We needed a plumber to fix our pipes that were leaking after the recent record cold weather. Anthony with Fast Flow Plumbing and Drain was fast and very professional. Mickey and his crew are top notch and would be at the top of my list for any plumbing issue. Wendy was kind and easy to work with to get us scheduled as soon as possible. When they arrived, it only took a few minutes to locate the problem. In a couple of hours it was fixed. I had a chance to talk to Mickey during the job and really appreciate how much pride he has in his work and left me little doubt why he has built a reputation for being the best at what he does. They are good people, easy to work with, very fair on price and stand by their work as a solid family business.

Three professional plumber's came and diagnosed our issue in a matter of minutes even though it was a big job. Our main sewer line was not only backed up but broken. These guys took care of it in a short period of time and I didn't have to be there. They were so professional and courteous I was very surprised they didn't try to rip us off like other companies. I was pleased with every area from start to finish with this service provider. Cliff Huggins and his assistant gave a fair and accurate estimate including the services I requested. I never felt pressured and was given several options. I previously had another service provider give me an estimate and it was far out of the acceptable range. The receptionist who set up my appt. was very friendly and seemed honest and concerned about getting a good time that worked with my schedule. Lowes definitely has a good service provider to support their products. I was given instructions on what was done and when the work was completed the work area was cleaned and left as it was found. I highly recommend Fairway Installation and Lowes products and plan to use them in the future. Thank you very much Cliff for a great job!

Contacted Ray to replace my kitchen faucet since the original one was still in there.  The house was built in the 60s.  It took a lot of work since original valves were pretty rusted.  Ray did an awesome job replacing the faucet and the garbage disposal. I definitely recommend him.   He's professional and was wonderful work with.  He's my new plumber!!

We had a pretty serious backup on Thanksgiving day and they arrived within a couple hours of our call. The technician was extremely professional, well kept, nice, communicative, and informative. He fixed the issue within a couple hours and cleaned up like he was never there. Price was much steeper than I anticipated, but I chalk that up to it being an emergency call on a holiday.

I used Confidence Plumbing several years ago to fix a shower that made knocking noises. I was told that the tile had to be busted open and the wall behind the shower also opened. I said yes, assuming this would be a long term fix.  They replaced the hardware for the knobs as agreed upon, but not the shower head, and I am not sure why.  The job only took them a day but they left behind a MESS and a shower that I could not use.  A month later, I had it retiled and drywalled.  I thought, at least this is a closed issue.  Now, only three years later, there is something severely wrong with my shower and has been traced back to this job and the cheap hardware they used. I spent almost a thousand dollars to fix this and we have to do it again only three years later. SUCKS.

I needed an additional sink installed at my business. Reggie came out and gave me a bid. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he would do and why. Because of how thorough he was, I went with his bid, which was very competitive. He worked quickly and did excellent work. The place was as clean after he finished as it was before. I highly recommend Patterson Plumbing.
