had a few odd jobs in the house , called a few handy man and their rates were astronomical however handyman lee was reasonable.
He did a good job, my family felt safe with him in the house a big issue this days.
he has great personality , very friendly , good customer service and he is quick to finish work and do it right . This guy is not one of those rip off guys or bad attitude people.

I want to thank a specific employee, Charles, for being good at his job and smarter than the average bear.

Over the course of a couple months I had two guys from another company come twice, and one other guy from Rapid Rooter come by twice because our kitchen/laundry clog issue kept returning.

Charles was the first to look under the house and notice that the drain pipe had been poorly repaired by an amateur, and also see that the entire underside of the house was soaked. By repeatedly bashing a snake down a pipe system repaired improperly with irrigation 90 degree fittings, the other guys had broken a connection at the head of the drain.

I'm a fix-it kind of guy and was able to lay plastic out ahead of myself to stay out of the mud and I properly replaced the connections that day, including adding more support. In cutting out the bad sections I found a 90 degree bend near the end that was completely clogged--nothing was getting through it. All the laundry and dishwasher water was dumping under the house!

Unprofessional and Overpriced! I would expect since they charge more than average I would get above average service, but I had a bad experience.

Problem 1) You would think when you pay $260 for 45 min. of service they would have their own supplies, but as muddy pipe water was spilling out onto the floor the plumber asked if I had any towels. In the urgent situation I grabbed 3 which he used.
Problem 2) He left all three towels soaked and covered in thick, black muck in the sink. The least he could have done is rinsed them out or asked where to leave them. The entire area he worked on was left wet and dirty.
Problem 3) He did not communicate anything to me. I had to ask several questions to which I got short or one word answers.  Any service person should explain what the problem is and how they are going to fix it without me asking a bunch of questions.
Problem 4) The lady I spoke with was friendly at first, but tried to defend everything I was telling her instead of apologizing for the horrible service, but she could not fight all the facts above. Once I explained all the problems listed above, she had nothing to say but she would relay the info to the supervisor who would call as soon as he got out of a meeting, but ...
Problem 5) Never called

As a homeowner and professional property manager I have done business with a lot of plumbers over the years and this was the first time I felt so disrespected.

What the company doesn't know is I could have given them several referrals as I am in the business of taking care of properties, but instead I will let home and apartment complex owners know they should not use this company.

All this could have been resolved with a simple sorry and offer to refund a percent for the bad experience, but they chose to ignore me.

I highly recommend this company, Lance was the technician that came put to our house 5-16-23.. Lance w a 42 yrs. Experience hes a PRO knows it all. He charged my freon and found the leak and not only that hes friendly, honest and cleaned our A/C and checked everything made sure its all in proper operations. Thank u Lance!

My tenants had an issue with slow draining toilet and shower. They called another company who came out and spent less than 10 minutes for the evaluation and said they need to pull the toilet to take a better look and it would cost 500 dollars. We declined and they still charged us 169 dollars for the service call. My tenants then called Trenchless and they came out promptly and diagnosed and treated the issue after a video scoping and declogging for 99 dollars. The Trenchless was prompt, professional, and honest that it is common issue with build up of debris over time, which we suspected. Great 5 star service that is sometimes hard to find with other plumbing companies. Highly recommend Trenchless!!!

Very prompt and professional service. Called  at 0800 and they were on site by 0915. Mario was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. Also on a side note, when Mario entered into the house he put on booties over his work boots.

We had a clog in our plumbing with water backing up into the bathtub.  Roto Rooter came out and told us that we don't have a cleanout pipe on the main line, and that they would have to install one for a total cost of $1100.

ABC plumbing came out and confirmed that we didn't have a cleanout line, but was able to snake the line through the toilet in the bathroom and solve the problem for just $300.  The work was done very professionally.

Preferred Plumbing was great!  VERY reasonable price to fix an underground leak in my front yard.  The guy who came out, Eddie, was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me.  He fixed the pipe in a very timely manner, and gave me a price below what I thought it would cost, which was so nice.  Don't hesitate to call them if you need help, and be sure to ask for Eddie, you won't be sorry!
