I utilized Jovani's Plumbing to add an exterior hose bib and pool fill water line. Jovani was able to plumb it after the fire sprinkler system and prior to the water softener, as requested. He is knowledgeable, professional, and was committed to getting the job done right, without taking any shortcuts. He communicates well and is timely. When he was slightly delayed due finishing up a previous job, he called in advance to let me know. I would recommend him to any of my family or friends that need a plumber.

We just bought a house and it had a lot of plumbing issues. I came across Jovani's plumbing on Yelp and asked for a quote. In less than an hour he responded and setup a FREE estimate (this is huge since others will charge you $99 just to come out and look at the problem). He came with his mask and shoe booties (thank you for thinking about safety). He checked out all of the sinks, toilets and showers. He even looked at our water heater. I told him what our issues were and With every issue I presented, he explained what he suggested should be done and why. I completely appreciated that. As he left, he promised to get me the written quote by the next day, but instead of the next day, I received the quote by the afternoon.

Since I was getting a lot of things done, I got a different quote from someone else. Let's just say that they were not as great as Jovani with communication plus they couldn't beat Jovani's quote.

We decided to hire Jovani and scheduled our plumbing day. He came right on time and worked all day. As he was finding other things that were wrong and needed replacing he explained it to us and if the part was small he included it in the repair with no extra charge from price we agree on. He cleaned the area that he worked on, he even took the toilet and faucet boxes. After he was done, he gave us our invoice and explained the warranty. Did I mention that he gave us a discount for getting everything in the quote done. Not only did he have the best quote, he even gave us a discount. How great is that?

Overall we can say that we have found our plumber for life.

We have had Jovani come out twice now. The first time for a new water heater. He called us back promptly, came over to take a look and provide an estimate. He didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need or use scare tactics to pressure us to make a decision sooner than we were comfortable with. His work was really clean and the finished product showed he had pride is what he did.

Because of the positive experience we reached out again recently to replace a toilet. Again, he promptly returned our call. He was friendly and efficient and we'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber!

I've had some sink drainage issues since we moved into our new home. I called Jovani on a Monday, left a message, he got back to me just a few hours later with his soonest appointment. He was able to get to our appointment ahead of time and was professional throughout the entire visit. He fixed our sink, and made some adjustments on our shower temperature. I appreciated that he wore shoe covers in the house too, we have a crawling baby and anything to minimize dirt and germs is nice. Extremely happy with the service!

I recently had a leak under my kitchen sink (the result of the previous homeowner tinkering).  I hadn't yet established a need for a plumber so I called three plumbers from Yelp to try to get an estimate.  My other calls went to voicemail (and I never heard back) whereas Jovani answered the phone and he was here within the hour for a free estimate. He listed to my concerns regarding my sink and also a minor issue with my toilet.  

In addition to explaining the estimate, Jovani provided a written estimate for me to consider (he is licensed and bonded with this verified license provided on the estimate). I felt that he heard my concerns and didn't try to up-sell me or take advantage of my need to fix the issue that same day.  I opted to also change out the fixtures and he was patient in explaining the options and went to the hardware store and installed the same day all at a very reasonable price! Jovani was very professional, adhered to Covid-19 precautions with a face mask, foot covers, and sanitizer.  

Most importantly he treated me as a woman homeowner with respect and provided an equitable quote. I was so pleased with his work that I will be establishing him as my regular plumber and work with him on a list of fixes in 2021!  I'm happy to support a local business professional and highly recommend him, especially to those women who sometimes feel intimidated in scheduling repairs for fear of not receiving equitable treatment.

Yesterday my plumbing backed up and I realized I need to call for a professional after my attempts didn't clear the clog. I called Jovani's plumbing at 7:30 this morning expecting to get a voicemail but he answered. He got me on the schedule and was to my house even earlier then he had anticipated.

Within 30 minutes he diagnosed my problem and fixed it. He was very courteous and professional. He even offered to spray down my backyard that was covered in sewage which happened prior to him getting there. His price was very reasonable and he even warrantied his work.

I will be using them again.

