We got several quotes on the replacement of our two electric hot water heaters.  Their quote was very fair to replace both units and bring them up to code.  The service was professional and prompt.  I highly recommend going local with Lakeway Plumbing.

Everyone I called was completely booked for weeks, Tony came out within 30 minutes of me calling him. I had a 45 degree plastic pipe under the ground in my front yard break and my front yard was completely soaked. He came out assessed the problem and had his son come out and fix it for me within an hour it was fixed, and for a very reasonable price. I will always recommend these guys! Awesome work, great price  who could ask for more?

Back in April, I needed a quote on a hot water heater so I could figure out what I was gonna offer on a house we were looking at. The technician who came out helped us with everything we needed knowledgeably and politely, then left me his card w/ the information on it we'd discussed.

After closing on the house, we were able to schedule an appointment for later that week for him to come out and get the installation taken care of; they were in and out in an hour or so, and everything's worked *perfectly* since then.

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

Anthony from Affordable Plus Plumbing has replaced the garbage disposal & the kitchen sink faucet on 2 separate visits. On both visits he has been very professional & the service has been quick & efficient. He is a good communicator who shares info & provides recommendations. Definitely will use this company for future plumbing needs as they arise!

I live in a condo community. I have an interior wall shower leak that has caused damage to my downstairs neighbor's ceiling. I called 1st Plumbing Services and they were able to schedule an appt. right away at my convenience. They were able to give me an estimate and emailed it to me the next day. Casey is the gentleman who came to assess the shower leak. He was so polite and professional. I am having them do the repair work in the next week and I will follow up on Yelp once the work is completed. Thus far, I am very pleased with this company.

Our technician Nick came out this morning and beautifully installed our water softener after calling to set it up not even 24 hours before.  Alyssa was very helpful in answering my questions a few days before as well. Nick removed our old Whirlpool softener and cleaned the space, dried and wiped the water spilled from the old one, and installed the new softener like any OCD attentive person like myself would. It looks so clean and organized, even the power adapter cabling was stapled in. Just so satisfying. Pictures below. He even installed a new water cutoff valve and overall was top marks across the board. Never thought I'd be so excited about a water softener, but now I am! Looking forward to it.

Jon came to our house for a few simple plumbing items during a kitchen reno. The work was completed quickly and easily, no issues at all! But what really stood out to me was Jon's interactions with my 4 year old son, Isaiah. Jon didn't mind letting him watch and even help with the work! My son was (and still is) thrilled about it. Anytime I tell the kids a contractor is coming to the house to do some work, he asks if Mr Jon is coming too. Thankful for the plumbing work but also the kindness, patience, and graciousness with the kids, very personable service. If we ever have a plumbing issue, we will be thrilled to have Mr Jon at our house again!

Less than a year ago GIS put in a whole new bathroom, shower and closet. Cost =  $40,000.  But, the bathroom came out very nice.  I recently had a few problems.  I was a bit of a pain as a client so, I wasn't sure how eager they'd be to come back.  But, I gave it a shot and about a week later, EVERYTHING is fixed.  
They're not the cheapest game in town and I suspect Tony may have been a politician in a previous life. LOL!  But, he is a man of his word.

Over the weekend we had a relatively urgent issue with one of the bathroom sinks. We called Plumb Masters and left a message on Sunday afternoon and they called back first thing Monday morning. They were very upfront about the $89 dispatch fee and immediately scheduled a visit.

Graham came by that afternoon and did a fantastic job. He was extremely cautious with COVID-safe procedures - wore a mask, gloves, and even boot covers on his feet and continuously switched them out as he went in and out of the house. Within a few minutes, he easily explained what the issue was and exactly how to fix it and it only took him about 40 minutes finish the job. Graham went above and beyond. After he finished, he ALSO cleaned and disinfected the entire affected area of the bathroom for us.

Plumb Masters were very helpful, prompt, and let us provide contactless payment. Such professional and efficient service, we could not be more thankful to Graham and the team!

I'm so glad I called Lanier Plumbing this morning!  I had a leak under the kitchen sink, emptied everything out and found water accumulated.  Trusting the NextDoor and Yelp reviews, I called Lanier Plumbing this morning.  The office person was efficient and kind and called a bit later to say someone would come to my house between 1 - 4pm.  
Shane arrived 2ish, looked under the sink and immediately began to check out my Grohe sprayer and found the problem right away.  He showed me exactly where the problem was and showed me how the water was backing up from the sprayer to the faucet and down under the sink!   Shane fixed the sprayer as well as he could.  I need a new faucet/sprayer but can use this one now while I find a new faucet & sprayer.   Thank you Lanier Plumbing and Shane for prompt and excellent assistance!  I'll call you again to install my new faucet and for any other plumbing needs!

I called them because we had a slow draining bathroom sink. They were able to come out within a couple of hours and clear the drain for less than $200. Technician wore appropriate PPP and was very nice.

Can't say enough. I'm a single mom, recently divorced  dealing with a house that has all kinds of maintenance issues Im just getting my head around. One night around midnight with three kids in bed, I had a major  plumbing crisis ... toilets overflowing...septic backing up. I looked for a recommended emergency plumber on a neighborhood listserve.  I found supreme plumbing. This kid responded immediately to my text and showed up first thing the next morning after explaining to me that night how to mitigate the immediate crisis.   He  is super professional, more knowledgeable than any plumber I've ever used, and completely transparent/ upfront about costs.

We had a pretty complicated plumbing-septic  mess that had been going on for a while that no one before could figure out. Supreme plumbing finally got it solved without charging me a fortune.

Seriously! I have found my plumber for the rest of the time I live in Elgin (although I hope to never need him again). So it turns out I did not have a slab leak, instead the builder put the water line UNDER the driveway! It is about 1 1/2 feet in. My roommate dug and dug until he found the leak and cleaned the area all around it. I called Mike and let him know what was going on. He went staright out to my house, fixed the leak and called me to tell me it was $100 even and he would just leave me a bill. He also said if I leave him the paperwork from the city to try to recoup some of my super high bill, he would sign it and leave it on the front door.
After speaking to so many plumbers in the past few weeks it is refreshing to know I have a good, honest plumber I can count on from now on!
