It's a recent Friday evening and I drilled a hole in a copper pipe. When no other plumbers answered the phone Alchemy did. He helped in a big way. Some guys would see $$, instead he help solve my no water weekend by talking me through a DIY success story. He did not need to do that but chose to help a person in need over a potential big invoice for after hours. They will be first on the list next time I need a plumber. Tualatin Oregon

Tod was super nice. He is very responsive and punctual too! He was able to fix our closet door that had been driving us crazy for a long time in an hour. He was even nice enough to go get the parts to fix it. I will definitely be calling him again. : )

Jorge (George) came out on his day off to snake my bathroom drain and bath tub. He was punctual, called ahead of time and was very nice. I definitely recommend giving him a call!

Wow! We can't say enough about this business. We were in a bind when our pilot went out and couldn't get it re-lit. Justin first tried to walk us through this process over the phone and when we still couldn't get it he popped over after hours and took care of it lickety split for a nominal service charge. This nice man served his country and opened his own small business. We will only use Plumbing Doctor going forward and will recommend him to everyone we know and do business with. Extraordinary customer service. We hired them through Lowe's to install a new hot water heater. When they learned we had no hot water, they agreed to come the same day. The technician came on time, explained what he would do, did it, and showed us what he did. Outstanding communication every step of the way.

I had a sump pump alarm issue and honestly did not know what to do. Remembering that I had had a flooding problem a few years back, I had gone through my emails and found Mr. Rooter had done the job before. I gave them a call and they came within the hour to inspect the issue and took care of it immediately, explained what had happened, and put my mind at ease immediately. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. They are fast, reliable and very ethical. Five stars. Would give them 6 if that was available!

Had a great experience with Ted and his crew.  During the inspection period on our house, they found a hole in the sewer line, in a precarious place (50' tree on top of the sewer line).  Ted came out and checked the job prior to sending us the bid, said he would be able to do the job and save the tree.  Crew came out as scheduled, job was a little more complex but they stuck to their price and got the job done in a timely manner.  They also did all the work on getting the proper permits and inspections!

My name is Nanette.  I have never done this before, but I feel that everyone should know my experience with repipeing our house.  My husband found Repipe Specialists on line and they had Jon Holman come out.  He spent 1-1/2 hours with us and did an outstanding job explaining everything that would happen, what we could expect, how long it would take, and we had a quote in hand before he left.  He even brought a book of visual aids for us.  The other two companies we called spent about 30 minutes with us and we never heard back from them.

Patriot Plumbing and Mechanical (a Repipe Specialists authorized company) showed up on time, protected our carpets and furniture, and went to work.  They were so professional, on top of things, did an excellent job, and were finished on time, and cleaned up their mess.  We had so many holes in our walls (47 year old house) you would have thought they were looking for treasure.

We chose to have one of their company's do the patching work and you can't even tell on some walls (because of paint color) where the hole was.  I was so impressed.  Again, protected everything with sheeting and covered floors.

Bill and I got everything we were promised and more.  Taking a shower now no longer is a dreaded half hour ordeal as we have water pressure now.  Our pipes will never clog again or break.  Yes, it is an investment, but through Repipe Specialists it is a savings and we now have peace of mind and good water.  I strongly recommend Repipe Specialists for your repipeing job.  You will not be disappointed.

We are very tardy with this review and I apologize for that!  My wife and I contracted with Meticulous earlier this year for a pretty large job which included replacing all galvanized plumbing with PEX lines, replacing the street to house line with PEX, moving a hot water heater from the basement to the garage and installing a recirculation pump, installing plumbing for a newly remodeled shower and bathroom, relocating drain lines, and replacing some outside hose bibs.  I could not say enough great things about the work that they did.  They were on time, prepared, thorough, professional, and operated under the highest level of integrity which is something their owner Leo Borton strives for.  Our job was managed by Joe McPhee who is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet.  He was extremely professional and would explain everything he was doing.  We ran into several obstacles due to the age of the house and how it was built and Joe was helpful in navigating through all of them to our satisfaction.  Even Leo came out to the job site several times to assist with the challenges and make everything perfect.

