These guys were able to help install an outlet in our garage for our new electric vehicle and then also help with some plumbing issues we had in our master bath. It's a family business and they are hard workers. We don't take holidays, was a true statement. These guys came and finished work in the days between Christmas and New Years. Will keep them in my phone book in case more jobs pop up around the house.

Our kitchen sink clogged overnight and left a huge pile of standing water. Plumbsy was able to come in and clear the clogging water quickly, while stay a competitive pricing. He even checked some potential leakage on the piping that we didn't notice before. I really enjoy working with Kyle. Highly recommend him for any plumbing services.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND:
Had a kitchen faucet replaced (I suppled the faucet- he was cool with that). Plumber also replaced two cutoff valves-one that needed to be replaced right now and one the plumber recommended since it was old. ( He gave me a choice about whether to do second valve ) . Price was fair, comparable to other quotes. Gave me a discount on installing the new valves since it was an add-on.
Very fast next day morning service, prompt arrival at appt. time. Worked neatly (minimal spillage ) and cleaned and dried under the sink thoroughly after the job was finished.
Great job all the way around.

After I managed to drill a hole into a water pipe, David wasn't the first person who answered my Saturday phone call. But he was the first _plumber_ (rather than salesperson) to actually call me back. He did a great job working with my schedule and getting a proper fix in place, so I can go back to sleeping at night without worrying about leaky pipes.
Definitely the local professional this new homeowner was hoping to find.

My water heater went out. The owner came out on Saturday to fix it. They called in advance to let me know he was on his way. The problem was repaired in 30 minutes. He was polite and professional. He charged me the standard rate even though I expected to be charged weekend rates. I recommend this company.

Called JD about a shower leak and he dispatched Cory out to my house. He was attentive, professional and personable. He isolated the repair needed and fixed it immediately. Fair pricing and friendly service every time I have used this company. I too am in the service industry and appreciate the service of this company and Highly recommend for anyones plumbing needs.

I want to thank you Ramon for doing such great work. I will recommend Town & Country Plumbing to anyone who needs Plumbing, Electrical, or handyman work. I was very happy with your price and your great work.

Always excellent service. They've kept my 70 year old house going, working with me over time to replace parts of the plumbing system without updating the whole thing at once, unclog tree-root clogged drains, etc.
Always great, always professional. Recent waterheater install was fantastic.

Bill got to our place the next day after we called him, he was able to locate our septic tank as the previous owners did not disclose the location and he emptied our tank quickly and efficiently. He was super cordial with my dad and husband and is good at his job. He was fairly priced, efficient and knowledgeable. We would for sure use this business again in the future. It is also nice as he is a locally and family owned business. We highly recommend his services for your septic needs. Thank you Bill!

Tony and Juan are lifesavers!!
The day (Sunday) the 2021 winter storm hit, both of my toilets started leaking at their bases, and water came up through my bathtub drains. I turned off water to both toilets and stopped using my drains.
I called Tony early the next morning (Monday) and he got back with me and told me I was first on his list as soon as the roads were safe. Tony texted my daily to let me know he was monitoring the road conditions hourly. And on Friday afternoon, as soon as the roads were safe, Tony texted me to let me know he was on his way. A man of his word, I was first on his list!
Tony and his assistant Juan worked quickly and efficiently and found the source of the issue - tree branches coming through the sewer pipe and causing a blockage. They removed the branches and we discussed a subsequent visit once his schedule lightened to address the root of the cause (no pun intended).
Tony's rates are reasonable and he lets you know what the charges are upfront so that there are no surprises. He's a friendly guy who really wants to take care of his customers!
After leaving my house, Tony and Juan said they had several other appointments and would likely work until midnight. Kudos to them for wanting to help as many people as possible during such a traumatic event.
I can't recommend Armadillo Plumbing enough, and I am so grateful for their assistance during this time. Tony has been my go-to plumber for a few years now, and this last visit reiterated why I only use him!

