Well, I guess it's my turn to praise Kevin.  I had a leak coming out of my water heater over the weekend.  It wasn't too serious and I was able to shut off the water inlet to the WH so that the leak stopped.  I checked out Yelp and found all the other positive comments about Linck's and specifically, Kevin, and decided to give him a call.  I knew that it could wait until Monday, and Kevin agreed to come over Monday morning at 8am to assess the situation.  He was right on time and told me he could replace it that afternoon.  Again, ahead of schedule, he arrived and went right to work.  In a couple of hours, I was again with hot water, old heater in his truck and the workplace cleaned up nicely.  

I will certainly call Kevin with any future plumbing needs (in fact, I already have to replace the old water heater in my mother's house).

We could not have asked for a better team to come and fix our new water heater.  The company is well reputed.  Kevin did a great job and Cherise always communicated with me on the price and options of purchasing the water heater from HD and what it would cost for the team to install.  Kevin did a great job of arriving with in the window suggested.  Took care of the old water heater and installed a new one.  He explained how it worked and above all did so all on Thanksgiving weekend.  Thank you Kevin and Cherise.  Awesome job.  We are happy customers.  Jerry

Kevin is amazing!

I called because of a whistling shower, and his sweet wife scheduled me in as soon as possible, which was this Monday morning. That morning I was called for a confirmation and a 10 minute heads up, (which was awesome to get since most plumbers make you carve out your whole morning.) and Kevin was there promptly. He was friendly, professional, thorough, FAST, and clean. He fixed it in a jiffy because he had all the materials ready in his truck, and even took the time to teach me how to adjust my own water pressure in my house because I told him what a stickler I am about my showers.
Sweet guy, great experience. Thank you for saving the day Kevin! I'm so happy we found our local plumber :)

I agree with Ed T's review in that Kevin isn't much for words but excellent at getting the job done proficiently and at a very reasonable price. I called on a Sunday, late in the afternoon after I stripped off the hose Bibb to the outside spigot and essentially cut the water off to house. First thing I did after telling the wife and kids that we have no water was to look at Yelp for a competent and reliable plumber.  I saw great reviews on Linck's Plumbing and decided to give them a call. Kevin showed up about 15 minutes after I called, looked at the issue and went to work. Problem solved & the Family could take showers! This is my first Yelp Review, I've never been impressed enough to go to the effort, but I can assure you - if you want the job done, with no BS and Sales, at fair price  -Kevin is your guy.

Wow, I made one call this morning in hopes of getting an idea of what was going on and by noon, it's all been taken care of.  Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful.  There were a couple of different ways my issue could have been dealt with.  One of which would have made him more money and he was honest and told me it wasn't really necessary. I appreciate such ethics and will definitely use Linck's again if needed.

Kevin and Sean just completed a plumbing job for me and I couldn't be happier.   Outstanding service, quality work, timely arrival and completion.   The price was more than reasonable for the work and I'm definitely calling them for all of our future plumbing needs.  Cherise at the office did a standout job to coordinate the visit.  She communicated with me all the way, which is almost unheard of in today's world.

Kevin and Cherise are the best! I came to Yelp for a recommendation when I looked for a plumbing bid and called them up. I explained my problem and Kevin came out to take a look. Within a short time he assessed the problem and was able to give me a bid. It's just Kevin doing the work so his time is at a premium, but he was able to finish in one afternoon. I am pleased to recommend Lincks and will be calling them in the future (I know I'll be needing his help.)

Our garbage disposal started to have a leak (It's about 7 years old) so I went to yelp to see what the recommendations were for this area.  Thankfully I found the reviews on Linck's Plumbing.  Kevin was really nice and friendly.  He did the job in about 30 minutes and he answered all my questions about garbage disposals since I was pretty much clueless about them.  His price is fair and considering the prompt and great service he did, it was worth every penny.  I won't be calling anyone else.

I have used Linck's plumbing for several issues over the years. They are extremely responsive, text status updates for arrival times, etc. Kevin is incredibly honest, friendly and and provided advice rather than a big upsell. Highly recommend their services!

For those looking for an honest, fair, and professional plumber, look no further. I called Kevin and received prompt and courteous service regarding a blocked sewer line.  Kevin diagnosed the problem quickly and offered his advise/ price. He went right to work while explaining what the county's responsibility for their end of the line. Past plumbers didn't pass this very important information on to me, but cleared the line wo/touching the main blockage on the county line.  Resulting in paying a high price wo/the fix. Kevin knew exactly what to do and where to direct me.  I've been looking for an honest person who has Kevin's expertise. I will definitely keep his card handy for any future plumbing repairs.

5 a.m. (of course) found downstairs hallway and den wet; the water heater leaked out in the garage and throughout 1/2 of the lower floor of the house.  Called Lincks Plumbing after good reviews on Yelp, he came to our home within an hour early on a Sunday morning.  While a slap fracture could have been an expensive problem, Kevin ruled this out, told me what water heater to purchase and to call a recovery company-he refused any payment for his amazing service.  This is a guy I trust and look forward to using him for a few upgrades we plan to make.  Thank you Kevin, your as generous and trustworthy as they come!

One of the best experiences I've had with the service man in Rocklin California. Kevin was terrific. Had the parts that I didn't put on the parts that I did very knowledgeable very straightforward, and a pleasure to talk to. Charisse, who I spoke to on the phone, was wonderful. Texted me back to let me know when Kevin was on his way and it all went like clockwork. I would never hesitate to use these folks again five-star experience.

In a world where construction workers are hard to communicate with, don't show up or worse, show up and do not get the job done right!!! I'm adding this guy to a very short list of OUTSTANDING workmanship, SUPERIOR knowledge and OVER -THE-TOP customer service. This dude is a rock star!

