Pat came out to look at our drain in the basement that backed up a few days before. He called to say that he can come a little earlier than the scheduled time (which worked out well) and on a Sunday. He listened to what was going on and off into the crawlspace he went. About half hour later, he told us that our drain was clogged and that he had cleaned it out. We were worried that it might have been a bigger problem but Pat put our minds to ease. He answered all my questions and I would not hesitate to call him again for plumbing issues.

There are not enough words of praise for this company. A downstairs neighbor called about a leak, and sure enough, our water heater was leaking. I immediately went on Yelp. Thank goodness I saw this company and read the reviews. This sort of thing is WAY out of my comfort zone. Got a prompt response to my text (with a quote and availability) and a few hours later they showed up. We had been looking to get our heater replaced but had gotten lame quotes and no follow-up, so I am actually glad things went down the way they did. It's an ill wind that blows no good! Our service professional was fast, efficient, polite, and explained what he was doing. I am recommending Fastplumbing247 to the rest of our building's owners who need hot water hear replacements. A+

Rescue Plumbing to the rescue again! We have had Victor and his helpers out to our house twice this month to take care of a leak under our sink and a new faucet install. Both times, the guys were amazing. They explained the issues thoroughly, went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, and gave us excellent advice about things we can do moving forward. They were super quick & efficient and even friendly with our kids. What a joy it is to FINALLY find plumbers we can trust and who are so responsive. Thanks again, Rescue Plumbers!

We noticed water leaking from our garbage disposal on Sunday evening and contacted Scott based on his Yelp reviews. He responded quickly and made time for us with short notice. He asked great questions and for pics of the sink ahead of time so he was prepared with all the replacement parts right away. He was fast, professional and gave great recommendations for improving the safety of the wiring to our disposal. I'm so glad we hired him, Scott will definitely be our go-to for any future needs!

I called Rocket plumbing the last minute yesterday morning to see if they could come out the same day to take care of a basement sewage clog issue.  The dispatcher had the first available plumber called me back in just two minutes.   Anthony is the plumber.  I told him the issue and he gave me two possibly scenarios.  I don't like services that doesn't want to give you a rough estimate over the phone, then you have no way of comparing.  Anthony gave me a rough cost for the solution on the two scenarios.  
He called 15 minutes before arrival and arrived on time.  After checking, he decided to rod the drain/pipe first.   It took a little longer than expected, but they eventually got it cleared out and solved the problem.  They made sure to clean up all the mess that came out of the drain and everything is back to normal.   It actually cost a little less than the estimate he gave me.
He even offered to give free advise/help on fixing small, DIY plumbing issues if needed.  That way we don't have to pay a traveling charge for a simple 5 minute job.

Thanks fellow Yelpers! This one is a keeper. I needed help quick to resolve a backflow problem in the basement. David, Dan and another guy ( sorry I didn't get his name) came right on time as scheduled and started up their magic to analyze and resolve the immediate problem and identified what will continue with the city. At least I know what's going on and feel educated enough from my crash course w/ these guys to talk to the city. They explained and answered all our questions. I'm happy now, lol.

Good guys to work with.  Jose and his team were on time for the appointment.  Seem to be honest and straight shooters.  I would definitely call them again for a plumbing issue

Sound Plumbing did a great job fixing my leaking and broken toilet. True professionals through and through, they explained every portion of the repair as they went through it and then told me how I can maintain quality of my pipes after they left. Excellent A+ service.

I had a great experience with J Sewer & Plumbing. I wanted someone to pick up a toilet I had purchased at the hardware store, bring it to my home, remove the old toilet, and install the new one. I sent out a request for quote to multiple companies. Some didn't respond. Jesus from J Sewer & Plumbing responded within an hour and provided a fair quote. Others wanted to schedule a time to come give an estimate (and charge a trip fee). I didn't think it was a job that required a separate trip to estimate. On the day of the service, Jesus and his team showed up on time. The work was done professionally, timely, cleanly, and properly. I highly recommend J Sewer & Plumbing.

Great company. The communication from the first minutes was just fantastic and you can tell these guys know how to do business. We had some water in the basement and Mike quickly determined the water was from the HVAC system and was kind enough not to charge us. We have now found our company for future plumbing needs!!

Highly recommend Mike and his team! The sewer main in my building was backed up and we had to get the main pumped and hydrojetted. On top of doing good work, the customer service exceeded expectations. Mike was incredibly responsive in the initial discussions, quoting, and scheduling process and was able to get his team out quickly to get the project started. Everybody was knowledgeable, capable, and friendly. Would definitely hire them again for big and smaller plumbing needs!

Adam with Captain Rooter came in under an hour and within minutes my toilet was fixed! I tried plunging and using a snake, but nothing worked. Extremely professional and answered all my questions!

Sims and Sons are freaking amazing. Derral and his team are professional, fair, and hard-working. We replaced all the track lighting in our loft unit and they did an amazing job. It's awesome knowing that we now have a reliable and trustworthy electrician.

I can't recommend them enough. They didn't charge for an in-person quote and did stellar work.

We had a great experience start to finish with ABV. When my in-laws' shower faucet began to get too loose and stop working, my husband tried to fix it. This, of course, resulted in the faucet breaking off completely and our need for some immediate help and repair. My husband sent out a yelp inquiry to a number of plumbers and ABV was the first to respond and also give us a flat rate of $125 for the repair. No one else would give us a flat rate and were also charging just to have someone look at it.

We set up an appointment the next morning with ABV. The plumber showed up right on time, giving us a text when he was 20 minutes away. He came prepared with the parts needed, was able to fix the issue in less than 30 minutes, and as a result only charged us a third of what his original flat rate we agreed on was since the repair was so easy and quick. You don't see that kind of honesty these days! The job was done with excellent quality and the faucet works like a dream now.

We've had several plumbing issues with the purchase of our new home. I trust these guys to be honest with me and fix what needs to be done without overselling anything. Very responsive, reasonably priced and great service. Highly recommend.

I am very happy that I called Mike the Plumber! I had a clogged bathtub, and Mike fixed my bathtub problem quickly with same-day service.  I moved into my vintage condo recently, and Mike answered my questions and explained how the plumbing in my older unit works.  He is coming back to fix a radiator next week. Mike is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and takes a lot of care in his work. I highly recommend Mike and will hire him again!

Great place. They had to come out twice. We had water noises, bad smells, and bubbling through our toilet. They came out and identified 1 significant contribution. They corrected the problem for the price the quoted and they outlined what they may need to do next if that didn't resolve it.

It didn't resolve all of the issues, so they came back out the following week. Did more work again for the price they quoted.

Not only did they do a great job at a fair price, but they explained everything to me along the way. Probably spent 8-10 hours working and explaining.

Great people. They are my go to from now on.
