My fiancé and I were in need of a short notice pluming inspection. The great crew at absolute rooter truly came through for us. Once the inspection had commenced I was able to shadow a very knowledgable  technician by the name of Kareem. Kareem was able to help me truly understand the problems at hand. I will forever use Absolute rooter for my next plumbing job!!! You guys know your craft! Thank you for all of your help and patience.

Fast response, made a through inspection of my issue (backed up toilet, uck!!) including checking drain pipes in basement and crawl space, explained the issues they saw and suggested multiple options, explaining the +'s and -'s (and costs) of each.  And to top it off they were more picky about tracking dirt into the house from outside or the basement than I am!  lol  

Ariana, my service tech, was great and I recommend you ask if she is available (she can also recommend some great vegan restaurants if you are interested!)

J&L was great! I tried my hand at providing my lovely new wife a home cooked Valentine's Day meal and even offered to do the dishes! Dinner went great, cleanup got a bit difficult when my garbage disposal starting guzzling up water and refusing to accept any more refuse. After trying some amateur trap-cleaning and finding nothing I knew this would be out of my league. The next day I called J&L and they were out within an hour! The gentlemen (named started with a T, but I forgot what it was) showed up, assessed the situation, battled large unfortunately-planted sticker bushes, and was able to send a snake down 80 feet. Turns out the blockage wasn't something solid, but rather an accumulation of grease! He snaked for a solid while to try to help clear out as much as he could, but advised a high pressure water jet in the future if it starts to act up again. Price was VERY reasonable, and he even honored the $25 coupon they have on their website. Prompt, courteous, professional, thorough, clean, and affordable. This place has it all!

Walter did a wonderful job fixing some window fixtures in my home.  He was very nice.  I will call on him again for any future repairs I may need.

I have found my new permanent plumber.  Ken was great.  I had a flood inside my downstairs due to a backed up pipe, and everything was coming out from the toilet and the tub. It was a nightmare scenario.   It happened once before too.  

I called Ken and he came here right away.  He wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty and solve the problem, and he jumped right into things.  He wasn't interested in having me sign a million forms or agree to elaborate pricing schemes.  He just wanted to fix my problem, fast.  He quoted me a price over the phone too, which was nice, and he stuck to it.  His pricing was more than fair.

When I had the exact same problem 2 years ago, I had called some other plumbing company, and they wouldn't quote me over the phone.  Now I know why. When they come out, you are stuck.  You have to use whoever is there when your house is flooding.  They swindled me for almost $900 for that job.  They had me by the short hairs and they knew it.  I hope they are out of business now.  

Ken charged me $110 for the EXACT SAME JOB, and he was much more thorough.  He fixed everything right away and spent some time talking about the root cause and how to fix in the future.  On top of everything, he was super friendly and down to earth. He knows what he's doing, has good equipment, and his unpretentious style is welcome.  I won't use anyone else in the future.

Super Mario is awesome! My old water heater was leaking and needed replacement. I contacted three vendors for a quote and Super Mario were, by far, the most responsive and competent in the way they responded and quoted the job. Dmitriy was very professional, informative and helpful in guiding me to what was needed to apply for the SMUD hybrid water heater rebate. They provided the unit I wanted (that carried a 10 year warranty) at a very fair price (by comparison, a larger, more established vendor quoted the job at almost $1600 more, with a generic water heater brand with only 6 years warranty.) Dima did a great and careful job installing the unit and all the required code upgrades in a day. Highly recommended!

As luck would have it, on 4th of July I decided to try and repair my sprinkler system. This led to me turning off my main water supply. Upon trying to turn it back on, I noticed that the entire house had lower water pressure. It was a rough couple of days trying to figure out what was wrong..

E and J's Plumbing was recommended to us by some friends of ours, and I gave Jeremy a call. He was polite and listened to every detail of what had happened, and scheduled to come over early the next morning. Upon arriving he introduced himself to myself and my wife and went to check out the issue. Jeremy was able to quickly identify the problem and was able to get it sorted out. This was a situation, where someone could have easily take advantage of our lack of plumbing knowledge and taken us to the cleaners... Jeremy was not that person.