After having a not-so-good experience with another plumber, I researched plumbers on yelp. I decided to use Linck's because of the reviews on this profile. I am happy to report that every one of these reviews are on-par with the service that I received.
I wanted to have 4 toilets completely rebuilt. Once Kevin looked at the scenario he saw immediately that the home builder installed the cheapest toilets on the market. One was even cracked! His suggestion was A.) Go with my plan and rebuild the cheap toilets or B.) Purchase a better quality toilet and install them while they are apart. I opted for plan B. which was the best scenario.

1. I received a quick reply after leaving my initial message
2. Consultation was scheduled within a couple of days
3. Text communication by Cherise, Kevin's wife, kept my informed of my appointment and any delays from the job prior to my appointment. (She was on it with the communication!)
4. Kevin showed up, put socks over his work boots and was very personable. He is knowledgeable and there is no mistaking his experience.
5. Kevin installed 4 new toilets was diligent hard working and got the job done right.
6. Above and beyond by adjusting my water pressure that was not in the scope of the project.

Kevin Linck is a fantastic plumber! I would never call anyone else. His prices are very fair, he is prompt, honest, professional, courteous and experienced--one of those guys where you know you're dealing with someone you can trust. What more could you ask for!? I've used him to replace a kitchen sink faucet, install a pedestal sink, and replace a sewer pump and have been very satisfied!

We called this place in the middle of the night hoping to just leave a message and get our call returned in the morning. I was shocked when they actually picked up the phone at almost 2am! The gal who answered phone was very friendly and super helpful to us.

She sent Kevin out to our home by 11am  that day. He fixed the leak we had under the kitchen sink and also did an amazing install on a new kitchen sink faucet. He was quick at the task and we did not get charged an arm and a leg.

All and all , service does not get more efficient and friendly than these guys at Linck's Plumbing. We won't hesitate to give them a call next time we have any issues and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

I found Kevin through yelp this morning. We bought our first home in October and have only been able to take 1 ice chilling shower in our Master because we were getting no hot water. We did research and narrowed the possible problem to the shower cartridge. We disassembled the shower head like the videos we have seen on YouTube suggested. However, when we got to the cartridge, we couldn't get it off. We were afraid we would break it, so I looked up plumbers in Rocklin on Yelp and found Lincks. I always feel a little hesitant to believe reviews because you think somebody paid them off. Kevin said he would come by and quickly pop the cartridge out. To his surprise, it happen to be extremely difficult to get out the cartridge. He had to pry, drill and finally use heat to get the old cartridge out.  I can happily report that I had my first hot shower since I moved in. Kevin was knowledgeable, polite and hard working. I would recommend him to everyone. He will be the only person I will call for any plumbing issues! Thanks,

I have used this company twice for drain and toilet repair. Super customer service and quick response time to complete the work. Kevin was even able to come the same day on my last call, and he had to go to Home Depot to match parts. Very satisfied with the service. I can't speak to pricing because I have nothing to compare to, but plumbing is a skill we should all be happy to pay for.

Water heater sprung a leak on Friday.  Kevin came out and replaced same day!  Most other plumbers were not able to respond until Monday which would have left us without water for 3-4 days.  His prices were very good and I was impressed by the quality of work.  I also appreciate the honest work ethic of not trying to up-sell me on things I don't need.  VERY HAPPY.  I recommend Linck's Plumbing to anyone and will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.

Checked out Yelp reviews, read about Linck's liked what people had to say called them on Sunday asked for an appt to check a kitchen sink leak and a backup in the sink. We purchased a new disposer in the mean time to have on hand. Kevin called my wife and came over on Monday said the disposer needed replacing, cleared and checked the back up, was courteous and ever so helpful to my wife who is getting over a broken foot.His price was fair and the job got done in a reasonable amount of time. I'd recommend this local gent to get your plumbing needs done promptly and fairly

I have called Kevin out a few times for various jobs; water heater replacement, toilet flange, and garbage disposal.

Kevin is extremely honest, responsive, and charges his customers fairly.

For the garbage disposal: He was up front about his pricing and I told him I could replace the garbage disposal myself. He proceeded to detail out to me how to do it, where to buy one for the best price, and to call him if I need an extra hand.

My  water heater in my laundry room was beginning to slowly leak.   I called Linck's in a panic, based on his excellent reviews, as I had just gotten an estimate from a big company that seemed really high, but it was a company that I had used in the past.   I called at 8 AM on a Saturday morning.   The woman who answered couldn't have been nicer, and said she would have Kevin call me shorty.   Within half an hour, Kevin returned the call.  After explaining the situation on the phone, Kevin gave me an estimate.  He said he thought I could wait until Monday as it would save me some money, but in the meantime instructed me to turn the water off if it got worse and to call him.  On Sunday though, he was in the neighborhood and called and asked if he could stop by and just check it out.  He did and returned early Monday morning, ready to go.  I live in an old  home in Old Roseville, and had already spent a lot of money on plumbing issues, so just the thought of plumbing repairs was enough to send me into panic mode.    

Kevin did a great job, stuck to the price that he quoted me (approximately 1k less than the big company), and everything is great.  Replacing the hot water heater involved more than just pulling the old one out, and putting a new one in.  He had to install various lines to the outside, which involved drilling through wood and stucco.  He installed a drip pan, expansion tank, and did a lot of work, that I am sure I am not doing justice in explaining.  

I could not be happier.  I have found an honest, efficient, reliable, affordable plumber, who is not only professional but also very nice.   He was patient with my questions.    I only wish that I had found him years ago, as I would have saved myself a significant amount  of money.    

I am thrilled to now have a go to plumber.   I will definitely use him again and recommend him highly to all!

Kevin was great. We just had a new water heater installed by a company through our home warranty. The other company completed the install but did not route the temperature-pressure relief valve to the exterior of the garage. The orignal water heater was routed to the exterior of the garage but the gentleman who did the new install routed the relief valve down along side the new water heater straight to the floor of my garage. I called the original installer to ask why they didn't route to the exterior of the garage and he claimed that it was up to code and that he wanted to save us money by not having to cut into the sheetrock. Anyway, long story longer, he quoted us a significant amount of money to come back and reroute the relief valve.

