This time I needed a new well, so used the full services of this company.  Again I was impressed by their courtesy, competence, and straight forward information.  Adam again was the pump man, and Vance the driller I met for the first time.  Adam cut my phone line putting in the new plumbing--- not his fault, but the company nevertheless immediately paid the charge from the phone company for tracing and repairing.  Adam followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the well and the water.

I've been thru the wringer with plumbing contractors. Bell plumbing is responsive and less expensive. Outstanding service. Glad I found them and I hope they are around a long long time.

There are very few plumbers out there with the diligence and expertise that Danny demonstrates. Danny is an owner/operator who takes pride in his business and it shows in his work. We had a major leak in our downstairs bathroom and he was able to instruct me how to get the leak to stop within 1 minute of making the call to him, he also came out the same day to make the emergency repair.

So thankful for 1st call, they will be my first call next time I need a plumber. They came quickly (next afternoon), diagnosed my problem immediately and had it fixed in no time.  Very friendly and courteous, professional and efficient.

I couldn't be happier. Had a clog in my tub, mainly due to my cat throwing things down the drain, and gave Grumpy's a call. I got a call back within 45 minutes APOLOGIZING for not calling me back sooner. And an appointment the next morning at 9 am. (It was already 3 pm that day.)

Both the woman on the phone, and the man who came out to do the work (husband and wife) were efficient and helpful, the work was done quickly, and he even showed me how to pull some parts off my tub and take a look myself next time so I don't have to call him.

I honestly don't know what unclogging a drain costs, but Grumpy's charges a flat rate to get it done however long it takes. Knowing the cost up front made this far more pleasant for me.

We've had these folks come out twice now and both times they have been thorough, fast and honest.  Highly recommended!

Nathan is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in terms you can understand. He is quick to reply to messages and can usually get you scheduled in a couple days. Nathan is very professional and has been in business since 2003 so you know he has experience. I recommend him to all my friends.

Highly recommend! Had a pipe break they were at my house within the hour, pipes fixed and water back in within 15 minutes. Grant is awesome!

I originally reached out to Josh on a weekend which can be difficult to find a plumber in an emergency. He ended up coming over on a Sunday to evaluate an old water heater that failed in my home. JBG Plumbing even loaned us a temporary water heater to use while waiting weeks for asbestos abatement. Our home's water damage ended up spiraling into multiple projects that had to be completed before getting our new water heater installed in the room with the damage which really helped us out and was much appreciated! Josh and his team worked hard to dig in my back yard to find out main water valve and they upgraded and moved the valve for easier future shut off in an emergency. They were professional and honest about the things needing to be done to get the new water heater up to code for the city. I feel like the overall price to replace the water heater and the labor to install was fair, especially for the amount of times he had to come over to my condo over approximately a 5 week time span.  The only thing to critique was sometimes the time frame he gave us for arriving to work would be different than the actual time they show up. I realize that other jobs can run late depending on what they find on the job site, so we were flexible with this. To be fair, we would get calls or text messages to let us know if they were running late. Overall, I would highly recommend this business and am grateful for the work and professionalism! Punctual, easily accessible office staff, poorly informed plumber who did not take the time when I called him to chat 2 days prior, he did not ask the right questions to familiarize himself with the job at hand. Came out, spent 20 minutes explaining how involved the job will be and offering very costly alternatives, which he did not have the equipment for anyway. Charged 154 dollars, office staff was not understanding to say the least when I called to explain that this seemed more of an assessment visit rather than a real work.
Would avoid by all means, I am not sure how this business approach would thrive in a city like Portland.

on time, always helpful, and their bids are well in the range of acceptable. I trust them in my home and with my pipes. I highly recommend them. I have an old house with numerous plumbing issues and they have helped fix every problem. Great Company.

We had a emergency water leak in our basement Aaron showed up on a Saturday and within 2 hours located the leak inside the wall and replace the old drain pipe with a new one exceptional service

This firm cares. I am a senior lady living in Tigard, OR Poppy (a lady plumber) and Brian installed a garbage disposal and toilet in my home. They were professional, considerate and kind, always wore booties, They dismantled the toilet and took it away.  Most importantly did a very professional install and I am very pleased with the results.

Called him out for trailer brake issues.  My opinion is that he was not well prepared or equipped for this issue.
I will say that he was very responsive to my request for help, so for other issues he might be fine.  He was amiable and tolerant of my frustration.  Because I rarely have others fix things on my farm,  I can be a difficult customer. He did help steer me in the right direction, and because of my obvious dissatisfaction only charged me for the service call. I hate wiring issues but decided to fix it myself or take it to a fully equipped and supplied shop..

