Guy is really nice, but the business is poorly managed and this will lead to your time being wasted. After the initial consult for my bathroom Reno they came by and took a look. He was unable to give me a labour estimate until I chose my faucet trim. After choosing my fixtures and sending them the information nobody responded. I send another follow up email a few weeks later and still no response. I waited another week and called in during business hours and I was informed that they would contact me next day with the quote. It has now been another week and nobody has called me back. I called on two spectate occasions during business hours with no answer. Just go with a different company.

I called the number for 'Leak Masters' but they answered the phone as Beacon Plumbing. It turns out Leak Masters is a subsidiary of Beacon Plumbing.
Documenting what followed to hopefully help the business owner.
I already had a plumber who told me he couldn't help because he didn't know where the leak was without tearing the concrete of my garage up. Not ideal. So that's why I called Leak Masters, who theoretically specialize in this (e.g. with 'ground penetrating radar').
I was given a window of noon to 3 but ~3 I was called and politely asked if I could wait a while as the Tech was running late. No problem.
At 5, I had to call back and make sure they were still coming. They confirmed.
At 5:30 I got a call from the Tech to whom I explained 'I have a leak in a pipe somewhere under my garage, I need your help to pin point it' to which I was advised they do not do that and I should cancel the visit. (leaving me stuck with no running water yet another day)
I called and got someone who sounded quite harried who put me on hold. I explained the situation and thanked them for their try, but I need a leak detection service, not a plumber. They said they'd cancel it.
Then 5 minutes later, I got a call from the rep who called me ~3 saying I should let their guy come out and take a look anyways. I explained the situation again, that it wouldn't make any sense. I didn't need my garage torn up, I needed to know WHERE in the garage we needed to cut.
Then the Tech called me saying the office told him to call. He pushed his services yet again and so I had to ask him 'What sense does it make to have a plumber come out when we don't know where to even dig? I already HAVE this information.'
So, like many other online reviews (for Beacon Plumbing), it seems they're VERY aggressive on forcing sales and not focused on customer service. Very disappointing as I've had nothing but the best service through the entire renovations of this place for half of a year.

I am incredibly happy with the work that Andy and his crew did with installing a new waterline. For background, I went on vacation for a few days and came back to discover water coming out from underneath my driveway. I called four plumbing companies for a bid. Of the four, Andy was by far the most thorough in examining the problem and explaining his solution. One of the tools he has (which the other companies didn't), is a horizontally drilling tool, which can dig underneath the driveway. Meaning, he doesn't have to jack hammer the driveway to lay down the pipe, so it's a lot cleaner and doesn't require patching up the driveway. He was also the only one that checked the crawl space to see how the new line would be going into the house. I decided to go with Andy, and I couldn't be more satisfied.
His team showed up within a few days and worked quickly to get my water running again. I am especially appreciative to Andy and his crew, because they adjusted their schedule so that they could get to the water leak (which was only getting bigger by each day) sooner. His crew was experienced and friendly (they've been working together for a while, which is a great sign). After the city inspector came and gave it a thumbs up, his crew cleaned up and left everything in even better shape than it was before. They even washed the dirt off the sidewalk. Also, I should mention that they were very responsive in communication (thanks, Traci). I would absolutely recommend Akers Outdoor Plumbing! They're professional, knowledgeable, honest, and just good people.

This plumbing company is amazing. They came in after I had a bad experience with Beacon plumbing and totally save the day. Completely professional and reasonably priced. Would recommend this company to absolutely anybody who needs an honest and hard-working plumbing company

After calling a dozen or so different plumbers to have my backflow assembly tested (an annual requirement in my city) I was incredibly frustrated. Several people I called did not know why I would even need my bacfklow assembly tested (for a sprinkler system) I pretty much gave up after one person quoted me the same price it was to get the backflow assemply installed!!! After all of that I called DB Plumbing.
The person I spoke with knew exactly what I needed. He communicated when he would be arriving to do the inspection and sent the necessary reports over to City permit people and provided me with an electronic invoice/recepit the day after service was provided. Everything went super smoothly!!
If you need your backflow assembly tested, call this place first!

Fantastic guy. He knows his stuff, super trustworthy, and works at a fair price. No plumber is cheap but he's more than worth what he charges. I have had him work on two houses and he's always a straight shooter who has the job down cold. Highly recommended!

We had a leak in our ceiling. We hired a different company which fixed the problem but it ended up leaking again a few weeks later. Then we called Craftsman. Drew from Craftsman came over on short notice, immediately diagnosed the real issue, and fixed it quickly and efficiently with true expertise. He was great to work with, and I appreciated the COVID-19 precautions. Pricing was straightforward without surprises. Would hire Craftsman again in a second.

We needed a toilet replaced, and a day after we made the appointment, they came and did it. No muss, no fuss - they did the job fast and efficiently. A great business to hire when you want someone who does the job well, and affordably. Our go to plumbers from now on. So glad we found them.

Pristine Plumbing was hired by my home warranty company to do repairs. They left the job after dirtying my freshly painted walls and front door with black gunk, after chipping my sink when they replaced the stopper, after causing a toilet they worked on to leak at the base, after leaving the hot water turned off, and after leaving the hot water heater circuit breaker off. They refused to come back, didn't apologize, and said they are too busy with new construction to bother with warranty claims. Nick was extremely rude and had ZERO customer service skills. I would discourage anyone from using them. Thank God for my warranty company as they will make it right.

We needed to replace our aging water heater and called a couple of businesses to obtain quotes. Two Brothers was by far the most responsive and thorough. They described various options and went into detail about the relative advantages and disadvantages of each choice.
They were able to schedule us within 4 days of calling and the replacement process took less than an hour and the installers were on time and courteous. Thank you for your professionalism and making this a painless process!

We've used Joe on a couple different occasions and couldn't be happier. The first time was leaking shower faucets, the second time was leaking laundry faucets. On the second repair, we also had him plumb and install faucets for a laundry sink while he was in there. We were very pleased with the looks and functionality of the end product; it was a vast improvement over what we had.
Both times, he was very clear about what he was doing and how he was going to go about it. I get the impression that he enjoys educating home-owners if they're interested. Very calm, matter-of-fact, straightforward. He doesn't try to sell you on anything. Excellent quality. Highly recommended.
