I am so happy to have found West Austin Handyman to tackle our to do list. I appreciated the responsive communication, professionalism, and really quality work for a fair fee. Excited to check off next project.

We've worked with both Josh and Curtis. They've provided outstanding service, have gone above and beyond and have been great communicators. Couldn't recommend them more!

Highly recommend Legit Plumbing. I had an unusual problem with my toilet, and Sam had to do a lot of research to come up with a solution that worked. I think his pricing is fair, and they did an excellent job. Happy to call him if I need any more plumbing work done.

Highly recommend their service. Came out at about 5pm and stayed past 9pm to fix a water leak. Very friendly and respectful. Mycol and Elijah did a great job with our issue and had great customer service the entire time. Very honest and dependable. Would recommend to anyone needing plumbing services.

Eligio was friendly and provided great service. He unclogged my drain. Cleaned up the work area and billed me at a reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the quality and service.

Had a pump issue outside my house and I called Greenwave based on a friend's recommendation. Glad I did! Had a good experience with Mike and his team and would certainly use again.

Mac installed a gas shut-off valve and hooked-up a gas heater.
While relighting the pilot light on the hot water heater we discovered a small leak. I have him scheduled to come back later this week to install a new hot water heater.

Very happy with Excalibur. The valve in my shower failed. They were able to come out quickly and do the repair. The work was solid, the service tech was very nice and did a great job.

Wayne Mantooth is fantastic at his job with AAA Auger! Dedicated and hard-working, he came to my home at the appointed time and got right to work trying to figure out where my sewer drainage problem was. It was not easy... the first thing he tried didn't work, the second thing he tried didn't work. He asked me more questions about what the back-up was like and how things happened and what else I knew about the house's plumbing lines, etc. and he tried something else. That didn't work either. After running tub water in both bathrooms and doing whatever other assessment magic he needed to do, he eventually found the clog and got it working again! I appreciate his hard work and dedication. I appreciate that he took ownership of the problem and made sure to follow it through to resolution. He showed me a tip for the future to help me try to avoid the problem happening again. I imagine that a smaller plumbing company may have done the job for less, but what I paid seems a reasonable price for the service he provided. AAA Auger's 24-hour scheduling service, the fact that they come free of charge, and that his estimate was given up-front, and I was not charged a penny more than that estimate is a testament to the great service that they are providing, and he has made a repeat customer out of me. I highly recommend this company. They use plumbers who know their stuff, and who are dedicated to getting the problem solved. Thankful this evening for AAA Auger and Wayne! Romero was great on dispatch, too.

Dwayne and JustUs is great. Had an old kitchen faucet that needed replaced and he came the day after I called him to replace and install it. He quoted me a flat rate over the phone which was nice, and even though the faucet was completely rusted in and took a lot more effort to take out than what is probably typical, he still only charged me the flat rate he quoted me. I ended up having him install a new water softer system the same week. Price he charged for the softener and installation was very affordable for the quality of system put in and he even did it on a Saturday so I wouldn't have to miss any work. I won't hesitate to recommend JustUs to friends, family, and coworkers in the future and plan on using them for all of my plumbing needs from here on out.

We hired them to find a pool leak. They did not find it though we paid them $2000. It got worse and worse. The auto fill is turned off and the pool is now down 2 ft. I just called to have them come back out and they said it will be ANOTHER $2000. This is criminal!

My aircondtioning was leaking water. They sent out a technician who looked at the unite and showed me pictures of a frozen up coil due to no freon in my closed system. He could not repair it. He wrote up and estimate from bandaid fix to replacing the coil. All in thousands of dollars. he was not equipped to repair it and in a couple of days the repairman would come to braise the coil and look for leaks. No warranty!! He also said a maintenance program was required and they would come service the unit(s) twice a year0 . He asked me to sign a document that said they had completed the repair and it had yet been done. He collected in the excess of 2000 for the coil repair and maintenace program. This was Logan
The repair crew came, they knew nothing about the coil, they found a leak by the king valves and replaced them. No coil braising etc.
My second unit, a minisplit , was serviced by the technician for the warranty plan. he said the fins were dirty and needed to be cleaned but he only was paid 35.00 and was not going to do the work for that amount.
That same technician then performed maintanance on my HVAC unit. he tells me the coil is frozen over, the freon is gone, the unit is in need of major repair and presents me with three options, one bandaid around 1000 a second repair and the third for near new unit at 3600 plus. I wrote the company of the above and asked to terminate my maintenance contract on two units which had and inspection and to refund me for 1/2 the contract on both those units and 100% of the unused contract on the other unit. I also asked them to address the above. They did not respond and kept my 2000+ dollar.
Truly their maintenance' is a ruse to present thousands of dollars on needed repair. BEWARE, STAY AWAY, REPORT!!!!

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.
After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate. They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.
Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.
Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.