Gene is a true professional and a great man. I had an issue with my slow draining sink that had confounded everyone who looked at it, but he instantly fixed it in less than an hour. He even fixed an undetected faucet leak free of charge. At a very great affordable price too! Can't recommend him enough. The best!

Justin is now our go-to plumber!  He is prompt, responsible and fair-priced!  How awesome to find him!

I strongly suggest avoided this company. Context:

I called Henco out to service a blower fault on our water heater (with our water supply also powering our hydronic house heating). The person on the phone was great and said they could get someone out quickly and that there would be no call out charge with us being a first time customer.They did warn that we'd have to pay for the techs' time if it wasn't a quick diagnosis (which is reasonable).

The diagnosis was not quick (~2 hours) and included placing a call for a warranty with our water heater manufacturer.  The part was not available locally, so I told them I'd drive the 3 hours each way to pick it up on Monday morning when the supply store opened, if we opted to go the repair route. Additionally, we asked them for a quote for a full new service install with something more appropriate for domestic hot water + home heating. The quote sent for repair work was $360 for the first day of diagnosis (2 hours of time for 2 techs) and another $725 for installation once the blower was here.

They provided a quote for the full install over the weekend but it was sized for a house half of our size. I flagged the issue and the tech agreed, so I opted to go the repair route while they prepared a right-sized full install quote. I drove the 6 hours on Monday morning to pick up the part and received no response when I told them I was back with the part and hoping to get hot water and heating back on (in 40F temperatures).

Following the advice of other hot water service technicians I'd reached out to, I proceeded to spend the 15 minutes to install the blower myself (not sure why they had that listed as $725 worth of work). I let them know that I no longer needed them to come out for repair, but to continue with the full install quote as our system is at the end of life and desperately needs replacing.

Without any conversation, my bill jumped from $361.90 to $561.90 with no additional work being done and that still being just the cost of 2 techs for 2 hours with no parts.

For as knowledgeable and kind as the techs were, this was a terrible experience and I have 0 intention of working w/ Henco again. They repeatedly ignored outreach and increased the bill without any conversation. I strongly suggest you avoid this company.

Called and spoke to Jerry. He provided me with information and did awesome work. He is a true professional and was very reasonable in price compared to others. I would highly recommend his services and plan on telling my family and friends about his services.

I have NO idea how nobody has reviewed this place yet but...oh well...it's always fun to be the first!

I had a little time to kill in the Pearl District before checking out of the hotel, and wandered past this beautiful Kohler showroom with its tempting, gorgeous displays of all things bath and kitchen. Of course, since remodeling my boring little grey-on-grey kitchen is definitely on my fantasty/someday list, I had to go inside.

This display room is tightly packed (perhaps a little TOO tightly packed!) with displays of beautiful bathrooms, kitchens, tile, faucets, countertops, cabinets, and other accessories to take your home's most-used rooms from meh to OMG. I marveled at the various types of options available - from traditional set-ups to toilets that open/close when you walk by. (Okay, I'll admit that feature was a bit disconcerting. Not sure I would want the self-opening toilet in my own home but it would be fabulous if you lived with someone who kept forgetting to put the seat down...or...up.)

I was also impressed with the tile and other things they sold, which you wouldn't necessarily associate with Kohler since they're a plumbing company. (And, btw, a great one. I recently installed a Kohler toilet and it's been quite lovely. Despite no auto up/down seat feature.)

The prices here, of course, are pretty high end. But that's the point. This isn't Home Depot. This showroom is focused on design (including helpful staff on hand to help you design your dream room from start to finish). Speaking of the staff, they were very nice and quite friendly even though I was clearly there just to gawk and fantasize about spending six figures on a dream kitchen one day!

We used Henco plumbing to come to our house to assess our toilet. We were charged at the time of service on our credit card for the $89 fee back in OCTOBER of 2022. Now, in July we have received a phone call stating they have never received payment and we need to pay. I let the lady on the phone know I want to go through my bank statements and I would like to get back to her because my husband has been in the hospital (fighting for his life, btw). Two weeks later I get a final notice letter in the mail. This bill they claim we owe has not been an issue to them for 10 months and all of a sudden they can't give me some time to reconcile my bills and cc's to make sure I was not in fact charged last year with what I have going on. I remember distinctly signing their tablet with the worker that was at the house after the cc was charged.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! VERY SHADY!!
