Excellent service all around. I live in Port Orchard and have worked with several plumbers and contractors in the past few months. My parents just purchased in Gig Harbor and had a problem with the gas line going to their stove. After reaching out to service professional that I have used - none were available to come out to them for another week, so I did a Yelp search and Kerry from Southern Boyz was one of the contractors that replied. Kerry was professional, friendly and got the job done. I plan to use Kerry and his team in the future since it was such a great experience for my parents. Prices are right and service was amazing!

I called on Dee from Splash plumbing to help fix a problem with my sink -- one created by a plumber when I had some remodeling done. He said the problem (dishwasher draining into sink -- terrific noise!) couldn't be helped. It was the only way to configure it.
Not so for Dee! She's terrific and she re-routed my pipes and we no longer listen to noisy draining every time the dishwasher runs. Just had her out again this week to switch out some faucets, and she is a gem. Her timing is spot on, she's really talented, and I couldn't be happier. Plus, the prices are unbelievably fair.
I'll never hire another plumber besides splash plumbing. And I have a 100+ year old house, so that's really saying something! Couldn't ask for better service or better prices.

Great experience! Paris Plumbing and Ward were recommended to us by our neighbor. We got 2 estimates and Paris Plumbing was priced very reasonably in comparison to the other company. We had a water leak and weren't able to live in our house but Paris did an estimate and within a couple weeks they were out at our house. They finished the job within four days and everything went super smooth. Our contractor thought they did an excellent job and they even brought in our yard waste bin after it was picked up since they knew we weren't staying at our house without us asking. Really appreciate them getting things done so quickly!

The toilet at the office I work at on the island died... (I don't know how that happens) but any who, a person in our office recommended BI plumbers, we called a few and they were first to respond and showed up same day to check it out... Chris (deep voice) and Andy showed up less than a few hours after calling and gave us a great estimate! We said yes, and asked how soon, they said it would be a few days they weren't sure a toilet would be available... Chris showed up this morning (NEXT DAY) with a toilet, installed that puppy in like 15 minutes and was gone... OMG! How the heck he did that so fast I will never understand! And the bill was right around what they quoted us, a little less actually! Any who we would recommend them to anyone on the island! I heard they even worked on an older house that had old plumbing and requires some odd tools, it took them some time but they did the job great!

2 Stars for communication and timeliness. 3 stars docked for an absolutely absurd price and upsell.
Harts was responsive and professional, with an exceptionally friendly phone representative booking my appointment and guaranteeing me a first stop of the day slot, with my plumber arriving between 8-9am.
I received a text at 7 that morning saying the tech was on his way, but then received a call at 7:40 to tell me that the tech was getting ready to head over, and to expect him between 8-830.
Scott arrived right on time, was friendly and got right down to business.
My issue was pretty simple: two faucets had become disconnected from the counter, and the hot water handles required a lot of pressure to close all the way (not because they were stiff -- the cartridge inside just wouldn't seal). I'd taken them apart and fixed them a few times but it kept happening so I sought a professional opinion.
I knew I was in for a ride when he asked if I wanted him to fix the problem now or fix the problem long-term. He instantly started praising the service of some other faucet brand and then criticized the service of the manufacturers of my faucets, but he didn't seem to know who the manufacturer was. It sounded a little rehearsed so I suspected a commission sale.
He then tapped away at an iPad for about 3 minutes in silence before presenting me with a few options.
The cheapest option, just replacing the existing cartridge, cost over $700.
Replacing the entire faucet with a different brand would cost over $1000.
I thanked him for his time and sent him away.

James was my third plumber out on a bit of a plumbing nightmare (replacing a sewage pump). He was professional, pleasant, efficient and reasonably priced. He communicated well about the process (need for parts, going longer than expected) and I will definitely use him again. Very hard worker. I have already recommended him to others. I must admit I was skeptical when I read all those 5 star reviews but I trusted my fellow yelpers and once again they did not disappoint!

Whoa!! I tried to get a quote from these people and was told I would be charged $62.50 for the quote. What the heck?! They did tell me it would be deducted from the installation costs, if I decided to go with them.
Yeah, NO THANKS and GOOD BYE!

Be aware that they charge a $250 (plus tax) minimum. Had an air lock, couldn't get it sorted, so called them and closed water main while opening all the taps. Two hours later, when they got here, it worked as soon as we turned back on the water main.
Zach told me in advance if it was quick, he'd charge the minimum, so nothing shady...just not great customer service either (hence 3 stars and not 1). He quipped tax writeoff as he handed me the bill - I won't be a repeat customer.

I hired Rain City to install a new water heater, a pressure reducing valve, and a home run manifold system. They also replaced my kitchen drain lines and ran it through the basement wall instead of across the basement ceiling. Spence at Rain City who did the estimate and supervised the job was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. Antonio who performed most of the work was amazing. The plumbing is very tidy, which isn;t always easy in a 1920s house with non-standard dimensions. When I am ready for my next project, I am definitely hiring Rain City again.

