Best Plumbing Services in Texas
Can't speak to their plumbing work, but can speak to their ethics. I recently moved into a new home. My issue was that no hot water was producing. After scheduling they called me the morning of to get more details before sending out tech. In the conversation it was determined the issue may have had to do with propane tank. Decided to hold off and have the r propane people out first. I really appreciated them looking out for me prior to spending the money for a service call. Ended up being a propane issue and money saved!

David was great. He took care of the issue on same day and was very professional and efficient. `

Great experience. No issues. They were able to handle an issue my handyman couldn't tackle and got to it the same day. Will definitely reach out again.

We hired the Plumbinator for our bathroom remodel last year. Mickey came out to give us a quote. He was good at listening to us and communicating. The bid was in the ballpark of others so we went with it.
Two other guys showed up to do the work. I believe one was his son. To say the least they were not as good at communicating as Mickey and not very professional either.
Also, I researched the fixtures we wanted online and found what I wanted. Mickey told me I should get them at a certain plumbing supply store he does business with. However, even with Mickey's discount they were still 15% higher than what I found online. (I understand not wanting to use the cheap stuff they sell in the big box stores, but you can buy the quality stuff online too.)
Over a year later and I have not had any problems with the work other than a leak in a copper joint that I found after they left for the evening during the project.
Based on the experience we had with the guys doing the work I would not recommend this company.

I am so impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail on the installation of my storm door. Extremely professional and bar none the best phone call I've made for service in MANY years. I will always recommend this company and will continue to use them for years! Polite, reliable, professional - can't beat that.

Three professional plumber's came and diagnosed our issue in a matter of minutes even though it was a big job. Our main sewer line was not only backed up but broken. These guys took care of it in a short period of time and I didn't have to be there. They were so professional and courteous I was very surprised they didn't try to rip us off like other companies. I have already lined them up for another job and have them on speed dial for any other future issues. I would give this company 10 stars

Joey did a fast and excellent job of installing my new gas dryer.
I liked that Joey did the unboxing of the dryer so he could examine it carefully for any observable flaws or issues. I was also relieved he brought the correct accessories for the installation - because I'd bought the wrong ones! The young man who drove the truck was personable and easy-going to be with while Joey finished his great work.
When an earlier appointment was cancelled, they called and asked if they could come to my house early. I readily said yes and they arrived in minutes because they were not far away (good scheduling probably located their installations by areas of town).
I'd waited 3 weeks for my gas dryer (very rare to have these days) to be shipped from out of state by Lowe's. Waiting a week more for the installation didn't bother me a bit!

Contacted Ray to replace my kitchen faucet since the original one was still in there. The house was built in the 60s. It took a lot of work since original valves were pretty rusted. Ray did an awesome job replacing the faucet and the garbage disposal. I definitely recommend him. He's professional and was wonderful work with. He's my new plumber!!

We had a pretty serious backup on Thanksgiving day and they arrived within a couple hours of our call. The technician was extremely professional, well kept, nice, communicative, and informative. He fixed the issue within a couple hours and cleaned up like he was never there. Price was much steeper than I anticipated, but I chalk that up to it being an emergency call on a holiday.

I find it very telling that in all of your responses you continuously blame the customer instead of acknowledging that you did not perform the service requested. Your plumber did NOT replace anything in the upstairs toilet. This was verified by the second company that I had come out to do the service you said your tech could do.
After having another company come out, and having Manville come out, there was absolutely no issue with the PRV valve! It was in perfect condition. The issue with the low water pressure turned out to be the water softner which, had your techinician been a qualified plumber, he would have known that immediately. Instead your tech, and your receptionist wanted to insist it was a bad PRV. Once I had the water softner replaced, the water pressure returned to normal. However, the upstairs toilet continued to run.
Since you feel the need to badmouth your customers I will address the check issue. Yes, my daughter unknowingly wrote you a check from a closed account. It was a innocent mistake, and one I was willing to correct immediately. When your office manager called she was rude, accusatory and down right hateful. The mistake was NOT done intentionally, and I offered to fix it immediately. No, I was not going to pay the NSF because you were not charged one. It may have been wrong however when your office manager was hateful to me, and refused to acknowledge that NO work had been performed, and told me I would have to pay a new service fee just to get someone else to come back out to verify the first tech didn't do his job, I decided I was not going to pay the check. I did not feel that I got anything for my money especially when I had to have another provider come out and do the actual work!
You commented with this statement, We offered to set up an appointment to come back out and service the commode that we worked on and we needed to collect the payment for the service that was already performed in addition to the returned check charges. You refused to have our plumber come back out to service the commode because you did not want to pay for anything additional if we wouldn't cover the repair under warranty. We explained that we offer a 90 day warranty on repairs and you would not be charged for coming back out unless we had to replace additional parts outside of what was previously done, but you would only be charged for parts replaced. This is an absolute blatant lie! At no time did anyone ever offer to schedule someone else to come out. I asked your office person to get someone else to come out only to be told I would have to pay another service fee, cost of additional parts, etc! That is crap especially when the work wasn't performed the first time. Not to mention, no one said a word about any kind of warranty! EVER!
In fact, today I sent you an email to prove that your tech did not repair the toilet with water bills for the past two months. I have lived in this house for 6 years, and my bill has never exceeded $35! Because your unqualified tech did not repair or replace anything in the toilet, my bill for January was $79! My bill for February was $111! I called Manville and it is a direct result of the toilet running continuously that was not repaired by your tech. We will see what kind of customer service you offer, and if you will pay the difference between my normal bill, and the rate I was charged because your employee did not perform the work I was charged for. My bet is that you won't do anything!
It is sad, but your company will remain in business because most people do not check out plumbers. You will continue to screw people over that call you for help. As I heard about you on KOKE FM I have let them know of your terrible service. Unfortunately Bob Cole continues to advertise you on the air because he wants to believe in good Austin businesses. You are doing him a disservice when he asks people to use you, and you fail to perform.

Eddie and Mike did a great job for us in fixing a leak in our upstairs bathroom. Communication was good and work was solidly done.

Reggie installed a water heater in May of 2020. In December 2021, the water heater stopped heating. The pilot wouldn't stay light. I reached out to Reggie. He was unable to come take a look. I called another plumber and when they came out, they told me the water heater was not installed up to code. The clearance of the gas control valve from the door supposed to be 1, there is no pan drain, the t & p goes up hill, vent in attic was disconnected and leaking carbon monoxide into the attic. I informed Reggie of these things and his response was his warranty is for one year. I don't understand.. what does a warranty have to do with it being improperly installed? He's supposed to be a professional plumber, shouldn't he be installing per code and safety. Thankfully no one was harmed because of his unsafe installation. I may escalate this to licensing because of his response to the issues brought to light. It should have been installed properly and I shouldn't have to pay someone else to fix these issues that I already paid Reggie for. He seems uninterested in making this right.
