Kitchen sink started filling due to a blockage in the main pipe our building shares. I called and they gave me advice to see if we could fix it on our own and asked me to call back and let him know how it goes. When I couldn't get past the bend in the pipeline with our snake, I called back and he said they could be here same day.

They gave a 2 hour window and the tech came right in the middle of it, told me what he was going to do, how much it would cost (which was super reasonable compared to all those big name companies) and went to work.

I had a meeting within the hour and he said no problem and let me know their customers and their time is most important. He got the job done, was all cleaned up and had my invoice done just in the nick of time.

Best customer service I could've asked for and would recommend them to anyone in Washington state (they drive so far!). All in all, it was an excellent experience.

Small company (Husband / Wife combo) - remodeled our bathroom and did a fantastic job. They are quick, friendly, and do quality work for a good price. Recommend.

I've hired Trenchless In Seattle (Allied Sewer) twice now and both times been thoroughly satisifed with the result.  Ten years ago we hired them to replace the perimeter sewer with a 20 foot drop on our house in Columbia City.  They did a fantastic job for several thousand less than any other company using the same trenchless technology.  Recently we hired them again for the townhouse we own in the Central District.  Once again, excellent work. For this project, they needed to replace a line running between two buildings out to the street.  In order to do so, they had to dismantle a fence and dig out a tree, get permits, and warn residents not to use their plumbing for 8 hours. When everything was done, the fence was back, the tree was replanted, the work passed inspection and residents were inconvenienced as little as possible -- all for about 2/3rds the cost of the other bidders.  I'm not sure why there is such a dearth of honest and reputable sewer companies in a city that rains as much as Seattle  but that is simply the case -- and seriously, never hire one of those companies with rooter in their name, or hires local athletes and/or has a large advertising budget (you pay for that) -- we contacted/tried them all and none of them were as interested in our satisfaction as much as they were in their own.  Trenchless In Seattle/Allied Sewer is the real deal, and Paul Korenovsky, the owner, is an extremely nice guy and very easy to work with -- if I could find people in other trades as honest and fairly priced as Trenchless, maintaining our house would be a breeze.

It's rare to find a service business that inspires such trust and loyalty. Upon our first call to them for a relatively minor issue, Guy (the owner) came out to our home himself. He was cheery, knowledgeable, and most importantly, focused on solving the issue in a way that avoided unnecessary costs and labor. I can assuredly say that not a single penny was spent unnecessarily to fix our issue.  If you're looking for a plumber that's honest, reliable, and feels like an uncle, this is the place.  

One warning though- guard your cats closely.  He almost walked away with ours after falling in love with it.

Kevin is very thorough and easy to work with.  He found our leak and  educated me on parts of our commercial  building and systems.  Kevin is very polite and a true professional. I would highly recommend.

I purchased a new home and my water line crossed a neighbors property.  Very common, unfortunately an easement was never recorded with the state.  My new neighbor decided they didn't like that I bought the house and cut the water line.  Tracy and the team at Akers were fast, friendly, professional and you can't even see when the new water line was installed.  Amazing.  If you need any outdoor plumbing, this is the company to use!!!

Honesty, Fair Pricing, Quality work!!!! YES PLEASE!  I was impressed from the get to with these guys. I've used them 3 times now (for both business and personal needs) each time I was equally impressed with their services.  I will definitely be using these guys for my plumbing needs in the future and will recommend them to family and friends in need of plumbing work.

Had our annual backflow testing done. It was easy making the appointment. He arrived on time and was very professional. It only took about 10 minutes. Will definitely be using for future work!

I highly recommend Washington rooter. My kitchen sink was backed up...called Washington rooter and they provided a reasonable quote. I texted them my address, and within 15 min they were at my house. In another 10 min they were able to unblock food clogging the drain 50 feet away.

Jonathan is really super responsive and honest. I highly recommend him.  the home inspector said that there was a leak under the house, and Jonathan went down, checked it out.  Indeed no leak at all.  He was very honest and forthcoming.  Other plumbers might have found something so that they could charge me.  I highly recommend him.

