Our shower and hot water heater were not working.  I called and they came out right away. The shower was fixed immediately, I actually liked the new shower head they recommended.  He had to order a part for my water heater and he fixed it.  Saved me hundreds of dollars not having to buy a new water heater.  I definitely recommend ASAP plumbing am im keeping their number on speed dial.

Update: 7/17/23 We had a gas smell. PG&E  only turned off the gas and said call a plumber. Again I reached out to ASAP. He checked the plumbing and made a fast and great looking repair. Here was patient and explained his steps along the way.  We are grateful to have our gas back on so quickly.  I don't feel taken advantage of on pricing.  We will continue to call on ASAP.

Antonio was fantastic. He initially tried to walk me thru trying to identify the problem more clearly. He gave me an appointment  and showed up early. While looking at the problem, he continously talked me thru the options and then did a great job fixing my problem.  I will have him back for any future  problem.

I was assigned Crown through my AHS home warranty. They had an appointment 5 days after assignment. Although I would have preferred an appointment sooner, it was worth the wait. I received a text with a confirmation and another 30 min warning text he was on his way. I had a simple shower head leak. John was professional and showed my husband what he was doing to fix the issue. I would highly recommend this company. Prompt, professional and very helpful!

On 11/16/20 Joe & Mike came out to replace and install a garbage disposal. I was impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They were quick,  efficient and respectful. I was advised to fill out warranty card on the disposal I purchased which sadly, I probably would not have done on my own.

They quickly provided service and communicated the process to us. We had a minor issue with the sewer district owned pipes which was not the companies fault (the sewer districts line was clogged?).
Ryan was was fair in interactions with me and the office staff were extremely helpful in navigating my appointment for service. 10/10 would recommend them for anyone needing service.

I cannot express how much Appreciation and a Life Saver they are.  I called around so many places and no one would be able to come over until Monday (5 days waiting period)...My 1 1/2 years old AC unit went out when it was 102 degrees Wednesday afternoon.  

I called Lee's Air, Plumbing, and Heat and was able to scheduled an appointment immediately  after hours 5-7 pm.  The receptionist then said I can get a tech there actually sooner 10am -12 pm which was even better!

Lance Sarnecki was my Tech and thank you thank you!  Will be using this company from now on!  The best part about this company is they are so tech savvy!  You get a picture of you tech and can track their whereabouts (like you would on a share ride app).  You get a email receipt so you know exactly what was done and charged.  A perfect business concept and role model for all competitors to follow, Lee's Air, Plumbing, and Heat put their customer needs first!  Customer call because obviously it is an emergency.  Thank you!

We had an issue with our kitchen sink backing up, which led to a flood in the garage. Alik came by at 5pm on Sunday, and was able to resolve the issue in 30 minutes. Price was very fair, and he was clearly knowledgeable. We would definitely call again for our plumbing needs.

Awesome service! Kyle came out on a whim and replaced a toilet for me. I will definitely use his services again!

Showed up early, with a mask, very friendly. He found an issue with the repairs, came up with a solution, went to Home Depot got the parts needs and finished the job fast! I would recommend, & use for future jobs.

States Plumbing did an awesome job! My toilet was unusable due to a foreign object being flushed. I finally called Curtis and he had the toilet working again in less than 5 minutes. Fair pricing too. Highly recommend! Will be using again when/if the need arises.

I called Val about a leaky pipe in the wall of one of my duplex rentals in Rio Linda. He said he would make time to see it tonight, and I could hear he was still working a job. Excellent Customer Service! I hope he can fix the issue.

James came out and snaked my main drain line through a clean out. They include inspection of the pipe with a camera in the price. After looking with the camera James snaked the line again and then re inspected with the camera. They had an online special and the price was very reasonable ($88). I am very pleased with the service.

I've use their services fixing my refrigerators(3 of them) 2 of my washer and dryers, service my AC units in 3 of my places...doing plumbing work on 2  location...and doing fence work as well...all this in about a period of 3 years. I trust their work and their reasonable and honest price...will continued using them. By the way all AC and Appliances still working with no additional repairs...good job.

They had exactly what I needed. If you need some random part, they'll find out exactly which part you need, and most likely have it. After I left, I realized that I never would have found the part I needed.

I checked my local ma-pa hardware store, Home Depot, amazon, Lowe's; no one had it.

I also researched the part number after buying it, and found it on some website that I never would have been able to find on my own. The cost was the same and I still would have been reluctant to make a purchase on a random website.

Jovani was the first to respond to my request. He gave me a quote that was reasonable so I gave him a shot. Made a appointment. He called me when he was on his way. Took a look at my situation and looked up the parts I needed. He came back with the parts and got the job done in an hour or so. Very clean and professional. I will be using his service again. Will recommend to my friends and family.

Don't know what kind of work they do. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I never forced them to schedule me on that day they said they will come, on the time they said they will come. NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL OR TEXT. Ten minutes after my appointment, I called and chris answered telling me a tech should be there. What tech? I decided to just hang up since he is so garbled anyway and I can barely understand what he's saying. He called back and had the gall to ask me with an attitude SO, DO YOU STILL WANT US TO COME OVER OR ARE WE CALLING IT OFF? Excuse me?!?! No show, no call and you have the F gall to give a customer an attitude? The customer you stood up...the customer whose time got wasted?

Gilmore replaced our air conditioner over a year ago. They were quick to put the new system in and charged for a building permit. They never followed up with the city I live in to have the system signed off. The new unit doesn't cool the house at all. We set the thermostat at 70 and house never gets below 80 degrees. Bathrooms and bedrooms don't get any air at all. Been trying to get them to come back and look at the issue for over a year. Terrible follow up, horrible company.
