We have used the Plumber's Inc. for small and large plumbing needs over the past 4 years.  We have never been disappointed with their professionalism and expertise.   After recommending them to neighbors, they too will stick with The Plumber's Inc for their future plumbing needs.
Most recently, we completely remodeled a bathroom and were so pleased with the entire process from initial bid to final completion.  Owner Judah, and Office Manager Misty, were quick to respond to questions throughout the remodel. Plumber Joe, was knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to work with throughout our project.    
We will definitely use The Plumber's Inc. in the future!

Roger and his team redid the plumbing in my entire house along with roughing out a new bathroom.  They were absolutely wonderful.   Quality work and a very reasonable price.  For a first time home owner they were very patient with me.  I will be having them back for the remainder of the work I need done.  Can't say enough good things.  A true pleasure to work with.  Looking forward to the next project!

Was scheduled with an appointment for leaking blocked pipes. I asked for any available time earlier. Got call at 935, that I could be seen the following day. Called at 950 and they filled my apt. Not impressed

Axiom is a great excavator with a full team to meet your needs.   They were prompt professional and had a fair price.   Their office team was also easy to work with quickly providing paperwork I needed.  Highly recommeded

So the coldest ice storm of the year and I wake up to no hot water. After calling a dozen or more plumbers Hans at Beason not only answered on his cell phone but had time the next day (everyone else was 2-3 weeks out!) then he had a change in schedule and was able to come out earlier. In 15 minutes he had my pilot light back on. ( I had tried to no avail.) He was so nice and helpful and the $87 I paid him I thought was amazingly reasonable after getting higher prices from others just to show up.

I called this business about a clogged sink problem, and Mark got back to me when he was available the same day. Then he showed up and fixed it quickly and professionally. The other places where I left a message didn't even bother returning my call.

Doug is super professional and was able to explain everything to me in a way that I understood. I know nothing about plumbing and he made me feel comfortable that I knew what was going on. He was able to fix my leaks within a hour and he sent multiple before and after pictures with the invoice to show what he was doing. I will definitely be using him again

In short, when it comes to Cure-In Place Piping, this is a fantastic local small business that made fixing a failing sewer line a relative breeze, at a fraction of the cost of others, with a communicative staff and more straight forward contract language than I've seen in years.

The longer version of my experience is as follows. We were in the midst of purchasing a 1912 built home with a disclosed failing sewer line. The seller's provided quote for sewer line replacement had lots of if this... then it might cost more language draped over it and didn't seem like a quote one could rely on. We only had about a week for our inspection contingency and even our realtor told us we wouldn't be able to find a contractor to come out with that short of notice. We came upon Sewer Renewal Specialists on yelp, then called and left a message describing the urgency of the situation at around 10pm. David, the owner, texted at 5am the next morning saying he could have one of his guys out there to bid the job by 9 am.  Brian came by, on time, was as cordial as could be hoped for and provided us with a much more reasonable quote than the one we had and we scheduled the job for after our escrow close. Our escrow ended up with a rent back situation, which rendered our quote passed their 30 day limit, but after speaking with David and despite increased material costs on his end (due to inflation), he honored the rate originally provided.
Our job required some excavating due to a bellying pipe (a belly like dipping in the pipe which renders the liner process inappropriate as the liner would mirror the belly and sewage would pool there) section that had to be replaced with new abs pipe. Taylor and Jose showed up early and waited in their truck until the scheduled appointment time, both began hand digging an access hole and were amazingly fast and effective in helping move obstructing patio furniture and other yard obstacles out of the way. The next day, Nick showed up with the excavator and masterfully got it up from our neighbor's driveway taking great care to not damage or mark up his driveway and proceeded through narrow paths to the back yard to excavate the spot with the bellied pipe in as tight a space as imaginable with effortless precision. We had some issues finding the grade for the section of pipe being replaced (probably the reason it bellied in the first place), but the crew went above and beyond with fittings to make sure things were done right. Aside from the vast understanding each crew member seemed to have about the workarounds for various issues, parts knowledge and field experience, they all seemed to be into what they were doing, despite some awkwardly tight positions they had to work in at times. I spoke to each of the crew who helped us at length (probably too much length haha) and have new appreciation for the hard work and complexities involved in replacing sewer lines with this liner technology.
Needless to say, when we get plans for our ADU in the backyard figured out, I know who I'll be contracting for the job and would highly recommend them to friends and loved ones.