I am very happy with the work that was performed by Robert, Rex, Tavian, and Kainaan. Robert explained step by step everthing that he would be doing before starting. They were very efficient and the best part is that my yard was clean and looked like they hadn't even just dug a trench through it. I will 100% be recommending this company to everyone I know.

I met Keith Larson through a friend.  His response time is unmatched in the busy trades.  Super friendly, very fairly priced and efficient with his time.  I can't say enough good things about his excellent customer service and thoughtful organized work.

Horrible pricing. The plumber was nice enough but, charged us $630+ to connect our new range to the gas. He used the exact same pipe that was in place (no new part needed) and it was done in 10 minutes. Price gouging at its finest.

Keith, the owner of Archie's Plumbing, has always called us right back.  Hes has a plumbed two of our redone bathrooms and helped with our ancient kitchen faucet more than once.  I left a message for him this morning and he called back at 9am and was her at 10, even though it sounded like he was working on something else.  it is now fixed at 11am.  His estimates were more affordable and the work has always been done with warranties that we have never had to use.  Nice pleasant guy and no BS which is very nice.  I would recommend him to everyone.

Outstanding company and staff.  They reviewed our issues and fixed our emergency problems as well as made a couple of good courtesy fixes.  Responsive, timely and professional.

Great family-owned business. Had an emergency leak in our internal water supply line. Nick got in touch right away and scheduled a time to come out the same day. He then called back as an earlier appointment opened up so he ended up coming out even sooner. He took the time to explain what was going on and then fixed the problem very efficiently. Completely fair pricing and above the board. Plus, they offer a 5-year warranty on all their work, which seems great to me!  

Nick mentioned a potential future improvement we could make to our plumbing lines, but did not try to upsell or pressure me into doing it all as it was not vital.  Really appreciate that approach.  Will definitely use them again!

These guys are awesome: super responsive, fast and honest. These are the guys you want to fix your water heater. The first thing they did was have me text them a photo of the heater, which had multiple leaks. Chris ID'd it from the photos and texted me an estimate immediately. I was shocked at the price, so he called to discuss. He even suggested some other places to see if I could get a better price. Since I already had another plumber coming in the morning, I decided to go with them. Chris said to give him a call if I changed my mind. The other dude came by and his estimate was quite a bit higher. I called Chris and he was there in 30 minutes. The job was done in an hour and everything works great! Thanks guys - highly recommend.

When our water heater broke down and flooded our small, unfinished basement, other plumbers I contacted said, We can't help you until you get the water out. Joe was more proactive -- he called my neighborhood hardware store and found a pump that I could pick up to get the job done. That bit of extra effort on his part was just what I needed to get started fixing the problem.

The basement was dry (enough) the next day, and he and Coby showed up and installed a new heater. Joe explained everything I needed to know in layman's terms and patiently answered my questions. To top things off, when they couldn't get the old, massive heater out of the basement, Coby sawed it in two to make it fit. (Seeing the inside of the heater was a trip. It definitely was ready for the scrap heap.)

My understanding is that these guys are a two-man operation, so they may not be ideal for really big projects, but they did a great job meeting my needs.

I called Best Plumbing for a quote to install a toilet and sink, appointment made and guy turns up early.  Looks at what needs to be done then returns to his vehicle to write up the quote.  When he gives it to me he then informs me of a $79 dispatch fee plus tax which he wants.  Told him this fee was not mentioned at the time of booking but he said it should have been.  As i was home alone I felt I had to pay it which I did by credit card.  After he left I called the office and explained that nobody had told me about this fee up front and that there is no way I would have had them come if I had known about it.  The lady I spoke to told me that the amount would be credited back to my card in 3/4 days.  A week later still no credit so another call made.  This time I was told it would be referred to the Service Manager and that he would call when the refund had been made.  To date no call and still no credit.  What an awful company.
