So happy with this business. We had Ben without a tub/shower for about a week . They came out and fixed the issue in a few hours!

Recently had issues with water pressure inside my home. Called Lakeway Plumbing and made an appointment. Very prompt response and service!

LP was able to give me an exact quote over the phone. Awesome! LP replaced a water pressure relief valve, 3/4, and included excavation up to 18 deep. They charge $120/hr; very competitive pricing.  

No hidden fees. Total was $475, fixed within two days of initial call, 90 labor warranty, and one year parts.

That evening...LIKE A SPA EXPERIENCE DURING COVID - THE BEST SHOWER I'VE HAD IN A LOOONG TIME! Thank you Lakeway Plumbing.

Unfortunately my review is not a positive one.  I called Tony this morning after being referred to him by another plumber.  He was supposed to show up between 11 and 1 but did not.  I had to call him to find out why he never showed up.  He said he was so busy he had lost track of time.  He arrived at 2pm with equipment that did not work.  (Electric snake, for which he apparently has to order a part.)  So now, on a Friday afternoon, we have to find someone else.  Guess we'll be making more than One Call.  He did not charge us, which I appreciate, but we will not be calling him again.

Me. Plumber did an outstanding job today for an extremely reasonable price.  I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and the care they took with my house.  Very highly recommend these guys.  Formerly Steve's Plumbing!  Rosendo and his helper are awesome for sure.

We called these guys 2 days ago after having another company out to look at our broken AC. That other company (Campbell) was awful, so we wanted a second opinion.

I called at 4:30pm and told the guy what Campbell's diagnosis was, and the first thing he asked was whether it was still under warranty. After I told him it was only 2 years old he said it should be and that we'd only be charged labor costs. As new homeowners, we hadn't even thought about the warranty. The other company was about to happily charge us $1600 for the part...probably still filing a warranty claim and pocketing the money...on top of their other BS charges.

By 6:30pm that same day, someone had come out and I already had an estimate. Fast forward two days (would have only been one but I couldn't be here), we have a working AC again and saved over $2k.

Their employees were very professional, courteous and competent (what a concept!). I would definitely use them again.

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

I have used Richard and his team for years and they've never let me down.  They show up on time and stay within their estimate.   Recently, I had to call because the cutoff valve to my house broke - they arrived within 45 minutes.   Friendly, clean, high quality and affordable!   I frequently recommend them to my neighbors and co-workers.   Lori M.

Had a toilet back up and called for service at my commercial property on 10/23/2018.  Was given the option of having a camera run through the line and have high pressure water run through to unblock the clog for a cost of $800+.  Opted to just have the line looked at with the camera for $265 and was told there was no blockage.  Was told my sewer line was sagging and about 30 feet would need to be replaced.  Was told I would receive a quote.  That was on 10/23/18.  As of today 12/21/18 I have not heard back!  Called I my November and was told there was a hold up on getting the quote due to city permitting and having power lines marked.  Again no follow up.  Thankfully I have not had any more problems with my sewer line so now I'm wondering if there was ever a problem to begin with.  Guess I'll never know because this company did not follow up.  Probably wouldn't use them at this point given the lack of attention to this matter.  On a side note I have used them twice in the past for commercial plumbing services with excellent service, not sure what happened this time?  Someone dropped the ball I guess.

This company is a rare breed of modern day companies. They treated me and my wife great. They answered multiple questions and put us at ease with the decision of water softening. They have great pricing. They are true professionals! Shout out to Alisa who was terrific to work with. You will not be disappointed!

Jon made a pleasant experience out of a not so pleasant situation. They were honest, upfront and did an amazing job. We never felt rushed or pressured. The problem was fixed and all of our future options were laid out so we knew what to do moving forward. Highly recommend American Eagle for their professionalism and honesty and will certainly use them for any plumbing needs in the future.

I found a lot of good reviews for this company and I'm pretty happy with the results.  They fixed four leaks in about 90 minutes.  Not too shabby.  A tad pricy but hey, compared to the amount of plaque buildup in my heart I avoided, stressing and yelling, making mistakes, and all the runs to Lowe's because I bought the wrong part, and all the rest I would've experienced doing it myself.... WORTH IT!  Thanks Plumb Masters!  I will be recommending your business to others.

Left multiple messages and even spoke with the receptionist (I assume) to have the guy who handles estimates call back to schedule a date/time for doing an estimate on a sizable plumbing job. No return calls ever. I guess they don't need business, which seems to be the case with too many plumbers in Austin. Receptionist was courteous, that's all I can say (and award an extra star for this).

This is by far the most amazing service company I have ever encountered. We installed a new manufactured home and they came out to hook up the water and sewer. They not only came in a timely fashion but provided beyond stellar customer service. Unfortunately the manufacturer of the  home did not install things properly and we had 2 leaks in a single day. C and K guys came out and fixed everything within 1.5 hours of calling... not once but twice!  Their guys were not only professional and knowledgeable but just overall really great people. I would more than recommend them for any plumbing needs!

While. I think Cody did a good job replacing plumbing in my hallway bathroom after demolition, he connected the drain hose on the dishwasher to the air vent which meant the drain was open and dumped lots of water behind cabinets.  We didn't notice the leak for about 6 dishwasher loads and by then mold had set in.  It cost over $2,000 to remove and replace damaged wood in cabinets and floor and Cody would not take responsibility.  I am in the process of filing a complaint with the plumbing licensing board.  He was responsive and timely in the beginning of the work but got defensive and blamed his big error on me, the homeowner, who is not licensed or trained on how to make sure a water drain is connected.

Seriously! I have found my plumber for the rest of the time I live in Elgin (although I hope to never need him again). So it turns out I did not have a slab leak, instead the builder put the water line UNDER the driveway! It is about 1 1/2 feet in. My roommate dug and dug until he found the leak and cleaned the area all around it. I called Mike and let him know what was going on. He went staright out to my house, fixed the leak and called me to tell me it was $100 even and he would just leave me a bill. He also said if I leave him the paperwork from the city to try to recoup some of my super high bill, he would sign it and leave it on the front door.
After speaking to so many plumbers in the past few weeks it is refreshing to know I have a good, honest plumber I can count on from now on!
