I had a shower valve replaced today, and Premier Rooter sent a workman named FRANCISCO.  He was OUTSTANDING, extremely polite, and very competent.  He explained everything, did his job in a very timely manner, cleaned up thoroughly, and helped replace the items that were moved before he began work.  

After the initial quote (again, a polite employee), I had to change the appointment three times.  The scheduler was kind and understanding, and he found the time that worked best for our situation.  Even better, a LIVE person answered the phone!

I would highly recommend Premier Rooter and Plumbing. It is a professional company whose employees do their jobs well!  I will use them again for any other plumbing issues.

I highly suggest Pro Plumbing. They are professional, polite, and do an amazing job.  They installed 2 brand new toilets. Picked them up at Lowe's and hauled away the old toilets. I will be calling them for any other plumbing work I have.

Our restroom had a flood & I called several places but no one was able to show up, I found Jonathan through a friend from church and he came out to help! He fixed the leak issue and help clean the water flood. I'll definitely use them again!!

T.J. Robb was recommended by a neighbor several years ago when we moved into our new home and needed numerous repairs and improvements. Since then, we have called him for other work.

Messaged them requesting a quote and got an immediate response, they were able to have a technician out within a day. They were very prompt, fixed my garbage disposal quickly and made sure I was satisfied with it and double checked that it worked fine before leaving. Also shared info with me about the disposal before leaving. Definitely recommend!

My first time to use Honest Lee handyman service. He was at my place the time he said he'll arrived.  My projects was to replace my stove hood n fix my sagging kitchen cabinet. He did a wonderful job on both my projects.  He's a pro handyman.  Very good, so I hired him to do another project. I Highly recommend honest Lee handyman service.

I called them out to get an estimate and after getting a few estimates we decided to go with them because they were the lowest and I felt comfortable with their technician Jeremy.  We had had a spraying spigot main in front of the house and our water line to our refrigerator was leaking. A total puddle job! He had if et done in less than 30 minutes and he even lowered the estimate 25 bucks on the spot!  This is a reputable way of doing business!  Thanks!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience.  Armstrong sent George out the same day I called.  He was pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable.  Fixed the problem (no cold water coming out of the faucet in the shower) promptly, and the charge was very reasonable.  These are my new go-to plumbers for sure!

Carlos from Trenchless came by this afternoon to help us figure out why our washing machine kept backing up. Although he was unable to fix the problem he was great at helping us pinpoint the exact location and gave us peace of mind that nothing huge was wrong with the rest of the plumbing. I had Mario install an external alkalizing water filter to my kitchen sink. It was a bit complicated because we had to remove the existing faucet and replace a few parts. I contacted a few other plumbers in the area and decided to go with Mario after he stopped by to give me a quote. Since the filter is not a conventional one, the other plumbers made it seem a bit complicated but once Mario looked it over, he knew exactly what needed to be done. He was extremely professional and has SERIOUSLY great attention to detail! Cannot stress that enough! He took his time to explain everything and gave me suggestions that I would have otherwise never thought of.

I was initially a bit apprehensive to go with him due to the lack of reviews, but I'm so happy I did. He's thorough with his work, and I highly recommend him.

Recently had to call the plumber again for another toy situation that we couldn't handle ourselves and had to call again a month later due to a ceiling leak underneath a bathroom. From my previous experience I called ABC plumbing.  Larry came out on both occasions this time. He was quick, knowledgeable and resolved the problems. I am once again very happy with the service.

STOP.  Call another company and save yourself the agony of dealing with Preferred Plumbing and Drain.  I called them out to clear a backed up sewer.  The first guy they sent wanted to pull off BOTH my toilets to snake the lines and he could do it for a special of $350.  The poo water drained out of the bath tub, he left, and within two hours the sewage was backing up again.  They sent a different guy out the 2nd time who told me the first one had done it all wrong.  The 2nd did it his way and tried to tell me it might not be covered by their warranty.  He got the water to drain and I told him the manager could call me if they expected me to pay more.  The next morning, guess what?  Sewage in the tub again!  Preferred sent out a THIRD guy who told me the problem was in my shower and that this was not covered under the warranty.  Plus the price to run a camera had magically gone up to $250 when I was quoted $150 earlier.  (By this point I called another company.)  Within 2 MINUTES the other company found the real problem (in the main, not the shower) and DIDN'T even charge for running the camera.  LISTEN TO ME PLEASE - run!  Avoid Preferred Plumbing.