A water pipe burst going into my house and I had to shut off my water at the city water meter at the street curb. I was in a bind because I had no water in my house. I went to the Jovani's Plumbing website at approximately 600am Tuesday morning. His business was not open yet so I left him a message on his website. He responded to me within 30 minutes. He wrote back to me that he could possibly move some appointments around and that he would get back to me at approximately 100pm. He called me back at 100pm and told me he would be over in about 20 minutes. When he arrived, I showed him where the busted pipe was. We talked about several ways to repair the problem. Since my water pressure regulator and my water shut off valve were very old (and because the very corroded broken pipe was in very bad shape and could not be removed), I decided to replace the water shut off valve, the water pressure regulator and reroute the piping for my lawn irrigation system so I hopefully would not have anymore plumbing problems in the future. I also had Jovani place two threaded T-connections on my sprinkler system and also my water hose bib that was located approximately 3 feet above my main water connections coming into the house. The reason I had the threaded T- connections installed was because  I was having problems with my water pipes banging under the house. I ended up installing a water hammer arrestor on both T- connections which  corrected my pipe banging problem. Jovani was very accommodating to getting my job completed on the same day I e-mailed him. He told me that he tries to be accommodating to people who have immediate emergencies, (like no water). I was very happy with the job he did. He explained everything about the different solutions to get my water back on and gave me several options. Jovani is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and cleans up after himself (I have had some contractors that don't.keep their area clean or clean up at the.end of their job). Jovani's prices are very reasonable and I will be using him for any plumbing problems I have in the future. I very highly recommend  hiring Jovani! You will be happy with his work! He even guaranteed his work for one year! Great guy and great business! Very satisfied with the job!

Jovani came out as agreed to view the pin hole leak that needed to be repaired, explained what he thought needed to be done, to which I agreed, and then gave me a very fair quote.  
He showed up the next day as planned and completed the job in 1 hour.  I watched him work at various times and could tell he was paying attention to detail.  After the repair was completed, he did a thorough job of cleaning up.
Would recommend him for other plumbing jobs.

We are new homeowners and had a major hot water leak in our cement slab. We got multiple bids and quickly realized that other companies were trying to take advantage of us. We called Jovani's plumbing at the recommendation of our neighbor and Jovani came out and not only gave us a fair price, but he also explained everything in a way that made sense to us as first time homeowners and people that know nothing about plumbing. I would highly recommend Jovani's Plumbing. I had a leak between the walls in my house. First, no plumber would respond to my calls, then they were not interested in going a fishing expedition to find the leak. After I called Jovani, he immediately returned my call and drove out to my house at 7:30p to see if there was an easy fix. He had enough convenience in his skills to cut open the drywall in my office and found the leak. Unfortunately it was one inch above the foundation slab, making it a tricky repair. He provided a quote for a worst-case scenario and cancelled some less urgent appointments so that he could make the repair as soon as possible. Fortunately, he was able to splice in a new section of pipe and seal the new connections. The final bill was half of the estimate, because the job went well. Called Jovani to come look at a water softener that needed replacing at my grandfathers house. He was able to make it out quickly, and get the parts and equipment and replace it the very next day after looking at it. He was super friendly, my grandparents LOVED him. We just bought a new place several months ago and we noticed any time we ran the water, one of our upstairs bathrooms would make a crazy whistle noise that scared anyone who visited us... after putting out some requests on Yelp, Jovani responded right away saying he take a look at it and was able to work around our availability. Jovani has been excellent. He has fixed our leak in our garage, due to our son's piping behind the shower handle. Then we asked him to replace all our upstairs faucets.

Jovani was recommended to us by a friend. Since we're not originally from Vacaville, we do not know where to get good and honest help.
We had a slab leak (hot water pipe) at our kitchen and my first initial thought was that the kitchen floor needed to be ripped apart to repair the leaking pipe underneath. I called Jovani and his recommendation was to do a re-route plumbing. He clearly explained to us the procedure, how that system works and how it can be less intrusive and less costly, compared to digging our kitchen floor.
Knowing the urgency of our situation, he squeezed us in in his schedule and immediately came to the rescue. Something you don't get from big snob plumbing companies.
Jovani is honest, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all, very professional.
He covered in plastic the place where he worked and made sure that no dust will go to other areas of our house. He is very neat and cleaned everything before leaving. He wore shoe covers and respected the cleanliness of our house. He finished everything in just 3 days, considering the size of the work that he did.
After taking care of our slab leak, another unrelated leak from our shower happened the next day and I called Jovani again for help. He came to the rescue as usual and replaced the cartridge of our shower handle. He checked the cartridge model, went to home depot and bought the part, came back and repaired the leak.

He was amazing in explaining everything thoroughly to me, taking the time to answer my questions and show me any findings that I should be aware of. Incredibly professional and friendly. Kitchen sink was clogged looked on yelp and found Jovani's, called and he was there in a half hour. He fixed a bent and damage main line into my house from a tree root. I'm very pleased that I found Jovani's!  He is a small business which I love supporting. He responded really quickly and promptly. Jovani is outstanding!  I have a 30-year old home that needed two toilets and a leaking shower replaced/installed/repaired. Jovani came out and gave a comprehensive and accurate estimate.  After getting several quotes, I decided on Jovani based on his outstanding reviews and also because he was very courteous, knowledgeable, and detail oriented in explaining what needed to be done.
