I called Crown Plumbing and spoke with Nancy and described the situation we had with a deteriorating walk-in shower that had a leaky faucet. She arranged to have Brian come out in a timely fashion. He checked everything out and left a very detailed potential work order broken down into two distinct parts depending upon what way we chose to go. After we decided what we wanted, we called back and Nancy arranged for Cale to come out to do the work. He is a very personable and professional young man who knew exactly what was required. He did everything quickly and efficiently; in fact, he was done so quickly, and cleaned up so well, we hardly know he'd been here at all. Turns out there was one minor glitch that anyone might not have noticed, and he returned quickly to correct it at no extra cost, just a desire to make everything right. Couldn't ask for more than that. We would definitely use Crown Plumbing again and recommend them highly.

Well, I could have sworn I did a review for them last year. I hate that it appears it didn't post. Quick and easy, I was bamboozled by unscrupulous plumbers about 3 days after I bought my house. I had to fire them, enough said.
I found Oregon Plumbing and he came, he saw he conquered all the unfinished work. He was professional, nice to my dog, and very communicative. He even went to Ace Hardware for me because I bought the wrong toilet thingy. I love them!
Will never call anyone else, and you shouldn't either.

Earl Frank of A Apple Plumbing was referred to us several years ago by a good friend and since then we've called on him to help us with our plumbing needs for our home in Tigard, Oregon. He helped us navigate a major water pressure change with the installation of copper piping from the street to our home. He fixed our leaky faucets and saved us from a potentially disastrous inside-wall leak. He's a straight-talker with steady professionalism. We know him to be honest, reliable and trustworthy.

Clog Busters and Matt Mawson saved me big time. I rent out my basement, and the day I had a renter show up, the sub-pump in my basement stopped working, spilling water all over the place. Clog Busters was one of the only business' that could get to my house the day I called. This was a Friday in summer, I know I'd rather be on the water somewhere, so just getting someone for Friday afternoon was a huge relief. Matt gave me a heads up on timing, showed up on time, diagnosed the issue as a damaged float, but luckily the pump still worked. He educated me the whole time on how my basement plumbing is set up, something I really didn't give a lot of thought to, and was super helpful. By this time it's 4:30, so he couldn't get the part that afternoon, but promised to get it 9am Saturday morning and come first thing. He did just that, called me at 9am part in hand, fixed it in less than an hour, and saved me the embarrassment of having renters with no water for the next week. He really nailed in service and follow-up.

We have called Pioneer Plumbing twice now for plumbing concerns, and we could not be happier with the finished work.
Saved us from DYI disaster, and our water is running again with no more leaks. We have the old gray pipe under our house that is no longer available and tricky to work on.
Nice to know there is a honest and local company we can trust.
Thank you Brian and Pioneer Plumbing, you're the best!!

I've used Excellence for 3 years now, since I bought my first home, and I can honestly say Oscar and his team have been nothing but excellent. I promote them to friends and family as often as I can.

We reached out to Park Place because of their impeccable reviews and now we can see why. Mike was a pleasure to deal with. Great communication, professional, hard working, and did an excellent job re-piping some drains for us. He stands behind his work and is completely honest and approachable. Definitely recommend!

The pressure switch on my Lennox gas furnace failed meaning we had no heat during recent freezing temps. We called Central Air and explained the dilemma and even provided them with the furnace model number and the error code indicating pressure switch failure. They arrived the next day vacuumed out the interior of the furnace and amazingly diagnosed the failure as a pressure switch failure (didn't I already tell them that?) although they didn't have a replacement part available. The tech said special order, sometime next week. That wasted trip cost $119.
Next week arrives and we receive a quote to replace the pressure switch - $427 plus another $75 charge to obtain non van stock part - total $502 but wait, there's another $7.08 charge, Est. Financing. What financing? We were paying cash. $509.08 total estimate.
This all seemed odd to me as pressure switches online were listed from $25 to $60. I called the Lennox parts store and they sold the manufacturers replacement switch to me for $32.99. It was in stock, I picked it up from the store, less than10 minutes from my house. BTW, that Lennox parts store is just 1.8 miles from Central Air.
Replacement of the old switch took less than 5 minutes and required no tools - a simple matter of pulling 4 hoses from the old switch and pushing them onto the new switch; likewise, four pull off / push on electrical connectors. The switch itself just pushed into a slot on the furnace, again no tools required. The YouTube video explaining the install isn't even five minutes long.
Doing it myself cost $32.99 and less than 30 minutes, including drive time to the store and back.
Central Air wanted $628 ($119 + $509) and expected me to wait for days.
I understand a business must include a mark-up for overhead and profit but really, Central Air, this is scandalously ripping people off.

During a heavy rainstorm in January 2021 a French drain backed up causing run off and rain water to enter my home flooding two rooms. Caliber was out at my house that night till midnight pumping water and opening the drain. They saved my house from serious damage. This is why I used them for the install of a dry well in my front yard. I can safely say it won't happen again. These guys are true professionals and where there when I needed them. Thank you for taking care of me. They treated me like family, the family you like. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

Go here if you wanted to be treated condescendingly and in a disrespectful manner. Hey Mesher staff, guess what: when searching for Plumbing Supply stores, your place comes up (here on yelp, on Google, etc). Homeowners and DIYers find you this way. Not everybody knows that you won't service walk-ins and seem geared towards contractors. You need to explain what you do here on Yelp, on Google, on your own website, etc. That way we won't spend 20 minutes driving to your place only to be abrasively turned around by the ultra rude staff.

Ken the Plumber is just a really good guy. He's busy and can be hard to get ahold of, but leave a message or two and he'll be sure to call you back. Friendly, honest and does solid work. Most of all he's just a really good person who is honest and values taking care of people. If you want your needs met right now, a white suit and a business logo...Ken isn't for you. If you want a real person, who does solid work and will do right by you then ring him for sure.
