Loved that they wore their masks.  They were friendly and explained everything they needed to do before they did it.  Saved us a lot money by not having to bust out the concrete which could have cost thousands!  They were neat and tidy, and careful to not cause more damage than necessary.

Everybody knows it's hard to find a contractor you can trust. Well when it comes to plumbing, the search is over. Joe Arce is a top notch professional. He's friendly, highly knowledgable, and honest. I'd gladly work with him again.

Joe came out to my house because I have roots invading some pipes near a tub. The plan was originally to send a camera down the and have a look. After asking a few questions and inspecting the drain in the tub, Joe told me that there's no need to use the camera. He was sure the roots were the issue and that using the camera would be a waste of my time and money.

On top of that he took the time to explain to me what the situation was with the roots, where they likely were, and what my options were to treat the situation. He even drew my diagrams.

If you have plumbing needs, Atech is a great choice. Highly recommended.

Both kitchen sinks backed up late last night, so called them this morning after I reached my usual plumber who was out of town and on vacation. He told me this is the only company he recommends for this kind of job.
They worked me in within two hours.
Cody was prompt, professional, thorough, and willing to explain the process.
I will definitely call this company again, but of course never plan to, because this is my last plumbing problem ever, for the rest of my life, so I meant to write that I will highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber.

Hands down, A Deal Plumbing is the best plumbing business in Austin!  We have a house built in 1950, and it's had tons of plumbing problems over decades.  Until I lucked up and found A Deal Plumbing, about 10 years ago, we'd had many plumbers here with fair to bad results.  But the plumbing throughout the house is in great shape now thanks to Arnold and his sons.  In addition to handling competently ANY kind of plumbing problem, Arnold and his sons are honorable, totally trustworthy men.  What a fine business!!!

I have been very happy with their service and their pricing. Called them out several times to fix different things and install some plumbing, each time it's been reasonably priced and they do the work correctly. They are a small outfit, but very focused on taking care of the customer. I think they are the best in the area.

My water heater gave out on me so I called Frank at Trio plumbing. They came out same day to change out thermostat. Turns out that didn't fix problem so he came back next day to fix another part and didn't even charge me. Then we realized the water heater was defective and he installed a new one. His price to install was a fraction of what one of the big plumbing companies quoted. Frank is amazing. He treats his clients like family and is honest and professional. He even called me back after the job to make sure everything was working right. Do yourself a favor and call Frank at Trio plumbing for your next plumbing issue. You'll be glad you did.

Set up an appointment, they called and said they will be two hours late because of flat tires. So my first thought was if it takes these guys two hours to change a tire maybe they arent the best, but oh well. Wait two more hours and get another call saying they cant come in at all. Thanks a lot for the wasted day Good Flow! Very unprofessional.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They helped when I couldn't find any one else to come out because of a winter storm. They even helped a neighbor that flagged them down. Wonderful, fast service.

Justin is one of the most professional people I've ever worked with. He responds quickly to calls and emails, shows up early, does great work, and charges a very fair price. He patiently guided my wife and I through some of the plumbing considerations of our DIY home renovation and made quick work of the projects that were outside of our skill level. Come and Plumb It sets the standard that all tradespeople should live up to, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Recently, while cleaning out my garage, I noticed wet drywall around the base of my water heater closet. When I opened the door, my suspicions were confirmed: we had a water leak. I called Chris Brooks with Squared Away Plumbing and asked for help. He diagnosed the precise source of the problem over the phone, describing it in perfect detail despite having never seen it. When it became clear my old unit needed to be replaced, he patiently walked me through all the options and helped me make the right decision. I never felt pressured -- I felt educated. He replaced the water heater on a weekend, going above and beyond to make sure the new setup was perfect. And let me assure you that watching him solder is like watching a flower bloom. The man is an artist. In short, Chris Brooks isn't just a plumber. He is THE plumber. He has my highest recommendation.

I received a very quick response about an estimate and scheduling time to come out to my house. The technicians, Isaiah and Thomas, were very nice and informed about how to resolve the issues. Thank you both for being so friendly and helpful! Will definitely use this service in the future.

