Update: very pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of the company. After an initial miscommunication on services rendered, the owner (Robert) reached out and apologized, explained, and made things right. I greatly appreciated this and want to recognize his efforts. These things happen from time to time and Robert handled it great. Looking forward to working with Good Guy Plumbing in the future.

My outdoor drain was blocked, I called them up, somebody was out a team of two guys within one hour and within the one hour they were here they unblocked and fix the problem I'm going to enter into a maintenance agreement with them I'm very pleased the guys that came out there was and Andres and Nick  who looks like it looks like Santa Claus.

I wanted to highly recommend our plumber Henry Sanchez to everyone. He has done amazing work, he did piping repairs and later installed a new water heater. He is highly skilled, professional, prompt, reliable, trustworthy, and very helpful in explaining the work that will be done. He never pressured us to do extra work or add ons.
As a new homeowner, it was hard to find a trustworthy plumber, but Henry has been the best!
If you need a plumber give him a call!

I needed a new water pressure regulator for my house.
I called another company first, the guy on the phone was very nice but said he will provide me with a free estimate in a couple of days.
Since I knew exactly what I needed and since it wasn't a huge deal to install, I felt like I could get an estimate over the phone.
I called barcena and Teresa answered the phone, she was very nice and told me right away how much it would cost (pretty much cost the same as the general inspector told me it should cost).
The next day I already had Steve the technician over.
In one of the hottest days of the year, Steve was very professional and quick to solve the problem.
It even looked like he enjoyed being there and helping me. it was over 100 degrees outside, I'm not sure how people can smile in that heat but I guess Steve can.
This was a really good experience, quick response, quick turnaround to fix jobs and reasonable prices.

THANK YOU JOHN and ULISES! I contacted SJ PLUMBING when water began to rise from both my shower drains and the toilets would not flush, all happening right before Christmas Eve! John S. (the owner) was kind enough to immediately come out and assess the problem himself with the assistance of Ulises M. I felt comfortable choosing John's team to address the plumbing issues as they were very honest, professional, and knowledgeable. They did not hesitate to answer any questions regarding the plumbing issues whether it was in person or via phone. John and Ulises were very accommodating and efficient with their work throughout this entire experience.

Teo is an  amazing handyman who is prompt, patient and perfect. I had him install fans and do electrical work and he did it with perfection. He has good work ethics and is reliable. I will definitively use him again. I would refer him to my friends for sure

I had a GREAT experience with Michael about 2 months ago.  I called several plumbers, but Michael returned my call right away.  I should have done my review right away because this was 2 months ago and my memory is not good, but what I absolutely remember is that he returned my call fast, did a fabulous job in my 4-plex, unstopping one tenant's kitchen sink AND the sink above her on the 2nd floor; then he changed out the bathtub faucet which was spraying wildly, PLUS after I saw that he did such a good job on those two jobs, I asked him to check the tenant's bathtub faucet across the hall and he once again he came through for me.... he knew EXACTLY what to do right away -- no trying to figure it out.

One of the things that made Michael so special, is that he had all of the parts needed on his truck and didn't have to go to the store and come back, which always runs up to bill .... but ALSO I want to mention that the 2nd tub that he replaced the faucet on, I had hired a different plumber the day before to fix it, but that plumber, who was very nice, but had a hard time trying to figure out how to fix it...  he tried several different things, including going to the kitchen and seeing if he could use the trap door on the other side of the wall to get to the tub ... he finally settled for a repair that was a little better but STILL not working properly.  I paid him anyway, but when Michael from AAA came the next day, he went right to his truck and replaced the faucet in MINUTES.  Everything that I asked him to do, he did promptly and expertly AND TOP IT OFF WITH VERY VERY reasonable price.

Again last week I needed an emergency repair with another tenant who had a problem on a early Saturday afternoon.  Michael called me back within minutes after he got off the freeway and apologized that he couldn't get to me until probably after 7 p.m. because he was on his way to a wedding.  HOW CONSIDERATE IS THAT ... WOW! I didn't want him to rush his family outing so I wished him well and called another plumber who was able to come through for me.

Michael, at AAA PREFERRED PLUMBING is definitely a keeper ... and his lovely son was so nice to pitch in and help with the roto-rooting and final cleanup while Michael was working on the next job upstairs..... I LOVE to see family working together building skills for the next generation coming up.  You will love this company .... (my reviews are usually 5-star or 1-star because I'm a little picky and don't like to give a bad review to someone, thinking maybe I am too picky -- so I usually only review the EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD or the real scammers,' and prefer to give the others the benefit of the doubt.

Unfortunately we had to a main line blockage (roots) on the Sunday we returned from vacation. It was real bummer until Active Rooter showed up . Alex brought the cammera and the snake and even managed to pinpoint where the roots were invading the pipe, Alex was very professional he knew exactly what his doing.

Since it was Sunday I was concerned we would have to wait , but he jumped in the truck and was at my door in twenty minutes.

Would use this company again and I will recommend to friends and family

We were replacing our toilet and it turned out whoever installed it previously seriously screwed up the closet flange. Warren White was our plumber, he showed up same day, right on time, and managed to fix the flange with some clever plumbing and install my toilet while he was at it. Even gave me a quote before coming unlike most plumbers.

Rave was fast to respond and fast to fix my issue. Great service. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend A-1 Performance Rooter & Plumbing, specifically Greg A. Not only did he take the job on a Sunday but he arrived promptly and was incredibly professional and friendly. I called him on the final day of my bathroom remodel thinking it was going to be another big cost on top of an already large project but was happily surprised and relieved by their affordable pricing. Greg quickly identified the problem, found the solution and saved my beautifully new bathroom. Not only would I use their services again but I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I am very impressed with this company. Their office person (Angie) is extremely professional and efficient in responding to calls and emails. My original appointment was to service our tankless water heater. Unfortunately the prior owners of our townhouse had not done adequate servicing and we neglected it ourselves for 2 years. The end result was that instead of servicing we needed a new water heater. The plumbers who installed our new water heater were super nice and once again very professional and efficient. My husband and I strongly recommend Tony's Plumbing.

Cody made quick work of a couple projects for me.  His quote was more than reasonable and he was super nice.  I had another plumber here who quoted me to replace my entire system for $2000.  Cody fixed it in ten minutes and did it for $100 if that give you an idea.  He's very honest and takes pride in his work.

LRS Plumbing was one the sponsors for the 2012 Bikers Ride For Cancer fundraiser event. They stood in support and we were proud to have them on board. Subsequent to that event, a couple of friends needed plumbing services in an emergency, so I recommended to them LRS Plumbing. I called Leonard the owner personally and he stopped what he was doing, headed over to my friends home and solved the problem promptly. If you don't at least try LRS then you get what you paid for with the other companies. These guys mean business and are experienced. The bottom line is, you may not like the news about your plumbing problem, but LRS will tell you the truth about what is wrong, how much it will cost and they solve the problem. No funny business, just results.
