Almost a year ago, I hired (was the first, but not the last of several times) Sosa Services to replace a backflow stopper in my backyard.

About a week ago, I noticed the backflow stopper started leaking - messaged their office, and they promptly got me scheduled and got the unit replaced under warranty, no paperwork and no headaches. Another data point for me to keep them on my speed dial/text for anything plumbing.

I discovered a bad leak in my sprinkler system a few days before going on vacation. Unfortunately it's a busy time and no one had any appointments. Except for Austex. It was nice to get a person answering the phone, rather than voicemail (or one voicemail telling me to leave an email). The person who answered was helpful and scheduled me for the next day.

Luciano showed up and was marvelous. I had a leak from a few years ago when Google Fiber tore up the streets. I had had them come back twice to fix it, but apparently they didn't do a very good job gluing the PVC and it fell apart as if it wasn't glued. And I called Google Fiber later, they were very nice, but aren't responsible for leaks over a year old. Well at least I asked. I should have checked their work more carefully at the time, particularly since they had to come at least twice.

Luciano fixed it properly, then inspected my whole system (which I'm no longer going to assume is working again). He adjusted it properly, made a few minor changes to the timer (he knows more about this than I do) and did it all quickly and professionally. The price was fair too.

I'm certainly going to continue to use Austex.

Excellent service. Master Plumber was very knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this plumbing service. They went out of their way to address our plumbing needs. Their support staff also proved to be above the norm.

I had a great experience with this company today. They were sent out through my home warranty and they were professional, explained everything to me (I know nothing about plumbing), were efficient, dealt with everything with my home warranty on the spot and didn't make more than one trip to fix my issue like some technicians do, and came at the beginning of their time slot.

I will absolutely use them again if I ever need them. Until then I will recommend them to all.

I had a sewage drain problem, and while Felix said that was beyond his expertise, he gave me a personal reference to another company to help me out, and it was all fixed within an hour!  THEN he called the next morning to make sure it all worked out!  While I couldn't use him this time, I hope that if I need plumbing help another time, that he's available to help me out again.  Very professional and works with what's best for the customer!

Can't recommend these guys enough. Very kind and professional and explained everything clearly. Showed up promptly after I contacted them because they were concerned I had a main leak from the few pictures I sent. They addressed my concerns and fixed all the issues. Up front about the price before proceeding with the work. And the prices were very reasonable!

Honest and do good work. Knowledgeable  plumbers.  Worked with us on our remodel and also helped us last minute. Highly recommend.

Eric was great! He's friendly, well versed in the parts needed, as well as solving a problem relatively inexpensively compared to the other two companies who said it was a two day job and was estimated over $1000. (Took them 2 hours and less than 1/4 of the cost.)

Advanced Plumbing was very responsive, kept me updated on arrival time, and was able to come out on short notice. They sent out Mike, who was very considerate in our home and took the time to talk us through our options and process before replacing our shorted out water heater. He went out of his way to find the largest capacity tank possible that would fit into a tight space (at our request). He also spent a good amount of time checking to make sure everything worked post-installation and adjusted the water temp to suit our needs. He also repaired our tub faucet after recognizing an issue with it, and now it works so much better. Competitive pricing. Highly recommend them.

All my drains and toilets clogged this evening. Cedar Park Plumbing came referred to me by usual plumber who was unable to help me himself. Bill arrived within an hour, unclogged the pipe, cut out the roots in the pipe and had me back in business very quickly. He didn't even mind me hanging around and asking questions.

After he was done we discussed the pipe repair that needs to be done, what the possible scenarios are (patching the pipe or replacing the whole thing). I should get the bid on that tomorrow.

Super pleased with this local business. I received a fair quote right away and was scheduled within days of confirming that I would like to use their services (as my service need was not urgent). They were timely, efficient, fair priced and clean. I would recommend and use this business again.

My A/C is not blowing cool air and Christianson told me the compressor is out. Since it is installed in less than 10 years, the compressor is still under warranty. However, I got a $1800 quote from the company to have the compressor replaced, in addition to more than $200 I paid for their first visit. This is ridiculous since this cost is much higher than replacing it without warranty.

I tried getting someone to contact me twice to connect a gas grill to bulk propane on a new construction house - a fairly easy buck for a plumber. No one called me back; so on the 3rd try, the rep said they do not work on new construction - sounds weird to me . Someone could have told me that right from the start so I wouldn't have wasted my time and also perhaps GC Plumbing would have saved themselves from my 1 star review.  Not impressed.

Well , they showed up and fixed the leak , that's about where the good stops.  Two other companies we tried couldn't even show up as they said they would.  Tech gave us some different quotes from the high side to the absurd side.  We opted for what should be the easy route.  Three hours later , the problem was fixed. They were quick to show , and fixed the problem but the prices were beyond steep comparatively. Three hours work , two 1/2 copper couplings and one 3/4 copper coupling along with a hole the size of a cantaloupe in the slab where I had already removed the wall and such for $1600.  I signed off knowing the cost beforehand just to have the problem fixed but $533 an hour for $2.00 worth of parts and a little bit of concrete removal seems unethical.  As I said , I knew the price before work started but it was much higher than the other two companies we had spoke with.  Looking back I should have pulled my other tickets and tried to reach a median price but we were just glad to have the problem fixed. The upper end prices were no where near as bad as some of the reviews speak of , and they won't bat an eye telling them to you either.
