So happy with this business. We had Ben without a tub/shower for about a week . They came out and fixed the issue in a few hours!

Calling Lakeway Plumbing for a clogged sewer line and agreeing upon the hourly rate, plumber arrived on time.  After an hour, he stated his machine (Snake) was only 3/8 and not big enough to clear the line.  Asked him how long he will be gone to get a bigger machine, was advised his bigger one was broken & suggested another company to call before handing me a bill for the full hourly rate.  Asking why I had to pay this full bill just because his bigger machine is broke & he did not have correct machine to complete the job that was requested, stated he still charges for his labor.  
had another local company arrive this morning & complete the job in 1.5 hours.

Unfortunately my review is not a positive one.  I called Tony this morning after being referred to him by another plumber.  He was supposed to show up between 11 and 1 but did not.  I had to call him to find out why he never showed up.  He said he was so busy he had lost track of time.  He arrived at 2pm with equipment that did not work.  (Electric snake, for which he apparently has to order a part.)  So now, on a Friday afternoon, we have to find someone else.  Guess we'll be making more than One Call.  He did not charge us, which I appreciate, but we will not be calling him again.

Me. Plumber did an outstanding job today for an extremely reasonable price.  I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and the care they took with my house.  Very highly recommend these guys.  Formerly Steve's Plumbing!  Rosendo and his helper are awesome for sure.

Had to call Texas A/C Specialist three times for two different issues in the last month. The first repair call went great, but the fix hid the real problem (an issue with wiring in the walls) that didn't reoccur until the next day. They came out again, fully fixed the issue and subtracted my payment from the first day off the total bill.

Yesterday I started hearing a really loud scraping noise from the A/C unit in the attic. Called them and the repair guy was at my door within 15 minutes! He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 10-15 minutes in our attic, which was well over 130 degrees. They guy was super helpful and friendly, and he didn't even charge me for the work (which didn't require any replacement parts).

I was super impressed with the service and will definitely use them in the future.

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

I used Affordable Plus to fix a clogged sink/double vanity, and while they were onsite I added two minor faucet issues.  The gentleman quickly fixed all three (and was on time, courteous and cleaned up the area).  This was the third plumber that I'd used in the past couple of years and would definitely call them again (unlike the others).

Jimmy showed up right on time and answered all questions I had.  Quality workmanship on our plumbing needs.

I had a water heater, dead center of my house, that decided it was time to go and flooded my bedroom and bathroom. (Third  %#@*^%#  time it's happened, clearly I'm a slow learner). After several calls to other plumbers, none of whom could help me until the following week, David and Jeremy with 1st Plumbing came out and installed my new water heater. (And pan, by god. I'm getting smarter.) Disney must have trained these guys, they could not possibly have been nicer and more considerate. This blew me away - they would go out to the yard for some reason, and to keep our carpets clean they put little slipcovers on over their shoes when they came back in! All of which is nice, but none of which would matter if they didn't know what they were doing. But David knew exactly what he was doing and they knocked the job out in record time, and they came in under the estimate. 1st Plumbing is my new go-to plumber, and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

Excellent Service... really made sure the job was done right. They didn't try to up-sale  us and tailored their recommendations off of our goals. Fast turn around on install and gave us a ton of tips on how to take care of the water systems in our home. Five Stars!!

We had a great experience with American eagle plumbing. Like a lot of people in our area, we had some issues when the winter storm came and our water softener system was damaged. We decided to wait on doing anything because of the out of pocket expense. Then cue the unit leaking. I called these kind folks and they got someone out next day to look at our unit. They determined that it was needing replaced (not surprising with the issues we had been experiencing). Hunter was the gentlemen who came out and explained our options, gave us a quote etc. we had to get some drywall fixed first and he was super flexible with the scheduling. Fast forward to today- we just got our new softener installed and I couldn't be happier! Hunter did a great job and explained everything I needed to do in order to upkeep our new system. He was in and out within an hour and overall this has been a great experience. I will use them for any future needs and refer them to everyone I know. Thanks again!!

Disappointing as I reached out multiple times for an estimate but never received.  Tony visited on a Thursday to view the project and said he could probably have the estimate to me either that same day or the next.  I received a text from Ann the next day (Friday) asking for me email to send the estimate.  I responded with the information but never heard anything back.  I followed up on Monday asking for the estimate and again never received anything.  It's been over a week now with no response so I have moved forward with another professional and responsive company.

I'm 100% satisfied with the service I received.  Eric was wonderful to work with, he was personable, professional, and skilled.  They did great work running a gas line, installing a gas oven, and hooking up my kitchen sink, disposal, and dishwasher.  Everything looks great, works perfect, and it was reasonably priced to boot.  Additionally, having worked with several service companies lately I'm used to being charged for little extras after a job is finished. These guys gave a fair quote and stuck to it.  I will be using Plumb Master again in the future.

Very honest & reliable team. Dave and Shane were very professional & solved our plumbing problem quickly & for a very reasonable price. They arrived a little after 2:00 (with a phone call before arriving - very appreciated) and we're finished by 2:45.

Truthfully, if we had called them first (before spending $$ on numerous failed DYI trips to Home Depot) we would have saved time & money.
Next time, I'm just calling them first.

For the record, I left messages with a few other plumbers before I called Lanier and I'm still waiting on those call backs.  Lanier definitely gets my business from now on.

Had my sewage collapse at my business, called a friend who recommended C&K. Could not be happier with their service, timeliness, and great communication, keeping me up to speed on everything that was going on and timeliness getting my business back open.  Even closed the loop by letting me know everything was signed off by the city and good to go.
In a world where customer service is rapidly declining these people clearly understand and appreciate our struggles when things are not going right, and will work with you to make sure you are 'flowing right' in a timely manner.

Supremebe Plumbing installed two water heaters for me after the big snow storm Feb. of 2021. They were super professional, responsive to all of my messages, and offered fair pricing when other plumbers were price gouging- supreme plumbing remained honest and helpful during my time of need. Would most definitely recommend and will be using for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Seriously! I have found my plumber for the rest of the time I live in Elgin (although I hope to never need him again). So it turns out I did not have a slab leak, instead the builder put the water line UNDER the driveway! It is about 1 1/2 feet in. My roommate dug and dug until he found the leak and cleaned the area all around it. I called Mike and let him know what was going on. He went staright out to my house, fixed the leak and called me to tell me it was $100 even and he would just leave me a bill. He also said if I leave him the paperwork from the city to try to recoup some of my super high bill, he would sign it and leave it on the front door.
After speaking to so many plumbers in the past few weeks it is refreshing to know I have a good, honest plumber I can count on from now on!
