HISTORY
Established in 1981.
The business was started by Phil Lee and his son Bryan as primarily a commercial air conditioning company. At first, they had to run calls in the day and do paperwork at night. They grew the business to accommodate residential and commercial clients. They sold the business in 2011 to an employee, Tom Howard. The business is now trusted by over 6,000 clients in the Fresno, Clovis area and Sacramento county.
ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
Tom worked for one of the founders, Bryan Lee, for several years before leaving to go to business school in what he considered an attempt to get away from air conditioning. His attempts were futile. As Bryan decided to pursue other business ventures, he asked Tom to come back and manage the company. Tom has been the President of Lee's since May of 2011.

The temperature yesterday was over 100 degrees and our air conditioning stopped working. After calling many HVAC companies, Lee's was the only one to answer the phone and to schedule an appointment for the next day. They called us back to tell us they had a cancellation and could come within an hour. David was professional and fixed the problem right away at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Lee's!
Called today to ask if they do, Zoning, of a newer furnace and air that I had installed appro 3 years ago.
I asked if they could give a free estimate - she stated no - I would be charged a service fee.

I could not recommend Lee's enough!
We just finished an installation of a complete new heat pump/ac system. From the very beginning, Todd provided me with all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. He took the time to explain everything in as much detail as I wanted, and was available for several follow-up questions as I was deciding on a product and a company to go with. It was mostly due to the confidence I had from my interactions with Todd that I decided to go with Lee's Air.
When it was time for the install, John and Austin did an amazing job installing the whole system in 2 days. It was definitely difficult and highly technical work, but they made it look easy.
After the install, they helped to facilitate the testing and city inspection.
I am confident in their work and that they will be happy to support me in the future. Huge thanks to Todd, John, and Austin and everyone over at Lee's!

They said they don't service my area so I'm basing this review on the fact that the technician on the phone answered a couple of questions regarding replacing an a/c unit. Very informative and professional even though he knew he wasn't going to be making a sale.

The technician was very nice and considerate. Talked me through everything before he installed the product. I even found a coupon after i made an appointment and contacted them again. They added it to my appointment and just told me to remind the technician. Will be using this company again!

After being pushed around by another company, I was able to make a next day early appointment (0800am-1000am) on short notice with Lee's. Not only did they send me a text message with the picture of the technician coming to my house, they also called me to let me know they were a few minutes away. The technician was very professional and answered any questions I had. He installed a new thermostat, checked the air-conditioning unit, and heater in great time. I would defiantly use this company again based on their professionalism and quality of work.
I had a problem with a clogged drain to my septic tank. Nathan Hamilton came to my home promptly to diagnose and correct my problem. They were not able to make the repair as our contract stated. Nate suggested relining the pipe. I took his advice and completed the repair.
They were able to get us an appointment quickly, which was helpful, however, they charged $104 for the diagnostic and then quoted me an additional $574 to replace a part that cost me $20 at Lowes and took a few minutes and a YouTube video to replace on my own.
On top of that, I asked if I could have the part name or part number since I did pay $100 for the diagnostic, and they said the technician didn't write down the part type or part number so they didn't have it to give to me. I would not use this company again.
Outstanding job by David who effectively solved the problem we had with our AC unit... Marian and Tommy in the customer service department are one of a kind!! Thanks for a great service. Give them a call!!!

Misleading practice. I communicate via only email, so all I get is the flat rate of 49 pricing. No disclaimer that is the price of the service call. I called to ask, they lady was rude. Total bill was $430, then I got a discount for $375.
Very annoying practice of changing my appointment time for their convenience. I set up a date and confirmed it. They called a few days later asking to move it up. So annoying. Bad customer service to put that on the customers.
I should have taken the advice of the one star reviews.

Requested a quote for floor heating thermostat installation. What I got was Sorry, I don't provide this service If they don't provide it then why does it say thermostat repair? Waste of time!

I was a customer of crystal blue for several years and was a little hesitant when I called and found out that the had merged and were now Lee's, but my technician Lance was beyond amazing. He was prompt, extremely informative, and really helped me understand my hvac units. I will 100% continue to use them for any other future needs!
John & Alex came out and replaced my coil, flushed my system and recharged my AC. John answered all my questions and took all the actions to ensure great customer service. They also cleaned up the area before they left.
What a fantastic experience and quick resolution Nathan was able to provide!

