Martin, and John were very friendly, professional, thorough, and fast! Thank you for wearing masks. Instead of using the cheap parts my plumber friend bought, they got a higher quality which will last longer, no extra cost. Usually I worry about being charged too much but Blue Lion's rate was actually less than what a local handyman was going to charge me!! And Blue Lion has Master plumbers. I'm so extremely happy with how awesome the new kitchen faucet looks. Now I have my plumbing company for life! :) THANK YOU TEAM BLUE LION!

Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. I highly recommend Gabe, and we now have a new plumber!

I would definitely (!) recommend Chambliss Plumbing. Kevin, owner, demonstrated a high level of integrity and transparency, walked me through work that should be completed versus nice to have done. His employees were courteous, professional, efficient, knowlegeable and followed COVID safety procedures.
Definitely recommend and i would hire again for future work!

Our journeyman plumber, Brayan Mercado, was excellent. He explained what was happening with our inferior water pressure, correctly diagnosed the issue and repaired it in the same visit. He even gave me some helpful suggestions that I could do to further keep things in good shape. Brayan was very pleasant to work with and very capable! Thanks for such a good experience!

My elderly parent's toilet was clogged on a Saturday morning and Mason was able to squeeze in a visit in between calls. He was informative, professional, and very sensitive to the situation in order not to offend my elderly parent's dignity. He was a Saturday morning hero!

Short story: Great guy and great plumber.
Full story: We had flow restriction and low water pressure at my home, like two faucets open would be zero pressure. I figured it was a bad Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) and Mike came by to replace it. Since the home was built in 1998, the small live oaks when it was built are now big and had wrapped roots all around the thing. Mike went through 4-5 sawzall blades but was finally able to cut it free and replace it. Only problem was, that wasn't the only issue and we still had restricted flow.
Mike trouble shot and worked through all the possibilities, finally concluding that we had dirt or rocks in the line from when a previous plumber had replaced the owner's cutoff. He rigged up his shop vac to clear the lines and now I am back to having plenty of pressure and supply.
I figured he would've split after doing the job he was hired for but he spent several more hours making sure I was back to normal.
He's got a new customer for whatever plumbing jobs come up in our future. His dog Evie is great, too.

I was contacted by Cody Good will and told about the other guy who was posing as the new owner of Larry's Septic Service.
I will use Cody at Larry's Septic Tank Service because he cares about his customers and his business. It is a shame that the other person would rather run a scam than work for a living.
If you want to experience great customer service by a honest, hard working gentleman, give Cody a call at the CORRECT PHONE NUMBER: 512-985-6570.

These folks were fantastic!
We are getting ready to sell our house, and of course the pool started leaking.
Contacted Gold Star via their website, and they got right back to me via text.
Came out the next day, with a text beforehand. Had the leaks detected in a half day!
Had a full report with pictures, videos and descriptions of the exact issues.
Came out the next week and repaired everything in a day - including a whole new skimmer install, two light repairs, and fountain stone repair.
These folks are really great - I highly recommend them.

Some recent issues have got me downgrading the stars. Poor toilet installation being the main issue.
Hoping Scott will get back on track.

My yard looked totally dead and I'd been told by different people, that it was different things, but when I found out my sprinkler system wasn't working, a friend referred Superior Irrigation to me. I called and made an appointment for the next day and they came out right on time! They tested the system and evaluated my problem, gave me extremely good pricing and I set them to work immediately!! They were quick, did excellent work and were very nice guys! The repairs they made to the system made my overall pressure and coverage better than it was before. They were also courteous and honest with me and then thanked me for my business! I recommend Superior Irrigation greatly and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to all of my family and friends!!

Great service and expert help. Bonded and insured vs other companies who watch youtube videos on how to fix.

No-call, no-show the night before Thanksgiving.
My appointment window was 3-5pm. I had some turkey prepping to do, and I needed my faucet to work.
I called the office at 4:45 because I sought an update on my plumber's ETA. The recorded message said that their offices closed at 4:30 and won't re-open until Monday (or was it Tuesday?) Now, I don't hold a nice long holiday weekend against anyone. But who am I supposed to call when my appointment window goes beyond your office hours? Your assigned plumber who had my work order could have at least called me. I do hope he is safe out there.
I gave two stars because your team may be truly wonderful, but I will never know.

They turned what another company said would be a $1000 worth of wall and tile damage, plus plumbing charges on top of that, into an under $400 repair with no wall damage. I knew 24/7 Plumbing was not being ethical with their bid and I was right. Glad I got a second opinion from Kelly Williams Plumbing.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Hambone came out to our business in a moments notice, figured out the problem (after 2 other plumbing companies came out and were stumped), found a solution and fixed it. They were professional and Justin did a great job breaking down what was needed and answered all of my questions. Thanks again!