We Yelped Kevin and noticed his awesome track record. Like in other reviews, we called Thursday night expecting to leave a message and a very polite woman answered and said that Kevin would return our call later that evening. Kevin called us back and I gave him the low down on our situation; he offered to come by Friday morning. Yes, the next day! I forgot to mention that he gave me a quote over the phone (based on my novice description of the issue).

Kevin came by as promised, took a look at the relief valve, listened to me ask silly questions and make small talk, measure twice, cut once, and about 30 minutes later (this includes him running to the store to pickup a part or two) he was all done. He did have to cut into the sheetrock but the hole is smaller than the size of my fist. He was able to tie the brand new copper pipe back into the existing CPVC outlet so as to avoid another hole from the interior of the garage and the exterior in the stucco. All in all Kevin's price was less than half of what the original installer from I***l plumbing quoted us and it matched his over the phone quote.

Kevin was polite, professional, efficient, and all the other adjectives you can think of to describe a job well done. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thanks Kevin!

I saw the great reviews on Yelp and Nextdoor for this company. I called them in the morning and they came out an hour later for a FREE estimate. He quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed it. I would recommend this company anytime you need a plumber.

We needed a Plumber...not just any Plumber, but one that knew his job, was honest, and would charge a reasonable fee.   Wow...now days that's  a lot to ask.  

We did a Yelp search and decided on Linck's Plumbing because of the excellent reviews.   We were NOT disappointed.  

We have an older home with of course some plumbing problems.  We call Linck's.   Kevin arrived on time...he's very friendly AND clever.  Even though our plumbing is not the most up to date...he figured out the problem quickly and FIXED IT...and all at a very very reasonable cost!   If we need a Plumber again...we're calling Linck's.   Highly recommend.

They installed a brand new water heater for us over four years ago and did a great and professional job.  Friendly office staff and nice people.  Yesterday the pilot light wouldn't start so we called late last night.  They answered and scheduled for them to come out today.  Called me to let me know he was on his way.  When he got here he pushed the pilot light and for some reason it worked.  I felt horrible that we did it two times and nothing, he came out and low and behold it works.  I asked him how much and he said no charge.  Wow!  Who does that now a days? They made a forever client out of me. Thanks for being so kind and honest.

Excellent service!!! I was extremely happy with Kevin's knowledge and professionalism. Over the weekend, my home warranty company left me without hot water. Our 12 year old water heater went out on us recently and we needed hot water ASAP.  My beautiful wife left a message late Sunday night at Linck's Plumbing in Rocklin Ca and they called me back the next morning.  Kevin came out and did a free estimate and made the determination that any gas heated water heater that is over 10 years old should be changed out.  Kevin came out Monday morning and inspected our old water heater and helped us understand that our water heater had had it.  We had had a bottom of the barrel water heater for 12 years that we didn't even realize.  And after removing the old water heater there was evidence that there was leakage from the old heater.  Anyway, I am so thankful that Linck's was able to help us so fast.  The price was much more reasonable than going with another plumbing company that really advertises heavily on the radio.  I really recommend Linck's Plumbing.

Having problem with house water pressure on sprinkler system. Tops blowing off, loud banging on house. Scheduled for Wed morn, Kevin called to confirm he was on his way, which I appreciated. This is only the second yelp review I've ever written.  Unless my experience was once in a lifetime good or bad, I don't have the time.  In this case, once in a lifetime bad.  

Went with this company because of all the positive yelp reviews...they must pay customers to post those, because my experience was horrible.  I called them about replacing a water heater at a condo in Roseville.  They were initially responsive but pricier than several other quotes I got.  I believe the work was done correctly, as I am a landlord I was not there while it was being performed.  

However, everything that followed payment was a disaster.  I had to keep calling the gal who handles the paperwork for a copy of the receipt and pg&e rebate form.  At least 3 calls over a 3 week period, each time she assured me it would be sent out that day.  When it was finally received there was no model number listed on the receipt...and the receptionist did not know what unit has been installed.  After navigating the pg&e rebate paperwork online myself, I submitted my application, only to have it rejected 3 weeks later because lincks had not listed the model number on their invoice. After tracking down model # from the tenant who had to get it off the unit, I filled it in and re-submitted.  Two weeks later I get a call from pg&e saying that the unit installed does not qualify for the $200 rebate because it doesn't meet their energy efficiency standard, which had been in effect since Jan 1, 2013.  Note: the suggestion of a pg&e rebate was made by Lincks plumbing sometime in late Feb.  

This company works in energy efficiency in a utility that offers substantial rebates for energy efficiency, yet they have no knowledge of rebate policy on the appliances they recommend and install.  They offer no assitance on rebate requirements or applications; only that there may be rebates available.  And, when you need something basic like a receipt or a model #, they take a month to get back to you.  Once you get that info, you'll be filing for a rebate that the appliance they've already installed isn't even eligible for.

When this all came to a head, rather than taking ownership of their mistake, their receptionist chose to yell at me about how thats not their responsibility, and other customers of theirs have received rebates from pg&e on water heaters, and oh yeah, promise to look into and get back to me.  Still waiting on that call.

Stay away!  The other reviews are likely family members or paid members of their church.

Your search for a plumber is over. I've never written a review for Yelp before but after getting Linck's Plumbing to help us on 3 different issues I just had to say thank you. Kevin is always prompt, very professional, and has very reasonable prices. Finding Linck's plumbing has been such a fantastic find. We had a backed up garbage disposal that was gushing water through the air gap (?) when we ran the dishwasher.  We figured it was probably an easy fix, but WE couldn't figure it out.  I checked my local neighborhood Facebook group and Yelp, and saw great reviews for Kevin and Cherise, so thought I'd give them a try.

