Doug's Plumbing is great! We have used them exclusively for 20 years for our various plumbing needs, from burst water pipes to replacing toilets to running new water lines, and just about anything else you can think of. The plumbers are always very professional and genuinely nice guys. They come out quickly for emergencies and show up on time when scheduled. They have always done a great job for us and are reasonably priced. We don't have to worry when we call Doug's. We know they will take care of us.

We had Devon and Carlos out to fix the hot water valve on our bath tub. Casa Mechanical attempted to fix the problem, but failed to solve the problem, which the work was originally done by them. Devon and Carlos were very professional and fixed the valve.  Give these two hard workers a raise.

I needed two commodes installed quickly and called One Call Plumbing.  I hit the jackpot! Tony came out next day-did a great job and was very careful on making sure all was left clean and no leaks..I would certainly recommend Tony and his company to anyone.  Good job Tony!!

Me. Plumber did an outstanding job today for an extremely reasonable price.  I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and the care they took with my house.  Very highly recommend these guys.  Formerly Steve's Plumbing!  Rosendo and his helper are awesome for sure.

I had an awesome experience with these guys. Steven is a great plumber and a real friendly, honest guy. You can tell he enjoys what he does. Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

Great company! We were lucky enough to get these guys from our home warranty company to replace our monster of a water heater upstairs in our attic.  First they had to take out the 80 gallon beast - from an opening that was too small. With a little work, they did it. And replaced with the new 80 gallon tank. Richard, the boss man  was both very knowledgeable and amusing, and his crew were great. I would definitely recommend them anytime. Thanks.

I thought they were prompt in coming out, but I felt like I got price gouged. I was quoted a $69 or $79 diagnostic fee on the phone and when the technician came out, he called me and told me that the charge would be $179 since it was a stackable washer and dryer. My hands were tied since this was a rental property and I desperately needed somebody to let me know what the issue was with the washer and/ or washer connection. When I requested the service in the first place, I was clear what the issue was and I was also clear that it was a stackable set in a closet. Long story short, it took him 15 minutes to tell me that I needed a new machine. It just seemed like a waste for such a easy diagnosis. He did look at the toilet for me, which was much appreciated, but I'm still not sure that warranted almost a $200 charge.

Reasonable price for the filter. They have options and will try to sell a high priced one but with a simple discussion will cater to your specific needs.   They use a quality valve (I think it's a Clack). There was a slight mixup on the installation dates (tried to come on an earlier date) but because they gave a text notification we resolved it easily. Installation itself went well and the installer spent time to discuss maintenance and care for the filter. Three months later and the filter seems to be working well. This company is easy to work with and competitive with another local plumbing company (which didn't seem interested in installing a water softener).

So far, I've used them on three occasions, a master bathroom remodel, a busted main and a new toilet installation.  They are always friendly, timely and stick to their word!

If you live in or near the Crestview community and need plumbing service, Lanier is the one to call. Philip was out the day after we called and did an awesome job. He was prompt, courteous and most professional. I would highly recommend this local company!

I've never used their services, but I saw something yesterday that made me decide if I ever did need plumbing services, I would totally call them.

Coming home yesterday from work, I witnessed a woman break down on a tiny two lane road. Cars were starting to line up behind her as she'd broken down on a small bridge with no room to pull off. She got out of her car frustrated and scared.

Enter a truck with C & K Plumbing written on the back of the truck. He was right in front of me. He made a place to park in the grass, jumped out and offered his assistance.

Faith in humanity restored, and I know who to call for any plumbing needs.

These guys are amazing! This was my second time working with this local Austin company and I have received nothing less than best service. I needed a bathroom remodel done last min as I am preparing to sale my home. Cody and his team were prompt in coming out and giving me a fair quote. Their communication was great  throughout the project and they got everything done within a timely manner. I took a leap of faith on this new company months ago when the ice storm hit after getting the run around from a few other companies and I am so glad I did!!! This company is really the best when it comes to caring about their customers! Nobody likes emergencies but this is the company to go to when you want to be taken care of!

Seriously! I have found my plumber for the rest of the time I live in Elgin (although I hope to never need him again). So it turns out I did not have a slab leak, instead the builder put the water line UNDER the driveway! It is about 1 1/2 feet in. My roommate dug and dug until he found the leak and cleaned the area all around it. I called Mike and let him know what was going on. He went staright out to my house, fixed the leak and called me to tell me it was $100 even and he would just leave me a bill. He also said if I leave him the paperwork from the city to try to recoup some of my super high bill, he would sign it and leave it on the front door.
After speaking to so many plumbers in the past few weeks it is refreshing to know I have a good, honest plumber I can count on from now on!
