I will never use another plumber!  Wayne is the best, and his wife that does all the behind the scenes!  I am the girl that calls 10 people to get prices before I commit, and I don't believe I will ever have to do that again in the plumbing department.  These guys gave us a great deal on a MAJOR remodel job, and were professional, courteous and very punctual!

I have a tankless water heater that is less than three years old in my new home. It kept going out and I have had it serviced three times during this time. So I decided to try a different plumbing company. WD Plumbing came out and detected the problem right away. They were quick to respond and very friendly. The parts and service price was very reasonable. I am using them again for another project.  I was very satisfied with this company.

My water heater's pilot light is out and can not re-ignite. Alan came in the next day and identified the problem to be the sparker's insulation. He fixed the problem with no charge. He also checked the state of the thermal coupler and adjacent connections to make sure they are ok. I also go a quote for a new water heater because my is 8 years old.
I think Alan is professional, efficient and honest and would recommend him.

We've had Meadows Plumbing folks on the case here on several occasions, and they've always come through. Chris Meadows made a mistake on his first job here and ended up charging us nothing - which speaks to their reputation for honesty and fair business practices. We've had them over for a couple additional jobs, and they've always been both competent and fair. I would recommend them to anyone.

And oh yes, If you live anywhere near Liberty Hill, they're a LOCAL business.

Gave us our best estimate and was not only kind, but very knowledgeable and effective. He quickly diagnosed and repaired our water heater at a fraction of the cost of other quotes we had recieved. Our water heater troubles were resolved in less than an hour and  I will be using Aloha again in the future if my family ever requires plumbing related projects or fixes.

I rarely use Yelp unless it's necessary, but this is an update to my previous review- The second plumber they sent in a couple of weeks later have not only done a good job with replacing our toilet but have also explained what's going on with the first one that served us.  We were also happy to pay extra (about $700) out of our own pocket just in order to get a new toilet installed properly (which was not covered by the home warranty but we had no problem with it).   For the service as well as Only for the professional manner of the Second Plumber, I give him a satisfied 5-star rating.

We had a MONSTER clog in our kitchen sink, and I tried four different plumbers to clear it. Only the fourth plumber got it cleared out by using their hydro-jet. We have old cast iron pipes, and they were very cautious using the jetter. It took them several hours, but they were able to clear out tons of old grease that had accumulated over decades. Their price for this service was reasonable, and they were able to come out the same day I called them! Amazing! I wish I had started with them from the beginning.

Great job from Anchor. Efficient, competent, well priced. Thank you. Responsive to my request for a price and scheduled a trip immediately. Fixed our clogged drain in no time at a very fair price.

I can't say enough about Ray and Gus. These guys are my heroes! Yesterday 12/7/2015, I'm about to head out to an appointment when all of sudden out of no where my sewer line or septic backed up. I didn't know if I needed a plumber or septic guy but he came anyway.  I called Ray and they were out there in 1 hour only to work for about another 2.5 or 3 hours.  They worked and worked until they solved my problem. We bought a fixer upper and was told we only had 2 tanks of which we checked often. Well they (through hours of troubleshooting) found a 3 rd tank about 1 ft buried under the grass. WHAT!!!!! Can't imagine how upset I was. Nontheless, they were able to flush my line and advised a septic guy to come out ASAP.  He was very fair priced, professional, courteous and just a God send. I'm happy to know I have a plumber now.

They were knowledgable, friendly, and clearly communicated what I was paying for prior and throughout the process.

We had a prospective home inspected and they were able to identify potential issues with broken lines going out to the city causes by tree roots that would not have been caught by a typical home inspection.

I would definitely use again as I felt their prices were competitive , their service was thorough, and I left the appointment more educated myself thanks to their knowledgeable and kind staff.

I sent a picture of the job request.  Justin quickly replied.  We scheduled for the next morning - on a Saturday!    He safely changed out a gas pipe and while he was at the house, he also fixed a running toilet.   The price was very fair and the service was exceptional.   He knows his trade well, and I would definitely use him again when I need to.

Wish I had found these guys at onset of my search. They will now be my go to.

Long of short: copper pipe sprung a leak between bedroom wall and bathroom shower a day ago. Had to shut main off to prevent more internal water damage. One agency initially committed, then went sideways. Was left at square one, searching for a plumber again. STAT answered their phone, finished their current job, and came straight over. Chris and his partner, fixed the problem, cleaned up, and did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable and the work was on point.

I've said it before, but customer service is a dying thing. Chris and his company STAT still have it. Much appreciated.

This plumber is awesome and very nice to talk with.  He explains everything clearly and is not in a rush.  Takes his time to do the job right but gets it done in efficient manner.  He fixed some issues I had with a water heater so I can sell my home and done a great job.  I will use him again in the future and I already recommended him to other friends of mine as well.

They were quick to respond. They came out the next day. They were on time, fast and efficient. The price was reasonable.

For whatever reason, He wouldn't follow thru with other service needs I had. I guess they were not as high dollar as the tankless system I bought from him. I would call and I would be told to text the request and weeks went by and no response. I tried on 3 separate occasions.  So disappointing.

This company deserves every star.  I was able to get a quote through yelp and schedule service same day.  He kept be updated with his status, was friendly and fixed the problem in no time.  You can tell he has a ton of experience and knows his stuff.  Even gave me a lot more useful information afterwards.  Will definitely be using Diamond Irrigation for anything of my future needs.

We are so impressed with this company and the people who work there. They have worked on our company and residential issues. You will not be disappointed.

NO - SHOW/NO - CALL, waited all day and not even a call to tell me not coming, called office many times and got the run around, STAY AWAY, use another business.  WARNING !!!

I had a great experience with Fox Service Company yesterday.  My 20 year old double wall oven has been going in and out for about a  year.  I had someone come about a year ago to service it and he said he couldn't repair it.  They no longer make 23-3/4 wall ovens so I couldn't replace it unless I tore up part of my kitchen.  My son-in-law told me about Olin Torres with Fox who repaired a ceiling fan for them and asked him if he would look at my ovens because they were very impressed with him.  Olin came over later in the day and looked up the electrical requirements for my old ovens.  He showed me the very corroded breaker (50 years old).  He replaced the breaker and tested the oven with both turned to 500 degrees at the same time for about 15 minutes and the breaker never tripped.  They now work beautifully and I'm so thrilled to have my ovens operating again.  Thank you Olin Torres.