I called them first thing the next morning (7:59 AM) and was happy that they answered even though they were technically not open for another minute.  (Some businesses won't answer until *officially* inside business hours!) Cherise was very sweet and helpful.  Said they could possibly fit us in that day & would let us know by 10:00 AM.  They were true to their word, & notified us via text and phone call. Kevin was punctual and was able to quickly find the problem.  He was even kind enough to show us the easy fix for what was a common problem, and told us no charge even though we kept offering to pay for his time & travel.  He said that they were right around the corner from us, so not much travel.  We were very impressed with their professionalism and customer care.  We will definitely be giving them our business in the future for any plumbing needs!

I called these folks because of the other reviews hoping for a referal in the Yuba city area.  They didn't know of anyone but  - Cherise - who answered the phone - was so helpful and down to earth and talked me through what to expect in terms of pricing and the problem we are facing that I will feel very well informed when I hear back from a local guy. I'd almost move to Rochlin just to use these guys for plumbing.  My grandfather was a plumber and I'm sure he's smiling down at these good people.

Kevin is the best plumber around.  His rates are phenomenal, his service is top-notch, and he fixes things fast.  Just last night he repaired a very leaky shower valve that was filling a 2 gallon bucket of water every day.  The valve had some funky adapter the previous owner put on, but Kevin found a way to fix it.  You can call any of the big companies and pay a hell of a lot more, or you can call Kevin for fast, reliable, and inexpensive service...

This is the one! Don't bother calling anyone else---Kevin is a superstar. We had a dripping bath spicket which he fixed in a jiffy. Based on all the reviews I saw on Yelp I called Linck's Plumbing to install a water recirculator pump on our hot water heater and to fix a leak under my kitchen sink as well as a stripped hot water tap on our bathtub. I called on Wednesday morning, left a message and my call was returned that afternoon. Mrs. Kevin told me that Kevin would be out at 8 am the next morning and that's exactly what happened. He installed the pump and fixed the other problems, all in about an hour.  No muss, no fuss, and a reasonable charge. What a find!! Thanks, Kevin and Mrs. Kevin!

Our water heater went out and we knew it should be replaced.

Noticed rapid drip from toilet shut-off valve. Phoned Linck after recently receiving a recommendation from a neighbor. I recently had to replace my water pressure regulator . I called several plumbing companies in the area and none could respond to my request in a timely manner. I called Lincks Plumbing in Rocklin Ca. and spoke to Cherise and she stated that she could have a repairman look at the problem and she would get back to me on pricing. She did not ask for a copy of my credit report or to have a credit card on file before work could proceed (three other companies requested this information) She was polite,helpful, and very professional in every way. Most small businesses live or die by the proformance of the front office staff. If your business is failing it might be because the person who answers the phone is turning off the people who make your business a success. If you need help in this matter call Cherise and she will set you straight.

Disclamer: I have never met Cherise only through the telephone do I have knowledge of her abilities. If I still had my business, I would hire her in a heartbeat to run my front office. Suggest her current boss give her a 20% pay raise and an all expense paid trip to Hawaii.

Second time hiring Kevin Linck and he was fantastic with installing a new (and difficult) kitchen sink faucet and fixing a leaky toilet tank.

Called that morning, told them no emergency, would just like to schedule something for the coming week, and they said they could be here in an hour (which they were!). Great service, great people to work with, really knows his stuff. Best plumber ever, call Linck's!

This review is four month's overdue, but Linck's has earned my business.  I had a backup in my kitchen that also backed up into my guest bathroom bathtub.  I consider myself pretty handy, but timing was an issue here so I called a few plumbers for quotes.  Keep in mind this was on Sunday and just a few days to Christmas.  They promptly called me back (on a Sunday), and scheduled for the next day.  Kevin came out and he wasn't very talkative and when straight to business.  I value that.  After he snaked out our main line, he stated we were all set.  No upsell, no extra charge from a Sunday call, just the fair fee to come out.  Peace of mind and one less thing to think about during the holiday season.  Linck's is a family business, and I personally value that as well.  No big box store involved, just the service you are seeking at a fair price, great value.

Linck's Plumbing is just incredible!  I moved from contra costa county and for years my old friend has helped me with my plumbing needs before calling the landlords, so when I moved here I thought now what?  Renting before I have seen so many plumbers that had to be called more than once because the problems were never fixed, so I was afraid to just call one out of the blue after purchasing my home.  I checked yelp and also called Ferguson Plumbing supplies and they told me to call Linck's.  I explained my problem to Cherise who answered the phone and she was so nice and really listen to  me.  She told me Kevin was booked for the day but he could come out the next day.  I told her that would be fine because me attempting to fix what was a little problem became a much bigger problem and I just turned off the water to the house completely.  She called me back about one hour later and told me Kevin could come by today because they just got a cancellation.  Between you and me I think she may have worked with another customer to fit me into the schedule.  Either way I cannot thank her enough.  Next Kevin showed up and he got to work right away and I was able to turn the water to my house back on!!  He told me I needed a whole new faucet and when I get it to give him a call.  I showed him around the house at all the other plumbing issues that need to be fixed and projects I want to do in the future.  He was so nice, extremely knowledgeable and put up with all my questions. Just called Cherise to schedule the rest of the work needed.  This is the only plumber I will ever use in the future and tell my friends to use too!  They charge such reasonable price for the work they do and go the extra step to help quickly when you need it.  I am saving so I can get plumbing for a gas stove next and Cherise will be the one I call!

My husband and I are moving into a rental house and we had an issue with hooking up our new washing machine. When I called Linck's Plumbing (on a Sunday) I was greeted by a very friendly woman who was caring and compassionate. She assured me that Kevin could help take care of our issue. And sure enough, Kevin came out promptly (the next day), assessed the situation and he went above and beyond to take care of our needs. Found Linck's Plumbing on Yelp and just want to say that Kevin and his team earned every one of those 5 star reviews!

Ego aside, my wife can fix just about anything, but after wrestling with a challenging shower component for hours, she agreed that it was finally time to call in the Marines. From first call to service completion the Linck's team couldn't have been more professional.

