I've been working with Lantz's Plumbing a little over 1 year. They've helped me with clogged toilets, moving a water heater, and installing new bathroom fixtures. The response time is quick no matter what time of the day or night and the prices are reasonable. All of the guys are friendly, honest and hard-working. I recommend them to everyone in the area.

Our hot water heater leaked in the attic. Who puts those in the attic?! Anyways I called right before Thanksgiving spoke with 1 person and had an appointment for later that day and the next. They wanted to check for a warranty and if we needed to utilize the warranty they didn't want to waste a day. They were upfront about options, pricing. I even was sent a link to track our service person and see how close they were to arriving at our house. They have an amazing rewards/membership program that we signed up for and Keith checked all of our plumbing lines and as he was cleaning up and washing his hands he fixed the kink in our sink faucet!!!!

We bought a home and needed several plumbing items. David was prompt to meet our availability to give a bid to install items we had purchased and to perform repairs. We accepted that bid and set a date. Circumstances forced me to reschedule twice, and David was accommodating. His two guys, Jimmy and Tony, arrived when expected and installed a new kitchen sink, disposal, reverse osmosis system and dishwasher. And repaired a shower mixer valve. And replaced a toilet. And made provisions in the garage for a refrigerator ice maker. Jimmy and Tony obviously knew their trade and worked steadily and cheerfully to complete all tasks. I recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

Travis is awesome. He has come out a few times to my house and is always so friendly, shakes my hand, and gets right to work. He is knowledgeable and helps me understand what he's doing or what has been done and gets it all done in a timely manner. Great business!

We've used Andre before and he's a first- class act. Knows his stuff backwards and forwards. Reliable and consistent service. Highly recommended!

RC was the plumber that came to my house. He was able to work me in and have my issue resolved in an hour. He is our plumber from now own, if there was a 10 star rating he would get that. Thank you RC for coming to my rescue.

I had a bad check valve on my somewhat secluded property in Emerald Valley that was causing no water for my cabin. Cowboy plumbing came out on time, got out of their van smiling, and were the most honest, friendly, sincere plumbers I have ever met. I will look for other jobs for them now! Thank you guys!!!!

You won't find a more honest and capable plumber. Hands down. Rick is fantastic, fair, and efficient. I had several bad plumbing experiences until I took a neighbor's recommendation and called Rick. I will never call another plumber as long as Rick is in business. He even remembers issues from previous calls to my house, though they might be many months apart. Austin's Best Plumbing is not a boastful or hyperbolic misnomer. It really is Austin's best plumbing service.

Chris and David came out to fox a water line leak in my ceiling. They were respectful and attentive listening to me describe my problem. They then quickly looked at the situation and proposed a cost to fix the problem. Although the price was high for the time and supplies they did quick work and fixed the problem. Great service but the price is high for 1 hour total time.

Why haven't I reviewed these folks yet? Seriously had the best service last year with Colie putting in a Loop. He was hard working, fast, efficient and not painful on the checkbook! I will use these guys every time!

My backflow burst on Christmas morning and I had to shut my main off. I went on Yelp and tried calling A&D and Mike answered (hard to believe). I explained what happened and he directed me to shut my sprinkler feed and turn my main back on so I'd have running water in the house. Mike came out the following morning and had my problem fixed in minutes. I'm very happy with his professionalism and his responsiveness.

It's sometimes hard to find a reliable plumber. Most plumbers in my area seem to not return my call or make it hard to schedule.
Mr Rooter always answers and has someone to send out. Had two gentlemen come help me remove and water heater and bathtub and they made quick work of the task, were very polite and informed and answered all of my questions about moving forward and what to do next with my bathroom remodel. Price was very reasonable.
Moving forward with any plumbing issues, will be using Mr Rooter.

Leon is our plumber and always will be. We met him when our foundations were bring totally redone, and I would happily recommend him to anyone who wants an honest, experienced professional.

We are In the process of filing suit for damages to our foundation and plumbing. This company is absolutely reckless...go elsewhere!!!
They made a huge hole inside our home after incorrectly locating a sewage break...oops! The break was actually outside of the home and was of course repaired from the exterior. But, the plumber left a non-plumber here who spent a day digging for a broken pipe that wasn't anywhere near this hole. In essence, jeopardizing the integrity of our foundation for absolutely no reason and to add insult to injury...we were charged for the digging, the hole & filling it back in.
So here is the full story....
We hired Cannon to identify and repair a plumbing leak after having some foundation work done. Roger came out and found what he said was a really bad leak in need of immediate repair in a tough location which was a major job. We were
quoted $5,000 to repair and promised a 5-year warranty. We called around and although other companies charge $1000-$1500....the typical warranty is only 1-2 years. Looking back, I wish I would have gone with the gut, after talking to the owner and getting the total BS vibe, and took my business elsewhere but I bit on the longer warranty. Well upon repairing the first leak which was 1)rescheduled twice, 2)took 2-days versus the were 1-day we were promised and 3)hit a water line...they found yet another even bigger leak, a complete separation in fact, with roots all in the pipe. They supposedly located the break, which was in the middle of a secondary bedroom. Roger and his son left and some non-plumber proceeded to dig out the hole to access the break. Well fast forward to that night...I go in the room and remove the boards to look at this supposed huge break and....nothing! There is the pipe...perfectly intact...and there is the huge dry hole...and the huge pile of completely dry soil next to it. Not at all what you would expect from a massive leak right? Well Roger and his son came the next morning and spent about an hour in the flowerbed on the side of the house repairing the broken pipe. Not once did they go in that hole inside...not once did they even look at it..except to fill it back in...after the repair was made from outside. Wow...so I have a hole for nothing? Well according to roger and now Connley...it's better to know and see if. What? What does that even mean?! BS
The plumber took our check but forgot to leave the invoice in his hurry to get out of the rain. And that warranty...well we just now got that along with the invoice (single paragraph) after over a month and 1000 texts/phones calls to the company requesting it and.
I own a real estate business and 11 investment properties...this is the worst vendor experience I've had to date.

Very happy with the pricing and service. They communicated well prior to the day of service and showed up on time. The plumber had a little difficulty with one of the connecting pipes to the garbage disposal which added a little extra time to the job but they honored the original estimate. Would definitely call them for other plumbing jobs in the future.

This company is really top notch. I have had to call them and just thought I would leave a message after 6pm and one time about 9pm. Nope, someone answered the phone. They took care of making an appt.. When the guys showed up, what a great group of workers. They were knowledgeable, did not try and over price me. They gave me options, AWESOME, AFFORDABLE, I needed them in Burnet and Marble Falls, and they were so efficient and showed up on time. I have used them now 3 times, every time, great people. THANK YOU THANK YOU

I had water leaking under ground in my bathroom. I called Reliant plumbing because i saw they put in their ad that they do leak detect and i told them that i need some body come to detect and diagnose the leaking . They said they will do that and charge me $89 for that and will estimate the repair cost, i agreed and they sent the technician to my house . At the very end of the day the technician called me and said he is on the way, i asked him if it's too late for him to do the work because I believe it will take time to detect the leaks and he said its no problem for him . He showed up at my house and looked at the scene and asked me what happened. After listening to what i told him he showed me the price of $975 for the diagnose , i repeat $975 just for diagnose and he told me if i agree with that he will come back tomorrow to do it because he didn't have the leak detector with him , another word he came with his bare hands , just give me the unreasonable estimate for diagnose then picked up $89 and left . Reliant Plumbing, you are selling your name for $89. I don't think it's worth
