Did not show up and scheduled date to complete work. Asked if they could reschedule and was told unfortunately they have commitment to other customers? I thought I was also a customer, was our schedule not also an important commitment?

Received exceptional service from Paul and Jeremiah to solve a clogged line to our septic tank. They were on time, professional, extremely gracious, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. Our issue, while overwhelming for us, didn't even phase them - they quickly got to work, solved the problem and cleaned up within half an hour. They pointed out some other future potential problem spots and provided some recommendations which we also appreciate. Thank you to the D Young team, we will certainly be calling again for our future plumbing needs!

I do not usually give 5 stars but the gang at Akers deserves it!
My neighbor alerted me to water coming out of the ground which was the sign that we had a leak in our main water line. Akers was referred to us by a family member who raved about them. They were out that day and provided information and a plan of attack right off the bat. In our situation our water line ran under our very long driveway and then under our front porch. Being a concious consumer I called around to get bids on the job and was quoted more than DOUBLE than what Akers bid for the project. Not only was their price the best but the materials they used was of much higher quality. Andy and his team was able to quickly plan and execute the water line replacement without disturbing the driveway or porch and they were done in about ten hours. When the job was complete, we had water, and could not even tell that they had excavated trenches in our yard. Andy and Traci are awesome people to work with and would highly recommend that you call them.
With the water line selection we made, the material has a 25 year warranty and Akers added a 5 year labor and material warranty. They have other less expensive options but we wanted the peace of mind knowing that we had a durable water line feeding our home.
Thank you Akers!

When temperatures dipped down to the low 20s this weekend the cold water stopped working for our kitchen sink on 12/23/22. I got home on Christmas Eve and took a look and heard what sounded like water coming from underneath the house this was around 3pm. I called Perez plumbing and David the owner came out within 20 minutes around 4PM on Christmas Eve. He found access to under the house and fix our problem! Cannot say thank you enough due to having a house full of family with no water on Christmas Eve. David Perez pulled off a Christmas miracle for my family and I! Highly recommend him to anybody looking for an honest plumber who will fix your problem immediately even on Christmas Eve!!
Thank you David!

Finally found a reliable plumber that doesn't take advantage of the situation. Called Washington Rooter to unclog the drain in our condo. After less than 30 mins of being there, they've already unclogged it and it was at 17 feet deep. Will def call again for any plumbing issues or projects.
Thank you!!
Thank you!!

Jonathan is really super responsive and honest. I highly recommend him. the home inspector said that there was a leak under the house, and Jonathan went down, checked it out. Indeed no leak at all. He was very honest and forthcoming. Other plumbers might have found something so that they could charge me. I highly recommend him.

I have used this awesome company twice, first they have me the most competitive bid to help fix a major, extremely deep sewer offset problem.. we lived near a stream and that complicated things. Well they finished on time, was super prompt at responding to any questions, had a clean sewer scope at the end, cleaned up and I was able to sell my house without any issues. Second run- I needed someone to give me a bid on a Y sewer for a house we were considering to buy. Of course they answer (and this was a Sunday) and make an appt to come on that Tuesday. What great customer service! I will definitely be calling these guys for any sewer related issues again!!

Montory from Craftsman Plumbing came to our condo to help us this morning. We received a text beforehand and he came at the time promised. He was polite, friendly and courteous. We had a leak under the kitchen faucet; he even called around plumbing suppliers to see if he could find the parts for it. We ended up replacing the whole faucet, but we appreciated him trying to give us options. The installation seemed tricky and it took a while, but he was pleasant throughout. He also explained the potential problems (with regard to the current fixtures/pipes) to us and what to watch out for. We're a little clueless when it comes to plumbing, so his tips were very helpful. He took away the old faucet and the packaging for the new one (which we'd bought separately); he also cleaned up the work area & improved the positioning/arrangement of the hoses under the sink. Each time Montory entered our place he was wearing a proper face mask and booties. I found everything to be very professional.
Based on this experience, if we were to have a problem in the future, I'd definitely call Craftsman Plumbing again. Some earlier reviews mentioned pricing - it may not be the cheapest, but the price was stated upfront before work, so it wasn't as though there was a surprise. I'd rather have someone do a good job for a higher price than having to fix it multiple times. They seemed to know that they're doing and they guarantee their work, so I personally think it's worth it.

I was very impressed with Keith and his helper. They were very curious, clean, friendly and most important fair. Every appointment they showed up on time ready to get the job done. This independent business was a breath of fresh air when looking for plumbing work. I will totally use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Darrell Rhyner, the owner/operator, has instantly become our go to plumbing and heating expert!!! Our furnace quit on us Super Bowl Sunday, and we had to turn to our costly gas fireplace to heat downstairs. I was lucky to find his business through a Google search, and called yesterday to make an appointment for today. He showed up with another employee, and it no longer than 15 minutes to get the furnace purring like a kitten again!!! He thoroughly explained what the problem was, and because it was such a quick repair, there was NO CHARGE for his services!!! He is what I define as an honorable man. My wife and I have his business card and will DEFINITELY call on him for any future needs!!!

Chris and his brother installed a new tank water heater for us, and we had a great experience overall.
He gave us a quote over the phone and was able to fit us in for an appointment in a timely matter. When questions came up, he was very responsive, and in the end, choosing Two Brothers was an easy choice; they offered by far the best price, and I felt that Chris was trustworthy.
He was communicative leading up to the appointment time as well, and during the installation, he let us know whenever he ran into unexpected issues (versus being surprised when it came time to pay). At the end of our appointment, even though he was running a bit late, he also walked us through annual maintenance to keep our new heater running smoothly.
He and his brother were very efficient, and we'd recommend this company to our friends and family.

Second time calling Joe, I thought I had a big leak in our pipes that would require lots of work, turns out to be a toilet leak only. Turned out simple and Joe changed out a pipe that was about to leak as well. And we had a great conversations as well.

I purchased a service contract which gave me access to immediate service for a water emergency. The contract gives a 10% discount on services. Best plumbing however so dramatically inflates prices that even with the contract they were overpriced. The phone triage operators were exceptionally rude. The technician who came to my home was very polite but inappropriately masked for work in my home. The charges were excessive for the work done. Additional service and parts were recommended at an inflated price. Moving to the front of the line for a water emergency was helpful but I was then captive to being overcharged and oversold. I would NOT recommend this company.
