I had a good experience with O&M Plumbing, but did not have them do any work for me.  I called for an appointment to get an estimate for some work, I can do myself; but I thought if I could get it done for a reasonable amount I would pay to have it done instead.  So, I had O&M come out and look at my project and give me an estimate.  Turned out they wanted to charge more than I wanted to pay, so I declined to have them do the work.  The communication with the folks at O&M was good, the plumbing team arrived on time and seemed to be competent enough to do the work.

After dealing with Pipe Doctor in San Antonio and their excuses on why they were adding additional charges to their previous invoice without proof, I found Austin Plumbing after requesting quotes through Yelp. They responded quickly and had a better price than everyone else and excellent reviews so I hired them. They had automated texts for confirmations which helped a lot. We have terrible service where I am so texts help us a lot rather than constantly being cut off and having to redial. They showed up and not long afterwards they removed our broken water heater and replaced it with a new one. Even before they left, we got a notification saying they were done. We payed and we immediately got our receipt. We finally have hot water! It was also nice that they talked to us through the process and kept us notified in case there were any changes. Now we know who exactly to go to when we need plumbing. Awesome people. Awesome service.

Geronimo really helped us out when we had a leak in our water main.  He was able to come fix our broken pipe the same day and charged a very fair price.  Will definitely be keeping his info for any future plumbing needs.  Thanks!

I can't say enough good things about Diego. He helped me out with a custom butcher block countertop in our guest room, and the level of communication, craftsmanship, and detail shown in his work was truly impressive.

I'd been trying to get this project completed for almost a year - I had several other handymen that just never responded to me or completely ghosted me after initial conversations. Not only did Diego get back to me immediately, but he asked all the right questions that I didn't even consider that showed his years of experience, so that I knew I was in good hands. He was so patient with explaining his entire process, answered all of my (many) questions, and kept me involved every step of the way.

The project turned out even better than I expected, and I'm so pleased with how it looks. On top of everything, Diego is a really chill, friendly guy who is great at what he does, and exceptionally fair and honest.

I've since worked with Diego on a couple of smaller projects, and he's super generous with his time and goes out of his way to help me troubleshoot other little issues around my house that I could probably manage on my own. For anything larger that requires a more skilled hand, I'm going to Diego first from now on.

Contacted Emilio via Yelp, very quick response. He came over to the house to check out what was going on with the toilets/drain line within 30 minutes of contact. He worked diligently to figure out what was going on. After he had exhausted all of his resources, he thought we would still be without toilets and showers for another day. He got in touch with a buddy of his to come and help him out. They were here until. 11 pm just to get us up and going. He made a nasty experience into a good one with his knowledge and expertise. Would definitely recommend using!!

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

We were pleasantly surprised when we received same-day service for routine maintenance from Rick. He is always pleasant and helpful. Rick discovered a warrantied item was no longer working, and made arrangements for it to be replaced. On that initial call to Honest, we also requested a vent cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. The next morning, Robert and Jeremy came out to install the warrantied item and clean all the vents.

Everything was performed professionally and in a very polite and timely manner. Each of the service guys respected our home by using drop-cloths and shoe covers as well as using health and safety precautions. Honesty is definitely our go-to company for these kinds of home repairs and maintenance.

Raymond fix our toilette he was punctual, fast, efficient and reliable. I asked him about other issues and he was very honest with his advise which made me trust him.

Plumber Near Me was very efficient in scheduling a quick appointment and a fair estimate. The work was done promptly and the two plumbers who came, Casey and Paul, were polite, friendly, efficient and did neat work.

I would like to thank the folks at GTX Plumbing.  I had a water leak at my house in Georgetown Texas tonight.  My tenants called me to let me know what the issue was but was having a hard time trying to explain to me the exact problem.  They were also having a problem getting the water shut off by the water heater where the leak was.  I contacted my home warranty and they were telling me it would be 4 hours before anyone could even let me know when a plumber could come out.  So I called GTX and told them I would like to have them on standby in case my home warranty could not get out tonight.  Sharon told me to have my tenant call them and she would have them talk with one of their master plumbers.  In short, my tenant called them and spoke with the owner.  The owner walked my tenant through how to get the water turned off and diagnose the problem over the phone.  They did this all free of charge.  I can't begin to tell you how amazed and happy I was for Sharon and the owner to offer help like this.  If I ever need to use a plumber, I am definitely calling GTX.  Words really can't describe how impressed and appreciative of their service and generosity.

I was recommended by a family member to this business. My estimate was given pretty quickly and was able to get into the schedule easily. I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and a problem with a leak in my shower. My toilet was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price and Gabe found out the problem for the water leak in my shower and was easily able to fix it. I was very impressed with the job that was done Gabe was very professional explained everything that needed to be done and what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future if needed.

A big thank you to PlumbSmart. We've had water problems since we moved into our home almost 5 years ago. They diagnosed the problem, our water softener not connected correctly, and help us make decisions to fix it. Long story short: they diagnosed, fixed, and got us water pressure, clean water in one day. My parents had an emergency situation with their water pump, Bertine came out with a coworker fixed their pump and did not charge them.

If you have a plumbing issue call Adept!  They helped us right before Christmas - and Christmas company - to fix bathroom issues.  He's been out again to help us with our outdoor spicots  and other issues.  He's been a great help finding the cause of problems and getting them fixed.  Excellent and highly recommended!

I have had nightmare experiences with other plumbing companies, but Osborn was nothing but professional.  I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.

My girlfriend decided to pour about 20oz of solid bacon fat down my garbage disposal and it didn't work out very well.  After a long heartfelt talk about why we shouldn't do that, I tried to fix it myself.  We tried baking soda and vinegar, Drano, using an auger.  Nothing worked.  

Ruben responded at the last second. Came over within an hour of us hitting him up, and fixed it like a charm.  He was informative and explained everything to me so I could fix it myself in the future.  

I'm a customer for life.  I can't thank him enough.

Avery Handyman (Lewis) is my go to handyman. We've used him for indoor & outdoor electrical work, gutter removal, blind installation and more. Excellent work and all very professionally handled. We've also found his estimates to be fair & better than what we were expecting.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

Avoid this plumber if you like your money. The negative reviews are accurate. Daniel's charges a $225 dollar diagnostic fee NO MATTER WHAT, which means to have the plumber come to the house, you will pay $225 (and they will aggressively enforce this fee). But, that's not where it ends. They then quote outrageous prices and do not apply the diagnostic fee to the work. To have our water heater flushed and the control panel swapped out, which is about 30 minutes worth of labor, they wanted $700: $225 for the diagnostic fee (which took 45 minutes), $200 to flush the system (I did it myself in about 20 minutes after watching a YouTube video), and $300 for a control panel (I bought the panel for $125 and replaced it in under 5 minutes). Of course, they already have you when they show up because you're on the hook for $225. We did not have them do the work but the plumber forcefully insisted on making us pay the $225 (my wife was shaken by the confrontation). We paid the fee and did not have the work done, but we will never use these folks again.
