I am so happy to have found West Austin Handyman to tackle our to do list. I appreciated the responsive communication, professionalism, and really quality work for a fair fee. Excited to check off next project.

We have a contract to buy a condominium and wanted to hire a plumber to inspect the cast iron pipes with a drain camera.  The first plumber we hired was unable to get his camera working after two visits.  The option period was about to expire and used Yelp to find Accurate Leak and Line.  I called midday and asked if they had appointments that day.  They were booked but offered to come out the next business day.  That didn't work, since it would be after the option period expired.  I told that to the woman answering the phone.  She was wonderful and made some calls to her team to find a tech for that day.  She came back and offered someone who could be there within the hour!  The tech showed up on time, was extremely efficient and knowledgeable and gave a great assessment of the pipes at a fair price.

What a fantastic experience.  I can highly recommend using their service.

Highly recommend Legit Plumbing. I had an unusual problem with my toilet, and Sam had to do a lot of research to come up with a solution that worked. I think his pricing is fair, and they did an excellent job. Happy to call him if I need any more plumbing work done.

South By plumbing showed up to give an estimate on a hot water heater gas leak, they gave me a reasonable estimate and broke down expenses with their reasons for actions on the repair. They were able to find the control valve and have it shipped promptly to get the work done ASAP. Once the control valve was in their hands, they called and did their work the same day it arrived. The installation of the valve, draining of hot water tank, and a new supply line fitting took less than an hour and was really impressed. Thanks Robert!

I needed a gas line and water line run to a new gas dryer that was delivered today. I mistakenly thought I had a gas dryer in the first place, so it was a last-minute call I made this morning. Within an hour James, one of the plumbers, showed up, explain to me what I needed to be done and got it done. He also hooked up the dryer and made sure everything worked. I was amazed at how quick and professional this company was and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you very much.

Stellar Plumbing was fantastic! They had to get a little clever to install the new modern vanity I ordered online. Another plumber told me they would have to cut into the wall and move the existing plumbing. No such thing! Stellar Plumbing got it done within a couple of hours and for only a fraction of the cost! Oh, and did I mention they showed up with 45 minutes of my call? Couldn't be any happier! :)

they did a great job finding a part i couldn't find, but the 135.00 service charge caught me by surprise. So i paid 150.00 in total for a 15 dollar part...so make sure you get the free quote first.

I called last night about a broken pipe in the wall, young man called early this next morning, showed up and fixed it a great rate.

My shower randomly started exhibiting horrific shower pressure and the water would only heat up to lukewarm. I was a bit overwhelmed with all of the choices but I remembered a friend had mentioned Decker plumbing so I decided to give them a call and see if they had any ideas on how I could fix this problem. I spoke with Jeff and he was incredibly knowledgeable, but not in a way that was condescending. He helped me understand what had happened that could be causing the problem, and sent someone over to fix in that same day. I haven't ever had to hire a plumber before because I recently started living on my own, but I've heard it can be quite expensive. I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable Deckers prices were. Will definitely be using them for all future plumbing needs.

Purchased a deal on Angie's List for a water heater flush and whole house plumbing inspecting. Tech was great and did his job. He called about 30 minutes before stopping by. No sales pitch which was refreshing. No problems which was even more refreshing!

I would give this company zero stars if it was possible.  I spoke with AAA Auger 3 times prior to scheduling an apt to ask questions and make sure I was fully informed. I called AAA Auger to install a propane conversion kit on our new dryer (which has to be done by a licensed propane plumber). Also, be aware AAA Auger will not give you a quote over the phone. The first apt was scheduled for friday at 3pm. They called at 3:40 to tell me that a plumber was not going to make it. I came home from work to wait for them. A necessary inconvenience. They rescheduled for saturday between 12:00-3:00. Plumber shows up at 1pm and tells us that his is not licensed to work with propane. He calls the shop and they tell me, sorry, we don't have anyone who works with propane on saturdays, and we don't see anything in the notes about propane. That is absolutely not acceptable, we discussed that I needed a License propane plumber every interaction that I had with this company.
DO NOT use this company, they are disorganized, and not concerned with waisting their customers or technicians time. Time is money- and they wasted a lot of my time. I won't be able to use the washer or dryer until I can find a NEW competent company, which will cost me more time! So frustrating!

Beware, this company lied and stole my money, they did not complete the work but still billed me for it!

I paid Just Us to replace a back flow valve on my pool and two brass valves on my tankless hot water heater but they stole my money and did not complete the work.

They quoted me around $700 to replace the brass valves or $100 if they could just replace the rubber inserts. They replaced the rubber inserts, did not replace the valves, then charged me the full price of replacing the valves.

When I talked to them they lied and said they did, but the old valves were still there... new valves were not installed.

I called several times and was told over and over that the owner would call me but they never did.

When I disputed the charges they lied to the credit card company and said all work was done. Now I have to go through the hassle of taking them to court.

Stay away from this company!

Save your money and find a good plumber! We paid $575 to have American Leak Detection come out and locate a leak. They advertise that they can pinpoint the leak so we thought that would be helpful in fixing a leak that we knew we had but couldn't locate the exact location. The technician came out and ran a bunch of tests on all of our plumbing fixtures and said we would get a full report the next day along with a bid for repair. He was very courteous and professional. I had to call the office twice and finally got the report a week later. It was very vague, did NOT pinpoint the leak and did not include a bid for repair. So basically we paid them $575 to tell us that we had a leak in the same area we thought we did. Not great. Found a plumber that spent two days actually pinpointing the leak and fixing it. So like I said before, just start with a good, reliable plumber and you'll save some money.

On Time Elmers is a joke!  Did not follow up while I waited since 5 am for call back.  I called in afternoon and claimed they never got my chat message and wanted me to pay $129 instead of $59.  They found my chat and called me back to schedule for today.  I got a message that they can't make because I did not have a ladder which I did but why should I have to provide a ladder.  Spoke to GM and he claimed since AC is on roof they have to send commercial team even though they already knew the location when I set appointment.  They need to change the name to No Show Elmer's.  Entire process was a joke and the absolute worse company I have ever dealt with.  Do not call this company to try and help, they are worthless and just gave excuses and run around.  Waste of time.  I could have simply called someone else had they been upfront.

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.

After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate.  They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.

Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.

Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.
