I only had a small problem and he was able o help me over the phone by instructing me how I can fix it myself. Other companies wanted to come by for quite some money but Doug is the greatest. He does a good job, is funny at times, and he gives people a chance to fix it themselves before coming over and charging money. I would recommend that you call him first before you get some of these other companies.

My tenant in Austin had a leak in the condo.  Being that I live out-of-state, I relied on Yellowpages and Yelp to find several plumbers to call for a quote.  Tony and Jonathan were responsive and prompt.  They were able to drop over at the unit to look at the situation right away.  Despite their busy schedules, they still make me feel like I was a priority in getting the work done.  I highly recommend them for their efficiency and responsiveness.  Their prices are competitive as well!

Me. Plumber did an outstanding job today for an extremely reasonable price.  I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and the care they took with my house.  Very highly recommend these guys.  Formerly Steve's Plumbing!  Rosendo and his helper are awesome for sure.

Last night our AC failed to work.  We checked the thermostat and the display was blank.  At 10 p.m., I emailed Texas AC.  I had a response by 7 a.m. the following morning.  By 9:45 that morning, Thomas (who  called when he was on this way) was at my door.  He checked out the unit and then inquired if I had 2 AA batteries. I did.  He replaced the batteries in the thermostat ( and answered all my questions about the thermostat) and the AC worked. When I inquired about the service call,   I was told to just call Texas AC when I had a problem in the future.  I am very impressed with both the quality and responsiveness of Texas AC and KNOW that I will call them again!

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

We needed our pressure reducing valve replaced, and despite the unforeseen difficulties involving tree roots, Richard charged us the original price he quoted us. So nice to be able to have two faucets turned on at the same time!

Jimmy showed up right on time and answered all questions I had.  Quality workmanship on our plumbing needs.

I had a weekend/holiday plumbing service performed. It was expensive as you would expect, but the on-call plumber was very friendly and gave me some things to try on the phone that could help prevent them from coming out at all. I thought that was above and beyond. When he did arrive he was friendly and professional. He arrived quickly and  on time and then got right to work to make sure to minimize labor costs. I would use 1st plumbing again, in an emergency or not.  Great service.

So glad I called Alamo Water crew. Trevor came out n was very knowledgeable n helpful and explained how bad the water was. He helped me purchase a new system as well as great financing terms. Then Jerry n his crew came out did a great job installing the unit as well as the under cab drinking system. Great bunch if guys also did an excellent cleanup job and Jerry made some great suggestions. Ms Trudy the office wizard (she's Trevor's very helpful mother), helped setup my install and credit information and got me a great financial plan. The continued service these guys promised to make is outstanding. Big big Mahali Nui Loa to my new Crew. Aloha to u all 734 Sawtooth Dr.

As we were installing a new cook top in our kitchen, we discovered that the stone countertop needed to be cut.  Tony and G.I.S. came to our rescue, and sent someone out the next morning (which was a Saturday) and did a great job.  Other contractors I tried wouldn't even consider the job because it was quick, but Tony responded right away and was great to work with.

I've been using Plumb Masters for a couple of years and Joe Creel is the reason why!  HE IS THE BEST!  His personality and superior knowledge and experience of all things plumbing make him the ONLY CHOICE for me when it comes to my plumbing needs Big or Small!  Thank you Joe!  As always-I am your number one fan!!!

I recently hired Lanier Plumbing for the first time and was very pleased with the results.  Cindy let me schedule at my convenience, and Phillip and his helper did a very professional job, leaving the work area cleaner than they found it.  I can highly recommend them.

We've used C&K Plumbing ever since a friend (and a contractor) recommended them to us several years ago, and are always so incredibly impressed by their amazing customer service and expertise.  Of late we've had some particularly complicated issues, and they've gotten to the bottom of each and every single one.  We're incredibly grateful to them and couldn't recommend them more highly.

I called Supreme Plumbing because of an urgent plumbing issue at my house. I sent them a picture of what was going on and they recommended I call the city to fix the issue which turned out to be correct. Incredibly helpful and honest. I really appreciated the time and the help.

This company did the plumbing install on our new house. We had problems from the start. We had out clean out clogged several times. Finally the city came out and ran a camera through the pipe. Their report was shocking and acurate.

The pipe had unnecessary bends, was crushed with a large rock and root, and had a blocked off y fitting in the section. What a joke. Totally Inane...
