Curtis came out in the rain to replace our broken outdoor faucet.  He arrived on time, provided fast service and his prices are reasonable.  He really knows his stuff; he's friendly and professional.  Definitely would recommend him and hire him again for our plumbing needs..

I am a very happy customer! Bridge City Backflow installed a new irrigation system at our house 2 months ago with 8 zones and a backflow device.  The install work was top notch and the follow up support to dial in the system once it got warm, great!  The warranty they provide is also very good, although I doubt I'll need it.  Jacob is courteous, professional and knowledgeable and truly cares about his customers.  I recommend this company.

Awesome!!!  These guys are the best - we have a full house and one bathroom, so we need things fixed fast!  Louis explained everything and answered my questions, and got us working again.  Phew!!! Even the dogs liked him!

I had a small leak in my water heater. Jared arrived shortly after my call and promptly fixed my leak for a very reasonable price. He even went a step further and added an additional valve as a preventative measure. He was great and I will call them again if I need a plumber.

Things seem pretty good, the salesman wasn't a pushy jerk and the price seemed right. The problem came when we found out the salesman didn't disclose all the information. He inferred that all work would be done in-house. At no time did he say his company's subcontracted to other plumbing companies. Throughout his sales pitch, he continually badmouthed plumbers because they didn't do the job right. It was always we do it this way they do it that way.
Today I received a phone call from some plumbing company that I had never heard of wanting to schedule the repipe. I've never heard of these people and told them that we were already doing it with repipe Specialists of Oregon. I was then informed that's who they are working for.
I know it may seem like a minor point (and so does repipe specialists. In fact onecustomer service rep flat out told me he didn't understand my problem) but it made me want to know what else the salesman didn't reveal. This only makes me wonder what else the salesman did not reveal.

It is minor, but all he had to do was tell me that they're going to subcontract the job.
The long and short of it is they ended up canceling the job because they felt I could never be satisfied and I am now scrambling to find somebody to repipe my house in the same time frame as the rest of the construction.

We had them install a split air conditioner. We originally had two units but just had them back to install another. Karin was professional and knowledgeable about the whole process. Dan, our installer was great. He worked with my husband to get the job done exactly as he wanted. Dan was our choice to come back the second install.

Brian is a godsend. Prompt to reply via phone, text OR email (what, someone knows how to use technology?). Super courteous. Honest. ON TIME. Great prices. Hilarious. AND super kind... he even let my dogs and cat invade his personal space while he was laid out on the floor under my sink, with no complaints (I put them away--RUDE fur kids).

I will literally be referring him to anyone I know who needs plumbing. He installed a new shut off valve and my new dishwasher in no time flat; left things cleaner than when he came; and was genuinely shocked and thankful when I evened out the bill with a small tip because his prices were so reasonable.

This is how business should be done: charge a fair price for exceptional service... and deliver that service on time, with a great attitude. THANK YOU, Brian. You f-ing rock :)

I can't express how grateful I am to Sean for his help. I was convinced that my garbage disposal needed replacing, and I contacted him to figure out how to proceed. He promptly responded and was able to walk me through how to resolve the issue myself, all over the phone -- saving me hundreds of dollars. He was great to work with and very professional. I will definitely be contacting Sean in the future for plumbing needs.

This is the second time I've used John D Plumbing for his services. The first time was to fix our toilet that had a problem with flushing. The second one was to replace our over 10 years old water heater that was leaking. He gave me a quote that I accepted and quickly installed the new water heater. Before fixing or replacing our plumbing problems, he explained everything on what was wrong and what needs to be done. I always get a quick response from John D Plumbing and both jobs were completed within the same days I called. My family is very satisfied with his services well done.

I needed a clogged drain/disposal cleared right away. I called Mr Rooter and hit the jackpot with the technician they sent, Jeremy. He went above and beyond and saved me the cost of a new disposal. I would definitely recommend this company, and while I hope I don't HAVE to call them again, I certainly will next time I need this type of service.

I Use terry on all my plumbing projects from smaller type jobs to full kitchen and bath remodels.  He is definitely one of the best plumbers around.

I just had Sutherland Plumbing come out to replace my water heater.  They were able to get to me in a reasonable time from first contact, were timely in response to calls and text messages, gave me a free estimate based on photographs and text, were highly professional and personable and did efficient and high quality work.   This is the first time I've hired Sutherland Plumbing and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

A root broke the water line to the house. Turned off the water at the street. We had no water in the house.
A neighbor referred us to Hillsboro Plumbing.
Suzy in the office was great to work with.
They scheduled the utility location and came out right after locations were done.
Travis did the work and was very knowledgeable and friendly.
My son and I helped him dig and cut roots.  
3 ft down we found the problem, a cracked connector under a root.
He repaired it and was finished in less than 2 hours.
After 2 hrs to let the PVC cement cure I turned the water back on and it is working fine.

I would definitely go back to Hillsboro pluming again.

Chris installed a new residential water heater in a timely manner. It's nice to have hot water again. Prompt and quality service. He was upfront about installation pricing. Would definitely use Cates Plumbing again on future projects.

Came and inspected, said he'd send me a bid. Seemed interested. Never saw or heard from him again. Good luck if you work with this guy.

Complete scam.  When I questioned the manager why the material charge was so high, he told me that they purchased an amount of piping that was more than twice as much as was needed. I was never compensated for this extra' material.    They will charge you $100 as a fuel surcharge even if they are a few minutes from your property.   They will also charge you for the time to get materials - in my experience it took over an hour and a half.  I checked the pricing on the materials and they upcharge 40%.  Chaz, the manager, will not take your calls once he knows you are a disgruntled customer.  They price gouge and are extremely dishonest.  Avoid.

BE VERY CAREFUL

The company charges a truck service charge, and they DO NOT disclose this in their estimate. This is not a straightforward or honest way to conduct business. They also tried to charge me for 3.5 hours of work, the worker was at my house for 1.5 hours. The work was good quality, but the customer service is very poor, deceptive and they attempted to overcharge by $240.
