I am using SOSA services Second time for gas connection for outdoor grill. They were quick to respond and easy to get their schedule. Isaiah had to come twice as we were missing one part for burner. But he did fantastic job connecting grill and burner to gas. I would recommend them. Thank you for your service!

5 stars aren't really enough,  I've had several companies come out and do repairs over the years and never felt like I got my money's worth.  They all worked by the hour on repairs and bid the full system jobs.  Brad at Austex came out and replaced 10 rotors and adjusted the entire system in about and hour and a half,  working on a bid.  It came out to about half of what I had experienced from the other guys on similar jobs.

David from People's Choice is AWESOME!  He was very communicative, polite, and timely. We appreciated  his attention to detail, and fair pricing. We had a failed toilet flange that ended up being a huge job that he tackled with ease.  He is confident about his work, and it is very clear he also enjoys his job and tackling problems.Thank you, David!

Wow! What a great experience in a time of need.  Colony Home came to our house SAME DAY and provided their assessment and recommendations.  We had water damage from a leak in our upstairs bathroom and they were able to quickly provide a plan and recommendations for what to do.  Mark assessed the plumbing and even provided advice on some other appliances that were giving us trouble while he was here.  Rian tested all the walls for moisture and possible mold which gives us invaluable peace of mind.  He went above and beyond testing for moisture everywhere and explained everything he was doing.  We've found it difficult to find reliable assistance lately, especially after the Great Freeze of Austin, TX but Rian and Mark provided genuine and knowledgeable service.  I would definitely recommend Colony Homes.

We've used American Plumbing since we've bought our home 10 years ago! We had them out for simple stuff like new toilets and sink disconnections during renovations to a broken pipe and excavation! They know they're stuff and do it well! Felix is friendly and totally old school, he tells ya like it is and is very honest about it! I personally like his good ole boy style!

First, they responsed very soon and were kind to help customer with their professional experiences. They also did a very good job to fix my broken sprinklers and pipeline faster than my expectation. Definitely good to recommend their service if you need sprinkler or yard work.

Slyvester does honest and good work. He prompt and not as expensive as some plumbers. He fixed my leaky tub.

Eric and Bobby exemplify teamwork rules. They do excellent work, explain what the problem was, and offer very fair pricing. Eric communicates well. He returns your phone call, goes out of his way to fit you in with his other jobs and keeps his appointment. It was great getting a follow-up call letting me know he was on his way. Bobby even helped me move a piece of furniture I could not move on my own. ET Plumbing is the one to call. Well done!

Advanced plumbing and routing is my go to plumber. Mike is very transparent, sociable and extremely knowledgeable about all things plumbing.  He came during the freeze and fixed my issues quickly and for a very fair price. He has also replaced my tankless hot water heater. Once you find one of the good ones you keep using them and hope they stay in business for a very long time!!

Had some minor work done on the toilets and everything was excellent.  From setting up the appointment, to the confirmation and Bill coming out and working, it was all oustanding.  I hope they know what they have with that guy because he is quick, professional and very honest.  I would recommend Cedar Park Plumbing to anyone...and will!

Great service overall! Punctual, polite, and took care of all of our questions with a smile.  Considering we just moved to town, we appreciated the honesty from our service technician Chance who took care of us on the morning of our appointment. Definitely reccomend!

when you call Christianson A/C for a sales person - to upgrade an   old unit - you are given 2 choices -  take it or leave it.  No contact with the sales person unless you call them. they  use to be the best but I have my doubts.  surely someone out there cares about the customer..

Totally impressed with this company AND Jason, the service rep. that came out and solved our problem.  We have been trying to get our contractor to help resolve our tankless water heater issue for two weeks.  Contractor's solution was to add a second unit...not cheap...without ever sending his plumber out to investigate.  We got frustrated and called GC Plumbing.  Not only did Jason identify the problem, he also noticed the system was not hooked up properly to the propane.  This presented a huge safety concern.  Jason was so thorough and explained everything he was doing BEFORE doing it.  Hopefully we will not have any more plumbing issues anytime soon, but when we do we will be calling GC Plumbing and requesting Jason.  THANKS JASON!

We were very impressed and happy we went with Radiant. Initially we had another company come out to try to fix our water heater and they , for lack of a better word, SUCKED! The first company didn't even step inside to look at the problem before telling me I needed a new water heater. We did not let that company work on our home because of lack of covid attire and I didn't quite trust them. We called Radiant our because I like their commercials . Advertisement works! And I'm very pleased with the plumber they sent to us. We did end up buying 2 water heaters because it was time and the initial repair would have been costly and timely. The plumber was respectful, always wore a mask and shoe covers and clearly explained my options for the repair. He gave me prices and was very honest and transparent. Would use again!
