Cannot speak enough good things about this company, the employees and the owner, Doug himself. I have had plenty of work done on several properties by Doug The Plumber and have referred out Doug to many friends. All have been satisfied. Good quality service with a smile. Done right! Thanks for the service you provide to our community and surrounding area. Shop local and keep small business alive!

Lakeway Plumbing owner Erick Kuehn provides quality work at honest rates to the Austin area. He's a pleasure to work with no matter the size of your project, whether it be Residential or Commercial. Lakeway Plumbing also specializes in higher end fixtures and can program most smart devices from what I can tell (water heaters, faucets, sprinklers, etc).

One Call plumbing came out and gave me an estimate for a total plumbing overhaul. This review is for that estimate meeting. Tony is a very knowledgeable and friendly plumber. His rates are very good, and his experience of 30+ years in Austin is apparent. I recommend you contact Tony for minor repairs, or for the complex remodel, and compare him to the less personable and more pricey alternatives. My work timetable got put off so I didn't actually work with Tony, thus the 4 *s only.... but I'm sure he would be worth 5.

Me. Plumber did an outstanding job today for an extremely reasonable price. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and the care they took with my house. Very highly recommend these guys. Formerly Steve's Plumbing! Rosendo and his helper are awesome for sure.

I had been using another local company for a number of years, but had a terrible experience (you can see my review!) and somehow found Texas A/C Specialist back in 2010 or so. They came out to assess no heat, and also suggested we replace the AC in addition to the furnace. They gave us what I'm sure were solid reasons, but we were renting the place, and chose not to do the extra work. Sure enough, less than six months and the AC needed to be replaced as well. I would have saved a good bit if they had done all the work at the same time.
Then, I wound up with another rental property, which was only a few years old. Despite it being the model home of the neighborhood with all the upgrades, the AC died after only 4 years. I was told that I had a cheap contractor grade AC, with a 5 year warranty - and as bad luck would have it, the manufacturing date was just over 5 years ago! They replaced the AC at a fair price. Since then, they've come out a couple of times for a freon leak or to replace a worn part - all under warranty.
My tenants are happy with them, I'm happy with them, and would recommend them to anyone.
Also, we are absentee landlords, don't really want to set foot in the property unless we have to; and lived out of state for a few years. They are great about picking up the phone to ask me questions, and always email me a copy of the invoice right away. I pay them by credit card over the phone, which is very convenient.

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp. His business is NOT closed. It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again. As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card. His phone number is 512-626-8036. Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

VERY BAD experience with this plumber. He is rude, does not listen and is quite demanding. Richard the owner was contracted by American Home Shield to replace a faulty Hot Water Heater and to bring it to code. Aside from the payment received from AHS, I was charged an additional $580 to complete the installation. I asked him for an itemized bill and he stated he would not give it to me. I suggested I wouldn't pay him unless I understood the breakout; so I could review with Home Shield as part of my contractual agreement. He finally agreed and presented me with an explanation of charges- which included a $140 Permit charge to get the work inspected by the city. Two weeks after the installation, I had to call him on several occasions to remind him of the city approval/permit that I paid for. He finally sets the appointment with the City after the third reminder. Upon inspection - the city failed the installation and did not issue a permit. I was told that the hot water heater was connected incorrectly to the second heater; causing the second heater to act as a reservoir only. That meant that the new heater would be overworked to compensate for the other. I notified Richard of the issue reported by the City Inspector and was told that the inspector was an idiot and he would have someone else come out to perform the inspection. Furthermore, he stated that he installed it exactly the way it was before and if I wanted to change it - I would have to pay him an additional fee. As part of the installation, he should have known whether it was installed correctly and if there were an issue - he should have brought it to my attention at the time of service. Two months pass and I call him back regarding the failed permit and he insists that the installation is good and he will not perform any additional work on the project. I ask that he work with the city in order to get a passing permit and he refuses to do so.

I tried to fix my outside spigot and essentially ended up flooding the inside of my house. Within hours, Lance at 1st plumbing services came out and not only fixed my spigot quickly he made it better so I'll never be able to do this kind of damage again to my house. Lance was very friendly, knowledgable, and he helped me to get in contact with someone that will help with my water damage inside my house. I was lucky to happen upon 1st plumbing and even luckier to get Lance as my plumber. Thank you and I'll be using you guys for any future problems.

This company is absolutely wonderful to deal with. My parents had them install one of their water softeners many years ago, and I've had them out for several service calls since. Once they replumbed the pipes so that the whole house could have soft water, and they've checked out the system several times between tenants. They are reliable, friendly, and the service technicians take great pains to make sure I understand all the facets of the system and the equipment. I recommend this company highly!

We had a great experience with American eagle plumbing. Like a lot of people in our area, we had some issues when the winter storm came and our water softener system was damaged. We decided to wait on doing anything because of the out of pocket expense. Then cue the unit leaking. I called these kind folks and they got someone out next day to look at our unit. They determined that it was needing replaced (not surprising with the issues we had been experiencing). Hunter was the gentlemen who came out and explained our options, gave us a quote etc. we had to get some drywall fixed first and he was super flexible with the scheduling. Fast forward to today- we just got our new softener installed and I couldn't be happier! Hunter did a great job and explained everything I needed to do in order to upkeep our new system. He was in and out within an hour and overall this has been a great experience. I will use them for any future needs and refer them to everyone I know. Thanks again!!

Recently asked GIS contracting to help with the removal of a wall in the garage. They were very quick to respond and provide a quote.
In less than two weeks, they had removed the wall and some old gas pipes that were no longer used. The team made the wall look great, and cleaned the garage well after finishing. Would CERTAINLY contact them again if we need other help on the house.

Just tried Lanier for the first time a few days ago, upon a positive referral from a friend.
The house's plumbing was backing up and things weren't looking good; we needed sevice quickly. One big bonus for Lanier? They were open before everyone else. In fact, after speaking with the man that provided the service (Phillip), he said they're usually up and going even earlier than posted.
I got my call in, they said they could fit me in same day. They gave some advice of things to do in the meantime to 1. keep the house running 2. keep the problem from getting worse. That was a welcome touch.
Estimated arrival around lunchtime. I received a call around noon saying they were on their way. Arrived promptly, listened to what the problem was, and then set about going to work. Didn't take too long. They got things running again. Gave some advice on things we could do to help manage the issue, given what they discovered (there's a bump somewhere in the pipes under the house... maybe from a tree root? who knows, but certainly that seemed to be the ultimate cause of things backing up... so gave some tips on things we could do to try to manage it).
All in all, I'm pleased with how things went. Price was reasonable too. Happy to recommend them and use them again.

I have had the need to use C&K Plumbing twice this year. Both times, I was extremely pleased with the service provided, quality of the work and the cost. I found them to be highly reputable and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our water heater started having problems and was about due for a replacement. Supreme was able to come out quickly and replace the unit efficiently and at a competitively fair price. They kept excellent communication throughout the project to let me know about any issues that may increase the total cost vs the estimate so there were no surprises at payment. Highly recommended!

This company did the plumbing install on our new house. We had problems from the start. We had out clean out clogged several times. Finally the city came out and ran a camera through the pipe. Their report was shocking and acurate.
The pipe had unnecessary bends, was crushed with a large rock and root, and had a blocked off y fitting in the section. What a joke. Totally Inane...
