Our sewer line backed up and flooded our home around 8pm on Sunday night.

I sent a message about the services I needed in my home and he was the first to respond very quickly I might add. I called other places who told me they would get to me the next day. Tom told me he could be to me within the hour and 45 minutes later he was pulling up to my home.

Tom was very knowledgeable about the issues we had and how they could be resolved. He was quick and sufficient in doing the necessary repairs.

I would recommend Tom, he has for sure found a customer in us!

I was referred to JRW Plumbing by a neighbor.  I couldn't be happier. John was friendly, professional, efficient, and thorough.  He located my extensive plumbing problem quickly, and had the problem solved promptly, and at a VERY reasonable price.  

I've never hired a plumber, whether it was from a large company or small, that I was completely happy with, until now.  I will use JRW Plumbing from now on.

I couldn't be happier that I called Comfort Master when my A/C finally gave out.  They were great on the phone educating me on potential causes for my issues and answering my questions.  Their tech arrived as scheduled the next day and identified the problem.  I really appreciated that he explained things to me before moving forward with the repair.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

We just purchased a home and had Jimmy come out for a quote on fixing our sewer line. After he did his initial examination of the sewer line, he decided to look at the plumbing under the house and found a rusted/leaking pipe that our inspector missed!

Jimmy was clear and concise and gave us different options for replacing/fixing the sewer as well as the plumbing lines under our house. He was very professional and from his explanations, he knew what he was talking about.

We are currently fighting with our inspection and insurance companies to get some money back and hope to use Mako for the actual repairs. We will add another update if we get the work done by Mako.

I left work early to ensure I would be here for an appointment I made with this guy via Yelp. He didn't show. No contact, no call, no nothing. Frankly, this is a disappointment, as I bypassed a few other people as he was the first to confirm. I want to emphasize confirm, as he used that word in our correspondence.

Sam came to fix a wall for us and our Ring camera. He is friendly, efficient and knows what he's doing!  He cleans up after the project is complete. He gave some suggestions on other projects too. Thanks Sam!

Bill came out on a Sunday recently because the kitchen sink was backed up. He quickly got it fixed and chatted with us for a bit (on his day off). We hadn't been in the house more than a few months so he gave us some info on the plumbing in homes the age of ours, and even crawled under the house to check everything out and see if the original plumbing had ever been replaced (it had!). He also helped us find the cleanout on the side of the house. He was so helpful and kind! We will definitely refer him to anyone we know who needs a plumber.

I can't say enough about the level of service Mike provided. First of all I should say that as an insurance adjuster I see my share of good and bad in the industry and Mike is definitely one of the best. I had a sewer backup that affected every drain in my home. I spent the better part of a day calling our home warranty service trying to get them to assign me a plumber for that day. I got the run around and finally gave up and called my own. Thanks to yelp I found Mike. He was at my place in less than an hour, gave me some suggestions on where to look for a plumbing cleanout  and told me to call in the AM if I still needed him (he didn't charge for this which is unheard of in this day and age). I did call him the next morning and he came out first thing in the morning and within a couple hours had a cleanout installed, roots snaked and removed and ran a camera to show me the condition of my sewer line. He charged me half of what I was quoted by other companies. Do not hesitate to call Mike at First Call if you have a sewer problem!

Jeff is reliable and when he's finished with the job, you don't even know that anyone was in your home because he leaves it as he found it.  

As others have mentioned, Jeff always arrives on time or early because he respects his clients.  Once we found Jeff, we have never and will never use anyone else for all of our plumbing needs.

If you have anything plumbing, RUN AND DON'T WALK to make the call to Jeff!  You will not regret it!

I'm not even sure it's in my best interest to tell you how great he is because it'll just make it harder to get his attention the next time that we need him ;)

Owner, Bobby Leak replaced two water heaters and installed an efficient hot water recirculation pump in a manner four other plumbing companies did not think of resulting in gallons of saved water and almost instant hot water more than 60 feet from the water heaters. Bobby returned our calls promptly, has very competitive prices, is very experienced with all types of plumbing issues not to mention is very efficient,  mess free
and is very cordial to work with. Thanks Bobby!

