Where there is smoke .. there has to be fire.  All the Five Star reviews are spot on and the consensus is that Brad B. is a homeowners best friend.  

I've received quotes on replacing two hot water heaters - one downstairs in the garage and the other in the attic.  Brad told me straight away that he could not do the attic but could do the garage.  I appreciated his straight forward no bullsh1t message and had him to the house.  He is honest and ethical which I value beyond price.  I want the job done right but I dislike getting taken advantage of.

Brad showed up right on time and quickly assessed what I needed and offered to save me money by letting me buy the parts (with him) at the DIY store.  This knocked off unnecessary costs that neither of us would benefit from.  The work was done well and the price came in substantially lower then the other bids so it is a win-win.  

Overall I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the experience and recommend him to anyone who values a professional operating with integrity.

Job was nicely done and quick. My irrigation sprinklers are all able to pop up after the replacement!

It is easy to see why Gilbert and Blue Dragon Plumbing get stellar 5-star reviews. I had another plumber (Radiant) do some work at the house on a water heater under warranty and they said the water pressure was too high in the house and we would need to install a pressure regulating valve (PRV) to a) bring the house up to code and b) the current pressure in the house was high and would damage the interior pipes.

I called Gilbert to get a second opinion, he came out and tested the water pressure and showed me the result - it was only 50-55 psi, well under the high pressure of 80 psi. Radiant Plumbing basically wanted to do $1000 plus worth of work that was unnecessary. Gilbert even looked at my water heaters and came and did an inside inspection of the bathrooms. I told him I wanted to pay him for his time and his response was 'why, I didn't do anything...and that other plumber tried to take your money'. Exceptional service, honesty and very transparent in his service and work. I will call him for all of our future residential plumbing needs.

My septic alarm was going off (very annoying).  Six months ago I had experienced the same problem and called a different plumber / septic company.  I wanted to use someone else this time and, after searching through reviews, was fortunate enough to find Rooter-Man.  From the Scheduler to the two plumbers who arrived the next day I couldn't be happier.  If I could give them six stars I would.  My lead plumber was Byron and I'm now a customer for life.  I'm going to use them for all of my plumbing and septic needs, from now on!

Thank you to capital city during the ice storm I made and appointment and they came out on time and was super courteous and professional granted I was lucky and didn't have any major issues after all. They are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone. One of my coworkers called them after I recommended them and they were super happy also. Thank you!!!!

Pierre and his team were great to work with. We had a super tight timeline to have 75' tunnel dug under the house to replace all the cast iron. This was not a small job by any means. His team worked tirelessly to make it happen at all costs. Not even the Covid-19 pandemic could stop them from delivering as promised...literally! If you're reading this you've found the right plumber...guys like this are hard to find these days.

My husband and I just recently bought a house and did some extensive remodeling, including all the bathrooms. We later found out that one of the bathrooms only had hot water to it. I'm talking toilet, shower and faucet. We had 3 plumbers come by to figure out what the issue was and give us a quote. They all came back around $1k-$2k where they would have to tear up the brick outside and run lines to the bathroom or run new lines from the attic through the wall, etc. What a nightmare!
After reading Dave's reviews on Yelp I decided to call him for a quote. He came over and after an hour of problem solving, figured out a way to do it without tearing anything up. He came back out today and the bathroom is fixed...and at 1/3 of the price of the other guys! I highly recommend him and will definitely be calling him next time we need a plumber.

Braulio and Standard Plumbing are awesome. They're priced very well and do clean, thorough work. They were personally referred to me by a friend who builds high end houses in the area... Great work and a good price- with a nice guy running the show. Highly recommend.

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. We needed a new water heater (our old one was ancient and on its last legs). Jim was super responsive (same-day), and came out and gave us a very reasonable quote the following day. Our job was certainly not run of the mill, as the previous owners of our home definitely made shortcuts versus keeping things up to code. Despite the project taking much longer than he anticipated, the cost did not change. We feel super confident that the work Jim did will last for years to come. Also, he is a very friendly and affable guy - full of fun facts and interesting stories! He runs his business with honesty and integrity. Thanks again Jim!

Our heater went out on Sunday and we called Stan's on Monday. They sent out a tech within a few hours. He got the heater going but warned us the motor could go out anytime. We ask him to order a new motor. The motor went out during the night.  Stan ordered us a new motor and  installed it on Wednesday. The tech was friendly and professional.  Thank you Stan's for our warm house!!

Good luck trying to get a reasonable and reliable estimate out these guys. It keeps changing. They quote quote you one thing in person, then another by email, yet another by phone. Got damn, stick to one estimate will you?

I had them replaced all my 16 water shut-off under sinks and for toilets. It was a tough work because my house is old and the design is outdated and difficult to replace. The helped me replace not just valves, but also replace soft pipe adapters for easier maintenance in the future. Also, my water tank design was weird which create siphon effect making the water never stop draining. They also help me repair that on site. There were many things which was unexpected but they eventually sent 4 people and get them done. I really appreciate all the work in a short period.

After that, I call them again to help be repair pipes of my rain water collector that was busted during the freeze. I know they are not experts of rain water collector. However, after analyzing how the system works, eventually they make it work!

Could not recommend them enough.  I was buying a house and put them on the schedule two weeks in advance.  They quoted a fantastic price, showed up on time and finished all the work.  Super nice, easy to talk to and very insightful.  Hope i never have to call them again but will in an instant if there are any issues.

Mark was on time and checked out our hot water heater, providing information, possible life of water heater and an estimate to replace. Mark was honest, courteous and reasonably priced. We will be using Mark for any plumbing issues/projects.

Olvin was amazing! First off, he was so responsive answered all my questions rather quickly and was flexible since my countertops were a bit delayed. He was professional and polite. He and his assistant wore a mask and were very clean and neat while working. Additionally, I got multiple quotes and his was the most reasonable! I would totally recommend Olvin and will use him in future projects!

Broke my spigot on the side of my house. Spot-on was out here quickly and very communicative about prices and the prices to complete the project correctly.

I thought I'd get an estimate over the phone and 2 hours later I have all my problems solved! No appointment, no waiting, no fuss. I like Nick! I had a toilet that I broke when I tried to fix it and a bathroom stopper in the sink that didn't function that had been broken for a year or more. Called Nick, got an almost immediate call back, he was here an hour later and gone with an hour. About $130 base fee for the hour. I don't know if that is good or bad, I just know I liked him and liked his speed and courtesy.