I emailed, through Yelp, a bunch of HVAC companies late last night and was surprised I received a response within minutes from Lee's. I was able to book an appointment for the following day for furnace maintenance.
David from Lee's showed up exactly on time for our scheduled appointment. He wore a mask as to protect from COVID-19 and minimized all unnecessary contact.
David was curious, knowledgeable and respectful. When he entered my home he even put on shoe slip covers, just to keep my carpet clean. David answered all of my questions about possibly putting in a second thermostat controller to separate upstairs controls from downstairs. We looked at pricing and he even recommended a cheaper and more modern option of a ductless system, which I wouldn't have even known about.
David did an amazing job maintaining my Furnace and explaining different options for future temperature comfort ideas.
I've worked with different HVAC service techs but this will definitely be my go to this day forward. He even threw in free filters for my system. I highly recommend David from Lee's HVAC to do your next service.
From email, scheduling, to work completion was less than 24-hours and I still have not heard from the other HVAC companies.
phenomenal service! AC broke, they got someone out there the next day. Super friendly and informative, got the AC fixed in no time.
The plumber who came to my house to unclog my drain did a good job at that. But he failed to make sure that the plastic pipes under the kitchen sink, which he disconnected, did not have any leaks. I spent the better half of 2 hours going back and forth to Lowes to get the equipment I needed to fix it. Considering the price they charged, you would think this would be included.
Brian came out and was super professional. I had a ton of questions and he was patient, informative and friendly.
Best plumbing experience ever. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

I really can't say enough about this company. We had a particularly difficult HVAC problem to diagnose and that ultimately involved a factory defect. Todd and John worked tirelessly with the factory and elevated the issue to the factory's engineering department and then finally to the head engineer. Even then it was these two gentlemen that discovered the defect and fixed it. Todd and John could have easily given up but insisted that our HVAC unit work correctly. Finally, John is extraordinary at explaining complex issues to a lay person in an understandable fashion. Thank you both.

Well, it's July in Vacaville and my AC konks out on a Friday evening. The woman on the phone and the technician were polite and friendly and the service call was done two hours after my call on Saturday morning. I had a capacitor go out before and suspected it was the same problem. There was a $69 weekend surcharge which I thought okay that's understandable and a diagnostic fee of $99, again to be expected. It turned out to be a faulty capacitor. It was replaced, but I felt that the capacitor supplied was overpriced. After discussion with their General Manager, Tyson Freeman, my concerns were resolved to my satisfaction. In conclusion, it is not often in this day and age that you can deal with a contractor that really cares about customer satisfaction. I recommend this company.
My air conditioner quit working yesterday on the hottest day of the year. After calling many places who were booked all week. I found this one. They came out within 2hours of calling them. David was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He had the air back up and running in no time. Their prices are definitely reasonable. I highly recommend these people, they are awesome.

Installed a new smart thermostat for us and did a service review of our heater. Very nice and professional. He did a thorough once over of our heater with recommendation. And got me all dialed in on the new thermostat. Give these guys a call.
I cannot express how much Appreciation and a Life Saver they are. I called around so many places and no one would be able to come over until Monday (5 days waiting period)...My 1 1/2 years old AC unit went out when it was 102 degrees Wednesday afternoon.
I called Lee's Air, Plumbing, and Heat and was able to scheduled an appointment immediately after hours 5-7 pm. The receptionist then said I can get a tech there actually sooner 10am -12 pm which was even better!
Lance Sarnecki was my Tech and thank you thank you! Will be using this company from now on! The best part about this company is they are so tech savvy! You get a picture of you tech and can track their whereabouts (like you would on a share ride app). You get a email receipt so you know exactly what was done and charged. A perfect business concept and role model for all competitors to follow, Lee's Air, Plumbing, and Heat put their customer needs first! Customer call because obviously it is an emergency. Thank you!

Expensive but excellent service . They were prompt and thorough.
Their answering service needs some real help.
David was excellent in showing me exactly my air conditioners problem and resolving it.
Responded promptly! Diagnosed the problem, and, in addition, solved the mystery of a long standing leak that even Roseville Utilities could not figure out! Since it turned out to be a sprinkler issue, I will look for a specialist in that area. For any other plumbing issues I will call Lee-for sure!
I replaced a toilet flow valve that wouldn't stop running and then couldn't stop the old cheap metal inlet line or angle shutoff stop from leaking so had to shut off the main. Chris arrived early, replaced all the old leaking hardware at that toilet and also replaced a potential problem with a shark bite stop valve on a different toilet that a friend had performed work on and was concerning to me. Overtime callout was extra but very fair and definitely worth it to us. Thank you, Chris!