My father was a plumber and I have some knowledge about the business and have done a good amount of basic plumbing myself.  I am extremely picky with anyone doing any work on my house!  I have to say I was impressed with Meticulous and the quality of the materials and supplies they use. They are not about cutting corners to get on to the next job.  We would highly recommend Meticulous to work on all your plumbing needs!

Also, kudos to the office staff for a great job too.  They would always contact us if their workers were running late or had a conflict that needed to be addressed.  Thank you!

Do not be fooled!!  Mr. Rooter Plumbing advertises 24 hour/emergency plumbing; but, when you call they do not have the man power to send someone out when you have the actual emergency.  So, when you call them in a crises, answer their questions like how did you hear about us they advise the first available appointment they have is when they open on the next business day.   They basically market themselves to be called for emergency situations in hope your needs can wait until the next business day.  I found a REAL emergency plumber there is 20 minutes without the bait and switch.

I had a close friend who recommended me to these guys. She had just gotten a new water heater installed by them and she raved about them.

I decided to give them a call and see what they were all about. My hot water went out on me and honestly didn't really know who else to call anyways.

I'm happy to say they gave GREAT service. They were fast, affordable, easy to get ahold of, friendly, the list goes on and on.

All you have to know is that if you're needing someone to help out when it comes to water heaters these guys are IT!

Charlie and Jake were absolutely fantastic. We had an issue with an older shower valve not being able to turn appropriately which required a new cartridge or replacement. Charlie and Jake drove to a couple of different warehouses in the area to find the part they need and charged a very reasonable amount for the time they spent on our project. It was an absolute pleasure speaking with them and would love to have them over again just for dinner and conversation! Such great genuine people who go above and beyond to get the job done at a reasonable cost -- highly recommend!

Summit Plumbing came out a little over a week ago to fix a leak in one of our hot water pipes.  They were on time, very informative and the price was incredibly reasonable.  They also gave us some advice on another issue we were having. I would highly recommend them!!

Our water main from street meter to first valve in house needed full replacement.  Wayne E. was the project manager.  His timely communication and work updates were greatly appreciated.  Our work warranted boring under our on slope home.  Because of slope and barriers the first bore to the house was unsuccessful.  The easy thing for DeTemple to do was go around the perimeter of our house and drill through foundation.  More time and cost to me. Instead, DeTemple problem solved by boring a second hole in a different location chancing another fallback.  Luckily for me, it worked.   The price was as discussed, communication and service of the team were terrific.

I purchased a home that had a lot of work done by Wolcott.   I wanted another electrical outlet installed and phoned them to do the job.  And then I call 3 more times over two months.  The last time I called I asked if someone was going to call back.  The woman on the phone just said, I gave him your messages.  I gave up and called a company referred to me by a neighbor and the job was done two days later.  Wolcott never did call.

My furnace was making a strange sound so I asked Wolcott, who installed it, to take a look.  It was still under a one year warranty.  The service person listened to the noise and said it was nothing to worry about because the furnace was working fine.

I wanted a service contract on my furnace so I called Wolcott and the person I talked to had no idea about how to proceed, or even if they had such a thing.  I called the company that serviced my previous home and they came out three days later.  I showed their tech a video of the strange noise.  He said it sounded like an A/C coolant problem.  He removed the A/C cover and there was a hand written note that said, coolant ?.  The original Wolcott installer had not filled the reservoir with as much coolant as is required.   I now have a furnace-A/C maintenance contract, but not with Wolcott.  And the furnace noise is gone.

If you want service, do not use Wolcott.

I had a toilet emergency at 8pm and roto rooter answered my call right away. The plumber showed up within the time promised and took care it.

I usually use another company, but a friend recommended them! Omg Jeremiah was awesome!! It was reasonable and they fixed the problem in about an hour. They were prompt, clean and efficient!!
