Terrible service owner left me hanging on a repair have been a repeat customer but not anymore think twice about using this company very unprofessional owner. I guess if your the only plumber in town even bad plumbers will get business would not recommend them to anyone.

I've used Lakeway Plumbing in the past with good results. Today was no different. Jim came out to check my garbage disposal, was friendly and polite. He provided the pricing up front for repairing the disposal and for replacing the disposal, and asked which way I wanted to go. He said the garbage disposal didn't look that old. He repaired it (it was just jammed) and told me how I could clear the jam if it happened again.
I only provided 4 stars because I was told they would come between 1 and 3 pm. To his credit, Jim did call about 3:10 to say his ETA was about 40 minutes. It would be nice if they told you during the estimated time frame that they are running behind. But, I work from home, so it was not a huge issue for me today.
Otherwise, always great service. I have never felt like they tried to charge me for products or services I didn't need. Always friend and always fair. Will call them again.

These guys were a referral from Blue Diamond but they are my go-guys from now on. Many plumbers can fix a toilet or a leaky faucet but One-Call repaired our main water line leak quickly. I admit that I spent 2 days in the cold rain digging & finding the leak but it was in a position that I couldn't fix. One-Call showed up within an hour of my call and an hour later the leak was repaired. They didn't just put a Band-Aid on the problem, they reworked my attempt at a repair and did it right. Needless to say the family is happy to have the water back on! Fast, no-nonsense, very courteous and wallet friendly. They even filled in the hole I dug & you can barely tell that there was ever an issue. Nice to find a full-service plumber you can depend on! Great job.

Me. Plumber did an outstanding job today for an extremely reasonable price. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and the care they took with my house. Very highly recommend these guys. Formerly Steve's Plumbing! Rosendo and his helper are awesome for sure.

Very disappointed. Moved into a house with propane with two furnaces installed by TX AC Specialist in Summer 2016. Unfortunately, the installer never added the propane conversion kit to change the units from natural gas to propane when they put in the new systems. No notice on units and no documentation was made. And TX AC specialist never came back or followed up to complete the job. The house was unoccupied for 2 years so the issue went unnoticed.
New owner buys the house. Unbeknownst to him, the kits still aren't installed. Tries to run the heat, but it won't get warm. Calls TX AC Specialist who inspects and confirms the issue is that the kits weren't installed, and now soot has coated the inside of the units. They are ruined. And, the TX AC Specialist technician says running the units in their sooty condition is a fire hazard - creating a danger to the inhabitants.
Instead of taking responsibility for its mistake of not adding the kits, the company is now charging the owner to replace the two (barely used) furnaces. To top it off, the person on the phone blamed the customer for not knowing the units couldn't be run without this problem happening. He claimed he's never had this problem, that someone else would have messed with their systems to turn them on, and it wasn't his responsibility to let anyone know about the hazard.
The company set up these systems to fail, and created a fire risk by not adding the kits at installation. It's frustrating when companies do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Do not use.
UPDATE: The service manager called to apologize for my experience. He reduced the repair charges and agreed that the situation was not handled in an appropriate manner. I appreciated the call and the effort.

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp. His business is NOT closed. It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again. As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card. His phone number is 512-626-8036. Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

Want to deal with a morose un-professional owner. This company fits the bill. Have used them for multiple jobs and they used to be good until the owner started shouting at me since I asked to reschedule twice. Brought up something about an unpaid bill and said it doesn't sit right with him. They completed the job 3 visits and one week later while I had to list the house with an uninstalled toilet. Won't be hiring this guy any more.

We needed a shower faucet fixed and they were here quickly and took care of everything to our satisfaction. Very good customer service by Darius M. and would have no problems hiring them again.

I purchased a new home and needed a water softener. I mad an appointment with Alamo Water Softeners and they sent a knowledgeable technician out that took time to explain to me what I needed and how it should work. He also did a hardness test of the household tap water while he was there. A couple of days later, two other technicians arrived and installed
the unit. Before they left, they gave me a short training on how the unit worked. The did a great job. I would call them out again if I had to do it again.

I've had to call Jon at American Eagle twice: once for an emergency leaking kitchen sink valve that wouldn't shut off, and last week for two leaking sinks and a rusted On/Off sprinkler valve. Twenty-one year old house, everything has an expiry date. All three issues required new sections of pipe and new valves. Jon also spotted a couple of other issues and wrote everything up, explained the charges to me, and then I picked the most immediate problems for him to fix.
I wasn't prepared to get a new hot water heater but it's good to know I need to watch it. Jon is quick, responsive, careful, professional, and cleans everything up. I highly recommend American Eagle.

This is the second project Tony, his son Mark, and the rest of his crew have done for us and it won't be the last. For this project, we wanted new cabinet faces and a paint job for our kitchen, and a tub to shower conversion for our master bath. Both jobs turned out beautiful and were completed on time. There were a few hiccups along the way, but what remodeling project doesn't have some. With that being said, Tony handled them professionally and we figured them out. A real standout was Regal, who did an amazing job with the tile in the shower. He has really clean lines and an eye for detail. He made the shower look exactly how we envisioned it and now it's like a five star hotel. Mark, Tony's son, is a great successor to the GIS brand, and couldn't be a nicer guy. Every day of the project, he was great at communicating and making us feel at ease. Check out the pictures and the results speak for themselves.

I originally called Blue Dragon, they were booked but highly recommended Plumb Masters. I called to schedule an appointment for later today or tomorrow and to my surprise Cody & Brian were available and at my doorstep 30 mins later.
I had a clogged kitchen sink drain which was backed up to another unit/apt and they had it resolved in 15 mins, even took the time to explain the issue and what it looked like. I had several questions and they were able to answer them all. They were prompt, friendly and professional; also cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues. Thanks guys!

Wow, I love these guys. Lanier has come to our rescue more than once (one time for a non-working kitchen sink, and the other for a gas leak), they respond and work quickly, and their pricing is totally fair. They have saved me thousands of dollars (literally) in comparison to another bid that consisted of more work than necessary. It is always nice to find a trade company that you believe does great work - Lanier will do our plumbing work from here on out.

We've used C&K Plumbing ever since a friend (and a contractor) recommended them to us several years ago, and are always so incredibly impressed by their amazing customer service and expertise. Of late we've had some particularly complicated issues, and they've gotten to the bottom of each and every single one. We're incredibly grateful to them and couldn't recommend them more highly.

Our water heater started having problems and was about due for a replacement. Supreme was able to come out quickly and replace the unit efficiently and at a competitively fair price. They kept excellent communication throughout the project to let me know about any issues that may increase the total cost vs the estimate so there were no surprises at payment. Highly recommended!

This company did the plumbing install on our new house. We had problems from the start. We had out clean out clogged several times. Finally the city came out and ran a camera through the pipe. Their report was shocking and acurate.
The pipe had unnecessary bends, was crushed with a large rock and root, and had a blocked off y fitting in the section. What a joke. Totally Inane...
