I am so happy that these guys are in town! Doug is genuine, friendly and honest. His team is fantastic and really care about what they do. Tim, kaylee have been great to work with.
Ive had them do several jobs for me now and they not only do terrific work, they price very fairly. I wouldnt use anyone else.

We have used Erick as our go-to plumber for several years and not been disappointed. He helped us with a tankless water heater install and several plumbing projects in and around our 1906 home. We appreciate his professional manner and years of knowledge. Whenever I am asked to recommend a plumber, I recommend Erick and my friends always thank me for it.

We live in SW Austin and needed our old gas water heater replaced that was over 20 years old!

We went through six plumbing companies for bids and two of them wanted to skip city regulations to save us money but this option is a huge mistake short and long term after doing my research.

Home Fires, Co2 poisoning and busted water pipes have caused lost of life and properties over the years. The City of Austin has added these home regulations over the years for the purpose of saving lives and properties.

We contacted One Call Plumbing and they came to give us a bid. Mr Tony Martinez did not take short cuts to safety and made a signed bid of over a thousand of dollars less than the highest bidder. The others were slightly over priced but were eliminated because of attitude and not too specific on their bids.

One Call Plumbing owner Tony and his son Jonathan were courteous, professional and knowledgeable in their craft. The quality of work and safety precautions were exemplary and their water heater removal and safety installation price were Fantastico!  Tony is an Austin Living Plumber Legend.

Me. Plumber did an outstanding job today for an extremely reasonable price.  I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and the care they took with my house.  Very highly recommend these guys.  Formerly Steve's Plumbing!  Rosendo and his helper are awesome for sure.

Initially the Update to this was pretty negative matter of fact it was a 1 star update,since then and I have met with James manager and Mark the owner, and all I can say is in my 60+ years I have never received such treatment from any company, I myself whom I consider to be customer oriented don't think I have come this close to perfect.

I cannot say what was done to fix our problem with our HVAC, I don't want to put the company in a position where they are doing the same for every issue. I can just say what my expectations were and what was completed was for lack of multiple words here WOW.

After all the work was completed my wife and I payed a visit to Tx AC office and met some of the folks there. I met the owners father and I can see where Mark gets his business sense from. great job sir I would also be very proud if he were my son.

Not sure exactly what customer service means to most people but I can tell you from what I experienced here I know what their take away of it is.

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

We called these guys after 1700 on Friday of Labor Day weekend, and they came straight out to see about a leak on what we thought was our side of the water meter...we dug the hole before they'd arrived and realized we had no clue what to do when it kept leaking into it (we're talking shop vac times a dozen times and water STILL kept coming in).  Their recommendation, after pulling bucket after bucket of water out, as well as digging more of the hole, was to call the City of Georgetown, because the job even perplexed them.
When asked what we owed for having them come out at such a late hour on a holiday weekend, we were told, Not a dime.

They have our forever business for being upfront and honest and amazing people.

(btw, it turns out it is, indeed, the City's issue, so Legend Oaks will be without water for a period of time on Tuesday...)

Jimmy showed up right on time and answered all questions I had.  Quality workmanship on our plumbing needs.

Extremely professional and fast.  I was able to get a service call in an hour.  The tech, Gregory was extremely polite and explained several options. He completed the work and to my surprise cleaned up all debris from the service call.  I was not expecting him to clean up after himself. Stellar company. Stellar professionalism. Stellar tech.  I hope I never need a plumber again though if I do, I know who I'm calling.  1st Home.  Thanks for a great job.

Best customer service we have ever experienced. Actually, my husband did business with Alamo recently and he was blown away by their product and customer service. These guys really care.  I give them the highest of recommendation . We live in Helotes were the water is extremely  hard, they know their business.  We are extremely  happy.

What a great job Jon did installing our new water softening system!!! And he gave me this unbelievable multifunctional pen that his wife Ellen found as an advertising gift!

Brian & Cody were nice, professional, quick and efficient. They answered all my questions and were really easy to talk to. I have another job I need to be done and I plan to call them back and request the same crew.

Very honest & reliable team. Dave and Shane were very professional & solved our plumbing problem quickly & for a very reasonable price. They arrived a little after 2:00 (with a phone call before arriving - very appreciated) and we're finished by 2:45.

Truthfully, if we had called them first (before spending $$ on numerous failed DYI trips to Home Depot) we would have saved time & money.
Next time, I'm just calling them first.

For the record, I left messages with a few other plumbers before I called Lanier and I'm still waiting on those call backs.  Lanier definitely gets my business from now on.

I have had the need to use C&K Plumbing twice this year.  Both times, I was extremely pleased with the service provided, quality of the work and the cost.  I found them to be highly reputable and trustworthy.  I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Supreme Plumbing because of an urgent plumbing issue at my house. I sent them a picture of what was going on and they recommended I call the city to fix the issue which turned out to be correct. Incredibly helpful and honest. I really appreciated the time and the help.

This company did the plumbing install on our new house. We had problems from the start. We had out clean out clogged several times. Finally the city came out and ran a camera through the pipe. Their report was shocking and acurate.

The pipe had unnecessary bends, was crushed with a large rock and root, and had a blocked off y fitting in the section. What a joke. Totally Inane...
