I needed a full home repipe, and got the best quote from these folks. I divided the project into two parts (the house first, the main line later), and each part was accomplished in two days: One for installation, and one for inspection and final clean up. They were professional, fast, and friendly. As a woman and massive weirdo I tend to brace for judgment about my housekeeping capabilities (or lack thereof) and inquiries about how they might pink it up for me until someone with more testosterone is on scene; this anxiety was totally unnecessary. We talked painted symbols and rocks for a few minutes, then they were down to business, and it was all so easy. As a bonus, they unearthed a few (rare) white agates digging a hole for the main water line, so I scored new minerals for my collection that I can clean with assistance from greater water pressure. I'll happily refer others to PEX PDX.

I'd have to say, they are the best. My wife and I, recently, had our plumbing updated to PEX. Before this update, if you flushed the toilet, and someone was washing their hands in the kitchen, the person washing their hands was subjected to nearly a steady dripping of water, until the bowl filled. Our house was built in 1925 and obviously needed the plumbing done.
Black Cat was able to convert us over in one day. We do have exposed pipes in the basement, as our basement isn't finished, but given their speed, and quality, I am amazed.
It's not simply the above that prompted me to go on Yelp and write a review. It's the guarantee of good service afterwards, which is icing on the cake, if you ask me.
We were having some issues after getting the new plumbing, we were having some troubles with our hose bib. This was not due to anything that Black Cat did, but due to hose bib manufacturer. Essentially, after turning off the hose, a stream of water shot out of where the hose connected to the bib. I called Black Cat and they sent someone out THAT DAY, despite a fully-booked schedule to replace the part. They were very candid about others reporting the same issue, and that they are seeking a different manufacturer for the part. Now that's what I call listening to what your customers have to say.
I am truly impressed with the service, and I wouldn't bat an eyelash at calling these guys for any other plumbing projects we have in the future. Also, they gave us a cash discount; albeit, it did feel odd paying someone thousands of dollars in 20s (the ATM only gave us 20s for some reason).
Thanks, Black Cat, and I hope you continue in your well-deserved growth.

Taylor did a great job on our difficult problem. Now things are working better than ever. Nice young guy, real entrepreneurial spirit. Not afraid to get dirty or of hard work.

Good experience start to finish. Tim was very professional and friendly. Work was done on time and they left a clean work area when finished . Employees seemed happy which is important to me. If I ever need sewer work again these guys will be my first call.

We discovered a broken pipe connection in our crawl space on a Sunday. They were able to respond to our emergency call in 20 minutes, and gave us a precise quote upon inspecting the problem. Tim was knowledgeable and friendly, and his price was reasonable. We are very happy with his service and his repair has a 1-year warranty.
Would definitely hire again. Thank you!

Our plumbing was original to the 1963 built house. The newer washing machine would drain too quickly for the old smaller diameter galvanized pipes and we would need to have them snaked every 2 to 3 years. We finally wanted them upgraded to today's code. They went into our tight crawl space on Thursday and showed by pictures how bad the pipes were, leaks, standing water, etc. I'm so happy they cared to be thorough enough on the original call to inspect the crawl space. Their professionalism and thorough outlook earned them the job, which they started on Monday the following week. It is done right, fully permitted and inspected. We are very happy.

It was time to replace my water heater, which was located in a small cubby hole under a kitchen counter - very difficult to get into. I had one plumber over who tried to tell me I would need to remodel my bathroom to get the old tank out. Another plumber pretty much laughed in my face and said good luck with that. It was so discouraging.
When Pipeline Plumbing took a look, the gentleman was unphased by the location, and said yeah we can do this. They were scheduling about a month out, but they were worth the wait. The cost of the install was very fair.
On the day of, the same guy and another guy from Pipeline arrived earlier than scheduled. After many curse words, and I don't know how we're gonna do this overheard, and lots of shimmying, they got the old tank out! They put in a new one in a better spot so it can be accessed more easily.
The guys were friendly, answered all my questions, and kindly cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Pipeline and will definitely contact them for plumbing needs in the future.

We had a bad experience where we lost the use of our sink for a week and got stuck footing the bill for the repair to the counter granite top. I did approve the attempt to modify counter to install the sink but didnt expect the attempt to create damage that resulted the bad experience. Installer used bad judgement so one star means it was a disaster can't recommend

On time, Got in, got the job done in about 45 mins.
They also did a good job at giving us options and getting the quote right on the money.

Jeff was very professional and worked with us through a plumbing job that four other local plumbers turned down because of the difficulty. I would recommend Frontier Plumbing for anyone in the area.

They tested our irrigation backflow device as a subcontractor for Cornel's plumbing. There was no problem with the testing. One issue was that their web presence is clearly in need of some updating. There is no e-mail address or functional web form. Their website was developed in 2016 and parts of it are still missing. What worked though was a chat through Google maps.

Toilet broke and I have just one so needed help quickly. They were able to come the next morning. Jeremy showed up on time and did a great job. He provided a lot of information suggesting some good options for replacement which is something I'd been pondering. He advised that the replacement parts should be good for a few years so no rush. Will definitely contact them for the new one.

Had great experience in the past. But today was not the same experience. The gentleman was nice. Wasn't able to fix sinks but did fix shower issue. My invoice on the other hand was interesting. If I would have known clearly about being charged for 30 minutes travel time to my house on top of the $142 dollar an hour rate, I would have looked to another plumber. I tried to convey my confusion on the start and departure times as they didn't align, but to no avail. I don't mind paying for a job, but travel time to the job was an interesting twist.

We had to get our whole house repiped. I got several bids but most plumbers aren't big enough to do a whole house repipe or had too many extra steps to follow. The biggest plumber in the area who is used to getting all the bids wasn't forthcoming with all the information we needed to make a decision, and I felt bullied and pushed into doing more work than was actually needed (replacing piping that didn't need to be replaced that would have added $3,500 to the price of the job). Power Plumbing came referred by a friend, and I could tell they were different by how thorough the person was who came out to do the estimate. He went into the crawl space and inspected the whole house, noting precisely what did and didn't need to be replaced, so that he could do an accurate bid. While the bid wasn't lower in price, we felt like if anything went wrong while in the middle of the huge job, they would deal with it honestly, so we chose them.
The job took an entire week. Every day we left the house for work, during the day, the plumbers came in and worked while we were gone and were gone by the time we got home. Our water service was not interrupted during the time we were in the house. They also cleaned up after themselves like they weren't there at all, which was especially important because the entry to the crawl space is in my child's room and her room looked the same as how she left it.
A few years back we had had rodents in our crawl space; the guys found a bunch of dead ones in traps and one day took a bag and cleared them all out and basically cleaned our crawl space for us while they were working, as well.
Other plumbers stated that this type of job punches a bunch of holes in our drywall to get to the pipes but the plumbers only opened up one section of drywall behind the washer and did the rest through the crawl space, which I can imagine was more difficult than just going through the walls in the house. The damage to the walls was small enough and not in a visible location, so my husband can replace it without us needing to bring in someone to repair and paint a bunch of holes in the drywall. Other plumbers giving estimates had talked about us needing to bring tile people out to cut through tile so they could access the pipes, creating hundreds if not thousands of dollars more in damage just to get the basic work done.
Overall it was surprising how easy this major work was on our family and I was very happy with the choice to use Power Plumbing.

We hired Platimum Plumbing. Our experience with them was not showing up not returning calls or texts. We never knew from day to day if they would show up. Even though the job they did was acceptable there was daily stress if Ryan would show up for scheduled appointments or just leave us waiting as he didn't call he just never showed. We had to hire another Plumber to finish the job.
