I had a plumbing issue and Kerry responded quickly and came out to look at it. Though I was able to fix the issue myself prior to him coming, he still came and helped me understand my options in case the issue arises again in the future. I felt he was honest, gave a fair estimate, and didn't try to unnecessarily upsell me. I'd recommend him based on this interaction.

I had a water main break in January. I texted her late afternoon, she got back to me that evening and arrived to check it out the next morning. I appreciated that she gave me the option to save money by hiring someone to dig my trench directly rather than have one of her staff supervise this simple task. She got it repaired when I was out of town, keeping in communication the whole time.
HIGHLY recommend her!

I love these guys. We've had them out twice. Both times they were on time, friendly, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Calling plumbers out is usually a scary experience, but not for us anymore. We have major bathroom renovations planned and know who we'll call.
Oh, and they love dogs and were patient with my barky dogs and inquisitive cats.

Andy fixed two problems with our plumbing and heating system that the plumbers who did the original installation were never able to correct, even after multiple attempts. He knew exactly what was going on and fixed the issues quickly and efficiently. I can highly recommend Bainbridge Island Plumbing and will use them again.

Hot water heater went out. Amazingly they were able to come out that day. He quoted us 14,000 for a new water heater and he could do it tomorrow, or 1600 for a repair but the part wouldn't be available for 6 weeks he said plus he said our heater was gonna go out anyways. Luckily the next day we got a second opinion. This new guy was able to fix it in 10 mins and no new additional parts!!! Im not sure if the technician harts sent was trying to take advantage of us because we are women or he is just bad at his job... stay away from them... i feel so bad for other women and seniors they probably scare into paying 1000s of dollars like they tried to do to us.

Read the reviews on Yelp and decided to give James a try. Very friendly, came out that morning and replaced section of recirculating hot water pump copper tubing. Called and showed up exactly when promised. Did a great job, reasonable price, I'll call him again the next time we need a plumber.

We have had Hudy Plumbing do a variety of plumbing jobs for us over the past year or so and this 5 star review is overdue. Our first call to them was because of a leaking hot water heater which obviously needed replacement. They were recommended to me by a neighbor. They responded very quickly and got a replacement installed as quickly as possible. Subsequently, they have installed new toilets, a garbage disposal and repaired some leaky drains. Today, Clayton and Edgar installed new faucet cartridges in our master bathroom as they were dripping. They did have to order those parts, so there was a short wait for installation, but it is well worth it for the quality of work. The entire staff from Ann in the office, to the plumbers, Isaac Hudy, Clayton and Edgar are very thorough and are a pleasure to work with. We have used other big name plumbers in the past and do not get the personal service from them that Hudy provides. Recommend highly.

They fixed a leak in our home quickly for a good price. Good communication. We will be calling again.

I hired Rain City Plumbing for a recent bathroom remodel. They were highly responsive from the very beginning and had a fair bid compared to other plumbers in the area that I had gotten a quote from. During the project, 2 plumbers came to my house and they were both super professional. I feel inclined to write a review since Rain City finished the project on the day they had quoted me - this was SO refreshing since other home projects I have had in the past always seem to drag out, BUT not this time! I would definitely work with this plumbing company again.

Dan came out quickly and fixed the leak from our upstairs bathroom pipes. Also helped install new toilets and a tub. Not only did he do a great job, but he shared a lot of information and was very personable.

Years ago we picked up a part to make a DIY repair, and have appreciated TerryLove.Com information. Most recently, we've fixed our perpetually running toilet with the inexpensive part & online photos (someone else submitted our exact situation) and instructions. THANK YOU!

I couldn't be happier!! Great service and extremely professional! These guys know their stuff! From the first day things were explained thoroughly and I was presented with several options. They really helped me understand what the issues were and my options to repair. ! opted for jetting, lining, and a clean out install. All were professionally done in a very reasonable time frame.
I highly recommend these guys!

A recommended review of Sound Rooter & Plumbing included a photograph of a problem that could have been a twin of our problem -- water pouring up from the grass and cascading down the sidewalk. So we called SR&P first and they said they could come the next afternoon and Chrystal and Marcus were right on time. They found a leaking connection in the supply pipe leading to the house from the water meter, so it was our problem, as the City of Olympia had said. SR&P fixed the leak and also capped off an old sprinkler system that we'd never used and which lacked a required backflow prevention device. Check the water consumption on your utility bill -- if it suddenly seems to spike, you may have an invisible leak that eventually will get worse and costly. Call SR&P!

