Our pool valve was leaking so we called to see if somebody could fix it as soon as possible. We were shocked when Richard from Pipeworks was able to come out the very next morning, and it was scheduled for 10 AM and was even early. The price was right very satisfied.

I had a Water leak and broken disposal in My Home. I contacted him this morning and he was here within two hours.  He diagnosed and repaired my water leak and broken disposal to my great satisfaction. He's also an incredible handyman and can fix any home problems both inside or outside. Not only is he reliable, prompt and fair, but he also a good person. I highly recommend him!

Great plumber!  He has done numerous jobs for me, from a water heater consultation to a broken sprinkler to a leaky toilet.  I have recommended him to my parents and to other good friends.  He was professional, communicates everything he is going to do and how much it will cost, and has a great sense of humor!  5+ stars!!

Don did a great job for us rebuilding the insides of a Kohler one piece toilet. Instead of installing the universal equipment the plumbing store sold us he research the correct manufacturer's replacement kit and brought it to our house to install. This took an extra trip and time on his part that I do not think he even charged us for. I am not sure other plumbers would have done the same. We recommend him

Water heater went out the day before Xmas eve. Called several companies and the
earliest anyone would come would be the 26th. Found Herman from Swift Plumbing
who promised to come the 24th but then came at 5:00 pm the day before since
he got done with his other jobs early. Bless his heart! The estimates were all over the place
and his was the lowest. Fixed the problem quickly. A+++

Our pipes were put in at an angle under our kitchen sink. When we used our garbage disposal, water came up the opposite sink and dirty water would get on our dishes. When we were gone on vacation, the pipes disconnected and there was a leak under the sink into the bottom of the cabinet.

We were able to contact A1 and have someone out right away. Eric did a drain cleaning, connected new piping, and fixed the entire problem before we got back!

On a newly purchased home, we found that it had been stripped of the piping under the house and were in desperate need for getting it fixed quick. Vasili came out and gave a fair quote and we elected him to do the job. We could not have been more pleased as he was honest, clean, and in the end found that there was some areas that were not damaged and actually reduced the quote accordingly. Vasili did a great, very quality job and I not only reccomend him, I look forward to having him do some more work for us in the future. Fair pricing and flexible with being able to do needed kitchen work in a Saturday. Juan showed up in given time frame and was able to finish in  no time.

Was able to come out and reassess root intrusion area and repaired 2 section of clasped pipe. He also installed 2 way clean-out so it's easier to service in the future.

Had a nasty hot water heater leak and called Cal Delta.
They sent a friendly and efficient crew to install and relocate a new tankless on demand unit and remove the old one.
Huge job but they made it painless and the end result is spectacular!
I know they usually handle commercial plumbing and based upon my results, I'd contact them for ANY plumbing issue. Guy and David are to be trusted and the work of their plumbers speaks volumes!  Kudos to Cal Delta Plumbing!

Integrity. Looks out for the customer. Mike came out twice. The first time he told us that our water heater was still under warranty/recall and helped us call it in to have a technician come by and fix it for free. (This was after another business came by and gave us a quote of over $2000 to fix it.)

The technician that came told us we needed to fix a valve. Mike came out again and took a look and said it still looks okay. He didn't want to charge us for work that didn't need doing. We did ask him to help install earthquake straps for our water heater.

I'm impressed by Water Heater Master's honesty. Saved us quite a bit of money. Definitely recommend them to others.

They took care of installing bidets in all bathrooms at our business, and in the process they swapped several connectors that had rusted to the point of failure.

My sink was taking hours to drain. I called Arrow Plumbing and easily set up an appointment. The drain was working well within the hour and clean up was thorough, even cleaning out the bucket I had under the sink.

EXTREMELY RUDE...DAMAGED PROPERTY...ABANDONED JOB!  I could give zero Stars I would! The plumber was extremely rude, unprofessional, appears to always be in a bad mood, caused damage to my bathroom cabinet,  has been to my house 4 times over a week, and just walked off and abandoned the job after I have already paid.
This company was contracted through my home warranty company to fix my garbage disposal and faucet that would not turn all the way off in the basin of my bathroom sink last Wednesday. He came out on Wednesday and said that the garbage disposal need to be replaced and that the part for the the sink would need to be replaced and he would be back on Friday. Friday he returned and installed the garbage disposal and the other sink part. When he installed the other part, he said that it made the problem worse, so he put the old part back and that a new faucet we need to be put in. Well, apparently he tinkered with something underneath the sink because by Saturday afternoon I discovered that water had been leaking rapidly underneath the sink from the valve and flooded out my entire bathroom cabinet in bathroom floor for almost 24 hours. I called the company and spoke with Jody who said that she would be able to get him out there on Tuesday and that she would note the situation. Eventually I was able to get the valves turned off with some tools but the damage was already done, the wood was ruined.
He showed up Tuesday for our appointment which was from a window of 8 to 10 p.m. right when I was about to drop my kid off to school at 8:08. He became very upset when I told him I was about to leave to go drop him off and said but we have an appointment. I told him I just need 5 minutes to run him around the corner to school... he got mad jumped in his truck and left without even telling me he wasn't coming back. When I called the office Jodi said that he had a right to leave because they don't have to wait. I was irritated by his attitude and lack of cooperation. Jody rescheduled him to come out today. In the meantime the warranty company had me send photos of the damages from my cabinet which is now turned into dry rot and sogginess. We still do not have a functioning bathroom sink.
Wednesday, the same plumber showed up for our appointment scheduled from 9 a.m. to 11 window at exactly 9 a.m.  As I was instructed by the Home Warranty company, I point it out to him the secondary damages caused by his water leak, and asked if he was going to repair that. He said NO, became extremely argumentative, told me that it was my fault and that I did it (I did not have any leak problem underneath my sink until he went under there and did something, nor did I ever touch underneath that sink other than to stop the leak he caused), blamed me for it, grabbed his tools stormed out the door, got in his truck and drove off (He was only here for 2 minutes) without saying he was leaving or anything about the original repair. He did not even complete the job that he was originally contracted to complete! Unbelievable! I wish I would not have paid them a dime! When the Home Warranty company contacted Jody, she said they did not want to non of her tech out to finish the job because of what happened. The company abandoned the job altogether. My home warranty company had to dispatch a whole new company to finish the job they started, and my damaged property issue is going to be a fight.
