The best thing about Pat is he quotes by the job ahead of time, not by hours worked.  Pat fixed our garbage disposal and unclogged bathtubs.  I am not going to write anymore now because tonight I will get a good night's sleep finally.  If you want to know more about Drain-EEEZ, just read the rest of their reviews, they are all true.

I called Fast Plumbing yesterday morning, May 7, 2017, because my water heater was not working properly and the repair man told me it was 13 years and corroded. I called Home Depot and a few other places but they couldn't get in to see me until later this week, and Home Depot's prices were higher than I desired. I saw Fast Plumbing had really good ratings so I called them. Spoke with Mac (sp?), I assume he is the owner, and he said he would try to squeeze me in. He stayed in contact with me throughout the day and arrived 15 minutes early at 5:45pm. His team only took 30 minutes and voila, I had a brand new Rheem water heater with my old one removed. Mac showed me how it works, what to do if something went wrong, and he checked the water pressure in the house. I'm so glad I called Fast Plumbing because I did not want to wait. I'll be sure to call them again if I need them.

I called on a Sunday for an issue with my leaky sink, they said they could have someone out within a few hours - impressive!

I was able to wait a day and scheduled a time.  Pete Ismail showed up within that window, identified the problem, and had it fixed in under an hour.  He explained what the problem was and showed me where the leak originated.

He also politely pointed out a safety issue with my garbage disposal that was within a few issues of the leak.  So glad he did!!

He was very professional and knowledgeable and was clearly willing to go the extra mile if need be.  I highly recommend!!

Things are never going great if you need to call a plumber, you know? Like, you are never just sitting around having a nice Saturday afternoon and then think to yourself, you know let's a call plumber. When you are calling a plumber then you have a problem. You have a problem you can't fix on your own.

Which is when you want to call Rocket Plumbing. Kind, knowledgeable, and fast.

I set up an appointment with them and they never showed up or called. When I called them 2 hours later asking if they were still coming, they said that the plumber got caught up in another project and wouldn't be able to come until the next day. I had taken the day off work for this appointment and was very disappointed in their disrespect of my time.

These guys are great! Super responsive and just all around nice, honest dudes.  

I removed a wall hanging toilet tank to repair the surrounding wall during a remodel and when I went to put it back up I busted off the rusty old fill valve and could not figure out how to repair it. Why? Because the original toilet is 90 years old. Why not just replace it with a new, efficient model? Well, it's in a tiny powder room where a newer model would be too large... those few extra inches matter!

That's where Windy City Plumbing comes in. Turns out they had to saw off the rusted old parts to get it off and back up. They also found the exact pieces needed to fix all other parts of the tank and re-installed it to original working order which was music to my ears.

We later called to have the team look into gurgling we could not clear in our kitchen drain pipes. They came out and cleared the pipes within minutes and showed us how/where to do this in the future. Gotta love old houses... and honest, responsive plumbers!

If I you could do partial stars I would give them like 4.25/5.  Great work, good communication, very accommodating, very pleasant to work with.  Mine was a huge project that cost $26k.  Moving plumbing, adding plumbing, installing a smart multi outlet shower, tankless water heaters etc.  Very responsive when there's an issue.  Would highly recommend for either small or large projects.

They've handled a few plumbing emergencies over the years. They are dependable, honest, and fairly priced.

Jesus is great! He communicates in a timely fashion, does a neat, thoughtful and thorough job, and is super polite and kind which is a nice plus having other experiences in the past. My unit he serviced is in a very old building (almost 100 years old) and the bathroom sink was clogged in the pipes beyond my control (I had already tried to do an amateur job cleaning my p trap myself). He was able to quickly rod my pipes, finding the blockage several feet down and also adjusted / used sealant to ensure my pipes were tight afterwards as I had leak issues. Given how old and worn the threads were he took his time to ensure each joint was not leaking and and made adjustments as needed. He also helped to adjust the sink stopper to actually move nicely which was beyond the ask of the original plumbing issue. Overall my sink which drained slow and never had a working stopper now works better than it did for the last 4 years. I also got extra quotes for other issues in the building and really appreciate that he took the time to look into extra things and provided me with free quotes. Thanks Jesus!

