Pat was quick to respond, flexible when I had to postpone due to a meeting and easy to work with when he arrived.

They simply got the job done. They were willing to work with us and find a creative solution for a difficult to replace water heater. They were straightforward after we got the runaround and upwelling from everyone else. I give them my highest reccomendation.

Had originally booked my usual service to clear a clogged /backed up drain. Though when the time window came along I got a prompt call asking if they could reschedule to the following day. That too after waiting most of the day. (Unfortunate events occurred and they were stuck on other calls.) I needed this drain cleared pronto and could not wait any longer. So, I leaned on a referral a friend passed along and called Rescue.

From the time I placed the call to the time they were on my property, the rescue operation went quick and they were in and out in no time. I was surprised at how quickly my service window was offered and the time they made it on site. Note, the repair happened a couple weeks back during lockdown. I was assured that their staff would have ppe on when dealing with the public.

The work: A clogged kitchen sink on the first floor of an apartment building. In apartment buildings the line is shared (with those above it) and in the event of a clog or backup, that unit will suffer the backup of all (however many) units.

The cost: Affordable.

The next time I've got a plumbing emergency, glad to know another trusted service provider I can call to the Rescue.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Excellent, quick and friendly service. Called late on a Saturday, since it was not an emergency scheduled an appointment for Monday. Scotty was on time, friendly and most importantly did not try to sell service that was not needed. Would definitely recommend!

Jake and Tyler were great. Very professional and courteous. We needed our our sink waste pipe to be replaced and they both took care of that efficiently. I've used Rocket Plumbing 2 additional times and every time I need assistance, their services go above and beyond.

11/8/2016 Pathetic. My washing machine lint filter fell off into the drainage pipe.  My mud sink drain then was very slow to drain.  They told me when arrived (2 men) that there was no way the lint filter would've gone into the extrusion pump pit, would be in pipes.  But they used their motorized snake and could not find anything clogging the pipes to ejector. Then they said if the filter did make its way to the ejector, it would have been chopped up into tiny bits and spit out into outside pipe, despite that was opposite of what they said initially. They could not explain the slow drainage then, and actually claimed the drainage was normal though it definitely was not and I told them it was very different from prior to the lint filter falling off. Jose (owner) told me when I called that the service call would be $115 for one hour, if not a lot of time required, could be less. The guys were fairly casual and took less than 45 minutes but still charged $115. They did not give me an invoice or receipt showing what they did. When I did a load of laundry a couple of days later, the washing machine drainage completely overflowed all over the floor, as when they put the p trap back together, there was a big leak created. I sent three emails to Jose telling him that it was worse and that I wanted the written work order sent to me. I got no response at all any of the three times. Had to have someone else fix the leak so I could do laundry, though they caused that leak and I still don't have any paperwork from them as a receipt or work order, though that is required by law from any service provider. I selected them because of their excellent website ratings and I was shocked how bad they were. $115 for no repair, and they actually made it worse.

12/2016 update:  Jose did call me after realizing that I had been emailing him at a site he does not monitor.  He offered to come out and fix the problem himself and also refund me the full price I paid.   I took him up on the fix and he came out and made it right.   He also followed up a day or two later to make sure everything was still working fine after they left.  He also offered me the refund despite having fixed the problem,  which I appreciated as a gesture that he was sincere about standing behind his work.  After his efforts to do right when I was unhappy, I feel differently about his service.  Jose was able to fix it.

Only good things to say about these guys - prompt, honest, friendly, and the price is right. They did quality work for us and were flexible regarding scheduling

Just want to give a shout out to Mitch and Neil for a great job installing a laundry for me. The company is very responsive and upfront with costs. They were also able to get out to me within 48 hours. They were on time and professional. Will use them again.

We had drain / pump issues in our basement on a Tuesday night at 8pm when I reached out to a number of plumbers in Yelp. J Plumbing was the first to respond within minutes and were able to come first thing in the morning.  Thankfully the issue seemed to have fixed itself overnight, but he still spent almost 2 hours with us troubleshooting and making sure we were in the clear.  He also silicone resealed the area around the pump for good measure.  He didn't want to charge us, which I thought is unheard of in this industry, even when I insisted.  I will definitely call J Plumbing next time I have an issue! Thank you!!

Awesome experience with GreenTech. First plumber we called was not up to the task. GT handled it like champs. Clean workmanship. Quality work. Made the list of people we'll call if we need help in the future.

I needed to install:
1) p-trap
2) kitchen faucet

They(Danny/Johnny) came within an hour of my request, did what was asked(and then some, patiently explaining to me what they're doing and why), and honored the quote over the phone.

By the way, the quote was the most reasonable quote I got after contacting 4 other plumber businesses.

By far the best experience I've had with plumbers, or just contractors in general.

My water heater stopped working on Sunday, and my landlord requested service from Adam the same day. He was able to come by 4 pm the next day and installed a new water heater for me. Though there were some delays he and his associate were very considerate of my time and made sure to get all the components working again. I appreciate their help with this very time sensitive matter.

Amazing company. They've helped me 3 times in the past 2 years. Today, Darrell, the owner, came to fix my circuit breaker. He arrived quickly; 45 min after I called him as I had no electricity. He fixed it in 15 min and didn't even charge me. He is a so very helpful and a nice guy. The other electricians that have been here from Sims are also just as nice and reliable. I highly recommend these guys. It's hard to find reliable electricians and these guys are just that. Reasonably priced, come as soon as you need them, fair, knowledgeable and amazing. What a relief that I called them today. Thank you Darrell!

ABV was great. They were assigned to my home warranty case for two leaky shower faucets. A previous plumber was afraid to even touch the faucets because the handles would not come off easily. ABV took on the challenge and both faucets are fixed. There was a 3rd faucet that would not get hot but was not covered under the home warranty they fixed that as well while they were here for a very small fee. If I ever need a plumber again I will tell my home warranty I want them to send these guys.

Poor communication also. Dimitri said he'd think about it, when I proposed a resolution where they paid for part and I'd pay for part of it. Then ghosted me. Also was very aggressive and mocking on the phone. Not someone you want to do business with.

Quick same-day service to fix a toilet fill valve. Took a look around the house at a couple other potential issues and made some recommendations. Professional and would recommend!

Noel came through for this first time homeowner! My water heater broke and began leaking at 10am on a Saturday and I texted Noel. He immediately responded even though he was in route to a job and continued to communicate with me all day to help. With a combination of my willpower to get a new unit myself that day, with his ability to squeeze me in on a Saturday afternoon, I had a new water heater up and running within 10 hours of it breaking.  Additionally, he showed me how to use features on the new unit and explained what is most important in an emergency scenario. He also was nice enough to remind me to register the product in case something went wrong. Noel went above and beyond what I would have expected and helped me remain sane in an emergency situation.  I will absolutely keep him on speed dial. There's a reason this conpany has 5 stars on yelp!
