Alex scheduled my appointment for the next day, showed up right on time. He gave me a fair and reasonable quote (significantly cheaper than commercial plumbers), then repaired the pipe on the spot. He is the only plumber I will be using for future needs!

We had recently bought a 1960s home, the main line sewer line going out to the street had some root intrusion that we knew about and we called around and got several quotes in hopes of getting a permanent solution to the problem. We had several options presented to us between trenching, trenchless liner blowing, and trenchless pipe bursting, which is what we ended up going with. The person that came out to our house, i forget the name, but he was nice and competent and everything he said was accurate and lined up with the research I had done before starting the project and selecting a contractor. The price was reasonable and in line with other contractors so I went with the contractor i had the most confidence in. They wetted and tamped the backfill dirt appropriately after the job was complete as well, which is apparently something some contractors don't do well.

I had two faucet valves go bad and needed a plumberASAP. After searching and contacting multiple places and getting no where. Louie with Budget Plumbing came out right away and replaced both of them in minutes. I highly recommend them!

Gary came to my house to help with water leaking in my backyard. We thought the water line had a leak in the pipe. He gave me an estimate and advised me he would be back the next day. When he came back he noticed the water faucet to the sprinklers was leaking and needed to be tightened. After he did he realized that was the cause of the water in my backyard. Saved me $200. Since he was there he fixed my sprinklers. He is always nice and professional.

Updated. Again, Adam and Mathew were professional and knocked the job out in a timely manner. I'm very impressed with their work ethics. I 100% will call 5 Star plumbing for any future work. I can not say enough how honest and straightforward I feel this company is. Thank you so so so much for your fast efficient work gentlemen.

He crawled under house. Took a video of the problem. Sent us a quote within an hour.

Garrett is very dependable. I called in to have two leaky shower cartridge valves and a toilet valve replaced and they were there the same day - within 3 hours. An estimate was given in advance and he even lowered the bill a little after the work was completed. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Winters Plumbing Service.

Just had my laundry room reconfigured for stackable machines and then patched and cleaned up.  There were a couple issues, as there are with all remodels.  Caldwell construction promptly addressed them all, no hassle, no hidden terms.  I can't think of a better way to recommend this crew.  I will say one other thing- someone always answered the phone and all my messages were returned.  If you've worked with other contractors you know that's a pretty big deal.

I had clogged corrugated gutter drains running from the back of the house to the front. Ben at Save 2Day did an amazing job and was able to clear drain. Friendly , on time and fair price. I will definitely use Save 2Day again.

We called Yolo Plumbing this Saturday morning at 11:30am for our 13 year old home in Woodland. We had a broken PVC line coming off the water main in the front of the house running into the irrigation system. It was leaking about an inch above ground level at the joint connector and we needed to replace the shut off valve to it too because it was corroded and wouldn't close completely, therefore the only way to stop the leak was to shut of the entire main line in to the house. Jeremy was there in an hour, removed the broken line and corroded valve and replaced them both in 1.25 hours. No leaks, the price was reasonable and the service was professional and honest. That's all you can ask for in a plumber! Thank you Yolo Plumbing!

Bonney is a scam artist company - they take advantage of the elderly and even have a past of doing it and being charged by the government for extortion.

Bonney charged me $350 for a fill valve, I felt ripped off, but left it be. They then added me to a membership I never asked to be added to, but allowed them to come service and tune up my new AC just because it'd make up for that $350 cost. The tech who came out was very nice, he said my bottom of my house ducts for their age look very good, and the ducts in my attic also look good, but two are bad and should be repaired or replaced. He'd call his boss to come look.

The boss came, he looked like some shady sales men. He did work got dirty by going under the house and came out I got bad news and then went in my attic More bad news.
Note: In my house only 1 room has bad air flow, the rest is GREAT. The bad air flow room was confirmed leaking in the attic by the first tech, and another company.

The sales guy then tried to tell me You should replace all your ducts, or at least your attic - and you should get a split system. I asked for quotes.
Quote 1: Replace all ducts: $17,680
Quote 2: Replace 6 ducts: $15,872
Quote 3: Split System (Add to any) $6,500

I told him no, I'm not doing that the issue is two ducts (See images, $52/duct) I called a second company - they said no duct work needs to be done outside those 2, and that to replace EVERY duct in my house would be $2500-$3500.
I showed my licensed neighbor these quotes and he laughed and said WILD he inspected my attic ducts and quoted me $100 for parts, $100 for his time and he will do the job.

The way Bonney has a membership no one signs up for shows how sketchy they really are. Its a way to invite them to your house to constantly lie about issues that are not issues. Their quoted prices every single time is unrealistically high.

Also, Bonney tried to tell me my brand new May 2023 electric water heater is bad and should be replaced for $4000 from them. (It was $1200 brand new, $1000 install/permits from home depot).

Avoid Bonney! They should be out of business, but a lot of older people fall for their nice charm from their sales and tech team. Just note - a repair is called a Sales lead to them.

Iggy worked on our outside pipe that connects to the irrigation system. The inside valve was broken so he had to replace the valve and pipes. We also had two leaking valves for our washer. He said that those need to be replaced. The cost was a little too much so we decided to find a plumber through our home warranty. We ended up not replacing those valves because they just needed to be tightened. When I notified Iggy that the part he replaced is leaking, he came back out to fix it. I was in hurry to fix the leak so I didn't have time to get quotes from different plumbers. My recommendation is to get quotes from multiple plumbers. Iggy's price was a little higher compare to another company, but Iggy is quick in responding your call.

We just had our heater, a/c, duct work and insulation done by Huft. Everything went extremely well and the customer service was excellent! They said they stand by everything they do and this promise was met. Our house easily passed the city inspection which took a whole 5 minutes and that is thanks to Huft! I also liked Huft's proposal with four options (based on what we desired) and the brand used - our other two proposals did not meet our needs.
By the way, a big shout out to Christopher who helped us all along the way - we had to split our insulation due to a roofing change so we ended up working with Huft over a month's time to accommodate the roofing schedule. It was seamless the entire way.

My bath tub was clogged, and Alvin came out to fix it. He was thorough in is diagnosis of the problem, friendly, polite, clean, and competent. He discovered a much larger problem under the house, and within an hour had the parts ordered, an estimate in my in box, and an appointment for repair scheduled as soon as possible. He hasn't fixed it yet, but Alvin has already earned my trust and my business. I will post an update after the job is complete, but expect to have nothing but good things to say. Alvin even worked with me to make the price affordable and fair. What a positive guy with a great attitude and fantastic service. He will be our Go To Plumber!

My neighbor referred this company to me. He later said it was a very big mistake. I'm a property manager and I was looking for a new plumber. I have many houses in Sacramento and the greater Sacramento area. I could say this was the worst company I've ever dealt with. The attendant that came to the property was an hour and a half late and did not show up with the equipment necessary to do the job ( even told them what was required). He was not wearing a face mask gloves or in a work vehicle with your work uniform on. None of this I really care about but their workmanship was so substandard that I was embarrassed for them. I will spread the word not to waste your money on this company. Hopefully no one else sells with this like I had to. I certainly will never use them again.