If I could give Robert at Merit Plumbing 10 stars, I would. He completed two major projects for us. We had standing water in our crawl space and flooding in our goat barn. Robert assessed the drainage issues and explained the problems we were having. He designed and installed a sump pump in our crawl space and a massive french drain in and around our livestock area. Robert completed these jobs when he said he would in a clean, professional manner. And to top this off, he followed up at a later date to see how our systems were functioning. We are very, very pleased to say the least. Merit Plumbing has our business from now on. Ten stars!

We highly recommend Green lake sewer. We left a message on Yelp and got response very quickly. On the day of fixing the issue, they did job efficiently and helped us figure out the problem promptly. They are also very kind and gave us lots of suggestions on prevent the issue happen again.

I called about 9 companies and these guys were the only ones able to come the same day for an alarm on our septic and willing to dig to locate it as this is a new house to us. They were all very professional, personable, honest and forthright and had us fixed up quickly! Highly recommend!

We had a nasty backup of sewage into our basement. This has happened before due to tree roots in our main sewer line. We used a national drain cleaning companies before but did not feel right with them and they kept trying to up sell us. They suggested we replace our entire sewer line, that they could do that week.
A friend of ours suggested we call Fritz, so we did and he came out pretty quickly. He got to work and had it all taken care of within 15 minutes. He used a sharp tool that cut the roots instead of just pushing them out of the way like the others did. Also, his costs were about half as much. When I asked him about replacing my sewer line, he said that we really did not need to do just because of the roots.
We felt good using Fritz, very professional and we did not feel like we were being taken advantage of. Nice honest guy that we can trust. I would highly recommend his service to anyone needing it.

We began installing a new bathroom floor in our nonprofit martial arts studio only to find that not only was the existing toilet not bolted to the floor, but it didn't even have a flange installed--it was just precariously sat on stacked wax rings.
We went to Yelp to get a few quotes for installing a new flange into the concrete floor (as we didn't own a hammer drill and also didn't want to take the risk of damaging the sewer line in this older building) and reseating our existing toilet. Queen Plumbing responded promptly (on a Sunday!) with a very reasonable quote range (as opposed to just call us to schedule a service call so we can come give you a quote like many other businesses), and asked some follow-up questions about the project which showed that they actually took the time to read the project request. The owner, Steve, requested we call to discuss the project and scheduling, and was very helpful in answering our questions about what would move the quote between the higher and lower ranges. We scheduled for the following week and he said that our plumber, Travis, would call the night before to confirm.
Travis called the night before in order to confirm as stated, and arrived on-time the following morning. He made relatively short work of getting the new flange on and toilet reseated, and was kind enough to chat and share some fun plumbing stories while he worked. The toilet works flawlessly, and we feel great knowing that the flange was installed correctly and with minimal risk to the old line.
Queen Plumbing was professional and pleasant from start to finish. If we have any other plumbing issues, we know exactly who we'll be calling.

All around positive experience. When I sent a request for a site visit and possible quote, they responded quickly to see what time window worked for me. I had a few minor issues and not sure what the problem was. Ally checked in with me to verify the visit one day prior and about 1 hour prior. Chris showed up right on time, came in, spent about 1 minute cleaning my faucet and solved my low water pressure with no charge. Ok, I'm embarrassed but respect and appreciate the honesty! Thanks, Chris!

I've always used Yelp but never felt inclined to sign up and review anything until I called Button. What bastards. I set up an appointment to re-plumb my entire house. The receptionist said someone will be there between 5-7. Wow, quite the range but okay.
The day of the appointment I leave work early. I sit on my porch until 7:30. Hmm. I call Button. The same receptionist answers in the raspy, annoyed tone of Brunhilda the lion tamer getting caught mid-fart. What?
Um, hi, is this Button Plumbing?
Aak! Yeah. What do you want?
Um, just making sure. Uh, a plumber was suppose to be here between 5 and 7.
Aak, oh yeah. His morning appointment got canceled so he took off for the day. I was supposed to call you but forgot. So, let's see. When do you want to reschedule? We have Thursday morning free.
Um, excuse me? That's it? No apologies for not calling me and letting me know, for wasting two hours of my life that I will never get back?
Hey, I had a bad day, what do you want from me? You wanna just call somebody else?
Umm, yeah. That was Button Plumbing and their welcoming receptionist who, despite suffering bad days, still skillfully manages to juggle her customer service obligations and birthing hedgehogs.
