Doug's Plumbing  ----- 5 Star Service ------. Damon and Beto of  Doug's Plumbing just re-plumbed the house. They did a super job. Marty worked up the Bid in quick order stopping by several times over the course of the 2 day project. The Office Team exceeded expectations in scheduling and keeping me up to speed on arrival of the team.  I'm one of those that likes to 'inspect what I expect' and I must say that their work gives the appearance and functionality of new construction in a 100 year old home.

Three thumbs up (if I had more than two)! We needed our outside pressure relief valve (PRV) replaced. Erick the owner was super responsive. Mathew and Jose did the work. They were fast and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately my review is not a positive one.  I called Tony this morning after being referred to him by another plumber.  He was supposed to show up between 11 and 1 but did not.  I had to call him to find out why he never showed up.  He said he was so busy he had lost track of time.  He arrived at 2pm with equipment that did not work.  (Electric snake, for which he apparently has to order a part.)  So now, on a Friday afternoon, we have to find someone else.  Guess we'll be making more than One Call.  He did not charge us, which I appreciate, but we will not be calling him again.

Me. Plumber did an outstanding job today for an extremely reasonable price.  I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and the care they took with my house.  Very highly recommend these guys.  Formerly Steve's Plumbing!  Rosendo and his helper are awesome for sure.

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

Great company! We were lucky enough to get these guys from our home warranty company to replace our monster of a water heater upstairs in our attic.  First they had to take out the 80 gallon beast - from an opening that was too small. With a little work, they did it. And replaced with the new 80 gallon tank. Richard, the boss man  was both very knowledgeable and amusing, and his crew were great. I would definitely recommend them anytime. Thanks.

I walked out of my house to see half my backyard flooded!  We called around and 1st Home and Commercial Services were the most helpful and ready to send someone out to us ASAP.  They were very patient as we discussed our options and took the time to explain everything to us.  Specifically I would like to give a shout out to Dan and Casey- although I'm sure everyone else is fantastic as well.  They were fast, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional!

When our existing Dupure water softener broke and we learned how much it would cost to repair, we started looking at reviews for local companies. Alamo Water Softeners had better reviews than most other companies, so we gave them a call.
Randall Booth met with my wife and I - no high pressure sales attempt - simply answered our questions and helped us choose the system that best met our needs. Great experience! Comparing our (then) existing softener and the annual costs and service calls with the Alamo Water Softener pricing and continuing support, the choice was a no-brainer.
The guy that did the install was very professional and left the garage and his work area spotless.
After the new softener and reverse osmosis system was installed by AWS we realized how poorly our old softener performed the last year or so before it finally broke. 100% recommend AWS for your household needs!

I believe I had a frozen pipe during the cold spell last week.  Since just moving to Texas I did not know anything about the plumbing in my home.  I called early in the morning and spoke to John, we was so helpful in explaining about the plumbing in my home and the options I had. I ended up calling 3 times with more questions, he was so patient and responsive.  I will definitely depend on American Eagle with any future plumbing issues.

I needed to convert an old closet into a professional voiceover booth. Tony was super easy to work with, and took all of my considerations into account. The booth was built with decoupled walls, filled with acoustic insulation and finished out with a heavy acoustic door. The end result is a fantastic booth, exactly what I was looking for.

Hats off to Tony and his crew for doing a FANTASTIC job!

We have an older home, built in the 1950's, and a lot of issues have arose over time. One of them is that the sinks in both kitchens (we have a mother-in-law suite in the back addition) have slowly started to clog. We've tried everything, bio-clean, liquid plumbr, cheap lowes routers, and nothing has solved the issue for long. Finally with the recent rain, the drains both clogged and we had weird sounds from the air vent as well.

I contacted Blue Dragon; since they are usually booked weeks in advance, they will refer you to really good plumbers. They told me to call Plumb Masters.

I called in the morning close to 9 AM, spoke to a pleasant lady who said they could have someone onsite between 2-6 PM today. I was extremely happy for the response time, since both sinks were down.

Around 12:30, I received a call from Travis asking if he could come early since they had a cancellation. I quickly agreed and he showed up about 10 minutes later. He got right to work, busting through multiple clogs in the main kitchen sink, but he said it didn't sound right as it drained. He worked on it some more, even getting up on the roof and water blasting the air trap. After he felt 100% sure that it was sounding and working right, he pronounced it fixed.

Travis then moved to the back sink and did the same, busting through years of clog buildup and possibly even some that had petrified. Now the back sink, which never drained properly, works like a charm!

Travis was very friendly, professional, and willing to explain what he was doing to a novice like me. He also didn't freak out about my dogs (little ones), letting them smell him and laughing as they ran around barking. Finally, after it was all said and done, he discounted the two sinks and the washer room drain (I had asked him to check and give me a ballpark if it wasn't something simple), making me very happy.

I recommend Travis and Plumb Masters to anyone who needs some plumbing work done. Thanks guys!

Great in all ways.   They found a much simpler way to create a new drain and water hooked for my washing machine, which I was moving to a new location.  Saved thousands of dollars from my first quote that I got from one the national companies.  Work was finished on one day.  Price was same as estimate and they did some other stuff at a lower price that they quoted.  I have already recommended them to a good friend and would never hesitate to call them again.

Water heater started to leak Sunday at 5 pm and there is nothing worst then trying to call a 24hr plumbing service and getting a recording saying their office is close.  I was able to get a hold of a company who sent out a AC tech (he must have been on call) to tell me that my water heater was leaking (was charge $170 to show up), who then called in their plumber who came over and told me yup, water heater need to be replace and gave me an estimate of $2400 to replace a water heater.  (I shouldn't be to hard on this company, the AC guy was able to determine where the leak was and did tighten something to stop the leak.. so the $170 was worth it but the $2400 quote for the water heater was highway robbery!!)

I don't know much about plumbing but I do know that a water heater start around $299 add labor say $1000 (I'm being generous) and it can't be more then $1200.  So I told the guy I will have to call around to get another quote.  Well to my surprise I was right a few place started their bid right around $1200.  Then I  got in touch with Claude (and I am so glad I did) he showed up to my house 20 min later. this was at 6:45 am. He took some measurement and explained what he was going to do and gave me a quote for $990 for a brand new water heater that is with parts and labor.  That was music to my ears, I asked him when he can do it, he said he can put me on the schedule for around noon time and was done by 2 pm.  

I have to say best customer service and pricing ever.  No upcharge, just gave me a quote and did the job in a timely manner.  Thank you Claude, will definitely recommend C & K Plumbing to my friends and family.  Even his wife Nancy who answer the phone was awesome, do yourself a favor and call them if you need plumbing done.

Cody and Chris were outstanding. We had a leak and Cody came to the house right away to fix it.  Outstanding, efficient, professional service.  I usually don't write write reviews but they definitely deserve a great one.  Thanks!

This company did the plumbing install on our new house. We had problems from the start. We had out clean out clogged several times. Finally the city came out and ran a camera through the pipe. Their report was shocking and acurate.

The pipe had unnecessary bends, was crushed with a large rock and root, and had a blocked off y fitting in the section. What a joke. Totally Inane...
