We have used Fast Plumbing 24 7 twice now. Both times they were amazing. Today the adjusted a gas pipe to fit a new stove in less than 15 minutes. A couple of years ago they installed our tankless water heater. It runs great and we love it. Mack is really friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Second time in a week Dex and Raul saved the day! We had a porch water spigot burst. Dex and Raul came out and fixed the emergency right away. He was very calm and professional and told us he would fix the water leak. I appreciated how he explained what had happened and how he would rectify the problem.

A week later we had a small leak in our bathroom from our upstairs neighbor's bathtub. Called Dex and he came out and fixed this problem quickly and efficiently! I'm definitely going to recommend Rescue Plumbing to friends and family. Dex and Raul did a wonderful job with both issues.

I've dealt with plumbers who are good at their work, but bad at communicating, and others that communicate well but don't do the job very effectively.  Scott is the best of both worlds.  He sent me several texts over the course of 24 hours updating his status and ETA.  That's a real comfort when you need the plumber there right away.  Highly recommended.

Have used Rocket Plumbing on several ocassions and they are the best!  Prompt, clean, professional, on time and reasonably priced.  Recently had Danny and Jim on 2 different projects - new garbage disposal and new Hot Water Heater.  Both gentlemen were great to work with and did a fantastic job.  Highly recommend!

What a complete professional, honest, accurate and very reasonable price conscious company! I was frustrated as I had sewer water coming up trough a drain in an apartment that I rent out so I had tenants that were anxious and it was below zero out. The response I got came in less than 2 minutes, they were there and accurately discovered the pipe issue.  Thomas both explained to me and my tenant Matt where the issue was, I got a video of them traveling through the pipe with a camera and 15 still pictures sent to me so I could be aware of the progress and what was happening. Thomas and his crew, fixed the issue, was honest about what could also be another issue, which it wasn't after they completed the job. Showed to another plumber who was very impressed with the video, agreed with the issue and was also very impressed with the price we were told and exactly where the job landed when all was said and done. I'm so happy I found them, can't express enough how complete on all levels our experience was. When done, cleaned everything up too!

our building has worked with Windy city plumbing for several years now and their services go above and beyond expectations. jose is always been our go-to guy for plumbing emergencies & is always been there for our building. he is by far the best plumber in the chicagoland area!!!!!

I can only say wonderful things about Eugene and George!  Our hot water heater started leaking (with nothing to drain it) on Friday night.  I messaged Eugene through Yelp around 10pm and he responded an hour later that he could likely help me on Saturday.  Eugene and George were at our house on Saturday by 1pm to fix our unit and installed quickly.  They even suggested a tray and pvc tubing to drain the tank should we have leaking again.

I would suggest these guys to anyone!  I would also use them for any future plumbing needs.

Jesus was great! I got a quote from them and they came out a half an hour later. I had a kitchen sink that would not drain so they rotted out the pipes to clear the clog. My P-trap pipe was cracked and leaking so he replaced that pipe for me, and cleaned everything up! The price was very reasonable, the communication was great and they were very friendly! I will be using them again in the future :)

We had very good experience working with Kevin. I did not meet him personally, I was not home when he came to do the job but communication with Kevin was very easy. He also gave the 25$ discount without us asking for it, which was pretty cool. We will surely call him back for any future plumbing work at our condo. Thanks Kevin !!!

The owner of this company, Jesse, called me to apologize on behalf of the contractor who charged me for not doing anything. He confirmed that the initial consult from Captain Rooter IS free, and promised to issue a refund. Removing one star due to the earlier experience, but adding three to my overall rating because it meant a lot to me to get that call. If I end up using their services for another project that goes well, I'll update this again to reflect that.

I've never left a bad Yelp review (it's true, check my profile), but I want to warn people because I hate contractors that do this (and Captain Rooter said on the phone that they were different). I woke up to a very loud persistent jackhammer type sound coming from the bathroom around 4AM. It eventually stopped an hour or so later, but it was alarming enough that I called Captain Rooter's 24/7 line during the chaos and booked a 9:30AM consult, which I was told was free.

The guy arrived this morning, and looked into the toilet tank (I had removed the lid already). He then diagnosed it as trapped air in the pipes and said there wasn't really anything to do. He said if it happens again, it's a whole building problem and I should contact building management. He then said I owed him $125 for coming out, but if I had $50 in cash he would take that instead to save me some $$. I don't have cash on me, and said I didn't think there was a charge. He said he would call the company and I could Zelle them. The lady on the phone was like, Yep, there's a $185 service fee, here's where to send the payment -- when I corrected her and said that the plumber had said $125 she went, Oops, yes, it's a $125 service fee if he touched anything. At this point, I have been on the phone paying longer than the plumber looked at anything.

I paid, he left. But I feel really taken advantage of. Being a solo female homeowner is a privilege, but it also sucks, because contractors see you as just someone to charge $125 for two minutes of no work for during a free consult.

Hands down the best electricians I have ever used.  Fit me in same day, were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, informative, and thorough.  Were able to diagnose and fix some voltage fluctuation issues that were causing lights to dim and brighten randomly, and outlets to lose power.

If you need electric work done, use Sims and Sons!

ABV plumbing did a great job. I needed a plumber they quoted a good price and Ivo came at the time that they said they would. He was very efficient and did a great job and was done in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again.

I had a great experience and result. They aren't cheap at 250 for first hour and 185 for additional hours, but the work was excellent and for a licensed plumber you probably won't get cheaper. They were very responsive, scheduled me right away, and followed up to ensure I was satisfied.

Highly recommend Mike! He was great at communication, texted updates & arrived when he said he was going to. Wore a mask the entire time. We had a laundry list of issues - leaking faucet, replacement of shut off valves, wax ring replacement on one of our toilets, etc. He had a cancellation & was able to come back & take care of all our issues the same day. He also fixed minor things we didn't think to ask about (& he didn't charge extra for these fixes) - fixed water pressure, secured a wiggly knob on our sink, etc. He did the work quickly & left our place tidy & clean. So happy we found Mike!

They did a great job and showed up in masks and gloves.  I felt safe and was so happy they completed 3 of requests within a half an hour.
Do not hesitate to hire them!

We live in a one bathroom condo and the toilet stopped working on a Saturday evening. He came out quickly, did the job, charged a fair price and even gave us some extra advice. Very friendly, polite and helpful.
