Reliable, reasonably priced and solid workmanship. Has done multiple jobs from simple faucet install to complex repair (reconnected bath drain in the slab requiring jack hammering to make a difficult reconnect to fix the leak. Also replaced water heater and replaced copper pipe after a freeze. Highly recommende!

Got a quote for a clogged toilet. Reasonably priced yet booked for the day. Needed service ASAP! The gentleman on the phone gave me two local recommendations! This is what I consider excellent customer service. Even though they were unable to see me, they went above and beyond by giving me local recommendations to resolve my problem. Thank you Marshall Plumbing!!

Ross Plumbing is 1000% committed and determined to fix your problem. They are very responsive and always show up on time. They are high-quality plumbers who are amazing people.
Ross Plumbing was recommended to me by the folks at Glass Well and I'm glad they did. Cody and Clint have taken care of several fairly routine plumbing issues for me and have been prompt, courteous, and reasonable.
More recently I've had a water heater problem. They replaced it but there were still issues. Over a couple of weeks they came out several times (no charge) and tired different solutions. When I mentioned I had a high flow rate on my water softener but no one could find a leak, even the plumbers with fancy technology, Clint ruled out other issues and finally discovered that yes, there was a slab leak from the water heater. We had all been stumped for months, but using reason and the process of elimination, plus his plumbing knowledge, Clint nailed it. Although it will be costly to fix this, at least now I know what the problem is and we can work around it till it's fixed. And if this ends up being a job beyond the scope of what Cody Ross Plumbing does, I will use Leroy Ross (Cody's father), who does construction plumbing.
In summary, they're the best around on all fronts. I cannot rate them high enough for what they've done.

Ruben is our friendly neighborhood plumber. Over the years, he has helped us replace toilets, repair toilets, replace entire plumbing lines, install water heaters - you name it! Ruben charges a fair price (and sometimes hasn't charged us at all for repairs) and does excellent work.

Very impressed at the knowledge and corrections made to my irrigation system. Thank you so much

I moved to the area recently and was happy to find Greenshire Handyman. AJ was very responsive, arrived on time and installed my front storm door quickly. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely reach out to for assistance with other home projects I need completed!

I'm not a plumber, more of a handyman. Had a problem with a tub overflow drain and went into Josco, talked to Matthew, and very soon after left the shop with the parts I needed. It saved me money and time. Good service.

Danny was punctual, effective, efficient and most importantly, extremely knowledgable. We would recommend Danny to anyone and everyone. His handyman skills are above and beyond what you would except from your average handyman. And his pricing is reasonable. We will be using Danny going forward on all of our properties.

Excellent, Excellent service. I had a major leak in my house and caused severe water damage so bad that my ceiling caved in to my downstairs and flooded my kitchen. I called AAA Auger and Tony answered my call and was very kind, professional, and very cheery for a late night call 10pm. He came out assessed the situation and was able to help us with our problem in a matter of minutes all for no charge which was awesome. He also was able to recommend a company to help me get started cleaning up the water damage. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing issues.

We asked for help with some stuff that we just couldn't fix on our own.
Came out when he said he would, was right on time. Professional and courteous gentleman. Helped us get our water system back on line after some serious freeze damage from URI 2021. He knows how to fix stuff. We would use his services again if needed.

A few days ago, I wrote a pretty bad review. Since then Dayton has worked very hard to make me a satisfied customer. The problem was not all their fault, but rather the fault of an over zealous home inspector who led me to believe that the work had not been performed properly. Dayton came back out and verified that the a/c was indeed working as it should have been, wrote a detailed report for the buyer of my condo, and all ended well. So, my apologies to Dayton.

Here is what happened to us
2 technicians arrived and less than 2 hours later they had completed the work. They charged us 1300 to put in a garbage disposal and clear the sink drain. Charged 300 to put a camera in the line 500 to install disposal 500 for labor and other service. We had to contact another plumber a month later for related issues. We did NOT contact JW. We called B and S Plumbing (highly recommend) and in the same amount of time they reseated our toilet and cleared the remainder of the line that JW did not assess. They charged 400.
JW was kind enough to cancel our contract without penalty after I called to complain about usurious pricing policy. They did not feel any refund of our money was appropriate because we don't say we're the most affordable company you signed the agreement etc.
B and S Plumbing if you want a company with integrity.

