Yes, we had a leak in our ceiling that came down the wall I called this company He was on time he explained to us exactly what was wrong, and how it need to be fixed and how the rest needed to be replaced. His prices were very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone they are excellent. If I had any problems, I will call them back.

After receiving a quote for $2500 from ARS/Rescue Rooter to just remove existing 40 gallon hall water heater and replace it with the one I was going to provide from Home Depot - the project was put on hold to find the right company. . . . CROWS PLUMBING is the right company.  They quoted a Rheem 50 gallon industrial water heater (a huge upgrade on quality and size) and installation for under $2K. I added a leak pan and leak water shut off solenoid to the order and the total was slightly over on price what ARS (a premium priced service - their words not mine) wanted for labor only.

We had a MONSTER clog in our kitchen sink, and I tried four different plumbers to clear it. Only the fourth plumber got it cleared out by using their hydro-jet. We have old cast iron pipes, and they were very cautious using the jetter. It took them several hours, but they were able to clear out tons of old grease that had accumulated over decades. Their price for this service was reasonable, and they were able to come out the same day I called them! Amazing! I wish I had started with them from the beginning.

Adam and his brother have serviced my house twice, once with water heater and another with clogged pipe. Very professional, attentive and explain each step of the process. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about Ray and Gus. These guys are my heroes! Yesterday 12/7/2015, I'm about to head out to an appointment when all of sudden out of no where my sewer line or septic backed up. I didn't know if I needed a plumber or septic guy but he came anyway.  I called Ray and they were out there in 1 hour only to work for about another 2.5 or 3 hours.  They worked and worked until they solved my problem. We bought a fixer upper and was told we only had 2 tanks of which we checked often. Well they (through hours of troubleshooting) found a 3 rd tank about 1 ft buried under the grass. WHAT!!!!! Can't imagine how upset I was. Nontheless, they were able to flush my line and advised a septic guy to come out ASAP.  He was very fair priced, professional, courteous and just a God send. I'm happy to know I have a plumber now.

We are so happy with the service we received from Just-in-Time Plumbing.  We needed a pipe moved so our oven could be pushed flush with the wall, we had a kitchen faucet issue and a problem with our bathroom shower.  Justin's crew arrived before the 8:00 a.m. appointment, introduced themselves and got right to work. They happily answered all our questions. The cost was VERY REASONABLE  and their quality of work is EXCELLENT.

My water heater had to be replaced and I called around on a Friday to see who was available and get quotes, I got no responses !!! My son told me about thumbtack, so I got the App and contacted 4 companies in my area but again nothing except for Stat Emergency Plumbing Services, one I hadn't contacted because Chris was not in my area !!!! I am so glad he did !!!! He drove 2 hours to replace my water heater and he was on time !!!! Amazing ! He got right to work and I had hot water an hour and 15 minutes later !! He is very professional and polite. He knows what he's doing and his prices are reasonable !! I would highly recommend him and I would hire him again ! Thank you Chris -you are the best !!!!

The experience was great! He knew what he was talking about and was able to solve the problems we were having. After reading YELP reviews I visited the website and was impressed by the step by step information on how tankless water heaters are flushed. When the proper values hadn't been installed he explained what exactly needed to be done and the problem was solved. He's nice, efficient, explains the reasons things need to be done and is fairly priced. BG Plumbing will be the one we call for all of our future plumbing needs!

Raul Meza is an absolutely phenomenal man!   And a great plumber.  I met Raul while struggling to repair a broken water pipe at my home.  As I was scrambling from one friend's house to another trying to find I saw Raul's truck pass in the opposite direction.  The whole town was out of 1/2 inch copper pipe but as I pulled over next to Raul and explained my situation, he offered me some of his pipe. When I asked to pay him for it, he simply said, it all comes back around.  He refused my payment and simply helped.   It's tough to find good people in good times, but even better when someone stops and helps you out while you're in need.  Great job, Raul!!!!

The website states that they do water testing.(bastrop.haguewater.com/w…) The person who asked how she could make me smile when she answered the phone then abruptly said that they do no such thing.. Maybe take that page off your site if you don't in fact do the water testing.. Just a thought.

Sewage suddenly started backing up in every drain in the house in Johnson City; not a good situation. Called WB on Sunday and they were out on Monday. It's been awhile so can't remember the names of the two gentlemen who expertly and quickly remedied the situation, but top notch job. Highly recommend W.B. Plumbing Company.

Danny came out immediately (same day), he is available 24/7 and is a local Drippinite his whole life and knows the area very well. He is very knowledgeable, honest, reasonably priced and overall nice guy! He will be our go to plumber every time!

Cody showed up at the scheduled time and did a complete check of our AC units.  This is our second experience with Cody and we were very happy both times.  FOX installed these units in 2010 and when we did have an issue with one of the units a couple of years ago, they were very quick to determine the problem and correct it.  We have been FOX customers since 2010 and have been very happy with their service.