Had an emergency and needed a clean out. Safi said he could be here in 30 mins, was right on time. Had the clean out done within 10 mins.  thank you for the awesome service. Will definitely use him for any of our plumbing needs...

Writing this is very hard for me, I have been putting this off for 3 weeks. Just want to give you all and FYI that this company does not back their products used, the workmanship or care about customer satisfaction.
I had them repair my shower faucets because I could not turn the cold handle using both my hands. They replaced the stems and handles for a cost of $110.00 plus labor and I still cannot turn the cold handle with both hands. So I have resorted to using vise grips. I called and spoke to a man who said he would talk to his boss about my complaint and someone would get back to me. That never happened so I called again a week later and a women answered who said there were no notes about my previous call, yet she new about my complaint almost word for word. She said someone would call me back and again that never happened.
I thought I was using a well respected company as they have given me good work in the past. I can only assume that the original owners have retired and given it to their sons who couldn't care less about the reputation of the business or the customer.
I explained that I am a 70 year old widow and my hands are too weak to turn the handle but they chose to not make it right for me.
I need work done on other household maintenance but now I feel that if I can't even pick a decent plumber then how would I ever be able to choose a reputable contractor.
I am also sending this to Yelp and the BBB.

I had a 13 year old hot water tank that developed a problem and was referred to The Plumbing Pro's by the company that I purchased the new tank from.  The owner, Steven quoted the project and sent one of his employees out to install the new tank that I had purchased the next day.  The employee was to come to my house at 10 am., but just before 9, Steve called to ask if he could come early.  The call was a nice courtesy...much better than having someone at my door before I expected them.  

When the employee, Bruce got to the house he was professional in every way.  He assessed the job, told me how long it would take, informed me that my house water supply would be off for awhile and then went to work.  He did a great job.  He put in new supply lines, re-routed my high pressure overflow pipe and re-fitted my earthquake straps to the new tank.  When he was finished he showed me how to light the pilot, suggested the proper heat settings and gave the warranty info and manual to me.  Then, he cleaned up, leaving my garage in  the same condition as when he arrived.  

The Plumbing Pros are the plumbing contractor that you want to hire.  Professional in every way.  From customer contact all of the way through the installation and clean up process I was glad that I had hired them.  I am a 100% satisfied customer!

My friends recommended this and I was so happy with the work they did.  I just bought the house and was still living 400 miles away.  I needed a kitchen wall removed and tiled countertops to quartz. We spoke on the phone and discussed what I wanted to do with the kitchen.  As the work progressed - he sent me pics and called to make sure it was correct. The kitchen looks great now that the wall is down and countertops placed.  A month after I moved in, I decided to remove the walls between living, dining and family rooms - again the outcome was great.  I highly recommend them for doing any type of work needed.  In the near future, they will be changing out my double doors in the entry way and painting my garage.

We just moved to Sacramento and bought a house. We have a million projects we want to get done and had several local electricians come give us quotes. Shah, was by far the most reasonably priced of the bunch. He gave us a price on a few jobs we needed done, which included replacing exterior light fixtures, interior light fixtures, installing a NEST thermostat and fixing a running toilet. All of the jobs were completed perfectly. On top of that he's a super nice guy and was very kind to my family.
We will definitely be calling Shah for more plumbing and electrical work

Hall's Plumbing is amazing. Thank you to Amy, Josh and the whole team! Our toilet was backing up into our shower and we knew we had some sort of issuing going on. I explained the urgency to the team since we are scheduled to be induced to have our first baby tonight, and they came out within hours!!! So thankful for them!!! All is fixed and it's something we no longer need to worry about. We have used them for a gas line repair as well as other fixes and we will continue to use Halls Plumbing. Thanks again team!!

I didn't know anything about replacing a water heater and was a little freaked out about getting one. These guys walked me through it all! They gave me a reasonable price, showed up on time, worked fast, and even hauled away the old heater! I seriously can't complain or criticize Flash Water Heaters!! So, kudos to you guys, for your great service! You deserve 6 stars!
