Kareem saved my day today.  He gave me a straight forward estimate and no runaround unlike the other companies who accepted Fidelity home owners insurance.  He fixed the leaky pipes on the same day.

These guys were great! I appreciated the text with a photo of the repairman who was coming to my house.  They were thorough in discussing all of the options on my repairs.  They were very careful and neat while doing the repair job and left the bathroom cleaner than they found it.  I loved that they double checked the job to make sure that all of the work was done properly.  They arrived on time and were accurate in their assessment of the time needed to do the repairs.  I interacted with several of their employees and found them to be easy to work with and likable.  Thanks Dependable Rooter & Plumbing for a job well done!

Oustanding service! I requested a quote and Chris came out the next day. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He gave me a reasonable quote and I had a nice, new kitchen faucet within about an hour. I highly recommend.

I must say that Jose and his team are amazing. They did a full house re-pipe and sewer replacement. they told us that the job would take 5-7 days. however they finished the job in 2.5 days.  They were honest, clean, professional, respectful and did and amazing job. We will call this company for all of our plumbing needs. They went beyond what was expected of them.  They even put shelf paper under my kitchen sink to make it look beautiful... there were no hidden fees the estimate was exactly what we paid.  We got 6 estimates from different local plumbing companies and they were the best price.  So the old saying buy cheap get cheap is not the case.  I would recommend this company to anyone for any plumbing needs big or small. so please give these guys a call you will not be disappointed..   thanks Jose and team you are 'the best.

Sunday! Of course, where will I find a Plumber with sinks belching garbage in my kitchen! I called Payless and had a professional at my door in under 2 hours. Polite, knowledgeable and honest! Can't ask for more (and on a Sunday).

Professional, prompt, efficient and great customer service from these guys. Gave me a quote over the phone to change out two 40gal water heaters and they delivered! The plumbers worked hard and didn't waste any time. They even added some plywood to help support the water heaters as the existing surface was somewhat water damaged. Definitely would call these guys again for all my plumbing needs!

This place is great. My favorite thing is that Jeremy is super trustworthy. We have had several plumbing services over the years, but once I found Jeremy, I haven't had to look anywhere else. He's responsive, always on time and reliable, and has a lot of integrity. He tells you the things you absolutely need to do, and the things you can opt for if you want, but never pressures. You feel confident and relaxed moving forward with services and you know he'll come bail you on in the future if you need him for something else.

Another great experience with Mikhail who got the job done quickly and communicated impeccably when it rained and he could not do outdoors work (fence building and painting). He even replaced the mulch around the fence, something I had not thought of asking him. I'm a remote landlord and I appreciate his reliability and fair pricing.

I had technicians from Clarke and Rush blow insulation into my attic today with the hope that it will help keep my house a little cooler.  Tim and Lerue arrived exactly on time, explained what they were going to do, then did it!  They were efficient and respectful, and left the parts of my house that they worked in cleaner than when they arrived!  I would surely recommend this company for this procedure.

I had a problem yesterday with kitchen supply stub and valve.  After failing miserably, I called Ray.  He responded within 2 hrs.  He showed up on time and needed to redo the stub and attach new supply valve.  Ray was prompt and professional.  Since this was a rental, I would have appreciated a call during the service.  But in any case, the repair was done.  If you need prompt service, give Ray a try.

George and his son, John, were punctual, efficient, friendly and knowledgable! Service was great and at a reasonable price - charged exactly what I was quoted the day before. The worst experience I've dealt with any company. I usually do not post reviews but this is a company that I do not want others having to be put in the same position as me....

We have an emergency leak and so they came in and ran the video footage to our plumbing line for $485 on April 20. It was extremely expensive job. On top of it, we paid for the video footage but never received it. I spoke with the contact manager several time and he stated that they could not send the video to me. In which I needed it for my insurance to verify the damages. Also they estimated the work to be $8500 to repair the leak through our kitchen floor. It was for $2500 for material and $5000 for labor. I told them to correct the estimate but they never send me the corrected estimate. This was an emergency job that needed to be corrected immediately, but I am still waiting for a corrected estimate and a video footage that I've already paid for after three weeks. They did the job, got the money, and ran. We did not get what we paid for. DO NOT BOOK with this company. Super unreliable and unprofessional.

I called and ask them how much it would be to trace a drain they advised me they could not tell me and it would be $30 to have the technician to come out. Only to have the technician tell me it was over $700 when they did come out 2 1/2 hours late. It is ridiculous they can't give you an estimate for a very specific thing you ask over the phone and then charge you $30 to tell you they're going to charge you almost $1000 to do a $50 job.

They are rip off don't use them ever!
