Jake's Plumbing

When you think plumbers, you think this is going to be a mess (pun intended). But that's not the experience we had with Jake's Plumbing. They were extremely knowledgeable and actively explained in detail what was going on and showed us how to prevent it from ever happening again. I think that's taking it a step beyond because they are looking out for your best interest. That's so rare these days. When you find someone who does that, you will always remember them!

The problem was solved in no time at all and I'm so glad we called Jake's! If you are looking for an honest, reliable, knowledgeable plumbing service, that places the emphasis on service, as well as a great price, look no further. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The main water line was leaking and dumping out into the street. I called the City to evaluate the problem and unfortunately the leak was on my side. Jake's plumbing was the first person I called and even though he had a prior commitment that afternoon, Kyle was kind enough to come and take a look at the problem after he heard how distressed I was about the problem.  It was a lot of work to find the root cause of the leak but he helped us out. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable.  I am thankful he was able to carve out time to fix my leak even though he had somewhere to be.  Exceptional service. Should I have plumbing needs again he will be the first person I call!

A hot water line mingled too closely with my screw early in my DIY project. With my water off before anyone had time to shower and urgently needing to be somewhere, I didn't have the luxury to learn and repair a main line in the wall. Jake had early hours, answered promptly and showed up quickly. Very friendly service!

He cut out as little pipe as needed, had the right tools to keep the hole in the wall as small as possible and was very professional. With the water line on, the bill was paid and he was ready to leave, I discovered a faucet no longer worked since the water was turned back on. He got under the cabinet and started repairing that... Despite telling him I could handle that part myself. He was very eager to help!

I am a competent DIY home owner and only call professionals when I don't have time to make mistakes. He answered my questions readily and was very polite and I even learned a few tricks should my pipes go wandering into a few more screws. He did not try to up-sell anything despite a few inquires on his services. Straight answers, no BS and did not waste my time trying to talk me into anything I didn't want.

I had a leaky laundry room faucet that needed a fix above my pay grade.  I called Jake's Plumbing and they were very good about accommodating my hectic schedule which required an early morning appt.  Good thing I didn't try to fix it myself as there were a number of issues that required the expert skills of Kyle from Jake's, including opening up the wall to fix someone else's plumbing errors.  Very quickly though it was all fixed, and I have a shiny-new, non-leaking faucet.  Thanks Kyle!!

OMG! What a waste of time. They set an appointment for 2:00pm and two hours later when I called them they said they weren't coming because of another call. How unprofessional!

Awesome service! Kyle came out on a whim and replaced a toilet for me. I will definitely use his services again!

Excellent and fast service!!! Experts are very professional and knowledgeable, they provided great recommendations. We had our gas water heater replaced within hours. Very satisfied with the installation and service! Highly recommend!!

He was recommended, we called him and he came  in promptly to check out a water leak in our house. He determined during his diagnosis that the problem was a loose drain in the shower and charged us $220 for this visit. After that he never initiated any contact with us to come out and fix the drain, we emailed and called with a few questions and when we finally asked him if he could fix the drain and give us an estimate before hand he said he needed to come out and look at it to give as an estimate (?????) so what were the $220 that we paid for ??? We ended up contacting another plumber who charged us $50 for a diagnosis and sent us an estimate that same night. Work was done and btw, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the shower drain, the problem was something else. I would not recommend his services to anyone.

Kyle from Jake's Plumbing was quick to respond to a request to fix our leaky water pipe. He was friendly, courteous, honest, and professional, and completed the work in record time...and for a reasonable price! What more could we ask for!!