RESPONSIVE, ACCOMODATING, HONEST, DEPENDABLE AND FRIENDLY.
I searched for a plumber to repair a kitchen faucet that would no longer provide water when turned on. I received a number of responses in a fairly short amount of time, but GIBSON PLUMBING was the only one who could accommodate me on the same day.
Dan came out in the early afternoon and diagnosed the problem as the cartridge. He removed it, cleaned it and put it back in. Hallelujah...it started working again. However, when it stopped again the next day, I called him back and asked him to purchase a new faucet and install it. He was here the next morning. He is definitely my go to plumber!

Seven months after my first review here, and one and a half years after the initial incident, he posted comments that completely mischaracterized our phone conversation and went on with more condescending, unprofessional and snarky comments. In a vain attempt to defend himself, he further verified his superior and arrogant attitude. I had found and listed 3 other plumbers that work on French drains, but he acted like I was a fool to even ask if he might do so.

Cliff and Steve of Seattle Select Sewers were extremely helpful in coming out over an hour away to diagnose my drainage ditch issue. And for free at that! They were very prompt polite and responsive and I would highly recommend choosing them to service your plumbing issues.

WOW! I was in a panic when I had sewer waste leaking out of my toilet in my master bathroom! I called around everywhere but at 7 PM thanksgiving day people were either trying to triple charge me or no one would answer. To my astonishment Sound Rooter & Plumbing picked up my call! They were SO polite and had extensive knowledge of how to problem solve even just over the phone. They arrived at my house promptly and began working. They were able to fix my blown sewage pipe and replace it all in one visit! They're customer service is unmatchable. This husband and wife duo are truly masters in their craft which such a personable attitude! All my plumbing needs were not only met but exceeded by them! Thank you so much for your wonderful service! Highly recommend this company! Plus support local businesses! Thank you again!

If I could give Robert at Merit Plumbing 10 stars, I would. He completed two major projects for us. We had standing water in our crawl space and flooding in our goat barn. Robert assessed the drainage issues and explained the problems we were having. He designed and installed a sump pump in our crawl space and a massive french drain in and around our livestock area. Robert completed these jobs when he said he would in a clean, professional manner. And to top this off, he followed up at a later date to see how our systems were functioning. We are very, very pleased to say the least. Merit Plumbing has our business from now on. Ten stars!

Brian from Greenlake Sewer and Drain treated us right from beginning to end and even beyond. Had sewage water in the basement and called Brian. He couldn't get here right away so he gave me names of plumbers who could root our line. Called one, he tried but said he was hitting dirt. I called Brian back and started digging my hole to expose the problem area. (Want to save money - dig your own hole. But make sure it's a good one.) Brian came out and removed the bad sections, rooted the line, scoped the line, replaced the bad sections and sadly pinpointed the next place we had to dig.
He charged us $550 for the work. A good price in the sewer business.
When you have sewer problems you tend to freak out a bit. Brian was incredibly responsive and answered all questions, phone calls and texts. He couldn't get back for the next repair but was once again willing to give names of plumbers he trusted. He's only one guy so he may not be available but if he is - go with Brian.

They scheduled us within a week-and very affordable after comparing to many others. They didn't try to charge me for unknown things-which is a HUGE thing with septic companies! I was very happy with their services. Thank you

I'm very happy with the service I received today. I was scheduled for one day later - they were ahead of schedule and asked if I would like my drain unclogged today... Oh, heck ya!
Professional job by his team and they were very informative at the same time to help me prevent future clogs.
Also, their price was significantly lower than the larger companies that have provided the same service in the past.

We began installing a new bathroom floor in our nonprofit martial arts studio only to find that not only was the existing toilet not bolted to the floor, but it didn't even have a flange installed--it was just precariously sat on stacked wax rings.
We went to Yelp to get a few quotes for installing a new flange into the concrete floor (as we didn't own a hammer drill and also didn't want to take the risk of damaging the sewer line in this older building) and reseating our existing toilet. Queen Plumbing responded promptly (on a Sunday!) with a very reasonable quote range (as opposed to just call us to schedule a service call so we can come give you a quote like many other businesses), and asked some follow-up questions about the project which showed that they actually took the time to read the project request. The owner, Steve, requested we call to discuss the project and scheduling, and was very helpful in answering our questions about what would move the quote between the higher and lower ranges. We scheduled for the following week and he said that our plumber, Travis, would call the night before to confirm.
Travis called the night before in order to confirm as stated, and arrived on-time the following morning. He made relatively short work of getting the new flange on and toilet reseated, and was kind enough to chat and share some fun plumbing stories while he worked. The toilet works flawlessly, and we feel great knowing that the flange was installed correctly and with minimal risk to the old line.
Queen Plumbing was professional and pleasant from start to finish. If we have any other plumbing issues, we know exactly who we'll be calling.

I'm so happy I called Ally Plumbing to help me with my kitchen sink leak. My sink was leaking from the bottom and I couldn't figure it out. They had someone come out the following week and help me with it and it was fixed right away! Definitely recommend this business!
