Excellent Service by Crow Water Systems! Our well pump went out and they made time to evaluate it the same day we called them and installed it the following day! They even brought up a tank of water for us to use until the new pump was installed! Very honest and reasonably priced! Thank you Dave and Joey...we really appreciate it! Neil and Terrie

We were having water pressure issues and needed to replace our PRV. We didn't want to use the first plumbing company we used to diagnose the problem so we contacted Gary and he came right away. We are so thankful that we found him. He was patient and thorough and an excellent communicator. We will definitely use him again and we would recommend him to our friends and neighbors without hesitation.

True plumbing did some work for me back in January 2018 that completely exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, I misplaced my payment invoice, so I didn't have the contact information to write the review. It was so important to me that I tore my house apart looking for it, and I've finally found it. Now, I don't normally write reviews, but Tyler from True plumbing went way above and beyond with both his time and expertise. In addition, he cut me an excellent deal, and I paid about a 1\4 of what I would have paid a larger plumbing company.
Tyler had quite a time finding the outlet valve, or the spot where the inside pipes connect to the sewer line. (We live in a modu!ar home.)
He ended up not only pulling out a toilet, but removing 8 of our deck boards then crawling around underneath the house. He located the valve and had our main line backup fixed in no time. He ended up being here for about three hours. I expected to pay MUCH more than he charged. It's so refreshing to find an ethical, honest and trustworthy business in todays climate. As long as True plumbing is around, they will have my business! Thanks again Tyler for an excellent job at a more than fair price.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of Mike Patterson Plumbing. We had new flooring installed, so we needed to book two appointments the same day, first to remove our toilet and pedestal sink, then later in the day to reinstall. The scheduling person was very nice, understood our circumstances, and she was able to make it happen. We received email and text confirmations, a reminder, and even the name of the plumber, Jake Allen, before he arrived. Jake was very knowledgeable, explaining any potential concerns with the pedestal sink before he proceeded, including raising it 1/4 due to the new flooring. Once removed, they saw that there was no backing support for the sink. When they returned, they were prepared by having the necessary toggle bolts to securely fasten the pedestal sink to the wall. The invoice was more than I planned since the pedestal sink was more involved (needing a 2nd plumber to assist). However, it was communicated to me in advance that there was a minimum 1 hour charge for each visit, then billed in 15 minute increments, plus materials.

Nick Charriere from MP Plumbing recently did the plumbing on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. He is so knowledgeable, professional, works well with other sub-contractors and knows the scope of all work needing to be completed. He communicated exceptionally well and went above and beyond. This is the best experience I have had with a plumbing company and we have encountered a few. I will only be using MP Plumbing for our plumbing needs.

George Washington Plumbing has done a couple of small jobs for me, he does the jobs that most plumbers won't even return your call for. He is an honest, reasonably priced professional and a nice guy too. He will be the one I call for all my plumbing problems, big or small. I highly recommend this company.

Blue Crow Plumbing is the best! One of my pipes broke on Christmas Eve, and I knew that it would be hard to get a plumber in due to the freezing temperatures. Blue Crow found a way to schedule me for an appointment on the day after I called.
Jackson arrived early -- with advance notice, of course -- and swiftly located not one but two broken pipes in the shallow crawlspace of my house. He repaired both pipes and insulated them in a couple of hours. Jackson documented shoddy and incomplete insulation work done by another contractor and helped me problem solve ways to address that issue. He also advised me on some simple upgrades on my existing pipes (vs an inspector who recommended full replacement). Jackson and his staff were very pleasant to deal with, and I am happy to know that I can reach out them the next time I need a plumber. Highly recommended!

We just moved into a new house and within a few days had a pipe burst and a huge leak. As first time homeowners we were freaked out and super stressed, not to mention that every plumber we called was booked out for months. Desperate, I reached out to NextDoor and Kruckman Plumbing was given a glowing recommendation by a neighbor. I called, and within an hour Ron showed up and saved the day. He gave us a temporary fix that would let us use the water, and then he came back the next day and did a more permanent fix for a very reasonable price.
Not only was he super dependable and knowledgeable, but he was also so friendly and cheerful to be around that it was hard to be stressed out. I seriously cannot recommend them enough, although it almost pains me to do so because I know they will get busy and get booked up in case we have another emergency. I have already referred them to my in-laws and have their card saved like it's gold. I saw the other review and I too wish they did electric because they are so awesome!

Have you ever found a business that you like so much you want to keep it to yourself so that you dont have to wait in line or scheduling; but feel guilty to to your community in not sharing how amazing the business is. That is All Pro Plumbing for me. I have had them out twice. Once for an emergency, and most recently for some preventive work. The price is right, their techs are clean cut, professional, and very cordial. For as long as I live in Portland, All Pro Plumbing is my team.

Gene arrived quickly after a phone call, and was very helpful in helping me understand an unfortunate plumbing situation and options for repair.

Found that we did not have hot water in the ADU as we do not use the space. Called and was able to get an appt within a week. Problem was diagnosed but a day later still no hot water. Called and they came back out within a few days. Fast to respond, prompt with time tables, and diligent.
The problem was more elaborate than thought and was not charged a second trip out, just for parts and labor. (Tad high if you ask me but we have family coming and it was needed to be done quickly)
I'd use them again to babe honest. Professional and easy to work with and pay.

They came for a maintenance. They charged me $80 for picking up a run capacitor and also charged twice for the part. They don't return your call if you have a question about your bill. I had to call them 6 times.

Thanks Dean for the great info on what could have cost me $4500.00. My insurance company told me that I would need to replace all of my galvanzied pipes. Dean laughed and said they were fine. Needless to say. I got a new insurance company. Thanks again for being so neighbourly!

First of all, let me say that this was pretty much my own fault. But... do NOT give Apollo your credit card number until you know exactly what the charges are. I am now the proud owner of a $1443.81 water heater. No kidding. I called them a little after 5 pm on a Saturday hoping they were still open. I didn't know I was talking to an answering service. I gave them my tenant's phone number and asked them to call her, assuming (foolishly on my part) that they would make an appointment for normal business hours. Instead, the technician drove from Gresham to Tigard without contacting me or my tenant, determined that the water heater needed replacement, and called me. I expressed great astonishment that he was there at 7 pm on a Saturday night, but went ahead and authorized the replacement. Not until I checked my credit card did I find out that the charges were $147 for the first half hour and $147/hour thereafter. There was no mention of that from the technician. Twice I called Apollo to discuss this. Twice I was told I would be called back. Nobody called me back.
Guess I ought to give them a star for quick service, but no stars for willingness to negotiate and/or interest in retaining a repeat customer.

Our house was in a state of emergency when our main drain backed up into our basement after doing a load of laundry. Even worse, it also backed up after flushing the toilet. We called D & F plumbing (they replaced our water heater about a year ago) and we were told that there was a problem with our account (we had paid our bill and couldn't understand what our account problem could be) and they would have to check with the manager and get back to us. 4 hours later after we called Roto-Rooter (this is the way YOU should go!) my husband called D & F back to say their services would no longer be needed and to express our dissatisfaction, he was told the manager had been out for the day, apparently without a cell phone, we were never told, and we will NEVER EVER call D & F plumbing again, and we will surely pass this word along to anyone and everyone that we ever meet who has or might have a plumbing problem.