We woke up to a neighbor ringing the doorbell to tell us water was running down the driveway from the garage. Whaaaaat? Busted water heater. By 10:30 am, Mark and his crew were confirmed for early afternoon installation.
The crew was extremely professional and efficient. And the prices was super competitive.
Lifesavers and I would highly recommend.

We have a small retreat on park rd 4 south (burnet) almost 3hours from our home in Brenham. Had a small job and needed a commitment on a specific date that would be there. They were great (Ryan). Showed up on time and owner, tank, even called a few days before to Confirm! Highly recommend.

So its 30 degrees this morning when I woke up, and It took me 2 seconds to realize my heater was out. So I called a HVAC company that I wont name, and they said they couldn't be out till tomorrow evening. So I got ahold of Woods and they told me someone would be out in 2 hours to asses the situation. Within 3 hours I had the heater back and running. Not to mention it is snowing as im typing. So they literally might have saved my life. Not to mention they didn't stick it to me for being so desperate... cause believe me, they coulda! Thanks Woods!

We had a sink that was stopped up. I called Rod Plumbing and they had a young man named Alex Sosa show up. He arrived about 15 minutes after my initial call. Alex went right to work and had a problem fixed in less than 10 minutes. He listened to my explanation of the problem, was more than polite and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Rod Plumbing and Alex will be at the top of my list when I need a plumber again!!!

Contacted them on Yelp with a detailed description. They emailed me with a phone number to discuss.
Called number, got voicemail, left message, they never called back.

Very expensive and did not give me an estimate before doing work. I thought it was customary to tell the customer what you're going to do and give an estimate before doing the work and charging $480 to replace a simple faucet. I have used Rhea Plumbing (Llano) before and their prices are fair and reasonable.

First off let me say that their technicians are super professional and courteous. Probably the best interaction with service techs you'll ever have. No issues there.
The problem is they use a pricing sheet for their services regardless of how hard or easy the work is. And it rarely works to the customer's advantage. I had a couple of outside outlets that were out and a outside light that was out. I suspected a breaker issue. It was a gfci breaker and I know those can cost a little more than a basic breaker, but they take a split second to install. So I expected 2-300 for that repair. I had a Salt technician come out look at the outlets for a second, plug a tester in that showed no power to the outlets and then quote me 550ish for the repair. Didn't check power at the breaker box or anything. So it wasn't really a diagnosis of what was really going on since they didn't trace back where in the circuit the power was still working. It would've take another couple of seconds to do that, but I wasn't done.
So it could've been a bad breaker, a bad outlet in the circuit, bad wiring, etc. But they just priced it as the most expensive possible fix and would've charged me that much regardless of how hard or easy the fix truly was.
Since I wasn't ready to drop that much without knowing what was really wrong, I went out and bought an outlet tester and a voltage tester and checked the outlet, which of course didn't have power. But the breaker that I thought was the culprit was hot. I pulled off the outlet and the wires were hot, so I knew it was either a bad outlet or a miswired outlet.
It ended up being an incorrectly wired outlet that was affecting the rest of the circuit, so that's why the other outlets weren't working. It ended up taking me about 30 minutes of diagnostic time and 10 minutes to fix. No cost in materials. Not exactly what I would call an over $500 job like they were planning on charging me...
Again, the techs are super friendly and the service is professional. But the flat rate charging they do is a complete rip off and they definitely lost a customer. Which is unfortunate for them because I used them previously for a hot tub job that got them over $1,000 in business, and had planned on using them for other things in the future.
If you have money to burn and care mainly about customer service and a good quality job, then they're great. But if your like me and you live paycheck to paycheck and care about service, but also care about not being overcharged, then find another service provider.

Owner of company (Eusebio) hardly returns calls. He is not personable and is completely hands off. Jorge, his brother on the other hand is the profesional one. He picks up calls, he is resourceful and helpful and does the work on a timely manner.
All you want is for Jorge to be in charge of your project.
