Our master bathroom sink drain was backing up and leaking. Got multiple quotes from different plumbers, but ultimately decided on Blue Lion and we are SO happy we did. John was super prompt, professional, friendly, explained everything he did, and most importantly he did a wonderful job. Plus, the pricing is honestly super competitive for the quality! Will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs!

Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. I highly recommend Gabe, and we now have a new plumber!

We had been having issues with one of the toilets in the house.   About a year ago, Roto Rooter came on an emergency call to stop a leak on another toilet and while here, they changed the flapper in the master bathroom toilet.  The flapper worked for a while but then started flushing on its own again.   Husband replaced flapper with same results.  Over the weekend, he tried once again, but the flush tube appeared to be cracked and the flushing became almost constant.

We read about Chambliss and since they are very close to us, we stopped by and scheduled an appointment.  Kevin Chambliss came and fixed it with a 90 day warranty.  He also did a few checks and suggested some repairs that should be done.  One was the pressure regulator - we knew we had borderline too high pressure from last year when we had another plumber check for leaks.  We will have him do these repairs.

Our journeyman plumber, Brayan Mercado, was excellent. He explained what was happening with our inferior water pressure, correctly diagnosed the issue and repaired it in the same visit. He even gave me some helpful suggestions that I could do to further keep things in good shape. Brayan was very pleasant to work with and very capable! Thanks for such a good experience!

When our downstairs toilet refused to work no matter how much I plunged, I knew it was time to call a professional. Karl and Jimmy did a great job.

We were needing our water heater to be replaced and since it was under warranty, Mike removed it and took it to Home Depot to be replaced. Then he installed our new one. Very nice guy and was very fair in his pricing. I had received estimates that were quadruple his own. He didn't take advantage of us and even told us he might have to charge us more if one of the other pieces needed to be replaced. When everything was done, he said the piece didn't need to be replaced. He could have easily said it did and we wouldn't have known any better. Fair and honest.

We were considering buying a property and were not familiar with the area as we were moving from out of state. Not being familiar with septic systems (city dwellers all our lives), we wanted a thorough inspection so we could get accurate report on the current state of the system. Our realtor provided a couple of names and when I looked up the reviews for Larry's Septic Tank Service, I decided to give them a call. We set up an appointment for the inspection.

As you can read in the other reviews, Cody is a rock star! When we rolled up to the property (a few minutes early) , Cody and crew were already there and started. He identified some issues with the system - some minor, some not so minor. He took time to explain how the system works and made sure I had a basic understanding. He also explained the issues he found, the severity, and how they should be addressed. Lets just say it was obvious some of the issues just didn't occur naturally.... Due to this, I insisted that Cody do the repairs in order for the sale of the property to go through.

Cody was able to complete all the work in a very timely manner. We closed escrow and were able to move in on time with peace of mind.

I will definitely use Cody for all my septic needs in the future.

I am a repeat customer of Gold Star Leak Repair. I had a leak in my pool and they were here within a day to fix it. I was really impressed with the service and their attention to detail. They also installed a brand new pool pump after my old one had failed, and I'm so glad they were able to come out so quickly! I had been having trouble with my pool for a while and it was just too much to handle. They came to the rescue!

Call Scott at 512 423-0903 !  He came right out and was terrific and reasonable.   I could not be more happy with a plumber.  He was not out to run up a bill by adding needless work.

Update -- now a few months later --- I bought a new refrigerator and when the installers came, they broke something in the cut off valve for the water line ... They said this valve leaks... well it never had before!  They left me with no water to the new fridge so I called Scott!  He came and replaced the valve!

Jacob and Christina were great!  They came out to do an annual assessment of my sprinkler system.  Clearly ID's the deficiencies, gave a clear line item price and fixed it.  I felt the pricing was very competative and I had Jacob complete the repairs.  He was quick and I feel complete.  I look forward to having a sprinkler system that works this summer.  Until Jacob came out my run times kept messing up and my zones kept going out.  I had a number of sprinkler heads that needed to be capped as well and Jacob and his team assessed this as well.  Jacob was very professional and helpful.  Overall a great experience.  I can tell you the customer is not always right and trying to tell customers they are not right is not always easy.  It seems that Angie's List and Home Advisor clients want something for nothing.  These customers need to read the fine print of what they buy and be accountable for what they buy.  Just because you cannot be responsible for yourself, it doesn't mean that the person you are buying from is at fault.  Keep up the good work Christina, Jacob and the whole Team at Superior Irrigation and Lawn.  Owning a small business is hard and something to commend and people don't always realize the devastation they cause by giving a bad review for a small business.  We all have off days and we need to learn to be more compassionate and owning of our mistakes.  I highly recommend Superior Irrigation and Lawn.

This company was great. Fast, honest, and resonable. I had to have my water turned off as water was coming out the over flow valve,, yesterday. Another company told me it was the high pressure valve.. 650. This company did it all for 168. I will feel confident calling them out again. Thank you for not hearing a female voice on the other end of the phone and trying to rip me off. I appreciate your professional company.

Setting up an appt was easy, guys showed in the time frame given. They worked to get the leaks fixed and toilets to stop running. Very professional and knowledgeable. Appreciated them wearing masks and cleaning up after their work. Will call them again if we have plumbing issues. THANKS!

My home warranty company set me up with this contractor. They never called. I called them. They never called me back. I call the warranty company, they called the contractor and he answered and agreed to come out. I took the day off of work. They never showed. Big waste of time.

I had a pipe break in the same place multiple times last year. Called them out each time...but this last time it did not last even 3 months. Refused to fix it. I had to ask my father to drive from out of town to fix it for me....and I was informed that there wasn't even any glue on the joints. Do not waste your time. Then after all that was said and done...my neighbor informed me that they were duped too.

We have a vintage stove we needed repaired and someone suggested we called L&M.  We did, explained we needed someone to repair our vintage gas stove and asked if that was something they could do.  Absolutely was the response, so we scheduled a service call.  

After the guy they sent checked the gas lines to the stove, he said he was a plumber who knew nothing about stoves (even how to light a pilot) and we had to pay $150 for the service call.  We called L&M and were told basically too bad for you, give us our money - oh and make the check out to Lucy Moreno personally (not the business).  Since the plumber had to stay until he got paid and he was stuck in the middle, we paid him the money.

Needed to replace the drain line from house to sewer; they used shovels to dig up the old and dig a new trench instead of power equipment. Took days, works adequate but the bill was padded to cover three people who worked less than 3 hours. 30% more than the bill should have been. Will not use again. Left some areas needing further attention after completing the plumbing work. Decent work but will gouge you with the bill. Not a good neighborhood business to call on.
