If you want quality work done and awesome customer service these are your guys. They replaced my old water softener system and added a whole house water filter. They were the 3rd company I called and Jacob came over quickly and Jacob made the service call easy and effortless on my part. David from Make It Drain made a frustrating experience with my Home Warranty company so much smoother. He walked me through the process that my warranty claim would require and patiently worked with the warranty company to get my claim covered (he is a much more patient person than me). He came back to my house multiple times without complaint (as the warranty process is not a quick one) and ultimately replaced my toilet with a brand new one. Great guy - thanks, David!

Kimco Plumbing did great work today. They took care of the leak I was having under my Kitchen sink and they also figured out the other issues with my plumbing. They came up with a clear and concise plan of action to take care of everything that was going on.  Jason, Sam, and Levi were all great and I would highly recommended hiring them for all of your plumbing needs.

I had my doubts. with a name like Plumbinator plus with the reviewed lower cost I figured - this could be trouble. It wasn't at all. I had a large plumbing job and they did it all fast, friendly and way more affordably than the rest of the plumbers out there. I'll be calling on you guys again and again.

Almost forgot. After the plumbing was repaired the went back out at no charge to turn the gas back on that someone (it's a mystery) turned off.

I am so impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail on the installation of my storm door. Extremely professional and bar none the best phone call I've made for service in MANY years. I will always recommend this company and will continue to use them for years! Polite, reliable, professional - can't beat that.

Called this past week for a backed up main drain in our basement. The person who answered our call gave us an accurate estimate for when the plumber would arrive. He called us when he was about 20-30 minutes out. When he arrived he looked at the issue, explained all the services he'd recommend along with the associated prices. He was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He took care of the backup and made appropriate recommendations for follow up. Very impressed with our emergency after hours care! Definitely recommend and would use them again!

I have had the awesome opportunity to have Fairway Installation install 3 major appliances, during a major kitchen renovation! My experience from Wilma, at the main office, to the installers; Joey Smith and Cody Decker, were professional, extremely helpful, so friendly, excellent workmanship and always willing to go over and above! They were efficient and always called with a time of arrival! I can't say enough great things about this company and the exceptional standards of workmanship! Contacted Ray to replace my kitchen faucet since the original one was still in there.  The house was built in the 60s.  It took a lot of work since original valves were pretty rusted.  Ray did an awesome job replacing the faucet and the garbage disposal. I definitely recommend him.   He's professional and was wonderful work with.  He's my new plumber!!

I typically avoid writing bad reviews. But I just have to throw this out there...If you have any sort of problem that requires immediate attention, or attention that you scheduled, find another provider. I took two days off work waiting for these people to show up. Figured we'd be safe going with a national chain, I was sorely mistaken. Back to Thumbtack we go!

Horrible customer service.  Do NOT hire this company.  Steve's crew does not communicate effectively with the customer, has not repaired my plumbing (after leaving the job in disarray) and takes no responsibility for finishing the job.  I will be sure to share this on our neighborhood community bulletin board to make sure that my neighbors don't suffer through Steve's terrible customer experience.

Problem: broken water heater. Solution: I called Confidence Plumbing. Result: I had a bad experience with them and would not recommend them. Too many delays, not showing up on time, waiting all day for a call, and empty promises.

The master plumber incorrectly installed the thermocouple, said it was a bigger issue, and had me order the unitrol valve from Whirlpool ($120). He also offered to install a better model water heater for $800.

I called DAS Plumbing (Dave rules) and he took out the thermocouple, said it was not installed correctly. He re-installed it, and...knock on wood...we haven't had any issues since.

Don't waste time with these overpriced folks.

Reggie installed a water heater in May of 2020. In December 2021, the water heater stopped heating. The pilot wouldn't stay light. I reached out to Reggie. He was unable to come take a look. I called another plumber and when they came out, they told me the water heater was not installed up to code. The clearance of the gas control valve from the door supposed to be 1, there is no pan drain, the t & p goes up hill, vent in attic was disconnected and leaking carbon monoxide into the attic. I informed Reggie of these things and his response was his warranty is for one year. I don't understand.. what does a  warranty have to do with it being improperly installed? He's supposed to be a professional plumber, shouldn't he be installing per code and safety. Thankfully no one was harmed because of his unsafe installation. I may escalate this to licensing because of his response to the issues brought to light. It should have been installed properly and I shouldn't have to pay someone else to fix these issues that I already paid Reggie for. He seems uninterested in making this right.