Drew at Tacc Plumbing was wonderful to work with! He was on time, prepared, and efficient. His pricing is also extremely fair. He was kind when answering questions and explained why, how, and what needed to be fixed when we had a leak in our pipes.

I highly recommend this business. Steve is a true professional.  Several times he has worked on several complex projects on my property and has done a reliably fantastic job, on schedule, and at good price.

My third experience with this plumbing company.  Employees are polite and the prices are right, service excellent. Most recently they actually saved me money because another plumber said I would need to demo tile in my bathroom to fix a problem in our shower.  Dan at Portland Plumbing Co. was able to fix more simply without tearing out a bunch of tile on my wall.  YAY

Really like Vitaliy - he's highly competent, professional, a nice guy, and did a great job both of the times that we used him.  I just called him again this morning because our water heater wasn't getting hot enough. Turns out one of our two pilot lights was off and we'd neglected to check;  Vitaliy absolutely refused to charge us even though we pulled him out of bed early on a Saturday and made him drive out here and mask up --- says his policy isn't to charge for a 5 minute fix.  Respect!

Very fast and professional service. I sent a quote request through Yelp and Allen responded very quickly with an estimate. He was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing and answered all of our questions. The final bill was slightly lower than his original estimate. I will definitely use him again for any plumbing needs and highly recommend him.

We are moving and are overwhelmed with the tasks of finishing a remodel at the home we are selling and trying to get the house we are moving to habitable. We hired Dan a couple of years ago to replace some water pipe and to complete some other plumbing jobs. It was a good experience, so we called him for help with our current job. Dan responded quickly. When he arrived (on time) he patiently listened to our descriptions and then quickly went to work. He took care of our issues at both houses, asking us questions to assure our needs would be met. Dan is very professional; we both feel comfortable with him. He also is very neat, and cleaning up any mess before leaving. He also assured that no question was left unanswered. Dan is trustworthy (during our last job we left a key for him as we could not be away from work). I can't think of another contractor I would say this about, but I would feel confident recommending Dan to anyone.

Their technician came over and spotted the problem right away, a fuse had flipped and I didn't even see it. Was super embarrassed about the whole thing but he was understanding and waived the visit fee. What a swell fella

When I called them in 2012 I was happy with them.  I needed an outside hose bib replaced, and they did it quickly for about $85.  I was pleased, and the young service man was polite and friendly.

When I called them recently to replace a broken kitchen faucet, I was shocked when they came out and quoted me $500 for which I am guessing was 45 minutes worth of work... filling 4 holes in a kitchen sink with a faucet, it's handle, a soap dispenser, and a simple hot water unit.  I could not bring myself to pay someone $500 for less than an hour of work.  I'm no plumber but it took me less than two hours after watching a youtube video.

I was angry this morning when I received a bill in the mail for $65 dollars.  I was never told there would be an evaluation fee when I spoke with them on the phone.  And they performed no work other than the two minutes it took to tell me that they wanted to charge me $500 to fill 4 holes in my sink.  $500 an hour is what I expect to pay a surgeon, not a plumber.

I am very impressed with TJ. He communicated well and promptly, showed up when he said he would, and fixed my plumbing issue with trustworthiness, skill, and great customer service.

Poorly skilled technician and worst customer service.  When I inquired about Nest thermostat installation, they said they have technicians that have experiences with Nest thermostat.  The first technician flat out said he never worked on Nest thermostat.  Reading a manual, he installed it.  It stopped working 2 hours after he left.  They sent another technician, and he also said he has no experience with Nest thermostat.  He could not get it to work.  The business development manager told that he wants to make it right, and if he had to come out and install it himself, he would do it.  Never happened.  I called to follow up and left a voice message.  Never called me back.  They send me a bill for the 1st installation claiming they deserve the charge because it was working for 2 hours.  WOW. They take money from customers for poor quality work.  They take no pride in their work nor business.
