Woke up to a broken hot water heater, ugh!  Called Crystal Plumbing at 8:00am and spoke with James. He was at my house in less than 15 minutes.  I found James to be professional, honest (great discussion on tank VS tankless) and willing/able to answer all my questions.

The installation happened the same day, thank you James. It was a tight fit getting the old one out and the new one (went from 40 to 50 gallon). The installation was quick and clean, shop vac'd the area.

I can not express how thankful I am for the outstanding service throughout the entire process. Great service, GREAT pricing, these guys are the real deal!!! Will be my go to plumbing company, they should be yours too.

When I bought my new home, they were the one who installed my new A/C system .. I tried contacting them about warranties to fix my A/C who's Temperature return from the grill is about 10 Degrees, not 15-20 required..MY A/C tech stated that it could be the lack of freon from Villara, was no signs of Leaks and etc ...A/C tech told me to contact the builder which I did, told me to contact Villara and no response from them.

My next new home, I would try to find out if Villara installed the A/C system and not buy it if they did and I am pretty sure 100% sure I ain't buying a new or old Lennar home again. Villara installed system has been a problem for this community and seems like everyone has problems year in and year out, I won't be surprised if the work they did is not up to code!

On 11/2/15 our water heater of 35 years died! I did some research and made some calls, and decided on Water Heaters Only. They carried the same brand water heater as our 35yr old unit; they were professional; their quote was reasonable, and I liked the online reviews. John came the following day, on time, and replaced our old unit within two hours. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and he was willing to share with me information about install and code requirements. I am very happy with my decision to do business with Water Heaters Only!

Vince was great. We had a leak under our kitchen sink and other places and needed help. Vince responded on a Sunday and crawled under our house to evaluate our plumbing needs. He made recommendations and suggested some cost savings measures.  Vince came back Monday and made all the repairs. His quality of work and responsiveness is unmatched. Our ceiling was leaking this morning and this place had a person come out in no time! Alvictor is probably one of the best people we have had help us. He was thorough, kind, knowledgeable, clean, social, and seriously cared. This guy is invested in the long run. He loves his job and it is very obvious. If my son even comes close to having the values this guy has, I will be one happy person! I would give him 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend them!!!

We had a water damage in our rental property and 911Restorations team did a great job drying out the home for us after removing baseboards and carpet padding as needed and lifting the carpet. They were very professional and understanding about the issues and patiently worked with us and the tenant on resolving the issue. Their work was of great quality an home was fully dry. They measure the moisture content few times in the home and let the fans running as needed.

We had to submit claims with insurance and they worked with insurance as well. Later we withdrew the claim for various reasons and 911Restorations team worked with us and tenants and patiently waited until the damages are fixed and we resolve the issues at our end with insurance/tenant etc. In future if we have water issues this is our go-to company.

Dennis was awesome. He responded timely. He communicated well with me. He gave me a good quote. 300 .00 cheaper than Bonney plumbing quoted. He showed up on time. Wore a face mask. Did a great job. Bonney plumbing refused to give a quote via the telephone. It was cut and dry what I needed done. They charged 49.99 just to come out to give a quote. The quote was so huge I sent Bonney packing. Complete opposite experience with Dennis. Honest, reliable, hard working. He knows his stuff. He has been a Plummer for 24 years. I highly recommend him. Very pleasant personality. He arrived at the time he said he would. Just all around great service. He was so thorough he found two other small leaks. He tightened up the pipe and hose and fixed the leaks. The bill was what he quoted. 150.00. After my bad experience with Bonney Plumbing yesterday, Dennis was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Dennis

Flowrite gave us an estimate of almost $1700 for a job another company charged us $500 to do.  Everything is working perfectly now, for less than a third of the cost Flowrite would have charged.  Nice guy, but that's a huge price difference...

Great and fast ! I called to schedule an estimate and they were able to come in 2 hours! A Well known plumber service was going to charge me $200 more for the same service which was simple . The other company  didnt seem as knowledgeable than the plumber  from Domco! I will be buying a home this year and will definitely keep Domco as my go-to plumber!

J called Jeffs after reading about him when i googled for a plumber. i needed a plumber to investigate a leak that was continuing to allow the blue water dial to turn.  Jeff himself answered the phone on a saturday, he called me back later in the day, asked questions, i sent him pictures and he scheduled to visit with me the next business day. they problem solved and determined it was a flapper on a toilet that was cauging the problem.   what impressed me most was he called the evening after the work was done to make sure i was happy with my services and if all was good with the repairs.  He will be my go to plumber in the future.

Matt from pacific pipes is a total pro. Several other companies told me that I needed to replace my heater water as the manufacturer is out of business, but Matt got the right part and fixed it. Saved me alot of money. Very professional, on time, and fair. Highly reccomend.

I sheared the handle off one of our water shutoffs, which rendered the entire ball valve useless. Needed a plumber to fix the issue, so I came to Yelp for recommendations. I called a few places, and also used Yelp's quote request feature to reach out to different companies. The owner, Chris, at CG Plumbing replied promptly to my request, and after all things considered, I decided to schedule with Chris for the job.

I called CK for an urgent situation I had with a tenant property I manage where the single bathroom toilet was not flushing.

After  having the city snake the main line, the toilet would still not flush. I could not replace the toilet unless I moved the sewer line as bathroom not built up to code.

CK Discovered object was flushed down toilet and stuck in backflow portion of the toilet.

CK was awesome and I will save his number for all my future plumbing needs in Sacramento area on other rental properties I own and manage.

Brian saved my butt on a stressful Sunday...

I was trying to clean out a family member's bathroom sink, took it apart, and then the stopper sunk. I tried every trick on YouTube (floss, flathead screw, exacto knife, a 95 lb strength  from Home Depot) and nothing seemed to work.

Brian explained to me how to fix it... after about two minutes, it was fixed. I'm extremely appreciative of him helping me out over the phone and being so honest.
