I contacted Fast Plumbing because my tenants water heater was not running hot water.  From initial contact they are super responsive and extremely helpful. My water heater problem was an easy fix for their team and they gave valuable insight on how to correct. I'm super grateful that they help me were able to help me resolve on my own. Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. This is an update the review that I left last week.  It turned out that my drain re-clogged after a few days.  Brian came out immediately and snaked a fatter line through my pipes until we hit the clog.  He apologized profusely that it wasn't fixed on the original visit (he actually fired the original plumber in the week between visits for similar problems).  He, of course, stood by his 30-day guarantee.  I couldn't recommend Rocket Plumbing enough!

After such a great repair experience myself today, I fully understand why their reviews are so detailed and praiseworthy--Jose and his company, without a doubt, deserve all the business they can get!

I called Windy City Plumbing for an appointment on a Tuesday morning after reading the raving recent reviews on Yelp. We quickly and efficiently set up an appointment for the next morning.

Jose called before he arrived and I should note he was even 15 minutes early! He is incredibly friendly on top of clearly being a very experienced plumber in the Chicagoland area. (He even gave me a great Oak Park-area restaurant recommendation!)

This is the first repair we've had to do in our first home so obviously I was really nervous about finding a trustworthy plumber in the area. NO MORE! He not only carefully and meticulously repaired the wax seal that was causing our toilet to leak into our neighbor's condo unit downstairs, but he explained what he was doing and took the time to double and triple test that everything was working properly and that the bolts were tightened the appropriate amount. As already noted by other reviewers, he also carefully cleaned up everything without any extra thought or effort, like it was just part of the job.

Like its website says, Windy City Plumbing charges $80 an hour. Also, Jose said that the repair was guaranteed for the next year. We can call him if it's ever a problem again and he will come out and repair it--NO CHARGE. Incredibly amazing and refreshing?! I am aware.

We will definitely be giving Windy City Plumbing a call again when we take care of some other deferred home maintenance projects later this year and possibly even to redo our second bathroom in the more-distant future.

I should have reviewed this a long time ago - my disposal started leaking under my sink...I posted on yelp for quotes or people that would be interested in my neighborhood for this small job.  I got a few responses but Sound got back to me right away and was able to come the next day. He offered to bring a comparable disposal or if I opted to get my own he would install.  I let him do it all.  Not only did he come and do the work fast and efficient - he also fixed the pressure on my sink that has boggled my mind since I've lived here.  Great guy - highly recommended.

The folks at Green Tech Plumbing were quick to respond and schedule time to fix my non working toilet. When it became obvious the toilet was irreparable (hey, we got 37 years out of it), they were able to replace it within a day. Everyone was extremely courteous, respectful of my property, and left everything in spotless order. I'm will gladly use them again.

Connected with Mike to try to get quotes for our HOA. Sent a video of the issue, but he would not provide quotes for issues without coming in person and charged a fee to come for a quote. It is possible that he was frustrated by some of the text messages I was saying and that our HOA would not pay for him to come for a quote, which is his company's usual protocol. When I asked for referrals to another plumber when he would not provide any additional quotes, he would not supply any additional plumber company contacts. I was very disappointed with his communication and will never reach out to this company again.

Adam came out and installed a new faucet in record time. Courteous and professional, would highly recommend.  Price point was what I expected. Thanks, Adam, and Captain Rooter!

Called again because an outlet had fried itself. They came out next day and replaced ungrounded outlet with a grounded one. This will help to prevent future fires. Showed me the parts replaced. Price for service/parts was reasonable. Will definitely put on my to call list for future needs.

I can't say enough about the service I received from ABV!  My hot water heater went out - other plumbers were giving me dates a week or more away!  Not sure how we would have showered - it's 10° outside and I think our water was even colder!  Talked with them last night and they were out here by 8:30am!  Did great work and I am looking forward to a nice hot shower

We had our injector pump in the basement fail, which caused sewage to leak all over the finished and unfinshed parts of the basement.  Dmitry and his crew came super fast, identified the problems quickly, and provided accurate estimates for all repairs before executing the work.  They also provided a great recommendation for a rehabilitation and repair company.  They were fast, honest, and knowledgable.  I am a customer for life.

They also wore masks and were very good about taking proper COVID precautions so there was no problem in letting them inside the house for them to do their work.

Mike fixed our ancient tub faucet. He has lots of parts that fix old and new plumbing fixtures. Mike turned off the hot water, so he could determine that the hot water faucet was the faucet that needed repair. Mike has good detective skills. We will hire him again.

Juan is the only plumber provided the estimate of the water heater model that I wanted.  He arrived on schedule and performed the installation.  The unit was defective, not Juan's fault, where he called Rheem to expedite the part.  The part arrived the next day and Juan came the following day and got my new water heater resolved.
Recommend A&Y Plumbing and Juan is responsive and provide good service.

Noel is great! Had a pipe burst during the brutal cold snap of January 2014. He came out the next morning and fixed it for a really reasonable price, will definitely call again!