Unprofessional, sloppy, unreliable.  They were not able to perform the jobs they came to do, were late, overcharged us by 20 minutes, and when they were told we were still having problems with what they were supposed to have fixed, they told us it had nothing to do with them and did not try to make it right.  Really makes you wonder where all of these 5 stars reviews came from...

Great work on replacing kitchen sink garbage disposal, fast, cost competitive, and great service.  Would highly recommend

I brought these guys in for a second opinion on a job to clear a slow drain in an upstairs bathroom. The tech that came out was pretty condescending.  He didn't clear the drain, which was not his fault, but he gave us an estimate 2.5 times higher than the first company we brought in, AND after he did whatever it was he did, we have standing, rusty water in our bathtub where we we had none before. The attached picture was taken 8 hours after he left. The drain used to run slow. Now it's completely stopped up and a total mess.  On top of that, his high written estimate was $200 more than the verbal one he gave me a few minutes earlier. May have been a mistake but certainly left a bad taste in my mouth.

Update - now the sink is backing up into the tub. Never did that until these guys came to our house

Update 2 - we had another plumber come out. He fixed it. Said it was tough but not impossible and the resolution that Captain Rooter suggested (over 3k) was completely unnecessary.

A torrential May downpour shorted out an outdoor outlet on our back porch. The blown outlet also took out the entire circuit it was on, affecting outlets in two bedrooms. I called a number of electrical services and received no response. I inquired with Sims and Sons and IMMEDIATELY received a message to call Darrell. Darrell was very polite, listened to our issues, and despite being in the middle of a packed day, he was able to personally come by within a couple hours. An incredible response that was very much appreciated!

His work was quick and very thorough. We now have a great new outlet and *waterproof* outlet cover. We have power back! He even quickly took a look at a separate appliance problem to confirm for us that it was not a power supply problem. He was in and out within a half hour. Overall, a great experience with Darrell -- will definitely contact Sims and Sons for any further electrical needs!

I can't say enough about the service I received from ABV!  My hot water heater went out - other plumbers were giving me dates a week or more away!  Not sure how we would have showered - it's 10° outside and I think our water was even colder!  Talked with them last night and they were out here by 8:30am!  Did great work and I am looking forward to a nice hot shower

My parents are elderly and have a hard time keeping up with their house. I was visiting from out of state last week and noticed that their bathtub drain wasn't working. I did a little research and knew it would be an involved process, and worried that they might be taken advantage of.  After reading some online reviews, I called CJ Plumbing. They asked a bunch of questions and had me send photos before providing an estimate, and were in close contact as we scheduled the work. Lenny came out exactly on time and was so efficient that they charged less than we expected! That's a first, and it gives me peace of mind to know they have a trustworthy plumber.

Mike is awesome! What started out as a simple kitchen drain rodding, turned into an angioplasty of about an 18 section of drain pipe due to excessive amount of grease build up. Then, in spite of the drain pressure build-up exploding sludge all over him, he held his composure and cleaned everything up. Very professional with a great work ethic. Mike is now my new go-to plumber.

Juan and his colleague went above and beyond on a service call! I needed a toilet installed in my elderly parents bathroom. Juan assisted me through the purchasing process, advised me on how to measure for proper fitting, evaluated pictures I sent, and answered many questions. He was reasonably priced and offered to come out the next day.

Because we weren't sure if an elongated toilet would work in this small space, I purchased two. Juan installed the base of the elongated so my parents could actually see how it fit. We went with the round toilet and Juan also took the time to install safety rails on it and advised my parents not to use as a support bar to get in the shower.

Lastly, any business owner who actually takes the time to reply to his customer's reviews, shows how he cares about them. We'll have Juan back for another project for sure! As others mentioned, they came in mask ready and were incredibly polite, efficient, and cleaned up. Thank you!

All the Yelp reviews were correct!  I just called Five Plumbing this morning with an issue with my bathroom drain.  He came by a few hours later and the problem was solved.  The price he estimated over the phone was the price that I paid.  I am impressed!!  Also, he accepts Quickpay!
