Terrible service owner left me hanging on a repair have been a repeat customer but not anymore think twice about using this company very unprofessional owner. I guess if your the only plumber in town even bad plumbers will get business would not recommend them to anyone.

Had two toilets replaced, and updated the bathroom fixtures to a new brand.

Living in an older home in Lakeway you never know what you're going to find when you touch a pipe or an outlet. I call a plumber. He did a phenomenal job; he finished very quickly. I asked him to go ahead and change out some fixtures in one of the bathrooms. He had to replace the brass manifold in the wall. He worked quickly and efficiently, with a practice that I'm sure has taken many years to develop.

Everything looks great, all is working without any issue. An honest, efficient, hard working plumber I would highly recommend him.

Tony has only ONE level of service. . . EXCELLENCE.  He returned my call.  He came to look and quote.  He returned to install a new gas water heater ASAP.  He was mindful that we have young children, and did not want us to be without hot water to take a shower.

Me. Plumber did an outstanding job today for an extremely reasonable price.  I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and the care they took with my house.  Very highly recommend these guys.  Formerly Steve's Plumbing!  Rosendo and his helper are awesome for sure.

Nick & Martin are awesome, very helpful and quick. Diagnosed my issues accurately and presented me with a fair assessment and excellent service. Could not ask for more.

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

Want to deal with a morose un-professional owner. This company fits the bill. Have used them for multiple jobs and they used to be good until the owner started shouting at me since I asked to reschedule twice. Brought up something about an unpaid bill and said it doesn't sit right with him. They completed the job 3 visits and one week later while I had to list the house with an uninstalled toilet. Won't be hiring this guy any more.

5 Star Service.   I had a defective shower faucet and tub spout which needed replacing.   They showed up on time, and performed the job at a fair rate with professional courtesy and expertise.  What more can you ask for?  Will definitely use them again.

They started out by providing a lot of advice over the phone under no obligation (including suggestions for options they wouldn't have provided).  I have a private well and the water has more than one problem, so the advice was more than the typical information you would give for city water.  I did select them and when they came out the crew was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

We had a foundation leak. I called John because our kids played baseball together. He came out that day and completely over charged us for the work he did. What irritates me the most of that he lead me to believe insurance would cover most of the work done, which they do not and he knew that. They do not display pricing anywhere. The worst part of the whole experience is the restoration company that he tried to bring with him but I wanted to wait for insurance. I ended up using the company since I thought i thought I could trust John. They ended up being shady crooks!!

For the sake of clarity and to provide additional evidence:

Completed the opening of the attic door through another vendor -- the job was completed with the highest level of consideration/quality. The entire job took 5 hours -- started at 10 am, with a one hour lunch break, the job was completed by 4 pm. Cost: $800. Doing the math: $800/5 = $160 per hour sounds reasonable at least.

With GIS quote: $1800/5 = $360 per hour. I would leave this to the prospective clients to decide if this is reasonable and that the services offered by GIS is not for everyone.

Efficient, courteous, good value and now our go-to-company for any future plumbing issues.  

Well tank and softener mixing tank gave up the ghost after 20+ years on a Saturday evening leaving us without running water.  Called Andrew that evening and explained the situation and told him we knew that things could not start until Monday because no one is just sitting around with pressurized water tanks to sell on the weekend.
Andrew came out Sunday to look in order to give us an estimate.  Monday afternoon and the estimate was put together and we all agreed that work would start on Tuesday.  

Work commenced and proceeded smoothly until they ran into a couple more parts (pressure switch) that had also run its course.  After tracking the part down the guys (Harry and Bill) came back and asked if we minded if they worked late.  Of course not!  We had been without water for 3 1/2 days and were anxious to have running water again.  Little did we expect them to complete the job that evening; but by 12:30 AM Wednesday morning everything was up and running!  

Not only did they do an outstanding job with fit and finish they came back the next day and cleaned up and hauled off the old tanks.  Andrew Kendall and crew - you the bomb!

They did a great job. Prompt, cheaper than I thought, and friendly. Just wish he had worn plastic over his shoes, the mud he trekked through the house was a BITCH to clean up after. No big deal though, mud can be mopped, whereas a good plumber is hard to find!

Claude and Nanci are the dynamic duo! After months of renovations (and really years of searching), I finally found a knowledgeable and caring plumbing expert. He caught problems and even more so were generous with their time to research options. I highly recommend them, and they will be my first call from here on out! They also just seem like a lovely people who do take the time to do things the right way, honestly. We need more Claude and Nancis in this world! Thank you!

Seriously! I have found my plumber for the rest of the time I live in Elgin (although I hope to never need him again). So it turns out I did not have a slab leak, instead the builder put the water line UNDER the driveway! It is about 1 1/2 feet in. My roommate dug and dug until he found the leak and cleaned the area all around it. I called Mike and let him know what was going on. He went staright out to my house, fixed the leak and called me to tell me it was $100 even and he would just leave me a bill. He also said if I leave him the paperwork from the city to try to recoup some of my super high bill, he would sign it and leave it on the front door.
After speaking to so many plumbers in the past few weeks it is refreshing to know I have a good, honest plumber I can count on from now on!
