We needed a plumber to fix our pipes that were leaking after the recent record cold weather. Anthony with Fast Flow Plumbing and Drain was fast and very professional. Had the pleasure of having Make It Drain (David) swap out my Water Heater after the first Arctic Blast of 2015 scared it into submission.  David was LEGIT, was able to swap out the Water Heater and explained how it worked...by that I mean: this is the first Gas Water Heater I've ever owned, it is foreign to me how these things work.  Nevertheless,  I was given a quick 101 on them and the Water Heater was swapped out pretty quick! He was even able to do a quick side job on a running outdoor faucet for a really reasonable price.  He owns his own business, so his schedule is pretty flexible, he will even call you the day before to concern and even makes great conversation.  Highly recommend this guy!

They answered their phone, showed up to the job on time, they offered me 2 solutions to my problem and had the correct parts stocked on the truck and finished the job in a timely manor. Three professional plumber's came and diagnosed our issue in a matter of minutes even though it was a big job. Our main sewer line was not only backed up but broken. These guys took care of it in a short period of time and I didn't have to be there. They were so professional and courteous I was very surprised they didn't try to rip us off like other companies. I have already lined them up for another job and have them on speed dial for any other future issues. I would give this company 10 stars

These are the guys Lowe's uses for installations of water heaters.  Once you pay the $259 installation fee, these guys come out to deliver and install the water heater.  I can't say that my experience was typical, I can only review what I had happen.  The installers showed up and couldn't wait to ask if Lowe's explained there would be uncharges.  I was told there could be upcharges to bring everything up to code if needed.  I understand a reasonable installation incidental fee, but the extra cost was going to be over $500.  So a $400 water heater was about to cost $1312.  The really surprising part was the complete apathy from the moment the guys arrived.  It was after 5 PM, the installers looked tired and I couldn't help but feel that the goal was to come up with such a high price that they'd either take a sucker's money or be happy to go home and just collect a $35 delivery fee.  I understand that sometimes the cost goes up for minor incidentals but this felt outrageous. Very disappointed.

Contacted Ray to replace my kitchen faucet since the original one was still in there.  The house was built in the 60s.  It took a lot of work since original valves were pretty rusted.  Ray did an awesome job replacing the faucet and the garbage disposal. I definitely recommend him.   He's professional and was wonderful work with.  He's my new plumber!!

We had a pretty serious backup on Thanksgiving day and they arrived within a couple hours of our call. The technician was extremely professional, well kept, nice, communicative, and informative. He fixed the issue within a couple hours and cleaned up like he was never there. Price was much steeper than I anticipated, but I chalk that up to it being an emergency call on a holiday.

Larry and his assistant came out to help us with the smell of sewer gas that was apparent in the master bathroom.  They arrived right on time, and were professional and knowledgable and took care of that problem.  We also asked them to clean out the outside drains for the master bath and they quickly took care of that.  We highly recommend Steve's Plumbing!

Plumber didn't fix my toilet and damaged my wall.  The company took his word over mine and told me it's my problem. Terrible customer service and inadequate skilled plumbers.

I needed an additional sink installed at my business. Reggie came out and gave me a bid. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he would do and why. Because of how thorough he was, I went with his bid, which was very competitive. He worked quickly and did excellent work. The place was as clean after he finished as it was before.
