Gary is the best. He answered promptly when I called and was available within an hour, but that didn't work. Scheduled for 2 days later and he called to let me know he was running a few minutes late, which I really appreciated. He got to the house, I showed him what we needed done and he got right to work. He replaced our kitchen faucet, he even checked the garbage disposal and found a bottle cap in the disposal. We couldn't get our hose off the pipe in the backyard and Gary was easily able to get it unscrewed from the pipe. He replaced some missing handles on the outside main water shut off . He fixed our wobbly bathroom faucet and replaced some missing pieces. And he also recaulked our other bathroom toilet. He worked very quickly and kept me informed of all of the coats of things as he was doing it, which was very nice. Super happy with his work and will definitely use him in the future for any plumbing needs.

We use Winters Plumbing Service in Davis so don't be misled by the name! Garrett is a honest and fairly priced plumber - we needed him to do some sewer work and after evaluating the problem, told us we did not actually need to do the expensive repair that 2 other plumbing services had bid on.  He is responsive and efficient. I very much recommend him.

William and his crew did an awesome job!!! They replace our roof and painted our house.  Everyone was profession, friendly and great at their craft!   We were torn between white with blue trim or Blue with the white trim.  William helped us nail down our color.  Also, he made sure that the scallop trim above the garage door roof-line  stayed in tack and reinstalled after the roof was replace.

Ben was great and helped get both of my toilets back up and running for a fair price. Really nice guy!

Used before, but now they seem too full of customers & themselves. Made an appt after leaving message for a person to return my call for 3 days ahead on the calendar. The day of the appointment,  an hour before scheduled time, I  received a recorded call saying something prevented their keeping the appointment  and if I  wanted to reschedule, I  was to call them and reschedule  another possible cancellation. They obviously have more customers than they need. So I  called a competitor and had another plumber within 2 hours and not once dealt with a recording. I guess it depends on your  definition of customer service.  Jay

As part of a maintenance membership, we had our air conditioner serviced, maintenance and cleaned.
The technician ,John Lopez, was professional and courteous. He was thorough in explaining everything that he was doing, and explaining what our options were as far as any recommended repairs.
His customer service exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend John.

Iggy is incredible!!! I called him on a Sunday morning after reading so many great reviews on Yelp and Nextdoor. I was having a plumbing emergency and needed someone to look at my toilet and possibly replace it ASAP. He first offered up a few things for me to try but said he would be in my area if I absolutely wanted him to take a look. After much deliberation my husband and I decided we wanted to replace both toilets and be done with the headaches. I let Iggy know around 11 am that we bought the toilets. He had them both replaced by the time I got home from lunch with my girlfriend  (around 2:30)!!! It turns out he had his work cut out for him as he had to pull 4 feet of grass weeds from our drain pipe. He said it probably took about 4 or 5 years for them to grow that way and was causing the ongoing toilet flooding problem. All these years we'd been blaming our 3 kids thinking they were using too much toilet paper.

We will definitely call on Iggy again for any future plumbing needs!

AMAZING!!! I have used a lot of different companies over the last six years and this is the first that I completely trust. They solved my problem at both of my homes and with their membership I won't have to stress about any problems. Their customer service and response is on point. Highly recommend! Reliable, honest plumber - finally. I had a concrete slab leak  in our home he walked just through the process didn't make huge holes or start cutting up my. flooring, - he did the job efficiently and repaired the leak same day.

On Wednesday, May 11th, a plumber by the name of  John McPherson came by to fix my tub/shower. He was on-time, friendly, and he fixed my plumbing issue. I loooove the company. They are responsive, punctual, friendly, and have fair prices.
