He found it! My wife & I caught a slab leak in our garage the moment it started, literally. The wall was a little damp after we came back from dinner there was a tiny puddle. Uh-oh. The plumber came out and recommended Kevin @ Precision Leak so we wouldn't jackhammer the garage slab on an expensive wild goose chase. That was back in March 2018 and the leak was so small Kevin couldn't find it. I really appreciated his thoroughness and troubleshooting with me right there. But alas, we were defeated. Fast forward 3 months and he came out again. The leak increased in volume, so now he could hear it with his super sonar. He very quickly narrowed it down, and now the pipes are exposed and labeled for the plumber to do his work. Kevin is an all around nice guy. I really appreciated the time he took to explain things to me and let me add to the troubleshooting conversation. The irony is if I would've ignored it and let it get worse I could've saved him a trip! Thanks Kevin ;)

Reliable, reasonably priced and solid workmanship. Has done multiple jobs from simple faucet install to complex repair (reconnected bath drain in the slab requiring jack hammering to make a difficult reconnect to fix the leak. Also replaced water heater and replaced copper pipe after a freeze. Highly recommende!

Got a quote for a clogged toilet. Reasonably priced yet booked for the day. Needed service ASAP! The gentleman on the phone gave me two local recommendations! This is what I consider excellent customer service. Even though they were unable to see me, they went above and beyond by giving me local recommendations to resolve my problem. Thank you Marshall Plumbing!!

My Water Heater went out 12/27/2021. I called Ross Plumbing as recommended by a friend and the recording asked me to text the number with my information and the issue. Cody contacted me that evening. I sent him a few pictures and explained the issue. He gave me a fair price and said he would move things around and get to it the next day if i approved of the price. I agreed.
He and a helper were at my house the next morning at around nine with the new Water Heater and were finished in very short order. My wife and I were impressed with his willingness and professionalism to answer any questions we had about the current job and any other questions we had about other issues in the house. I highly recommend Cody and Ross Plumbing.

Would definitely recommend the services of Ruben. He answered all my questions over the phone first and even asked if I could take a picture of the issue, then quoted me over the phone. I knew what to expect and what I was going to pay before he even came out. He worked with my work schedule and met me at my apartment exactly when he said he would, even called/text to confirm.
Very nice gentleman. He retrieved my grandmother's necklace that was gifted to me 19 years ago. I don't know what I would do without him. He gave me some plumbing tips and even cleaned up the area he worked on.
Looking for a family plumbing business? Call Ruben!!

AJ with Greenshire Handyman came by to paint some shutters on my home that I could not reach. His team did a fantastic job. The communication was excellent and timely and he was prompt. He brought the supplies he needed and the shutters look great! Thanks AJ.

LA can sometimes be a wasteland when it comes to finding a reliable, professional handyman. Danny is one of the few that I've found delivers as promised: I asked him to do some painting, patching, and other work at my place and he MORE than delivered, at a MUCH higher standard than I was expecting...You won't be disappointed in the caliber of his work if you hire him: highly recommend!

What do you mean I have a $200 water bill?? I'm not even home! Something's got to be wrong...but what to do? I'll tell you what I did. I called these guys. They showed up within an hour of my call and located the problem. Damned trees! I love em, but they went after my pipes because, well, that's what they do. Either way, an hour later and I was back in business. Courteous, reliable, efficient. The end.

I put off calling a plumber for a while because I thought it was going to be a hassle. I called San Marcos Plumbing and they sent someone out the next day and my problem was solved in under 10 minutes. They are really kind people and trustworthy people who know what they are doing. They would be my first choice for any plumbing issues from now on, I would definitely give them a call!

Bill and Diane Pair with Pair Plumbing & Septic have provided me with excellent customer service and work. My farm is located about 20 miles from Cameron and recently all of my pipes froze and and broke due to the freeze. The guys they sent to asses the damage were very professional and quickly identified the problem. The Pair's were responsive and sympathetic to my needs and repaired my pipes. This was not the first time we have had them service the farm, really good people. Diane is a really sweet lady, more of a peach than a Pair!

