Ive had them do several jobs for me now and they not only do terrific work, they price very fairly. I wouldnt use anyone else.

Calling Lakeway Plumbing for a clogged sewer line and agreeing upon the hourly rate, plumber arrived on time.  After an hour, he stated his machine (Snake) was only 3/8 and not big enough to clear the line.  Asked him how long he will be gone to get a bigger machine, was advised his bigger one was broken & suggested another company to call before handing me a bill for the full hourly rate.  Asking why I had to pay this full bill just because his bigger machine is broke & he did not have correct machine to complete the job that was requested, stated he still charges for his labor.  
had another local company arrive this morning & complete the job in 1.5 hours.

Tony has only ONE level of service. . . EXCELLENCE.  He returned my call.  He came to look and quote.  He returned to install a new gas water heater ASAP.  He was mindful that we have young children, and did not want us to be without hot water to take a shower.

Called Thomas to get a bid on a new unit. My system was failing and within minutes he showed up to check.  We sat down and went over a few items and pricing.  I called back an hour later to give the go ahead .  The financing options make it even easier to make a decision and before the day was out I was told that they would be at my house tomorrow with the new unit ready to install . Javier and his team were great and went above and beyond making sure everything was level and putting in extra back ups to keep any future problems from happing. I cannot express enough how happy I am with the whole experience at the height of the summer . Thank you all

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

Anthony  came out very helpful and nice suggest a few things. quick response from the company, they came the same day and answered all my questions unlike the other companies I called I had to wait a week! I will use them in the future. My neighbor uses this company so recommend them!

WOW!!  What a great company.  Called them after another plumber left us hanging with no water for several days.  W/in 90 minutes of my call they were here, ordered the parts needed and installed them the next day.  Plus they were less expensive than the quote the other plumber (that left us hanging) had quoted.  Professional and caring - qualities other professionals are lacking.  I won't hesitate to refer them for any plumbing, electrical or HVAC work anyone needs.  THANK YOU and keep up the great work!

We had a great experience with American eagle plumbing. Like a lot of people in our area, we had some issues when the winter storm came and our water softener system was damaged. We decided to wait on doing anything because of the out of pocket expense. Then cue the unit leaking. I called these kind folks and they got someone out next day to look at our unit. They determined that it was needing replaced (not surprising with the issues we had been experiencing). Hunter was the gentlemen who came out and explained our options, gave us a quote etc. we had to get some drywall fixed first and he was super flexible with the scheduling. Fast forward to today- we just got our new softener installed and I couldn't be happier! Hunter did a great job and explained everything I needed to do in order to upkeep our new system. He was in and out within an hour and overall this has been a great experience. I will use them for any future needs and refer them to everyone I know. Thanks again!!

Tony and his G.I.S. team did a great job removing our old countertop and installing our apron front farmhouse sink!  It was not a routine job and several other contractors I contacted for quotes would not even consider the job once they learned it would involve altering the existing kitchen island.  The large/over-sized sink required extensive reinforcement that the G.I.S. team framed up nicely.  Once the new countertop is delivered and installed I will post pictures of the final results.  The G.I.S. team was professional and easy to work with.  It is difficult to find a good contractor that can do it all (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.). Happy that I now have a trusted go to source. Highly recommended!!

Great experience with this company. Good response and were able to clear a monstrous drain clog behind the wall in under an hour. Very COVID safe and careful. Highly professional plumber who really knew his business. They had to snake out the line to the main. Also Plumb Masters can do tunnel work if a pipe cracks in the slab. Many companies won't do this work. Luckily in my case that wasn't necessary. Reasonable charge for what they did. Would use again.

Excellent and timely service, and everyone we deal with is thoughtful and courteous. We have used Lanier several times and every time we remember why they're our favorite Austin plumbers.

Phillip was very friendly and fast, and he explained everything for me. He even suggested a way I could fix a minor issue cheaply myself. The dispatch/billing side of the house was also amazing. I can't recommend these guys enough.

I've never used their services, but I saw something yesterday that made me decide if I ever did need plumbing services, I would totally call them.

Coming home yesterday from work, I witnessed a woman break down on a tiny two lane road. Cars were starting to line up behind her as she'd broken down on a small bridge with no room to pull off. She got out of her car frustrated and scared.

Enter a truck with C & K Plumbing written on the back of the truck. He was right in front of me. He made a place to park in the grass, jumped out and offered his assistance.

Faith in humanity restored, and I know who to call for any plumbing needs.

This company did the plumbing install on our new house. We had problems from the start. We had out clean out clogged several times. Finally the city came out and ran a camera through the pipe. Their report was shocking and acurate.

The pipe had unnecessary bends, was crushed with a large rock and root, and had a blocked off y fitting in the section. What a joke. Totally Inane...