The project proved to be a bear, but you wouldn't have noticed it by Kevin's steady demeanor. If I was the one doing the repairing our Homeowners Association would have fined me for carpet F-bombing the neighborhood with frustrated profanity; however, Kevin calmly went about the challenge by only uttering now that was a tough job upon its completion.

I really hate to do this as I love Kevin and think he's a fantastic plumber.  I've used him on several jobs in the past and have always been happy. However, that doesn't do me much good if I'm unable to obtain service.

About six weeks ago we had the floors replaced which required removal of an old toilet which we planned on replacing with a new toilet once the job was complete. I called up, requested a service appointment and Kevin showed up the same day and removed the toilet. He wouldn't even take payment telling me we'd settle when the new toilet was installed.

Fast forward to a week and a half ago. I gave them a call and received voicemail. A message was left with all of the details, even repeating my contact information twice. After an entire week with no response I decided to give it another go.

I called again this Tuesday and actually spoke with a live human who took down my information, acknowledged that it was a second of two part job and told me Kevin would be out the same day with a 30 minute notice. No one showed up and I received no phone calls. Today I waited through the whole day and still... no phone calls, no contact, no nothing.

My wife says I should call again but frankly I shouldn't have to do that. There are plumbers all over the place and while I really like Kevin I really don't like making multiple communication attempts without success. I'm hopeful that I can find a new plumber who actually responds to my messages and keeps their commitments.

Kevin...  this sucks. We will miss you.

Kevin came out to our house and fixed an issue we were having with our brand new dishwasher. The drain hose was too long.

We also asked three other plumbers about a job switching out our dishwasher to the other sink basin, Kevin was the only on who was knowledgeable enough to point out that the sink would not drain as well due to the lost height. Had an unexpected leak from under our sink and so we stopped washing dishes and headed to Yelp.  Searched for plumbers in our area, and one company stood out ratings-wise, which was Linck's.  We gave them a call, but didn't get a call back initially.

I had my wife call them and was able to schedule something for the following day.  First of all, he was prompt.  Took a look at the situation and explained me why it broke.  It was the previous home owner!  Sink was too low, and they had installed the pipes backward to accommodate.  Everything made sense to me and told me what the fix was, which was to replace the food dispenser, which I had told him that was something we considered anyway!

30 minutes later, he came back with the food dispenser and installed it promptly.  Everything worked fine. In fact, he also checked that the dishwasher drained properly as well.  I told him that the person who installed the dishwasher said it might have to be changed (that was a couple of months ago), but we never did it because I thought he was trying to upsell me on something.  Anyway, he cleaned up the drain from the dishwasher without me even asking him to and it drains like it's brand new!  That by itself saved me $100 if I had replaced it with another company.

Very reasonable price on what he charged us.  Definitely if we have problem issues I would call this company again.  In fact, I wish they did more than plumbing because we were so pleased with the service!  Definitely give this place a call if you just want someone to come in promptly, fix the issue, and charge you a fair price...

Kevin was able to come same-day to check a leak under my sink. I need to contact the faucet company and get a new one, and he did not charge me for coming out to diagnose the problem. Nice man and pleasant phone scheduler as well.

2020: Once again came to replace a hose bib part. He came and fixed it in about 2 minutes, didn't charge me. What a nice guy!

Had him come out to redo my water main shutoff valve/sprinkler shutoff valve. It's been about 5 months and it looks fantastic! Very professional and he was the cheapest of all the plumbers we got quotes from. Very clean work, it looks great. I would hire again in a heartbeat! My wife and I love to support small independent contractors. We feel all the fancy trucks and commercials end up costing us more. Kevin and his wife gave us a great quote, $400 less for our water heater than the nearest big store outfits.

Kevin was professional, quick and not prone to talking his competitors down to make him look good. His work speaks volumes when it comes to quality.

Kevin is an amazing person with an amazing business. We found him through Yelp. We have recalled plumbing (as we discovered once the water was shut off) throughout our house, and he was very honest in telling us that he couldn't fix it because the supplies are no longer available. He then stayed with us for the next 45 minutes while he helped us to find a plumber in the area that still had the parts and could come out to patch it. That alone was admirable. Then the next morning he showed up at our door to see how it had gone and if our plumbing had been correctly patched. He went way above the call of duty. He told us he doesn't do whole house replumbing because he is a one man operation (darn!) or we would have had him do it. Anything else, we will only use Kevin. Fantastic customer service for people who weren't even paying customers. Wow.

It's 10:30pm and I just had the longest day in history but needed to jump on yelp to give Kevin and his wife Cherise  the proper credit they deserve.  After having spent a horrific 2 days with a previous plumber with a water heater situation, I called Lincks plumbing this morning to get a 2nd opinion. I was so stressed and being that we are 1st time homeowners we were so overwhelmed with what we were told by previous plumbers who pretty much told us we were left with only one option which is to go with a tankless  water heater which would have cost us 3-times the price and with something we were not crazy about owning.  As soon as I got on phone with Cherise this morning she immediately alleviated my stress and within few hrs Kevin was at our house doing hard honest work.  We now have hot water after a 3 day ordeal with previous plumbers.  Thank you so much Kevin for your hard work. Sprung a leak on our hot water heater tank....knew we needed to replace it as it was 3 years past its lifetime... but it was working great so we just were waiting.  Called out Heating and Air Co and they recommended Kevin at Lincks Plumbing.  They were friendly and helpful. Booked us for the first appointment of the next day. Kevin showed up promptly after taxing us (7AM). Accessed the situation told us he would be back between 11-1 with a new tank to replace it. Gave us a very fair price for the whole package IN ADVANCE.  Showed back up with his assistant at around 10:30AM.  Promptly got to work quietly and efficiently- with NO drama.  Got done is less than 2 hours. Presented a bill for the amount quoted, toted our old tank off and we were in hot water immediately.  What a nice experience. Have had many plumbers in my long house owning history and this one by far was the best! Recommend!!!

