Rented a new home that had a toilet issue.  Realtor had to go through the owners home warranty people and I was assigned Rooterman.  THANK GOODNESS!  They were on time, called ahead, diagnosed the problem, notified the home warranty people and was back out the next morning to replace the entire toilet.  Service was quick and most of all, super friendly.  Emilio was our plumber and I would request him for all my future plumbing needs.

Gabriel called me within 10 seconds of filling out my service request at Home Advisors. He asked detailed questions about my plumbing issue and gave me a ballpark price. He then called about an hour before arriving. When he arrived he wore shoe coverings, fixed all of the sink issues I had and explained the process along the way. He was very professional and competent. His price was exactly as he stated and did not try to upsell. I had questions about other plumbing issues and he helped me find answers. I highly recommend Capital City Plumbing & Drain and will use Gabriel Nieves again and recommend him.

We were so grateful for this plumbing service because they were the only ones who made us a priority and getting our pipes fixed so we did not have to go another day without water. Theo and Paul were extremely professional, timely and friendly, and they explained everything where I was able to understand exactly what the problem was and what to look for in the future. Before buying our house we had a hydrostatic test done, which determined the outgoing cast iron pipes were very, very leaky. The foundation is slab, so fixing this would require tunelling under the entire width of our house (over 60 feet).

We got about 5 estimates for the job and A&T was the lowest. Rick spoke with me extensively about ways that we could mitigate cost. His crew came out and got to work immediately--the entire job, start to finish, was done in 2 weeks. They were respectful, clean, considerate, and honest. I nearly cried handing over the first part of the check (it's a lot of $), but knew we went with the right people and did the right thing by the end of it.

We've since hired Rick and his crew for other (unrelated) odds and ends and their prices are always reasonable, information accurate, and their work impeccable. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

From friendly, accommodating scheduling to timely and effective repair, Abel was great! A small leak turned into Niagara Falls under my kitchen sink. I'm sure Abel was busy given the holiday weekend and an ice storm on the way. He took his time to make sure my problem was taken care of and was friendly and professional.

Braulio responded quickly, showed up when he said he would, quoted a good price, did good work, and was easy to work with. Fixed a broken water supply line in the yard with fast-dry cement so my tenants could have water again ASAP.

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

My husband and I just moved to Austin and Jim is the second plumber we've tried. Needless to say, we won't be using anyone else. He showed up on a Friday night in bad weather within 30 minutes, fixed our kitchen sink for a good price, and texted two days later to make sure everything was working okay. Stans did an amazing job on our new ac. Our house was built in the 70s so everything needed to be replaced. Stans installers, gabe and Jake were quick, clean, and respectful. Roland was responsive and knowledgeable. The team that replaced the duct work was great. They cleaned up when they were finished. This was the first time we have had work done that my husband didn't have to redo or finish. They even repaired the holes from the old ducts that they moved to create better air flow. Thank you stans!

Positively fantastic crews, work and all at a reasonable price. Tenant reported gas smell, Texas Gas came out to confirm last night then turned off the gas. By 8:30am this morning I had already scheduled with Mark to identify the leak and do the repair. He was there at 3pm. On a day when Austin was under a flood watch he crawled into a tiny crawl space under an old home, found the leak, repaired it and by 5:30pm was finished! Thanks very much, Plumb Doctors.

Plumb & Order replaced an old gas valve behind our dryer. A great experience from start to finish. Not an easy install because of the XL washer and dryer units on pedestals in a small room. Most importantly, the two guys that did the work were friendly, did a great job and very professional. I would recommend P & O without hesitation.

Could not recommend them enough.  I was buying a house and put them on the schedule two weeks in advance.  They quoted a fantastic price, showed up on time and finished all the work.  Super nice, easy to talk to and very insightful.  Hope i never have to call them again but will in an instant if there are any issues.

Mark was very helpful in a) getting me set up for the freeze and b) quickly replacing my ancient hose bibs.

Let me say upfront, I am a perfectionist. I can be the best of customers and the worst of customers. And, I can really appreciate an outfit that attempts to do things right. From pricing and service to workmanship and responsiveness, Fuentes Tile exceeded all of our expectations. We are SO happy we found Olvin and his team! I would have them back in a New York minute and I would gladly endorse him to any friend. Their desire to delight us at every point of the process was evident and the outcome was phenomenal.

We've had hot water leaks in the past and I was afraid we had another one since we didn't have much hot water. Spot-On sent people out the same day as my inquiry. Turns out we needed a new hot water heater, which they came back and installed the next day. Fast, reliable and seemed cost effective too

Nick is terrific, reasonable and about the nicest person I've ever met.  He came when he said he would and it was much less than I was expecting.  We will definitely call him again.