He even took the time to look at my sprinklers, and instruct how to correct the issue, and came inside to take a look at the possibility of installing a new kitchen sink for my wife. (he even wore shoe covers before coming inside) Jeremy showed us very quickly the type of business owner, and person that he is. He has earned himself a new customer, and I will be referring my friends and family to E and J's Plumbing from here on out.

Wow! 5 star! Needed a range hood install and Mikhail was incredible to work with. Our original hood had a dent so I had to reschedule the install and wait for the replacement. He was extremely flexible with the change and was able to come out the day after the replacement arrived. He was efficient and had the hood installed in no time! Will definitely hire again for future projects!

My shower arm broke off in my hand and wouldn't thread back together. After consulting Yelp, I decided to call this company. Jung promptly returned my call and came to evaluate the situation within the hour, finding that in fact the arm was broken in two pieces. Because of the time of day and the extent of repair (opening the wall a bit to gain access), he came again the next day to complete the job. Because of the process, I was expecting a much higher estimate for the work and I was pleasantly surprised. Jung was very professional and able to work around the shoddy original construction that was in place. He even contacted me the next day to ensure things were satisfactory. I will definitely be contacting him for plumbing issues in the future!

Adrian from Bullseye came out to assist us with multiple potential leaks.  He checked the windows and patio area, in addition to checking the plumbing system.  He was thorough, friendly, and professional, taking his time to ensure we understood what the problem was and how we could address.  Let us ask plenty of questions and even made some suggestions on potential future problem areas.  Great service and I highly recommend!

George was great!  We had a toilet with a leak (very annoying & I couldn't get it corrected myself).  George arrived at the time we agreed, corrected the issue quickly and charged a fair rate. I would recommend his services.

My lady had a late night gardening incident and the hose would not shut off even with the main turned off. Called Alpha Male Plumbing who responded quick on the phone and had someone come by within 30 minutes. Before the serviceman arrived, he called in to give some assistance over the phone while he was on the way.

When Israel got on site, he fixed the problem and had his door open for any questions and concerns. Took his time to explain/educate, so definitely keeping their service for future.

Another manic Monday complete with backed up sinks did not bode well for the week. It got worse when, after trying to snake our drains myself, we decided to call in a professional. The first plumber couldn't fix the problem, but he was nice about it, charged less than I expected, fixed a crooked pipe under the bathroom sink and suggested we call Roto-Rooter. He also left the kitchen and bathroom spotless.

Roto-Rooter came out. They don't go on the roof to snake from the roof vent. I wish we would have known that up front since that can solve a lot of clog issues, but I digress and it wasn't going to help this problem which I found out later. The workman proceeded to do exactly what I had done and exactly what the previous plumber had done. All the while ignoring a clean out behind the garbage disposal that I'm pretty sure he was just not physically able to reach. He said, I don't know what that is, but I'm sure it isn't going anywhere. (Foreshadowing)

Then he decided we needed to tear out the bathroom vanity and cut open the wall to see what was going on.

Hold the phone.

Let me add that he was nice enough to offer to tear out the vanity, cut open the wall and all of that if we hired him on the side. Yeah. NO. He also tried to make it sound like disconnecting the water lines to the sink and removing the faucet was very very very very complicated. It isn't. I've done it, even though I'm a woman. Imagine that.

He said he'd be willing to keep snaking but he would have to charge his hourly rate that was something like $200 an hour. Fortunately, his lack of awesomeness made that an easy decision.

We paid him $95 and he left. And when I say he left, I mean he also left a huge mess. He let the dirty snake splatter the inside of both of the under-sink cabinets, the toilet, our shower curtain, the walls. Having snaked our drains, I know it happens. It wasn't anything some paper towels and spray cleaner couldn't handle, but he just didn't bother.

Oh, and before he left, he hinted at getting a tip. Seriously, bro? I had some other tips for him but I kept them to myself.

Just for giggles, I figured I'd try to snake through the clean out behind the garbage disposal. I pulled up a very gross, gunky snake. Aside from childbirth, I've never felt so happy to see something so gross. In about an hour, I had the water running through both sinks without a back up with just a 25' snake and my drill.

Tom and Clay saved our day!! They arrived quickly, fixed our backed up toilet problem fast, were extremely kind and considerate and cleaned up, and were overall just outstanding plumbers. I highly recommend them!! Their prices are extremely fair, too! Thank you, roto rooter!!