Kevin with Linck's Plumbing showed up on time for an initial diagnosis leaky shutoff valve).  He listened to my issues and gave me some options for a permanent fix (he applied a temp repair on the spot).  I scheduled a time for a permanent fix a week later (based on the quality of his work, I can see why his schedule is full) and he was on time for that, too.  Replaced the faulty parts faster than he had estimated--very happy with his service.

Kevin (owner) is great and a hardworking decent man providing hard work at a fair price.

We had a broken water main between the city valve and the home shut off. To make it more complicated the break was under a small concrete pad next to my garden hose.

I had quotes from 2 other local companies that I felt were way out of line. Kevin came in with a good quote and clearly knew exactly was wrong. We went with him as he had a good price as well as was a get it done kind of guy.

Big leak from the water heater in the garage discovered by my wife Sunday PM.  I checked Yelp for recommendations Monday 730am, New Years Eve day, expecting to wait until after the holidays for a repair . Called Linck's Plumbing at 750am.  Kevin showed up less than 30 minutes later to give me an estimate. At 1140am I had a new quality water heater installed and operational. Kevin was very professional and did an outstanding job. He even tested and adjusted the house water pressure giving us improved pressure.  I intend to call Kevin for any future plumbing needs and recommend you do the same!

I had Kevin come out to snake my main line because the toilet's and tubs were beginning to back up. This is somewhat common since roots will congest the pipe and I usually have to have this done every 1.5 years or so. Kevin came out and snaked the line and everything seemed great. About a month later the problem persisted and I called Kevin and he came out and snaked the drain again free of charge. About a month after that the problem came back, I suggested that maybe Kevin wasn't snaking far enough down the line to be effective, I said that past plumbers had made it a point to snake all the way until the line connects to the city sewer in the street and their method had been very effective. I was assured by him that he was VERY knowledgeable of the process and that there must be something else going on and he refused to come out and and snake the line again and wouldn't try snaking the extra 5-6 feet that I was suggesting. I was told by Kevin's office to try someone else and to have a video camera ran down my line to discover some greater problem. So I did this, at a cost of $320.00 and all the video found was that, if Kevin had snaked 5 more feet he would solved the problem and done his job effectively. I was extremely disappointed that Kevin didn't have enough professionalism to see the job through, he was hired to fix a problem and at the end of the day I had to hire another plumber to come and finish Kevin's work effectively. Him or his office did nothing to make the situation right, they just defended that Kevin never get's complaints and somehow he was still correct. Kevin said without doubt that I shouldn't have any issues for at least a year and a half or so when he snaked the line and this clearly wasn't the case, for me he just went through the motions, collected his check, and took no pride in actually doing the job effectively. I wouldn't hire him again and I received MUCH better and thorough service from the plumber that finished Kevin's work. Kevin definitely did not live up to the previous reviews on Yelp!!!!

Lincks Plumbing saved me a lot of money! I was quoted by a very large plumbing company 5X the price!!! They also tried to talk me into doing more work on my pipes than needed to be done. To make matters worse they tried to sell me a pipe that was larger than my existing pipe 1 ¼ inch versus 1 inch (a $350 difference in price for the part). Kevin the owner of Lincks Plumbing is very professional and honest. He will tell you what you need done and what you really don't need done, which I appreciate and respect.  I highly recommend this company, and I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing related issues.

Kevin showed up on time (even adjusted the schedule at the last minute to accomodate me,) charged the price he quoted, looked at and fixed a few other small things for me, worked in a quite, clean and timely manner, and didn't try to upsell me.

We were having a garage re-roofed and were informed by the roofing crew foreman that a pipe our contractor had installed was done improperly and was, in fact,  a big safety hazard!  Pretty scary since this garage has an attached apartment that our daughter lives in!  We called Kevin Lincks at Linck's Plumbing.  We were in a time crunch because our roofers couldn't finish until the plumbing issue was rectified.  Kevin was able to come right out and make the repairs on the same day!  He was extremely fair with his pricing, too!!  No gauging - just honest work and honest pay!  We highly recommend this company!

I was referred to Linck Plumbing by an acquaintance. Kevin came over to access the work needed.  (He's handsome and humble).   The morning of my appointment, Kevin was at my door with all the items we agreed on during his first quote visit. I never really asked him what the total cost of my plumbing needs would be.  His honest face and hard working demeanor just impressed me.
Sure enough, he got the jobs done right.  He installed my new water heater, new kitchen faucet, and new garbage disposal.   Love my new stuff!  I was charged the right amount for the work completed.  5 star recommend for Kevin and his plumbing skills!

Kevin from Linck's plumbing helped us with a garbage disposal issue today.  He was able to promptly come to our home.  His customer service is always top-notch.  The prices are always very fair.  We couldn't be more pleased with the service we receive from this company! Glad that Kevin showed up for someone else!  He's nice, but did not come back to finish a job, and did not come to an appointment!  Very bad business.  Went to easier jobs, I guess, meaning fixed other peoples water heaters, and would not finish the project he started.

Called this morning about a problem with our water heater. They were so very helpful and told us that we are still under warranty with the manufacturer and provided us the contact information.  It is really refreshing to have a company be helpful and try to save consumers money.  If anything comes up in the future, they will definitely get my call in the future!

AWESOME SERVICE! Called Linck's on a Saturday due to no hot water, and the pilot light would not spark on the water heater. I was very nervous since I normally hire by referral but my referral was out of town. Kevin was at my house within 20 mins, he exlained everything and I could tell there was no BS, no sales pitch.  I totally felt comfortable with hiring him to replace the water heater, which he did that following Monday. I highly recommend him and will use him again. Thanks Kevin!

We had a water pump burn out and Kevin saved the day!  He figured out the cause of the burn out, fixed the problem and replaced the burnt out pump!  He did a great job, was so pleasant and was able to do all of the work the same morning I called!!  We highly recommend him and are happy to know we have a plumber for any future needs!

