I highly recommend Highland Lakes Plumbing. Shannon did a great job on a difficult bathroom job. He is very fair priced and is a very hard worker and efficient with his time. I will definitely be hiring him for any other plumbing jobs.

Martin, and John were very friendly, professional, thorough, and fast!  Thank you for wearing masks. Instead of using the cheap parts my plumber friend bought, they got a higher quality which will last longer, no extra cost.  Usually I worry about being charged too much but Blue Lion's rate was actually less than what a local handyman was going to charge me!! And Blue Lion has Master plumbers. I'm so extremely happy with how awesome the new kitchen faucet looks. Now I have my plumbing company for life! :) THANK YOU TEAM BLUE LION!

Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. I highly recommend Gabe, and we now have a new plumber!

I had 4 issues that needed to be addressed. They were wonderful! 2 fixed yesterday. New faucet and garbage disposal today, with some re plumbing of 1981 year old pipes.  

The work was done beautifully. The area is probably cleaner when they came! The price was great. I can't say how pleased I am with the work and the people!

Our journeyman plumber, Brayan Mercado, was excellent. He explained what was happening with our inferior water pressure, correctly diagnosed the issue and repaired it in the same visit. He even gave me some helpful suggestions that I could do to further keep things in good shape. Brayan was very pleasant to work with and very capable! Thanks for such a good experience!

So this morning !
(a Sunday no less) my commode stops up. I try the plunger more than once and of course it wouldn't flush. I called two plumbing services and was quoted anywhere from a $125 service charge plus $250 to fix the issue. That works out to $ 375 for Sunday service in case you didn't add it up. I sure did. Then I happened to call Iconic and not only did Mason try to help me fix the issue over the phone ( at no charge ) he came to my house and was friendly, explained the issue which he also fixed in short order and charged me LESS than the service call from the other companies. Are you kidding me.......on a Sunday ; This guy is now my full time plumber !

Mike The Plumber - very professional, contacted me within 20 minutes of my initial text, worked us in to his schedule within days (non-crisis replace & repair project), gave a fair bid, arrived on time, worked quickly and cleanly, personable, taught me a few things, Job Done Right. I am a repeat customer of Gold Star Leak Repair. I had a leak in my pool and they were here within a day to fix it. I was really impressed with the service and their attention to detail. They also installed a brand new pool pump after my old one had failed, and I'm so glad they were able to come out so quickly! I had been having trouble with my pool for a while and it was just too much to handle. They came to the rescue!

I needed some my modifications done to my home propane gas lines.  My propane company suggested Ken Dixon.  I called for an appointment and was given a time.  The plumber arrived on time.  He was masked and was careful to maintain social distance.  He was professional and courteous.  I was unsure about the modification I wanted so I asked his opinion and he offered me a simple but effective solution.  He and his helper completed the job in less than 30 minutes and it looked great and worked exactly as I wanted.  The price was about half what I expected to pay.  To be honest, I don't know how a company could have performed any better.

Best plumber I have found in the 5 years since moving to Texas. Fast response time and reliable. Very reasonably priced compared to 3 other local estimates. Will definitely use again.

Hambone came out to our business in a moments notice, figured out the problem (after 2 other plumbing companies came out and were stumped), found a solution and fixed it. They were professional and Justin did a great job breaking down what was needed and answered all of my questions. Thanks again!

The worst service one can experience.
DO NOT TRUST THEM ! STAY AWAY FORM THIS ONE.

They were sent to my house by American Home Shield Warranty to fix a water leak. The issue was the simplest fix ever. All they had to do was tightening a spigot joint. The person did not even have the right tools and the minimum skills of a human being, let alone a plumber. He screwed up the leak and made it even worse. I trusted him and left the house and came back after two days to a flood of water all over the floor. When I asked them that they are responsible, and they should have their insurance to cover the damage, at least partially, I experienced the worst ever behavior from the owner; a nasty laugh and that I cannot do anything to hold them responsible. Very nasty company. I hate myself now for trusting them and putting myself in a situation to be treated like this! DO NOT work with them if you are expecting minimum service and respect! Stay away!

I had a pipe break in the same place multiple times last year. Called them out each time...but this last time it did not last even 3 months. Refused to fix it. I had to ask my father to drive from out of town to fix it for me....and I was informed that there wasn't even any glue on the joints. Do not waste your time. Then after all that was said and done...my neighbor informed me that they were duped too.

We have a vintage stove we needed repaired and someone suggested we called L&M.  We did, explained we needed someone to repair our vintage gas stove and asked if that was something they could do.  Absolutely was the response, so we scheduled a service call.  

After the guy they sent checked the gas lines to the stove, he said he was a plumber who knew nothing about stoves (even how to light a pilot) and we had to pay $150 for the service call.  We called L&M and were told basically too bad for you, give us our money - oh and make the check out to Lucy Moreno personally (not the business).  Since the plumber had to stay until he got paid and he was stuck in the middle, we paid him the money.

Needed to replace the drain line from house to sewer; they used shovels to dig up the old and dig a new trench instead of power equipment. Took days, works adequate but the bill was padded to cover three people who worked less than 3 hours. 30% more than the bill should have been. Will not use again. Left some areas needing further attention after completing the plumbing work. Decent work but will gouge you with the bill. Not a good neighborhood business to call on.
