Called and had Andres Madrigal came out promptly and removed old screen door and then installed a security door. Very prompt, courteous and efficient.

Dispatcher, Martina Navarro was very nuce, helpful and fast. She provided us with a scheduled appointment at a convenient time.

Had an emergency on a Friday evening. Spoke with Dave who did a great analysis of the problem over the phone. He put me in touch with Jake who is an expert in the area of air conditioners and would come out the next morning. He was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Very reasonable with the entire cost. Am extremely pleased with this company and highly recommend them. Fantastic customer service!Plan on having them take care of any future plumbing and HVAC needs.

I had a noise in my house when you ran water, so I called them yesterday to come look at it. They came 24 hours later and were right on time. Preston was friendly, professional and very thorough. He found the problem and fixed it within an hour. Definitely recommend this company!

A technician came out this morning and instantly tried pushing us to buy unnecessary equipment costing over 3K. After my husband clearly stated we just wanted an estimate, the tech continued to have my husband sign his iPad telling my hubby he was just signing estimate and later we received a signed invoice!! This guy was super dishonest and trying to get over on us. We do not want him ever in this house again.

My parents had a faucet leak...called around for quotes & these were the only ones who called me back. I think the technician was Jason. Very professional & nice to work with. Fixed the leak, answered a lot of other questions my dad had. Gave advice & other quotes for things we will be hiring them for. Fair price. Highly recommend!

Water heater replacement can be a shady business.   It's easy to get ripped off and overcharged like I was by this company.   Shop around and compare prices before hiring anyone.  A broken water heater is NOT an Emergency.

We had a water damage in our rental property and 911Restorations team did a great job drying out the home for us after removing baseboards and carpet padding as needed and lifting the carpet. They were very professional and understanding about the issues and patiently worked with us and the tenant on resolving the issue. Their work was of great quality an home was fully dry. They measure the moisture content few times in the home and let the fans running as needed.

We had to submit claims with insurance and they worked with insurance as well. Later we withdrew the claim for various reasons and 911Restorations team worked with us and tenants and patiently waited until the damages are fixed and we resolve the issues at our end with insurance/tenant etc. In future if we have water issues this is our go-to company.

From 2020: We hired Blaine and his company a couple of years ago to install an Ice Machine in our breakroom and a water line to the rear of our warehouse.

Not only did they do an amazing job but were competitive with others we received quotes from.

Update from 03/28/23 - We had an emergency service call where we had a sewage smell all over our office.  I called Shields plumbing right away and They were able to have a tech out the same day to find the problem! This one was the neighbor who had a clean-out left open. None the less, very responses and professional. Great job Shields Plumbing!

Our water heater started leaking on a Sunday. I messaged a few businesses for quotes. Dennis was very responsive and more affordable than both the other companies. He was right on time, even a little early and finished the job faster than the guy across the street who got to my neighbor's house way before him.

He was friendly, easy to talk to and clearly very knowledgeable. I'm so happy I ended up going with him! Thanks Dennis!

Flowrite gave us an estimate of almost $1700 for a job another company charged us $500 to do.  Everything is working perfectly now, for less than a third of the cost Flowrite would have charged.  Nice guy, but that's a huge price difference...

I can't say enough great things about Domco.  As a f/u to my review from 2016, the time finally arrived and our hot water heater stopped working.  I called today a bit past 6:30am and they had a technician onsite before noon.  I was expecting (the now 25 year-old-unit) died ... but I was told after inspection that the thermocouple stopped working.  $168 total for the service call and repair and the old unit is back up and running.   In fairness it may die later this week, next month or next year... but when it does, Domco will be the company that gets my business to replace it.  Another great service and kudos to the Domco team!

Our toilet backed up in a rental, our property manager had them come out to hopefully fix the problem. Water would go into the tubs when the toilets were flushed. Creating a not so nice problem, A gentleman came out on 8/8 - within a few hours of them calling me and me confirming I would be there all day as I work from home. He did his best to fix the problem, but, unfortunately, the same problem occurred the next day. Again, our amazing property management called them immediately and they called me within a couple of hours. I answered, explained the problem (the same as yesterday) and said I would be here. They called me about 40 minutes later, and I had stepped outside for a break, I called back 7 minutes later and the receptionist woman refused to send anyone out, saying she called me twice (which is true) and they don't have all day to wait. Um... what?! 7 Minutes?! I told her initially, I would be here, and yesterday I told her I work from home. So now she tells me because I didn't answer they could come out tomorrow at the earliest. So..I guess we don't have a toilet or showers until tomorrow because I missed a phone call by 7 minutes... on something that should've been fixed the day prior. Pretty inconvenient especially with 3 children and a newborn. Whoever is answering the phones has to be one of the rudest people I have met. A stark contrast to the nice gentleman that attempted to fix our toilet yesterday. He's the only reason I gave 2 stars.

Matt is Fantastic! We had a small crack in our shower pan and thought we were in a for an expensive shower remodel. Matt came in and offered us three options of varying expense! My experience with contractors has been that they're always looking for the biggest payoff no matter what common sense dictates, but Matt is looking out for his customers' best interest. I have two homes, one is a rental. I highly recommend Chris, because he is trustworthy, fair priced, very knowledgeable and the jobs was done in a timely manner. I have used Chris a few times for different things like, putting in 2 toilets, leaking garbage disposal, and a water heater. I can't be more pleased with his work!

CK Handyman came out very quickly and was incredibly professional. CK was on time and handled the job with a smile on his face from beginning to end.  Prices were extremely competitive and the service was far above all the other handymen that I have used. When he completed the job, he went above and beyond to ensure that the entire area was cleaner when he left than when he entered. Not only would I highly recommend CK, I WILL be highly recommending CK to all my friends and family.

I had a clogged kitchen sink, called Brian said I can be out shortly and he was! Prompt, Professional Personable and Knowledgeable. Brian came in set up professionally keeping safety first an foremost, letting me know what he was doing and BAM everything was fixed! Brian verified operation several times, making sure everything was working and clean before leaving. Brian's price was BEYOND FAIR if anything he undercharges for the QUALITY and SERVICE he provides. As a contractor myself I can't say enough about ALL GOOD PLUMBING and I will recommend him to all my family,friends and peers.