I can't say enough great things about this company. My hot water heater broke yesterday. I spoke to Cherise and she was amazing. She got in her car and drove to Sac to go pick up the parts they thought I needed so they could try to fix it the same day. Unfortunately that wasn't the issue, but Kevin came out the very next day with a new water heater. He saved me! I have a young child and it's tough not to have hot water. I really appreciate how quickly they helped me.

The plumber I used for over a decade retired.  I heard about Linck's plumbing from prior customers and had seen his truck around in Rocklin.  My Stanford Ranch Rocklin home was built in 1998 and the exterior water main and interior stop valves had not been replaced.  I used Kevin for this preventative maintenance job that was overdue.  After setting up an appointment with Cherise, Kevin came over and the job cost was quoted within a day.  A few days later Kevin was at my home and completed all the work.  He has been doing this for some time and clearly knows what he is doing.  The positive Yelp reviews are spot on.  He is everything you would want in a contractor.  I am glad I now have a plumber to call when services are needed.  Thank you Kevin and Cherise.

Terrible customer service - never received a return call from them.  I called two days in a row and left a message and never received a call back. I instead called Ace 1 Plumbing and received a call back within 10 minutes for same day service! Do not call Linck's - call Ace 1 Plumbing and ask for Jung!

Thanks to Linck's Plumbing we will now have hot water in time for Christmas! Kevin came out on a Sunday morning and replaced my hot water tank which was leaking. Great company to work with!  Had them out to replace the water pressure regulator which Kevin did, then called them back for an estimate on a 15 year old water heater, got a Great quote and replaced it the next day. They earned My 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!

Yet another 5 star review...it's all true.  From the immediate answer by a live person when I called to repairs complete for a GREAT PRICE only a few hours later.  Kevin is the real deal...a expert who deals fairly with his customers just like he would want to be treated  They just don't make 'em like this any more.  Look no further...call Linck's and treat yourself to a pleasant experience by a service company.

I called to set up a service call, explained the problem , and was told someone would check with Kevin, the plumber, and call me back.  I didn't hear from anyone and called a second time. I was told he was still checking on things and would call me back later that day. I never heard back from anyone. Will definitely scratch this business off my list, since they can't even get back to potential customers.

Kevin and his staff ANSWER THE PHONE and are HONEST!!! I called them over the holidays because another plumber, Bud's Plumbing Service, had looked at the water heater in my rental property, diagnosed a leak in it, and then wanted to change the heater even though it was only a few years old. I called Linck's Plumbing during a weekend, along with a few others, and only Linck's answered the phone. I wanted to get an estimate on changing the heater since Bud's estimate seemed high. Kevin looked at the heater within 2 days, then called me to say that there was nothing wrong with the heater at all; it only needed the pilot light relit. And wouldn't even charge me for the time he took to look at the heater. He saved me over $2000! And wouldn't take any money for it! It's now been over 2 months since Kevin looked at it, and the water heater is STILL working just fine! I'm DEFINITELY calling him again should I need any plumbing work!

Kevin is a class act, professional and honest contractor!  Our water heater's pilot light wouldn't stay on so I turned to Yelp to find a plumbing contractor that had good reviews and I called two guys.  One guy who had a few good Yelp reviews quoted me about $215 to fix the thermo couple and said he wasn't too sure when he'd be able to get out to our home.  He needed the model number, serial number, brand, etc., etc. to find the actual part and was going to call me back with an accurate price.  Meanwhile, I found Kevin and called him. His nice wife took my info and Kevin called me back within 5 min.  I told him my problem, he quoted me $120 and said he could come over right away.  About 30 min later he was done with the work!  The other guy finally called me back to quote me $220 and I told him I already had the work done for half!  He couldn't believe it.  Kevin IS THE MAN and the only guy I will call for any plumbing needs.

I'd give 6 stars if I could!  
Kevin and his wife Cherise work as a team.  She has outstanding customer service skills and does the scheduling for Kevin who likewise does outstanding plumbing work.  Even though Kevin has been very busy Cherise was able to fit me into his schedule to install my new kitchen sink and faucet.  I'd been tolerating a shallow (7 1/2 inches deep) small two-bowl white coated steel sink for 13 years.  Finally I found what I thought would be a universal fit sink that would replace my old original builders grade (meaning cheap) sink and faucet without having to modify my expensive Corian counters.  The fit was not quite universal for sure but Kevin's problem-solving skills worked like magic and he did a great job.  I could not be happier as he was not only able to get the new sink to fit...a lot of extra time modifying the sink and opening...but also divert the dishwasher drain so I could replace the goofy gap top with an attractive and functional soap dispenser.  Quality work done at a reasonable price thanks to Linck's Plumbing!  Check my before and after photos on Kevin's Yelp business listing.

Amazing services we called for a service and received 2 hour window and then a call 30 minutes before arrival time. When Kevin showed up today it was a small problem with our garbage disposal he repaired small problem and didn't even charge us for the service or there time, we even offered to give him a tip for his time that he didn't even accept it.. this is just an amazing company

I have a home warranty, and the company they sent out did not impress me. Jumped on Yelp and found. Cherise and Kevin with Linck's Plumbing. Cherise answered the phone and was able to get me a quote within minutes. Kevin then came out and had it replaced in no time at all. Very pleased with both of them. Thank you both!

I can't say enough about Linck's plumbing.  We purchased a Rheem Water Heater from Home Depot after our older unit was botch repaired by another service that rhymes with Lonney and drives the big white/red trucks.  The new unit we had planned to use Home Depot's installation services until I saw their installer reviews online with 1 star across the board (most comments wanted to rate 0 stars but Yelp does not allow that).  I called Kevin at Lincks and his assistant was very responsive (via Text), jumped on our installation immediately and kept us informed all the way.  Kevin showed up EARLY which is unheard of for this industry, was extremely courteous, quick, left no mess, hauled away our older unit and did a top notch job - all for 1/2 the price Home Depots low price promise installer quoted us - needless to say, the 0-1 star rating did not encourage me to price battle with the other installer.  I completely understand why Linck's has a 100% 5 star rating!   They will be the first to call anytime we have future plumbing needs.

