A friend's referral has turned into a repeat customer. They have been super to deal with every time and always go the extra mile.

It's a recent Friday evening and I drilled a hole in a copper pipe. When no other plumbers answered the phone Alchemy did. He helped in a big way. Some guys would see $$, instead he help solve my no water weekend by talking me through a DIY success story. He did not need to do that but chose to help a person in need over a potential big invoice for after hours. They will be first on the list next time I need a plumber. Tualatin Oregon

Tod was very professional, courteous and efficient.  He wore a mask and was respectful of property.  He solved my problem quickly.  I would definitely hire him again for not only electrical projects, but for other handyman projects.

After reading the reviews I decided to give Jorge a call to work on a few different plumbing issues I was having.  I can only say all of the reviews are true.  He arrived on time, was happy to explain what he was doing even letting me know what I could do in the future myself to save me money.  From here on out, he will be the first plumber I call.  Great service!

Wow! We can't say enough about this business. We were in a bind when our pilot went out and couldn't get it re-lit. Justin first tried to walk us through this process over the phone and when we still couldn't get it he popped over after hours and took care of it lickety split for a nominal service charge. This nice man served his country and opened his own small business. We will only use Plumbing Doctor going forward and will recommend him to everyone we know and do business with. One of the easiest-to-deal with vendors I've used for my home renovations. Great communication, excellent service, very fair prices, and personable technicians. I warmly recommend this company to anyone, and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Scottie came and saved the day! Super friendly and personable, even though he was working late and probably tired, he did not make us feel like we were a burden on his time. Great service. Conscientious and respectful of COVID-19 protocol in our home. Good listener and extremely thorough in his explanations of what he thought our issue was, then what he would do to discover the true nature of the issue and what we could do to prevent future problems, and even including recommendations of good disinfectants and where to buy. Very happy with the service and would recommend, would even request Scottie by name if available.

What an excellent company. Eric called and asked if could arrive a bit early, showed up as promised, took care of our valve replacements and dishwasher supply line. He left the areas where he worked neater and cleaner than he found them.  This experience prompted us to pull the trigger on our long talked about plan to someday replace replacing out very dated faucets throughout the house. We will be calling them back after the holidays to get that going.

I had original galvanized pipe, very low water pressure, one water item at a time in my house, and at times yellow ice cubes. I thought I had to live with it, no idea I could re-pipe my house, then I heard about Re-Pipe Specialists thru a plumber I talked to on the phone.
The Re-Pipe salesman came to my house, listen to me complain about my water issues, he took a pressure measurement, walked thru my house to see my bath/kitchen/laundry areas. Then he explained what he can do to fix my issues, had samples of shut-offs, pex pipe & connectors. He took a few minutes to write up a quote, one to re-pipe the house & the other for the main line to the house. It included an additional outside faucet & moving the shower head in the second bath. He answered our questions, let us discuss it a bit. Our re-pipe was scheduled the next Monday for 8-8:30am.
The work crew arrived before 8am on Mon, introduced themselves, did a walk thru the house & got right to work. 2 guys in the house one under the house in the crawl space, yuk! At 4:30pm they were all cleaned up & done. I was given a walk thru & explained what was done in each room.  I now have clean water and a ton of pressure! Plus, a laundry area ready for utility sink :)
It has been 2.5 weeks since my re-pipe & I love my water pressure! I can have many water items running at the same time now! My ice cubes are clear! I can run a sprinkler in the front yard and also in my backyard at the same time! I should of had this done years ago!

My second experience with Meticulous Plumbing.  If I could give 10 stars, I would.  Meticulous is the definition of extraordinary customer experience.

We had a project to fix a leak in our ceiling.  We tried some other places, but found that they were lacking professionalism.  Mr. Rooter was great from the very beginning - the quote, communication leading up to the project, and the final project.  Michael Lindsey was our technician for both quote and the day of project and both my wife and I appreciated his knowledge, communication, and honestly throughout the job (ended up charging less than the quote due to the fixes that needed to be done).  Even though, I found a couple of places with slightly better quotes, I will for sure go with Mr. Rooter in the future for all of those listed reason. :)