Simply the best. Found 3 major issues related to health and an attic leak that 2 other contractors overlooked in their bids. I had a complete remove and replace on a CACH system with condensate line issues that were leaking into my attic. These items directly impacted the health/safety/welfare of the people in my home. Josh Turner (not the singer but a REALLY great person nonetheless) did my assessment. I would recommend him over ANY other estimator that exists. Ask for him my name. He found items that were simply overlooked by the others 2 big name companies that came by. Not trying to up-sell me at all, but he did point out things that made it apparent that my WELL BEING was more important than the sale. Price was still LESS than the others and a crew of 4 showed up right on time and completed the job in LESS time that they projected. Perfect clean up and it looked great. I am a real customer and I will only recommend these guys from now on.

At the end of a hot day in August 2013, my AC stopped blowing cold and by 7PM it was 80 degrees in the house. I called the number on my AC unit from when it was installed, and Jon Wayne Heating and Air Conditioning answered, as they had purchased the number when the other company went out of business. They could not come that night but could send a technician to perform an 'evaluation' between 8AM and Noon the next day for $29. I agreed.
The next morning, the AC unit was mysteriously working again, and the house was back at 72 degrees, but I still wanted the evaluation.
The Jon Wayne AC tech showed about 12:20PM. I was anxious, as I had a meeting scheduled in Austin at 3PM, and needed to leave town by 1:15-1:30 at the latest.
He spent 50 minutes in the evaluation, then showed me that my AC unit was very clogged inside, and used a geiger-counter kind of mechanism with lights to say I had an area leaking freon, so the real need was to replace the entire coil. He said he needed to go out to his truck and arrange an estimate for me. I let him know I needed to leave, soon.
While he was estimating, I called my realtor, as I planned to put my house on the market the following month. The realtor said if the coil replacement estimate was more than $900, to call his source, and he gave me an alternate AC contact. I also looked online for coil replacement costs, and the consensus was that depending on the size of the unit, it can run $1000 to $2200.
It was 1:15PM and the Jon Wayne tech had not come in, yet, so I went out to him. His estmate was for $4225! As this was more than twice the highest I had seen in my research, I paid the $29 and sent him on his way. He did offer a simple 'air movement' service for $1260, before he left.
I called the realtor-referred AC person, and he BURST OUT LAUGHING at the quote for coil replacement from Jon Wayne Heating and AC. He sent a tech out, who also evaluated and quoted me $430 to remove the unit and completely clean it out and re-install it, and said since I am selling, that should be fine. If I wanted to replace the coil, the total, including cleaning, would be $860.
I scheduled the cleaning and they arrived on time and the unit is working perfectly.
BEWARE Jon Wayne Heating and Air Conditioning having you at their mercy on a hot day when your AC is out!

Ray was very polite. Arrive when they say they will arrive. Let you know what the issue is and price before starting work.

My home warranty sent my work order to Big Jon on a Wednesday. Thursday morning I got a call from Jon to schedule the service for that coming Saturday between 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. This was good because Saturdays are the only day in the week... every week, that we can ever do a service call.
On Saturday I cleared my morning schedule for the service. At 9:00 a.m. there was no sign of Jon. I called him and asked if he was on his way. I felt like he didn't even remember me, I had to remind him of my address. He said he was at an emergency call and would be over in the next 1 to 2 hours.
Well, two hours later I called him and got his voicemail. My husband called... got his voicemail. I called the home warranty company and they... got his voicemail. Ten hours later, I sit here with the issue still not addressed, no service call, no call ever from Jon with no explaination... nothing.
Pretty upsetting considering I wasted my entire day, the one day of the week I am able to spend on errands, etc. to sit at home and stare out the window waiting for this guy to show up.

We have a vintage stove we needed repaired and someone suggested we called L&M. We did, explained we needed someone to repair our vintage gas stove and asked if that was something they could do. Absolutely was the response, so we scheduled a service call.
After the guy they sent checked the gas lines to the stove, he said he was a plumber who knew nothing about stoves (even how to light a pilot) and we had to pay $150 for the service call. We called L&M and were told basically too bad for you, give us our money - oh and make the check out to Lucy Moreno personally (not the business). Since the plumber had to stay until he got paid and he was stuck in the middle, we paid him the money.