I don't know any plumbers, so I turned to Yelp to read the reviews of plumbers in my area. I decided to call Linck's Plumbing and am glad I did.

My first impression wasn't great, but I'm glad I didn't go off that because my second impression was a good one. I initially called on a Friday, and after a couple of non-answers where I chose not to leave a message, I finally decided to leave a message. By midday Monday, I hadn't received a return call. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were backed up on returning calls, so I called again.

The appointment was scheduled for the next day, at my preference. I was told I'd receive a call when Kevin was approximately 1/2 hour away. I got a call during the expected time frame, and Kevin was prompt with his arrival. Not much for words, he got right to work. (I can respect that!) He diagnosed my leaking faucet/pipe issue, and it turned out I needed to buy a new fixture due to where the pipe break was. He said he could install the new fixture right then if I wanted to run out and buy one, or I could make another appointment and he would come back. I decided to run out and buy one after getting his advice on some of the brands he considered better than others, and some of the variables I should consider (so my wife would be happy with my choice....my words).

Kevin installed the new fixture quickly and even adjusted my water pressure to a more appropriate level. I considered the price to be very fair, and he cleaned up after himself. What more could I expect? If you need a plumber and don't have one in the family, I'd recommend Linck's Plumbing based on my experience this week.

After seeing so many 5 star ratings I thought I had hit the jackpot but the reality is that I am NOT impressed.  I called at 8:00 this morning and was told Kevin was not in yet but should be shortly and she would me within a half hour and let me know when he could come out.  I called back at 10:00 and was told she was making up his schedule and he should be to my house between 12:00 and 2:00.  At 12:30 I realized that she had not taken my address (I should have taken that as a clue) so I called again to give it to her and she said Kevin was on his way to Granite Bay and might be later so she would call me back in 10 to 15 minutes and let me know.  Well, here it is..the end of the day and not one return call. No word at all from this Kevin and no word from his scheduler.  I can't be sure but I think they might have had friends write these reviews because Linck's seems pretty flaky to me

I have used Kevin twice and the first time was on a Sunday to repair a damaged pipe in a difficult location and he did an excellent job.

The 2nd time I used him was to reroute a water line for a toilet and he again did an excellent job and is very knowledgable about his work and did an excellent job.

I would call him for any plumbing work that I need anytime and highly recommend him to anyone.

Awesome service! Just got our water heater repaired this week. Very prompt and efficient service. Cherise was great at communicating with us and making sure we got hot water the same day! She went above and beyond following through and making sure we were okay. Sent out someone to come and take a look in the evening hours, and we were beyond relieved that it was a quick and easy fix instead of having to replace our water heater. Highly recommend!

Friendly fast service! We were having new counter tops installed and a valve under the sink would not stop leaking. I called Linck's and Kevin was able to come out a few hours later to fix the valve and get our water turned back on. Thank you!!

Called first thing in the morning answered by Cherise. She asked what the issue was and made the decision to dispatch out the tech Kevin who arrived in 10 minutes. One of the benefits when supporting local businesses right! Kevin was able to repair in a timely manner. I've used a services from a couple of plumbers and Linck's has been the best. Called at 7 a.m. this morning because something busted in the kitchen ans water was everywhere.  Cherise answered the phone and was very nice and said she would set us up for the first visit of the day. She also said she would call back in 20 minutes to confirm the time.  She was true to her word and called back when she said.  Fortunately my husband was able to find the busted hotwater line from the dishwasher and can fix it himself so we cancelled the service.  My husband took the call to let her know when she had called back.  We were both very impressed with their service even though they didn't come out to the house.  For sure we will be calling them if we ever have plumbing issues we need help with!

I am totally impressed with this plumbing companies great values! I had ordered a new washing machine from Sears and when they delivered it the guy who is installing it said I needed a new valve on my water and said if I didn't it was going to leak all over the place. I called all kinds of plumbers you never called me back but Lincks plumbing arranged an appointment and Charisse in their office was awesome with constant updates and information! Kevin came out and looked at my valve and said I didn't need one... He said there's absolutely nothing wrong with it and he couldn't understand why the guy had recommended it. Kevin could have totally done that job and been $350 better off but he said he couldn't install something that wasn't needed! I was so impressed with their integrity and service and whenever I need plumbing services again or somebody asks for a recommendation I will certainly be recommending their company. 100 thumbs up for this company!!

Set an appointment then no one showed up. I had to call to tell them they missed the appointment.

They set another appointment and called AFTER the appointment time to say they went to wrong address. So at this point 2 missed appointments.

I gave them one more chance and this time they showed up and I was told they would send me a quote. A quote NEVER came after 4 days. I then contacted them AGAIN to confirm the email and they NEVER sent it.

I can't speak to their plumbing expertise but their scheduling and general business practices are poor.

I called Linck's Plumbing after getting an estimate from a large plumbing company that I thought was outrageous.  Linck's Plumbing is the only plumbing company for me now. Excellent customer service, prompt responses back to me, reasonable rates, and an over the top willingness to find the root cause of a leak.  My experience was outstanding!

Had a big water leak I couldn't locate under a slab. So I was without water. This wasn't a problem until the neighbors discovered I was using their water and electricity. So much for friendly!

Kevin was recommended by my regular plumber (something about not getting paid last time). Wow, Kevin was cool. Saved me a bunch of money, which as you can see is real important.

Cherise is great and she's not kidding when she says, Kevin is not a sales guy. He's short on conversation and just gets the job done. The first time we had him come out to look at our water heater (that we thought had a possible issue), and after looking things over advised us that it was fine had had more life in it. It was a good first impression - he didn't try to sell us on a fix that wasn't immediately necessary. We had him come back out a second time for some toilet issues, and he did a great job. Would call them again.

So one problem fixed, then another hits!! Water heater went out, and with a full house, we need hot water. Called Lincks and said he could be out next day. Showed up with new water heater and installed within two hours. Kevin is a good guy and I recommend him to everyone.