Whoever is using the name The King of Drains on Yelp in Austin appears to be a scammer even though I believe there is a legitimate company by that name in San Antonio. Raymond Jones at 737-600-2552 showed up, took a look at the plumbing, talked about doing thousands of dollars of work, requested $485 for apparently doing nothing about our slow drain, could only be paid by Zelle or CashApp, had the payment rescinded by CashApp to protect me, and hasn't been heard from since. Do not engage with this person or you will regret it!

My upstairs neighbor's toilet leaked thru my bathroom ceiling. Jon was timely, fixed the leak and called another contractor who repaired my ceiling. Jon was professional, made it easy, did a great job and came back to make sure the ceiling repairs were completed and the bathroom was cleaned. I will definitely call him if I ever need more plumbing work.

avoid l&m at all costs and tell everyone to do the same. i can say, without a doubt, that was one of the most horrible experiences of my life. never in my life have i worked with a team so completely unprofessional, no consideration for the customer, constantly shifting blame to the customer and the worst work ethic (or lack thereof rather) ever.
* lucy lies #1 and 2: work would take 2-3 weeks and that her workers would be sensitive to the fact that someone was living in the house while work was being done.
* lucy lie #3: saying i don't get the final check until you are satisfied twice to which we nodded and replied, okay.
* lucy lie #4: she listed the projects spread out over 3 phases showing work to be completed in 2 weeks (we BOTH have this written out).
* painting needed to be completed BEFORE carpet was put in, so the carpet installation had to be pushed back due to painting taking longer than expected.
* the day of carpet installation was a state holiday, so we were home. the painters arrived at 9am to finish up painting before carpet installer arrived at 10am. we pointed out all area of concern re: paint. they agreed that work needed to be done and seem to be rushing to complete it before carpet installation.
* although carpet was installed, we continued to see areas of concern re: the painting.
* on a DAILY basis, we marked areas of concern with blue painter's tape per lucy's instruction. this continued until the beginning of week 3 at which time lucy asked us to stop placing tape on the walls because it was taking off the paint. i then texted her photos of the areas of concern instead. that day, our blue painter's tape disappeared.
* areas of concern continued to be ignored, so i chose to work from home to PHYSICALLY point out areas of concern.
* lucy lie #5: she said the painters said they had been working at our house every day. i told her i worked from home 2 days and they in fact had not worked at all one of those days. her reply was, oh.
* horrible work ethic example: i'd estimate around 40-50% of the painter's time was spent on the phone; working 2.5 hours was considered a full day; the painter sent his WIFE and DAUGHTER to finish other painting tasks.
* i have photos of an exacto blade on the kitchen table; fast food cups left around the house; nails all over the floor of the garage (which we have to enter multiple times daily since it's been serving as our storage area and we've had to live out of boxes this entire time while they work); photos showing work areas ignore time and time again; the instance in which they placed 50-60 pounds of wooden and metal bunk bed parts against 2 pieces of art worth over $200,00 (this was another horrible story).
* in our countless walk-throughs, lucy never took notes. her replies would be verbal affirmations of uh huh. okay. yes. right. etc.
* lucy lie #6: when it came to painting the doors, the painters only painted the outside panel of the door; not the inside. i confirmed with lucy that they were in fact supposed to paint both sides of every door. she confirmed yes stating she'd let them know. when i asked the painter if lucy had told them they were to paint both sides of the doors, they replied no. we were just supposed to paint the outside. for confirmation i asked again. the painter replied that lucy had not told him to paint both sides. i told him what lucy had told us, to which he replied okay.
* after the first day of painting, i witnessed the painter's son place the shower curtain rod back on the wall that had been primed that day. i assumed there was some painting-professional reason for this and i didn't not question it as it's not my area of expertise. the next day, i saw that the curtain rod remained on the wall and they painted around it. i then removed the rod so that they could paint the entire area.
* lucy lie #7: she said they would remove switch plates and tape over hinges before painting. switch plates were not removed, but instead, being painted on around the edges. i then decided to remove the switch plates.
* lucy lie #8: she said window treatment hardware would be removed from the walls before painting began. i saw they were not removed before painting began, so we removed them from the entire house
* at one point they filled our trash and recycle bins completely leaving no room for us to dispose of our trash and recyclables.