SCAM ALERT Please STAY AWAY from this company!!! They lied to AHS claiming they completed plumbing work at my house while they never showed up to get anything fixed!!! I don't know how they can legally be allowed to stay in business. I also just found out they are NOT BBB accredited and there is no surprise there.

After dealing with Lucy Moreno and her business I think I have a pretty good idea of what it is like to go through a terrible divorce: I trusted the wrong person who repeatedly broke their promises to me and ultimately I spent a lot of money and needed legal counsel to make an awful person leave my life while praying they don't destroy my house in the process.
I contracted with this business to remodel my kitchen. In the beginning the initial project manager (Tom Estes) warned me that I would have to get tough with Lucy and basically kiss her butt if I was going to get her to perform all the stuff she promised to do. That was insane to me, I was baffled that her own sub was undermining his boss, and I shouldn't have to get tough with anyone who I was paying to provide services they enthusiastically agreed to do. Tom also said that the comment Lucy hears most often from her clients is You lied to me! Lucy assured me that there would be no cost overruns, they wouldn't do anything we didn't agree to do in writing, I'd be happy with their quality work, etc.
It turns out this business wrote the book on dirty contractor tricks. Every other day I was getting messages that work was cancelled and they'd have to start up another day. My favorite excuse was that when work couldn't start on a Monday for whatever reason, she claimed that it was easier to work a full five day week then to get started mid-week and only work a couple of days in a row so progress was pushed off until the following Monday. Sure, her crew totally isn't sitting around not making any money on another smaller project she didn't want to turn down in favor of my project because working a 3 or 4 day week is so complicated.
Even though our contract was fixed-price Lucy constantly hit me up for the cost of items she either forgot to include in the price or she didn't want to pay for. Seemed like it was always a pushy, high-pressure sell to get me to agree to something now now now, the guy is here he can do it or he'll have to come back later type of thing. I always said no, and when I'd ask her why she doesn't think the contract means she has to cover it she'd throw up her hands and say hey, I won't fight you on this one. I didn't want to fight either, I just wanted my contractor to do what they said they would do!
When I found substandard work in progress and complained I was told to relax and stop bringing these things to her attention because they're not finished and there's nothing to worry about. When I called her attention to inferior work upon completion I was blamed for not catching the poor quality work in progress and directing the sub to fix it (which under agreement I could not even do, the homeowner cannot direct subs). Everything was blame the homeowner, including the fact that I was trying to turn an old carport into a kitchen, something that was abundantly clear to this business when they bid on the project.
The previous reviewer totally nailed it: Lucy is a bully, and with a volatile combination of arrogance and stubbornness to the point of being surreal. While standing in my kitchen as her subs ripped up parts of my new wood floor to redo it for the second time (and only after bitter complaining on my part) she refused to acknowledge that there had been any problems on my job and that we do quality work, we get nothing but compliments. Say what?!? I had to hear that's the best that can be done until I argued, and argued, and argued, and argued to get things fixed. The project suffered from lack of oversight and management, with Lucy and much of her subs apparently incapable of applying logic or common sense to the work. I spent more than one evening surveying what was supposed to be my fabulous new kitchen completely in tears trying to comprehend the insane mind that could think this kind of work was acceptable. I must admit that a couple of her subs were honest, hardworking guys who obviously cared more about quality and customer service than Lucy did.
When the project failed to pass the electrical inspection Lucy doubled-down and refused to do any more work until I gave her the final payment, which clearly is not due by contract until all the work is done and the liabilities are cleared. Lucy literally stated she did not care about the terms of our contract, she just wanted to be paid (greatest email ever, got it in writing, thank you!). Never mind the fact that it didn't pass the city inspection or that a sub (who had been fired early in the project before demo even started) had attempted to file an invalid lien on my property. She makes up the rules as she goes along and I don't think she ever even actually read the contract that we signed. Her work ethic reminds me of a drug-addict: lie and do whatever it takes to get the money and always deny any problems exist.

Needed to replace the drain line from house to sewer; they used shovels to dig up the old and dig a new trench instead of power equipment. Took days, works adequate but the bill was padded to cover three people who worked less than 3 hours. 30% more than the bill should have been. Will not use again. Left some areas needing further attention after completing the plumbing work. Decent work but will gouge you with the bill. Not a good neighborhood business to call on.
