I used Gilmore Heating, Air and Plumbing to replace my furnace. Which they did, and they did a good job.
However, the problem lies with their Gilmore's Service Club Membership Program in which they charge $19.50 per month. They are supposed to come out 2 times per year. Once for the furnace and once for the A/C. Most of their interest has been with the A/C unit, which they did not replace/repair. They have charged me $240 additional to do testing on it.
Then, over the last 2 months, I have scheduled them to come out to do their service. I have taken time from work, only to be called last minute, they have to cancel and reschedule. The second time, on April 14th, they called me two separate times to push the appointment back two hours each time. I told them to cancel the appointment and cancel their service program. They called me back and left a voicemail message advising they would refund 6 months of my service and reschedule at a time which was convenient for me, when I called them back. ...The times I scheduled were not convenient to begin with, but I took time off work to be home! This morning, while checking my banking, I noticeed I have another $19.50 charge for their Service on April 24th. Ten days after, I told them to cancel! And no so-called refund was ever received. This morning, I sent them an email, with screenshots of their texts to me, and my advising them to cancel and stated I would be sharing this on Yelp. My advice: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
