Within an hour of me making a post on Yelp, Charles had messaged me from ASAP plumbing and he came quickly to fix my problem (a pipe on the side of my yard was leaking underground). I'm very happy with his work and his punctuality. I highly recommend him to everyone who is having an issue with water.

Despite the positive reviews on here, my experience was contrary.

The work done was rushed, sloppy, and when it was done, Anthony left all the trash, extra parts, crud, water, dirt, etc all over the place. Never offered to clean it up. Just left. My house was clean before the job.

Any good contractor will always clean up after themselves and leave the place the same if not better than when they arrived.

Price was too good to be true.

Patrick arrived 'quickly, found the problem just as quickly and installed a clean-out in record time. Would call and ask for Patrick,if the need ever arises. Excellent job, very personable and knowledgeable. 5 stars!!!

The refrigerator broke last night.. I called Jeremy first thing in the morning. He was here by 9am, explained it all and he had it fixed by by 10:30. Was very personable and I am a very happy to have running fridge again!

I can't say enough great things about Aron the technician from Ace Plumbing. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and very thorough in his diagnosis in figuring out the problem with my heater. He was able to order the part and come out to replace the board next day. The part was not cheap but Aron really delivered great customer service by giving me 10% discount. I would absolutely recommend Aron from Ace Plumbing & Air in a heartbeat.

Cannot believe how nice it was to have an honest plumber come over and tell me it was root in a small section of the pipe, show me on camera to prove, and remove  the blockage-  rather than tell me that the main line needs to be replaced as previous plumber did! So glad I got a second opinion. Brent is awesome and I will recommend affordable Trenchless & pipe lining every chance I get!!!

They were able to get us an appointment quickly, which was helpful, however, they charged $104 for the diagnostic and then quoted me an additional $574 to replace a part that cost me $20 at Lowes and took a few minutes and a YouTube video to replace on my own.

On top of that, I asked if I could have the part name or part number since I did pay $100 for the diagnostic, and they said the technician didn't write down the part type or part number so they didn't have it to give to me. I would not use this company again.

My toilet was overflowing.  Alik came and said it was best if I replaced the toilet.   I replaced the toilet and was given a warranty for a year.  Cost me $550.  I was very happy.

Kyle from Jake's Plumbing was quick to respond to a request to fix our leaky water pipe. He was friendly, courteous, honest, and professional, and completed the work in record time...and for a reasonable price! What more could we ask for!!

Austin responded within minutes with a reasonable quote. He made the repairs same and was very communicative throughout the process. I will use him again for future plumbing needs.

I asked Curtis to change out the main and irrigation shut off wheel valves (in my front yard for a 1.25 sized piping) to quarter turn ball valves. Not only did he come way less expensive than another company but he also changed the hose bib, regulator and put on a new weather wrap. He also changed the direction of the hose bib towards the front yard and all the piping underneath the weather wrap is new. A thing of beauty on my 18 year old home. He's a veteran and he's training his son in the plumbing trade.

Val came out the same day I called. My powder room toilet had not been working for a few weeks. We had a well known company come out before and they advised we needed to replace our toilet. We live in a new build 2.5 years.

Val came and fixed the issue no problem! Said our toilet was fine and we do not need a new one so soon. Highly recommend.

Best service ever! Called the office and was told I could have someone at our office within 20 mins. Amazing! Rahmein was friendly, helpful and figured out the problem. Thank you for great service we will be using you guys again!

These guys are EXCELLENT! They were very friendly, very informative, they were quick and thorough. They even showed us where previous installers had done us wrong. They charged less than half of what others charge for the same amount of work and with greater quality. I highly recommend them wholeheartedly! No ifs ands or buts, SERIOUSLY! We won't be calling anyone else from here on out.

We were in here for about 20 minutes looking for a shower fixture and toilet for a bathroom remodel. There were two employees that were sitting at the  front desk. We walked passed them a few times and neither one of them acknowledged us. No hello, no can I help you....
Needless to say we walked out and will not return. Clearly customer service isn't something that they care much about.

Our garbage disposal started to have a leak (It's about 7 years old) so I went to yelp to see what the recommendations were for this area.  Thankfully I found the reviews on Linck's Plumbing.  Kevin was really nice and friendly.  He did the job in about 30 minutes and he answered all my questions about garbage disposals since I was pretty much clueless about them.  His price is fair and considering the prompt and great service he did, it was worth every penny.  I won't be calling anyone else.

This is a great company, they are highly knowledgeable and they do not cut corners. They're only interested in doing the job right and they guarantee their work. Also very responsive, if they say they'll call you back they will.

We just bought a house and it had a lot of plumbing issues. I came across Jovani's plumbing on Yelp and asked for a quote. In less than an hour he responded and setup a FREE estimate (this is huge since others will charge you $99 just to come out and look at the problem). He came with his mask and shoe booties (thank you for thinking about safety). He checked out all of the sinks, toilets and showers. He even looked at our water heater. I told him what our issues were and With every issue I presented, he explained what he suggested should be done and why. I completely appreciated that. As he left, he promised to get me the written quote by the next day, but instead of the next day, I received the quote by the afternoon.

Since I was getting a lot of things done, I got a different quote from someone else. Let's just say that they were not as great as Jovani with communication plus they couldn't beat Jovani's quote.

We decided to hire Jovani and scheduled our plumbing day. He came right on time and worked all day. As he was finding other things that were wrong and needed replacing he explained it to us and if the part was small he included it in the repair with no extra charge from price we agree on. He cleaned the area that he worked on, he even took the toilet and faucet boxes. After he was done, he gave us our invoice and explained the warranty. Did I mention that he gave us a discount for getting everything in the quote done. Not only did he have the best quote, he even gave us a discount. How great is that?

Overall we can say that we have found our plumber for life.

We had Gilmore install solar and a whole house generator 2 years ago.  The solar was done right away and everything went smoothly, but the generator did not get installed for months. I finally had to call and get a bit testy with them and suddenly we got on the schedule. We had no problems for about a year, then the generator would not start.  We called Gilmore and they said they would have someone call us back.  We never heard back, so my husband checked and it was low on oil (Gilmore was supposed to be monitoring this with the WiFi set up). We called again, but no calls back, so we just researched it and bought the correct oil and did it ourselves.  Fast forward to December 2021 and the big snow storm. A tree fell and hit the generator, crushing the lid and the side of the housing.  The generator kept running despite the hit.  Once we shoveled out enough to inspect things, we called Gilmore to have a tech come out and check the generator and order replacement parts. We were told that Gilmore was no longer supporting generators or solar systems.  This was news to us!!!!  We never received a letter, email, or phone call letting us know this information, so basically we were on our own.  My husband reached out to Heather, ( who was our contact at Gilmore), but she never returned his calls, despite leaving several messages.  We are not happy with the way this was handled.  The customer service has been poor and communication has been sorely lacking!  I would not recommend this company.
