Doug's Plumbing is great! We have used them exclusively for 20 years for our various plumbing needs, from burst water pipes to replacing toilets to running new water lines, and just about anything else you can think of. The plumbers are always very professional and genuinely nice guys. They come out quickly for emergencies and show up on time when scheduled. They have always done a great job for us and are reasonably priced. We don't have to worry when we call Doug's. We know they will take care of us.

Just got a new water heater installed from Lakeway Plumbing.  Really impressed with the professionalism and overall experience.  Carlos and Devon installed are unit.  It was hot and they had to walk up a ton of steps and until a large unit in a tiny attic space.  They were extremely kind and just came off overwhelmingly positive.  I was really impressed with both of them specifically.  This was by far the best plumbing experience we've had since moving to Austin 9 years ago.  It's been one headache after another but these guys changed my perception.  I will absolutely use them again.

I had my two old water heaters replaced before the new regulations kicked in and I asked them to replace the drain valves on the new units with ball valves so that they would never clog with sediment.  The installation of the water heaters went well and was a lot of work, but I guess I didn't make myself clear regarding the drain valves.  Instead of replacing the ones that came with the units, they just added the ball valves, defeating the purpose of having them.  It was too late by the time I noticed this, but I figured I could live with it until I do a big flush and replace them myself (I did that on the old ones - it's not rocket science).  Today when I went to do the first mini-drain, the connections between the drain valve and the ball valve on both units sprayed hot water all over.  I had to place a bucket under the valves and a rag over them to control the spray.  Not good.

I'm a software developer, not a plumber, and when I replaced the drain valves on my old water heaters there were no leaks.  While I'm pleased with the installation of the units, I consider the installation of the drain ball valves to be sloppy and even dangerous.

Me. Plumber did an outstanding job today for an extremely reasonable price.  I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and the care they took with my house.  Very highly recommend these guys.  Formerly Steve's Plumbing!  Rosendo and his helper are awesome for sure.

Martin and his team are the only ones we call for our AC needs. They have helped us out after hours and weekends. They are knowledgeable and do exceptional work. It feels like they really care about their customers. This is Texas and it gets hot within 30 min with no AC and Martin knows this and wants to help.  They have very reasonable rates and fast service.  You can trust them to provide quality work and get you cool fast!

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

I used Affordable Plus to fix a clogged sink/double vanity, and while they were onsite I added two minor faucet issues.  The gentleman quickly fixed all three (and was on time, courteous and cleaned up the area).  This was the third plumber that I'd used in the past couple of years and would definitely call them again (unlike the others).

Jimmy showed up right on time and answered all questions I had.  Quality workmanship on our plumbing needs.

I got a quote from a few electricians but 1st Home and Commercial Services were the only ones able to come to my house the day I called.  Chris dropped by right on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in under an hour.  He did a great job, and I would definitely recommend this company for their quick service and great customer service!

Best customer service we have ever experienced. Actually, my husband did business with Alamo recently and he was blown away by their product and customer service. These guys really care.  I give them the highest of recommendation . We live in Helotes were the water is extremely  hard, they know their business.  We are extremely  happy.

We had a foundation leak. I called John because our kids played baseball together. He came out that day and completely over charged us for the work he did. What irritates me the most of that he lead me to believe insurance would cover most of the work done, which they do not and he knew that. They do not display pricing anywhere. The worst part of the whole experience is the restoration company that he tried to bring with him but I wanted to wait for insurance. I ended up using the company since I thought i thought I could trust John. They ended up being shady crooks!!

A year and a half after they completed my project,  I reached out to Tony because of a new issue I was having with one of the doors.  They came out and re-hung the door.  It's clear that they are committed to long term customers who have repeat business.  Highly recommend this local, family owned business.

We had a plumbing emergency with a busted pipe and our water got shut off and couldn't get anyone to come out on a Sunday night until we were referred to Mark at plumb masters. Within an hour of calling plumb masters, mark was at our house and an hour later he had diagnosed and fixed our busted pipe.  Mark was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.  Next time I won't waste hours calling around and will just call Plumb Masters.  Thanks again Mark!

Lanier consistently provides excellent service at a fair price. It has been our experience that they try to find solutions with your existing fixtures, rather than just going for the quick and more expensive fix

I have had the need to use C&K Plumbing twice this year.  Both times, I was extremely pleased with the service provided, quality of the work and the cost.  I found them to be highly reputable and trustworthy.  I would recommend them to anyone.

Supremebe Plumbing installed two water heaters for me after the big snow storm Feb. of 2021. They were super professional, responsive to all of my messages, and offered fair pricing when other plumbers were price gouging- supreme plumbing remained honest and helpful during my time of need. Would most definitely recommend and will be using for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Seriously! I have found my plumber for the rest of the time I live in Elgin (although I hope to never need him again). So it turns out I did not have a slab leak, instead the builder put the water line UNDER the driveway! It is about 1 1/2 feet in. My roommate dug and dug until he found the leak and cleaned the area all around it. I called Mike and let him know what was going on. He went staright out to my house, fixed the leak and called me to tell me it was $100 even and he would just leave me a bill. He also said if I leave him the paperwork from the city to try to recoup some of my super high bill, he would sign it and leave it on the front door.
After speaking to so many plumbers in the past few weeks it is refreshing to know I have a good, honest plumber I can count on from now on!