This was one of my very first times calling a place like this! I've never had anyone come out to my house to deal with any type of service or plumbing work. I was just glad they came out as fast as they did since my hot water heater quit working. Thankfully it was an easy process! I called and made an appointment and they were able to get me in the following day. It was so nice that they texted me like 20 minutes before arriving too. They were very professional. I'm so thankful that the repair was small and inexpensive. I was really worried it was going to cost me a fortune. I cant believe the great and amazing experience they gave. I will always call them for plumbing work from now on. :)

You know that moment when your family is coming to town to the see the house you just bought and meet your girlfriend and the kid and you realize you forgot to call a plumber  to fix the hot water shower in the guest bathroom. Have no fear cause  Charley Hall is here. It was a super simple fix and any other person could have cone out and fixed it and charged me and we would have  gladly paid. Instead Charley called me back within an hour and troubleshooted the problem over the phone and I fixed it in less than 5 minutes. We will only be calling this plumber for all of our needs in the future. Thanks much and have a great holiday!

They have done work on my rental house, several times, over the years, and it has gone well. We have tree roots that have grown into the sewer drain. They took care of solving the problem quickly and now add a maintenance enzyme annually to deter the growth. They have also taken care of sump pump maintenance issues and finally replacement. The plumbers communicate directly with me, my tenants like their professionalism and they are fairly priced.

I hired Tualatin Valley Plumbing to fix a broken hose bib that had burst. The entire process went smoothly from the moment they wrote me back here on Yelp, to scheduling, to the quick repair that took place shortly after. I wish I could remember the technician's name, but he did a great job. It was a fixed price for this repair rather than an hourly rate, which I like. I would definitely hire again.

First Yelp review I've ever written, but I feel like I have to give Summit Plumbing the credit they deserve.  I had a very complicated leak issue in an addition to my custom 1960's home.  Two other larger national companies came out and couldn't figure it out (one told me to just repipe my whole house because he wasn't sure).  I'm so glad I decided not to go with either, and called Summit instead.  They came out same day (shout out to Alexa for working scheduling miracles), did a thorough investigation, had the owner come out, and put together a plan to tackle my problem.  Next day, Tyler and his crew came out and started work on a job that included removing walls, flooring, and sub-flooring.  The leak was fixed that day, and the floor and walls were back the day after.  Looks like they were never there.  The attention to detail on the finishing was impressive.  These guys are true professionals - competent and communicative.  Best of all, they don't try to upsell you on work that you don't need.  Very refreshing.  After using them twice, I  trust this company for all of my future plumbing needs (although I hope I don't have to call them for a very long time).  Thanks Summit, you guys are awesome!

Our water main from street meter to first valve in house needed full replacement.  Wayne E. was the project manager.  His timely communication and work updates were greatly appreciated.  Our work warranted boring under our on slope home.  Because of slope and barriers the first bore to the house was unsuccessful.  The easy thing for DeTemple to do was go around the perimeter of our house and drill through foundation.  More time and cost to me. Instead, DeTemple problem solved by boring a second hole in a different location chancing another fallback.  Luckily for me, it worked.   The price was as discussed, communication and service of the team were terrific.

Don't even stop for a second to consider this business. Read the lousy reviews. I'm sure they are all true. The absolute worst business, unapologetically rude. Make appointment's and cancel at the last minute constantly. Even with a arrive contract, they don't care. So many better options then this!!!!

I had a toilet emergency at 8pm and roto rooter answered my call right away. The plumber showed up within the time promised and took care it.

I contacted Sarkinen Plumbing on the recommendation of my brother.  I wanted an estimate to have a water softener installed in our new home.  I called on a Wednesday and setup an appointment for the following Tuesday morning at 9:00am.  At 9:30 today we hadn't still hadn't seen a plumber.   I called Sarkinen to see what was up.  Kendra told me the plumber didn't finished a job the previous day and was back on that job this morning and their dispatcher would call me when the plumber was available to give us the bid.  It was all very casual, as if this should be expected.  I told her I had other appointments throughout the day and couldn't wait around for an unknown arrival time.  

1. I find it rude that they knew the previous day they wouldn't be on time to my appointment.   Yet no one bothered to give us a courtesy call.  I guess my time isn't as important as theirs.  
2.  If they are not interested in showing up on time to an appointment to give a bid for new business, they certainly are going to be on time to keep my business during or after the installation of a water softener system.

I'll go elsewhere to find a plumber that values my time.