H&H is as professional as it gets!

Call them at 4 PM and the job was done the same day at a price that seemed more than fair, I would assume hard to beat.
I will recommend and rehire H&H services without a doubt!

They came out to our home to give me an estimate for outdoor plumbing work. I was not home when they were there and the understanding was they would call me to let me know what the estimate was and what work would be required. They proceeded to do the work without any authorization from me, the homeowner, and then sent me $1000+ bill for the work complete. I called them and explained that I gave NO authorization to do the work because nobody bothered to tell me what the work was and had I known it was going to be over $1000, I wouldn't have gone through with it. Their resolution was to give me a measly 10% discount on the bill. I paid the bill because I'm not a scam artist but they clearly do not follow protocol and they take advantage of their customers. Shame on them.

Our water heater had a leak and we had been without hot water for a night. The next day I called Weldon Couch Plumbing and within the hour already had someone at my door. Even though they didn't have the necessary parts to fix the issue, they managed to fix it enough so we could enjoy hot water temporarily. The next day despite having a busy schedule they made time late to come back and fix the water heater. They didn't charge an outrageous amount of money like other plumbers would have, they were affordable and efficient.

Excellent work, great explanations. Cody was professional, on time and did the job well. Thanks very much. I will use these guys again when the need arises.

Update: I'm giving back one star because the general manager just called and was lovely and said their going to look at changing their renewal billing practices

We had rats Dec of 2015. We hired abc to get them out and keep them out. In their defense we don't have rats (Jan 2017).

When they came out to seal up the house the worker left large triangular shards of razor sharp metal all around the property despite the fact that I have small children. They also had to come back out and redo the work when we got rodents again because apparently they forgot to seal several large areas. (The person who did the re-inspection seemed shocked)

This however wasn't enough to get me to leave a lousy review because we all have bad days. In November of 2016 I got an email explaining that if I wanted to renew my warranty I needed to pay $213 and schedule a re-inspection and if not then no action was needed. I took no action.

In December of 2016 I received a bill. A legit bill. No explanation, no if you what just a regular officially bill for $213. I called and complained (passionately) to the First Lady who answered and her male supervisor and billing who all assured me that it wasn't a real bill it was a pre-bill even though it didn't say that and included a hyperlink to a payment page.

I complained about how it wasn't a pre bill because nothing on it indicated such and that if someone's grandmother had gotten this or someone's spouse they'd pay it without questioning because it contained no offer of services but was a bill for services rendered. They also said no one has written that bill it was just automatically generated... because apparently computers are magic now

They assured me that my account would be cancelled (which I also complained about because there shouldn't be anything to cancel) and that no further action was required on my part and that they'd talk to someone about the possibility of changing their billing procedures.

Well here we are Jan 2017 and guess who just got an identical bill but this time it says my account is 30 days overdue. This slimy, horrible, dishonest practice of sending out fake bills is completely and utterly distasteful and I would never recommend anyone use a business who engages in such practices

I wish I could give less than 1 star. We contacted Fabian through Home Advisor to fix a leak in a bathroom. This company was in a hurry to do the job without wanting to take care of the problem. So disappointed by their work or the lack of it. They just wanted to cover up the problem without resolving the issue. When I asked to speak to the owner, Fabian called me saying his name was Jeff. Is this a joke. Scary, do not trust.

DO NOT CALL - WORK NOT UP TO CODE  Over the 2021 winter freeze, our hot water heater gave out plus the overflow pipe froze - what a mess. Elite did come out to replace the heater but knew they had us over the barrel - charged $1000 more than any other service ( who were not able to come out over the freeze). We then had another plumber come out a week later to check to see if overflow pipe had cracked - and they took pictures and wrote up an explanation showing how the connections were not up to code ( with a gap so that could leak!), the heater and overflow pan were all banged up ( with the glass insulation of a heater, there could be cracks on the inside), and the overflow pan was not centered correctly - so that if water did come out of the pipe, it would drip down on out floors and walls)!!!!!!!!!!! We are looking into taking ELITE to court for this scam.
