  In fact, his work looks MUCH better than the original developer's work.  
Ultimately, the price was very fair and I cannot be more happy with the job Kevin performed.  I would HIGHLY recommend him to others looking for the right person for the job at a fair price.

Jesus and his assistant were fantastic. They fixed my issue promptly and at the same time adjusting the install to meet some unforeseen factors. I will be using them again in the future.

I gave Midwest Hydro Jetting and Sewer Service 5 stars because, although they were unable to assist me, Mike referred me to Windy City Plumbing who does install plumbing for a bathroom in the basement to the city sewer.  This was a first for me, usually I am told that they don't know anyone who can assist me,
If I need any plumbing repair I will be calling them because this is a reputable company. Kudos to Midwest for guiding potential customers to others who are capable of doing a job that is not part of their company's description.

My wife and I had a back up in our kitchen. Will and Adam came and helped right away solve the problem. Adam was quick to discover the issue, resolve the clog and also take time to explain what and why it happened. His professionalism and cleanliness made the situation so much better to handle. He left our place in good shape and they were awesome! Strongly recommend!!

I reached out on Labor Day and my light fixture was installed by 10 am the next day. That's impressive speed and service. He clearly knew his stuff and I feel a lot better knowing the light was fixed by a professional (when our building maintenance guy tried to fix it, it did not go well.)

Very easy to deal with.  I requested maintenance on my tankless water heater.  Transparent with the pricing.  Came out the next day and was on time.  Did the job and was seamless.  Showed me pictures of the before and after.  Have nothing bad to say.

I just got a condo and bought it knowing the master bath did not have a working toilet, no water in the tank even with the valve turned on. I sent out the general yelp estimate search and Mike gave me a call back right away. I told him the issue and he was able to come out same day. Juan and his team are top notch.  After promptly responding to my request for a quote, he came over the next day to inspect our broken faucet, drain issues, and shower leaks.

He described why the problems were happening, and explained the fixes in plain language.  This helped me understand what was behind the costs he was quoting.

We were so impressed, that we had him fix the broken faucet on the spot.  He charged us the right price, and no more.
