My septic tank alarm sparked my call to Lantz's   Within 12 hrs Brandon was dispatched after the office emailed me a pic and bio. I am happy that my 3 yr old pump was not the cause for the alarm. PVC pipes melted from the recent extreme heat. When the cap was lifted off the tank at 8 am boiling hot water was observed. Brandon replaced the pipes and had time to check on a few other small  plumbing issues inside my house. I used S&D plumbing for a sump pump problem....... the problem happened on a Saturday and was having several friends over for a Christmas party/dinner on Sunday.   I talked to Lisa and she assured me someone would come out on Sunday morning to take care of the problem.  John Lisenbee showed up at the time they said he would.  He needed more parts but showed me how to manually empty the tank.  We made it through Sunday without a problem and save our event.  The problem is now solved and I have nothing to great, great, great dealings with this company.....HIGHLY recommend this plumbing company.  Telephone calls from them and emails kept me up-to-date....I'm a happy camper.......Robert Harris

After seeing their postings on Nextdoor and finding positive reviews on Yelp, I was eager to use a neighborhood business and gave them a call to schedule a visit for a leaking toilet. Super accommodating to schedule and great communication for appt confirmation and before service appt. Travis and his colleague were amazing, on time and very courteous. Found the problem in a matter of seconds and completed the job in short time. Great service and VERY affordable and accommodating. I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend.

My daughter tried to flush one of her Disney toys down the toilet so we had a problem. I called Cowboy and gave them our available times for a service call and they were out the next morning. They were on time, friendly, and gave me my options/pricing up front. They were able to clear the pipes and get us back to normal. Highly recommended.

I had to communicate with Rick from a distance, and he was very good at keeping me posted.  He provided important information I used to decide to install hot water heaters to replace a tankless heater.  He was prompt and kept commitments. Also friendly. I can't imagine anyone better.

I do not post often but had to speak up for A & A Plumbing. They  completed plumbing for my bathroom renovation. Joey, the technician did an excellent job with changing the plumbing from standard builder grade tub and faucet to a claw foot tub and deck mount faucet. Now the pipes are coming out of the floor. His expertise on exposed pipe rain shower fixtures showed in the excellent installation of it. I could not be more pleased with this company. Very professional and neat. Always kept me informed on the progress and any issues. No surprises or additional costs. Bid was right on the money. AWESOME job!!!

Had issue with a shower not being able to shut of completely, called Hill Country Plumbing, made an appointment, thecame out, changed a part that they already had on with them on the truck, were on their way in less than an hour. Called Mike to install a new Roman Style Faucets and hot water side wasn't working and he tried for hours and just told me to get a new one from the Manufacturer. When the new one came in called him up and was hear ASAP. Stands behind his work and isn't done until the job is done right! Will definitely use him for future installs.

I needed someone to fix a toilet leak at my house and also check the water pressure of my shower because it was too strong. Honest and fast service. He went to get a part to fix the toilet and didn't charge extra. Very reasonable price, would hire again.

Had a major water leak in the crawlspace in a 50's home. The water was a foot deep in crawlspace! First we got the water pumped out and let it dry out for 2 weeks. Longhorn Plumbing was available, showed up on time, and made the repair quickly. They also suggested we insulated the pipes on the exterior walls while they were there. They did all this work at reasonable costs and were very professional.
I highly recommend them and will use them again myself!

Connley with Cannon Plumbing was recommended by a friend and he did a great job for me.  He installed 2 sink faucets I had purchased and re-installed 2 more that had been installed incorrectly.  I told him I was selling the house soon so he suggested checking the gas line to the A/C and water heater to make sure everything would pass inspection.  The gas water heater (although recently installed by another company) was not to code, so Connley installed the correct fittings.  He even gave me instructions on how to light the pilot light so I wouldn't have to pay someone to come out and do that.   He did a great job and his prices were reasonable!

Matthew did a great job & all was accomplished by the evening of that day. One of the best responses we have ever had & will definitely use them again.
