Lou just left our condo and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. He was on time, highly capable, and a pleasure to work with. He provided precise and easy to understand diagnostics regarding our issues (standing shower water, for one).  I'd definitely use Drain-EEZ again in the future.

If you need a new water heater or looking for repair.  You need to called fast plumbing.   They get the job done.  Jim was awesome.  This man knows his water heater.   Very reliable.  Excellent work.  Called at 8pm and  new water heater the next day.

Rescue Plumbing replaced our sump pump in March. We noticed some leaking issues in October. They came out the same day and fixed the issue right away, honoring their warranty of service - no questions asked. Javier was extremely friendly and thoroughly explained the issues to me. Moved into a new house and needed a toilet installed. Eric came out and walked me through the whole process. Rocket plumber rates are super great and service was beyond awesome!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! First of all, Thomas and his team are the third plumbers we had come out after buying a gut rehab back in 2019. We had flooded MANY times since then. It was a literal nightmare over and over. No one could ever find the issue and fix it once and for all! We would have saved ourselves a lot of pain, money, and heartache if we had found this team first. Finally, NO flooding. Thomas came out the same night I called him, because it was raining and he wanted to see if he could figure it out as it was starting to make puddles in our basement. We did not have an appointment until a few days later, but he called and cared so much about our issue and said I will be there in a half hour. No charge! He then got his crew out there within a few days starting on one of the two problems that NOT ONE other professional figured out. Then after both projects were done, he went over the top to help us once again, by agreeing to fill our concrete that had been dug out due to one of the projects. He felt the concrete companies were charging us too much and they fixed the sidewalk themselves. I promise that I am a very particular customer who had extreme basement flooding and we will never trust anyone else again! This company should be the first place you call if there are any issues at all or you just need an honest plumber.

excellent customer service, great work. i hired them through thumbtack to install an outdoor faucet for a garden hose and they were fantastic. efficient, tidy, and very fair. i will definitely hire them again to install a new hot water heater and for any other plumbing work.

Kevin and his guys are too notch . We had to have our tankless water heater replaced only after 4 years . My Husband did all the research and coordinating . Kevin gave us several options to choose from . We were done dealing with the tankless water heater from hell, quietside!! We found out this brand should have never been installed in our climate. The final bill was lower than we thought it would be. Kevin is very reasonable . We will continue to go to him for all future plumbing needs.

I've used Green Tech Plumbing for several projects, and I can't say enough good things. The owner Kevin is incredibly responsive and professional. All his plumbers are skilled and courteous. I trust them completely and highly recommend them.

My highest possible recommendation. Mike, the owner, Is incredibly responsive. For the second time in two years, our basement flooded because of old plumbing (on Memorial Day when no one was working). Last year, Danny came out to the house and, with careful and skilled analysis, was able to diagnose the issue. Fast forward a year later... the same problem. Mike and Danny fit us in right away, working late, and were able to resolve our issue. Danny took the time to explain the issue, provide recommendations for mitigation, and on routine maintenance. On top of all that, Danny could resolve our issue without damaging our basement floor, which would have been an easy way out. Danny could have also oversold us unnecessarily add-ons but was mindful of our emergency and treated us like neighbors. It saved us time and money and helped out when we needed it. These are good people! I have no affiliation with Midwest Hydro, but as long as Danny and Mike are there, I'll be a Midwest Hydro fan and loyal customer.

We've basically had two separate complicated and emergent issues that Adam from Captain Rooter diligently worked on. He's truly a conscientious, dedicated technician and I would 100% recommend asking for him when calling Captain Rooter.

We had a drain fly issue that had persisted for over a year. We suspected it was a plumbing problem coming from the mechanical room but had no idea where. Adam came and did not  give up. He was determined to find the source. Not all technicians would have that tenacity and it was much appreciated. He even went above and beyond and implemented other measures to ensure the drain flies couldn't get in. He was great at explaining what the issue was and how he found and fixed it, with total transparency.
 
We called Captain Rooter another time and asked for Adam, specifically.  Two toilets in our basement had stopped flushing. Our plumbing situation was pretty extreme as it wasn't noticeable for a while. Adam was, as expected, diligent and determined and explained that our ejector pump had stopped working. Before installing the new one he showed me the broken one and explained the mechanism that was causing the issue.

Adam truly puts my mind at ease because I trust his dedication and quality of his work. He's extremely personable and professional as well as trustworthy and dependable. It's worth repeating that you should definitely request Adam to help whenever calling Captain Rooter.

I had an excellent experience with Sims & Sons. The workers knew right away what the issue was, and went to get supplies to fix it. They were prompt and professional. They worked quickly and communication was very clear. I won't use another electrician in Chicago and really appreciate their services!

I can't say enough about the service I received from ABV!  My hot water heater went out - other plumbers were giving me dates a week or more away!  Not sure how we would have showered - it's 10° outside and I think our water was even colder!  Talked with them last night and they were out here by 8:30am!  Did great work and I am looking forward to a nice hot shower

I did the Yelp thing where they send out requests for quotes to a few vendors and Mike replied right away, and once I had a chance to call him he was able to get to my place about an hour later and fix my kitchen water pressure and connect the water line to my refrigerator. Mike was cool and personable and obviously good at what he does, and the price was fair and in line with a couple other guesstimates I had looked at. A good experience overall and I will call him first next time I need a plumber.

I had an issue with leaking under my sink, and Juan reached out and fixed the issue within a day. Such a nice guy and explained the issue in detail and walked me through everything he did to ensure the job was done correctly. We have called Noel 3 or 4 times when we have had plumbing problems. He always responds quickly, his work is always great, fast, and he is incredibly
